Ordered for the first time today, fast delivery and super delicious food.

Delicious food. I ordered a Parmesan schnitzel yesterday, the food was fresh and the sauce wasn't runny but creamy, as it should be, the fries were fresh and crispy, the salad was also fresh. Delicious

Ordered two menus here (each veggie burger, fries, drink) via Lieferando. At Lieferando, the delivery time of the restaurant was stated as 30-55 minutes before ordering. After placing the order, the delivery time for our order was 60 minutes. After 50 minutes the message came that the restaurant had confirmed that the food was coming soon. After a total of 1.5 hours the food was there. Everything was warm, but the fries were soggy. Many delivery services have this problem, but the fries should at least still be a little crispy. The veggie burger tasted really good (and the “main course”), so I give it 3 stars overall. But the fries and delivery time really should have been better.

I ordered food there and wrote a not so good review on Lieferrando because extra requests and toppings were missing on the pizza. It's not all that bad, but to then state that the order was canceled just to delete the bad review is just cheeky.

The best fried chicken! Contrary to some reviews, delivery was very quick. The delivery person came on time. The hot wings and the popcorn chicken tasted absolutely great and were buttery soft. The meat almost fell off the bone on its own! Everything was freshly prepared and tasted accordingly. Only the fries got a little soggy during the journey. We haven't tried the pizza yet. Reasonably priced for the quality! (better than the competition) Gladly again

Ordered online. Roast duck with rice & tomato mozzarella salad. Delivery time was okay. BUT, FOOD TASTES OF NOTHING. Tomatoes have thawed as if the salad had been pre-made. Duck tastes like nothing. Salad was well, if I want iceberg with it then I specify that when ordering. 5 tomato slices with 6 mozzarella pieces. The driver was nice, BUT he had 2 x 100€ with him. He couldn't switch. I should go over to the store and get my €50 changed. During the day, sending drivers off without change was very incompetent. We will NOT order again.

We ordered a few times and everything was OK except for a few small things. Then one birthday we ordered 3 family pizzas. It was said 45/50 minutes. After 90 minutes I called and asked where it was. Then came "Just left, he'll be there in 10 minutes" ; The driver came again 30 minutes later. After 120 minutes! No insight, no discount. Not recommended . Pizza average.

Update: Since the review, the restaurant has been re-opened 5 times or so, the food no longer tastes good and has become far too expensive, the delivery has become just as bad, it's a shame what has become of the restaurant, I would no longer recommend it Ordered for the first time today and so far the only delivery service that has arrived on time, exactly to the minute. The driver is very nice and accommodating. Food was still very warm and tasted really good, much better than the big competitor with the K on the front. I just didn't like the french fries seasoning, but that's complaining on a high level. If they delivered to Weinheim/Hemsbach, I would be a regular customer of the shop is top

I read a lot of negative reviews after I ordered ( Lieferando ). I thought, oh dear, what will await me there. However, for my part, I cannot describe these bad experiences like that. I waited a really long time (80 minutes) for my food, which was really annoying because I was really hungry. Let's get to the pros and cons: Pro: Pizza with chicken and spinach tastes good. The edge is soft and slightly cross. The chicken wrap tastes good and the wrap itself is also very tasty. In many other restaurants it sometimes tastes like cardboard. The young man who delivered the food was very friendly and apologized for the delay. I don't blame him. If you're very busy and have to drive in different directions to deliver food, you might just need an extra driver. The employee on the phone was also very friendly and apologized. Cons: the only negative thing I have to complain about is the long waiting time and because of the waiting time, the food was no longer hot. But it was warm enough to still enjoy it. And there was a little too much cheese on the pizza. I love cheese, but this was a bit too much even for me. For people who prefer to have less, you should definitely write that down as a note.

Can't understand the good reviews from Lieferando. Ordered "Pick up in 15 minutes", but then had to wait an hour and got the wrong drink. Croquettes are worse than the frozen version from Aldi or Edeka, the lettuce in the wrap is soggy, the fries are bland and the €6.50 salad only has a bowl of green lettuce, cucumber slices on top and a separate yogurt sauce; again: a salad menu (or two at that price) from Aldi would have been better. Price-performance ratio doesn't fit at all. At the beginning we thought that at least the burger & wrap were good, until we woke up the next morning with severe stomach problems.

I personally take my order at this restaurant and have had very good experiences with the chef and staff. Everyone is very friendly and the food was really tasty

Great food, I order burgers and fried chicken here regularly and it's always great. I have already recommended it to others and received good feedback. So gladly again and again :D

Hello, it was bad, you ruined my date, you were so cheeky

I recently had the dubious pleasure of visiting Restaurant Pläsaria and I have to say it was a complete disappointment. The food was bad: the dishes were bland, carelessly prepared and seemed to be made from inferior ingredients. The ambience was equally disappointing: the furnishings seemed old and unkempt, and the atmosphere was anything but inviting. The service topped it all: the waiters were rude and inattentive, and it took forever before we could place our order. Overall a very negative experience - I definitely won't be coming back.

Food was already cold when it arrived, which was rude and then the price was never again. I would never eat there again, I would rather go to another restaurant

Waiting time lasted more than an hour because the employees seemed uninterested in helping customers. All in all, I noticed this restaurant very negatively because not only was the waiting time ridiculous, the food tasted twice as bad!! The burger meat was absolutely not cooked through and the patties weren't even fried but were soft like they came out of the package. Absolutely do not recommend this restaurant to anyone, so please avoid this fast food chain!

I don't recommend it at all. Firstly, I order a normal-sized salami pizza and get a Margherita and secondly, the pizza doesn't taste good, the cheese is already cold and the crust is also really hard, so I don't recommend anyone who wants a good pizza to have to order somewhere else but not here Kind regards UDO VATOS

Delivery far too long. Food was cold. Wrong noodles arrived. After complaining, the boss came and called us racists. Overall a complete disaster and not recommended.

FOOD ORDERED DIDN'T TAST GOOD MEETING COMPLETELY FAILED

I went to Pinseria last night and had a really disappointing experience. Here are the main reasons why I cannot recommend this restaurant: Service: The service was extremely slow and unfriendly. We had to wait over 50 minutes for someone to take our order and the waitress seemed disinterested and annoyed. Food: The food was a total disappointment. My pizza was soft and tasteless, and the portion was very small for the price. The vegetables were mushy and obviously not fresh. Cleanliness: The cleanliness in the restaurant left a lot to be desired. The floor was dirty and our table was sticky and not cleaned properly. The toilets were also in poor condition and lacked basic hygiene items. Value for money: For the quality of the food and the service, the prices are an absolute disgrace. There are many other restaurants in the city that offer much better quality at similar or even lower prices. Atmosphere: The atmosphere was also not inviting. It was loud and hectic, and the lighting was way too bright, making it hard to feel comfortable and enjoy the food. Overall, my visit to Pinseria was a very negative experience. I definitely won't come back and can't recommend it to anyone. There are many other restaurants in the area that offer much better alternatives.

Very tasty food and best quality

The food consists of ready-made ingredients. The burgers are a joke. Salad consisted of ingredients carelessly thrown together and a can of tuna fish dumped over it. It wasn't delivered in the specified time either.

The food itself tastes good. You shouldn't expect too much because a lot of things are bought ready-made here. Pinsa and burgers are good The big BUT: The food often arrives warm or even cold. This is not good in terms of taste. Something would have to be changed. Owner friendly

We picked up our order ourselves. The Pizza Mix and the Pinsa 4-Stagioni were very tasty. The side salad was okay and typical. So we can recommend the Pinseria.

Pizza was limp and looked like a warmed up frozen pizza. That doesn't work at all. Months ago it was much better...

Food arrived after about 45 minutes, we had pizza and popcorn chicken. It was very, very tasty and hot. Definitely ordering again.

We ordered 2x pizzas, 1x salad and 8 pieces of popcorn chicken there. The taste of the food was really great and it was hot, just as it should be. We will definitely order there again.

I ordered food there via Lieferando on January 6th, the food arrived after about 90 minutes and was unfortunately completely cold. The chicken was cold and therefore quite dry, but the taste was actually really tasty. The fries were completely cold and soggy, unfortunately inedible for me (went in the bin). The burger was also past its best and was soggy, only the tortellini was warm. At a distance of 11 minutes this shouldn't actually happen, but we're all just human... I wanted to complain about the whole thing by phone using the number given on Google (06251 8555654), unfortunately no one answered the phone after 6 calls in a period of 2 hours...? Too bad..

Das erste mal heute Bestellt super schnell 😊 und mega lecker das war nicht das letzte mal da werde ich jetzt öfter bestellen

Lieferung sehr pünktlich. Leider wurde der Coleslaw vergessen und die bestellte Cola light war eine normale Cola. Haben dies leider erst am Esstisch bemerkt. Burgerpatty war leider im Vergleich zu anderen Burger Läden wie Beefhouse in HP sehr schlecht. Sehr dünn und höchstwahrscheinlich TK Produkt. Süsskartoffelpommes nicht die beste Qualität. Onionrings waren lecker.

Heute zum ersten Mal dort bestellt. Fazit: große Begeisterung, die Hähnchenteile waren grandios, die Pommes wie auf der Kirmes, also perfekt und der Fischburger einfach nur einmalig. Wir haben nicht das letzte Mal bestellt, danke und weiter so. Liebe Grüße Ines

Das erste Mal bestellt und nicht das letzte Mal. Sehr saftige und knusprige Hähnchenbeinchen. Onionrings und Pommes einfach lecker. Dazu gab's noch ein Fish-Burger mit weißem Fisch und mit einem leckeren Burger-Brötchen.
