If you're hungry, this is the place for you! The portions are enormous and unparalleled, and unlike so many other places, the quality isn't compromised. The schnitzel was overflowing, with a beautifully crispy breading on the outside and the meat still nice and juicy on the inside. Unfortunately, the salad from the buffet cost it a star. The service was incredibly friendly and attentive despite the restaurant being full. We were a group of 13, and the food arrived quickly and almost simultaneously at our tables. Thank you, and we'll definitely be back as a team! 👍

This time the Swiss schnitzel didn't really convince me; the breading was far too hard around the edges and inedible; I've had better ones.

Very tasty food with large portions.

The schnitzels are from another world, at least in terms of size. They're deep-fried, not pan-fried; you have to like that kind of thing. More evenly sliced, but a bit greasier. The 600g is the same size as the 250g, just thicker. Pounded a bit thinner would definitely have been better. And sauce... yes, the Swiss schnitzel doesn't have any, but for the fries/croquettes... they were a bit too dry. The selection isn't exactly extensive either. Cream or gypsy schnitzel, one plain, tomato/cheese, and one topped with peach? I would have been really happy if they'd had one with cooked cheese. Good selection at the salad buffet, vanilla ice cream with raspberries was delicious! Prices are reasonable, and last-minute reservations were no problem. Parking was a bit limited, though, even though it wasn't busy.

A very friendly welcome from friendly staff. We got a table right away without a reservation on an early Saturday evening. The schnitzels were crispy, thin, and generous. The sauces were delicious. They didn't skimp on the fries either. Definitely recommended.

Were there with 3 adults and 3 children. Were welcomed very nicely and with a smile from everyone. We originally made a reservation for inside and spontaneously decided to sit outside. After a quick look at the reservation book, this was possible.👍 The waitresses were quickly at the table with the menu and drinks arrived at the table in a reasonable time. While we read the menu we were given a greeting from the kitchen. Bread with herb quark and there was also a plate of Easter sweets. That was the highlight for the children. With the herb curd, I would have liked if two types of bread had been served, e.g. White bread. But that's complaining at a high level. The main courses were 2 rump steaks, 1 burger with 2 patties, 1 children's book, 1 bow and arrow. It was very good in terms of quality and taste. The beef was perfectly medium rare. The quality of the herb butter was very good and the consistency was also very good at the end. Unfortunately it doesn't suit my personal taste but that has nothing to do with the quality. After the meal we were politely asked if we could have another schnapps, but we later found out that it was on the house. This was very accommodating. All in all our visit was great. We would love to come back when we are on holiday here.

For me, there are the best and, above all, the largest schnitzels in the area. They're not exactly cheap, but they're definitely reasonable in relation to the quantity and taste. The service is very friendly and the food comes to the table relatively quickly. The leftover food can be packed and taken away and almost no guest leaves without taking something with them. My favorite restaurant when I feel like eating a lot of meat.

We went to Crazy Horse and ordered a small schnitzel with cream and hunter sauce - and wow, even the small portion was huge! Schnitzel super crispy, sauces really spicy and delicious. The salad comes from the buffet and the selection is really large. We decided on pasta salad – totally fresh and super delicious! Top food, nice atmosphere – we’ll definitely be back! 5 stars!

This was my first time eating here and I was really surprised. ALL the employees turned to us and smiled, everyone was friendly and nice. We were served quickly, it was very friendly and attentive. However, everyone should be careful!!! The portions are really huge! Even a salad plate is almost two portions! So bring hunger with you, because you're almost bursting here...

The food here is very good. Regardless of whether it's schnitzel or rump steak (medium), it always tastes very good. The service was super friendly and absolutely on the ball. Despite the fact that it was quite full, we didn't even have to wait 10 minutes for our drinks and less than an hour passed before the main course. The portions are absolutely great for the price. A child's chair was taken away from a three-year-old child, saying she could sit on a normal chair, even though that chair was reserved, as it said in the book. Of course, the child's enthusiasm wasn't very great after the event. Unfortunately the schnitzels were also very dry.

We decided to spend our Christmas dinner at Crazy Horse in Frankenthal, but unfortunately we were disappointed. As soon as we arrived, it was clear that the staff was stressed and overwhelmed - probably due to the high number of people on the holidays. Unfortunately, this lasted the entire day. The waiting times were exceptionally long and although we understood the situation, it was still annoying that some of our orders were either forgotten or only brought after repeated requests. This really spoiled the atmosphere of the day. The food itself was okay, but nothing more. One had the feeling that the emphasis here was on quantity rather than quality. The dishes were neither particularly refined nor outstanding in terms of taste – simply average. Especially on a special occasion like Christmas, we wanted a higher quality preparation and presentation. In summary, it was a mixed experience: The ambience was nice and the selection on the menu was varied, but the stressed service, the long waiting times and the lack of attention to detail in the food clearly marred the evening. Crazy Horse might be fine for a normal evening, but we wouldn't recommend it for special occasions.

Following in the footsteps of my childhood, I unfortunately found a sad riding stable with questionable food. Only mass, no class. Sauces and flavor enhancers. Friction operation at zero. It's a shame, my fond memories of food and riding are gone in one fell swoop. Unfortunately the recession was erased, so again after years...

It was a complete impudence not to pack the fries. I don't care if a lot of people don't eat warmed fries. My friend and I would have eaten them and expect them to be included or to be asked. It's actually a little different here than in other restaurants. The rustic ambience matches the directly adjacent riding club. From some tables you can look directly into the riding arena, while at other tables you can let your gaze wander over the directly adjacent fields. The complex is integrated into a quiet residential area and there is always a parking space in public areas. Of course it can happen that you have to run 100 meters, but that's complaining at a high level. The service is always nice, prompt and helpful. If there may be waiting times during peak times, we were always informed of this before ordering. The portions are generally huge and we usually take leftovers of our food with us. The menu also has a lot to offer for vegetarians. I think it's great that you can pop into the kitchen from time to time and, if time permits, talk to the chef. By the way: I have never discovered ready-made sauces in the kitchen! On the contrary: sauces are boiled down here for hours, i.e. they are made in-house. And in general, emphasis is placed on freshness and quality. There is a self-service counter for side salads. It's always well-stocked and the dressings are very creative and certainly not mainstream. And to all the bad reviewers: did you ever try to have a conversation before leaving the restaurant disappointed? Things didn't go so smoothly for us either, but a customer-oriented solution was always found!!! And yes, you can only pay in cash here. This is clearly visible right at the entrance and written down on the homepage.

Aufgrund der guten Bewertungen sind wir zum Abendessen ins Crazy Horse, leider konnten wir die guten Bewertungen überhaupt nicht nach vollziehen. Hatten 2mal Schnitzel ( Deutschland und Ungarnschnitzel) mit Pommes und Salat und einmal Lendenspieß Schweizer Art mit Kroketten. Die Portionen sind sehr groß, aber was nutzt das wenn es nicht schmeckt, die Schnitzel waren aus der Friteuse und am Rand knochenhart, der Lendenspieß war sehr trocken, lediglich die Pommes und Kroketten sowie der Beilagensalat waren in Ordnung. Fazit: Einmal und nicht wieder.

The atmosphere had something of a snack bar. The tables were not wiped down. RUMP STEAK was delivered almost well done without asking first... The fries were very over-seasoned and the braised onions were more like soup vegetables... Unfortunately, all in all, even if the portion size was really good for the price, the taste was general very unsatisfactory... On the tarte flambée, the "bacon" (probably raw ham cubes) was still completely raw. Unfortunately, the salad also left a lot to be desired, not to mention the hair in the food... The really best thing was the service, they were friendly... But that's it... Unfortunately, I absolutely don't recommend it...
