We reserved our table two weeks in advance to take part in the "all you can eat" spare ribs promotion, which was scheduled to start at 6 p.m. Our table was reserved for 7 p.m. After we ordered our drinks, the bored waitress informed us that there were no more spare ribs. That was a bitter blow and we had to make do with drinks. When paying, we noticed that spare ribs were still available, but they could be served to a table that had arrived after us in 30 minutes. This experience was extremely disappointing. It's frustrating to advertise a promotion that you can't follow through on. Mistakes happen, but in such situations I expect open communication and customer-oriented service.

Tip top I always like to go there, it's expensive but it's good

So it has to be said that it’s a beautiful location. However, this is really shameful if it is supposed to represent the country of Cuba. No Cuban dishes on the menu, just reheated Latin American food, bad mojitos... Sad and really unfortunate... The price is way overpriced and as a real Latino, you don't expect radio chart music when you enter the store.

Actually a nice location, but in an industrial area!? Large store with apparently too little kitchen potential. The service was a little disorientated and could have sold twice as many drinks if they had been more present. The waiting time for a few little things was definitely too long at 70 minutes. The quality was ok, but not great either! Will I come again? Rather not!

Service was okay, food quite good. Cocktails were a disaster, we all felt there was little to no alcohol in them. Very unfortunate. Ambience was great as always.

The service and the location is great.. The rest is pretty bad.. The food is unfortunately poor.. At least it's Mac & Cheese.... Just pasta with something..(spicy)... And the "crispy "Chicken" chicken that has been fried for too long and is therefore hard... At least a bad first impression. Even friends with a different menu found it rather bad than good... Conclusion... Good cocktail bar... You shouldn't expect anything more...

The restaurant is a bit remote from the city center in Bad Neustadt, but is easily accessible. Unfortunately there aren't enough parking spaces, but there was space on the street. The selection of dishes is diverse. The prices are rather above average. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the service; a drink I ordered several times only arrived after about 20 minutes. There is a need for improvement here.

Nice clean place, the condition was attentive. Unfortunately the food wasn't really anything special, it seemed more like it came from a chain. The homemade lime/mint lemonade tasted more like water than real lemonade, which was a shame.

Guys... there is really good food there! We were the first there at 6 p.m. and with 7 people we got our food after just 10 minutes. If you come later, after 6.30 p.m. you will wait significantly longer for your food. Because the restaurant is always very busy. This is due to the great food and the friendly wait staff, who are really on the ball. You can pay there in cash or by card. The prices are quite high, but it also tastes really good 👍 Be sure to reserve before you go. We've been there several times and will definitely come back!

Crazy that this restaurant calls itself “Cuban”. This is Mexican/American food, not Cuban. As a Cuban, I have some advice for Germans who want to try a real Cuban restaurant: If there is a burrito on the menu or a photo of Che Guevara, it is NOT Cuban. 👍

We actually liked going to Cuba, but we were really disappointed. Once again, food was taken off the menu, which was always really good. We ordered salsa-crusted chicken breast, which costs €16.80. The condition asked when placing the order which side dish and dip should be included, as if it were included in the price. What came was the usual mini portion of fries and 2 very small chicken breasts that were definitely not worth €16.80. Since we still thought the fries and the dip were included at that moment, we didn't say anything, but the shock came when we paid, everything had to be paid extra, which was cheeky. In total, the little food cost €21.90. (Unfortunately we didn't take a photo) The waitresses couldn't keep up, if I know that I won't be able to serve all the tables properly, then I shouldn't accept so many reservations. We waited half an hour for our drinks, which were served in mini bottles. In the future we will think twice about going to Cuba again, even though we really enjoy going there. 2 stars only because it used to be really good.

We were at Cuba Cabana today because we wanted to go to a concert in Bad Neustadt. I've never been there to eat, but I've heard a lot about it. Actually only positive things. We had burgers and salad. The burger was good, but the salad really disappointed me. 17.90€ for a bowl with iceberg, a few cocktail tomatoes and 3 pieces of chicken! Totally overpriced and the dressing didn't really taste good. I was looking forward to the food and then something like that. At least the service was very nice. But we probably won't go there anymore.

Super easy table reservation. Very friendly boss 😁. One of the best locations in NES where you can still go. Especially spontaneously, without much planning beforehand. Can only be recommended. All stars more than deserved!!

New Year's Eve buffet was delicious and highly recommended. Our service was nice and on point. Very nice evening with you.

This time I tried the Mac'n Cheese Con Pollo, unfortunately the sauce was a little watery, but the chicken pieces were very good. But up to that point everything was fine, as always.

Ich bin auf Empfehlung von Freunden hin gegangen und bin sehr positiv überrascht worden. Das Essen war in sehr kurzer Zeit bei uns am Tische und sehr lecker. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und sehr schnell. Es wurde häufig nachgefragt ob alles passt und ob wir noch Wünsche haben. Gutes Preis/ Leistungverhältnis. Leider konnten wir die Nachspeisen nicht mehr probieren, das wir nach den Portionen nichts mehr in den Bauch bekommen haben.

Food including drinks is not recommended, then it's better to go one house further to the golden seagull (MCDonald's).

Das Essen war köstlich, ein Top-Koch. Die Cocktails waren auch super! Allerdings schien das Personal etwas genervt. Die Möglichkeit, über das Handy zu bestellen, ist praktisch. Eine Verbesserung wäre, direkt am Tisch mit Apple-Pay oder Google Pay zu bezahlen, um längere Wartezeiten zu vermeiden."

Das Essen war grandios.. ein super Koch am Werk. Leider war der Service sehr unfreundlich und total genervt. Das hat den Abend leider etwas kaputt gemacht.

Sehr nettes Personal schon am Eingang. Auch am Tisch wurden wir von einer netten jungen Dame bedient. Die Getränke kamen zügig, genauso wie die bestellten Speisen. Im Restaurant war es ein bisschen kühl, für mein empfinden unbehaglich. Die Spareribs waren in Ordnung, leider waren die Pommes nach zwei Minuten kalt. Trotzdem hat's uns hier gefallen!

Das essen war sehr lecker. Jedoch hatte meine Begleitung das selbe Essen und es war um einiges schöner angerichtet und wie z.b ein sahneklecks war zum Eis vorhanden was bei mir fehlte.. Die Holzstühle sind nicht bequem aber sonst alles top.

Super schöne Location! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Das essen und die Getränke sind auch immer wieder sehr lecker! Ich finde es auch total schön, dass so viele Veranstaltungen angeboten werden! Das Cuba Beach ist mein Highlight im Sommer!

Das Personal ist freundlich und das Essen schmeckt sehr gut. Es gibt eine grosse auwahl an Cocktails, auch Alkoholfreie.

Great place for a weekend night

EINE von 4 Bedienungen war auf zack, die anderen Mädels haben die Arbeit nicht gesehen. Wir hatten einen Platz im Außenbreich. Der Tisch und die Stühle standen an leichen gefälle, dazu waren es noch alte klappstühle sodas unsere rücken/po nach 30 min schon sehr weh tat. Das Essen hat uns alle nicht vom hocker gehauen. Dafür waren die cocktails sehr gut! Wir hätten gerne mehr getrunken nur leider hat unser Rücken es dann doch nichtmehr zugelassen. Sehr schade, war mal ein wirklich gutes Restaurant.

Das Steak war roh u.deshalb kalt, dafür war das Bier warm. Wir haben über 1 Std.auf das Essen gewartet. Der Tisch neben uns hat nach 1,5 Std. nachgefragt wo denn das Essen bleibt. Ich denke damit ist alles gesagt. Die Bedienung die uns an den Tisch gebracht hat war sehr nett. Wir werden das Cuba Cabana nicht mehr besuchen. Und mit der Aussage dass es sehr voll ist, finde ich, ist es nicht getan. Wenn man soviele Gäste nicht bedienen kann, sollte man sein Restaurant einfach nicht so voll besetzen.

Gehen regelmäßig alle paar Wochen ins Cuba Cabana. Waren bisher immer zufrieden. Die Burger sind sehr lecker, ebenso die Cocktails. Egal ob man draußen oder drinnen sitzt, es ist immer ein angenehmes Ambiente. Konnten uns noch nie über eine schlechte Bedienung beschweren. Schade ist nur, dass es nicht mehr die leckeren Pizzas gibt.

Für uns ging es das erste Mal ins Cuba Cabana, leider wird dies auch das letzte Mal sein! Nicht nur das der Kellner einen anmeckerte, dass man statt zum Haupteingang gleich in den „Biergarten“ geht, nein man durfte sich nicht mal einen Tisch aussuchen, den man selber bequem fand, nur weil dieser für 6 Personen war, anstatt für 4 Leute. Leider wurde der Kellner von Mal zu Mal immer unfreundlicher. Als wir zahlen wollte, hat er weder gefragt, ob Bar oder mit Karte - auf unsere Frage, ob wir denn mit Karte zahlen könnten, lief er „angepisst“ los & knallte das Kartenzahlgerät auf den Tisch. Eine von uns 4, hatte keine 40cent, lief er wieder angepisst los & nahm das Kartenzahlgerät mit, jedoch musste ich auch noch zahlen & er lief noch einmal los, um das Kartenzahlgerät zu holen. Ich fragte ihn nach einer Rechnung & dies hätte ich nicht tun sollen, denn darauf hin bekam ich meine Karte auf den Tisch geschmissen, einen wütenden Blick & eine Rechnung, wo mehr drauf stand, als das was ich eigentlich hatte! Als ich auf ihn zuging, um ihn zu fragen, stieg seine Wut & ich bekam das Geld, was ich zu viel zahltw auf den Tisch geknallt. Sorry, aber ich habe selber Jahre lang gekellnert & sein Verhalten geht gar nicht!! - Der Kunde ist König! Um noch etwas positives zu finden - die Cocktails waren lecker, der Innenraum schön eingerichtet & das Wetter hat super mitgespielt.
