Crazy Pizza in Frankfurt am Main

This pizzeria is the epitome of a guilty pleasure Italian. Whether pasta in cream sauce or sturdy pizzas - they can do it all at a very reasonable price for Frankfurt. I have already taken this shop to my heart and will keep coming back!

I would like to note my extremely disappointing experience regarding my recent purchase from MAX BURGER / PIZZA MAX. The products delivered did not in any way meet the promised quality standards and were delivered in a condition that can be assessed as unacceptable. Brioche Buns: When delivered, the brioche buns were undoubtedly of poor quality and extremely hard, indicating inadequate storage or incorrect preparation. Such bread is not only unpleasant to eat but also greatly detracts from the overall experience of the dish. Burger Patties: The burger patties had a notable lack of freshness and flavor. It is clearly low quality meat that does not live up to the expectations of a product of this type. Loadet Fries: It was advertised that the "Loadet Fries" should be topped with minced meat. However, the proportion of minced meat was extremely small and could not be identified as such. It is misleading to market such a dish as “minced meat-based” when the content is inadequate not only in quantity but also in quality. Discount: Lastly, I would like to note that the discount announced in the phone call, which I relied on when placing my order, was not granted. This constitutes misleading advertising which I find disappointing and unprofessional.

Food is cold and comes wrong and then you wait over two hours for your food and it doesn't taste good at all!!! Cannot recommend at all. Stay away from the store!
