Vegane Pizza auf jeden Fall sehr gut und zu empfehlen! Auch die Bestellung über die eigene Website von Cosa Nostra (Liefersoft) kann ich empfehlen, statt 43€ bei Lieferando hat unser Essen nur 30€ gekostet. Auch sind hier die Gerichte deutlich besser beschrieben. Ich bestelle gerne wieder!

Jetzt 3x Bestellt, immer Lecker, sehr groß und geiler Käse. Wenn man nicht auf Lieferando bestellt auch Preiswert für die Größe

Finger weg! Es sei denn ihr wollt zerlassene Butter essen. Mehr Fett als alles andere. Foltermethoden aus dem Mittelalter sind nichts dagegen.

Wir bestellen jedesmal dort wenn wir Nachtdienst haben( Krankenhaus ) Telefonisch schwer zu verständigen, Bestellung ist meistens passend geliefert worden. preislich ganz ok. Würde öfter dort bestellen.

Beste Pizza, die ich je gegessen habe

Verstehe einfach nicht, warum das so raus geht, Geschmacklich eigentlich manchmal lecker, aber schon öfter einfach vorgekommen, dass die Sachen so schwarz waren, dass sie einfach bitter geschmeckt haben, für 12,55 und ohne Soße einfach viel zu teuer und nicht 100 % zufrieden Ich finde das wirklich schade, weil ich nicht zum ersten Mal bei euch bestellt habe. Insgesamt habe ich bestimmt schon 10 bis 15 Mal bei Cosa Nostra bestellt. Das Personal vor Ort war dabei immer freundlich, und ich hatte auch mehrfach Bestellungen, die wirklich lecker waren. Umso weniger kann ich verstehen, warum die Qualität so stark schwankt. Während etwa 50 bis 60 Prozent meiner Bestellungen gut oder sogar sehr gut waren, habe ich leider auch schon mehrfach Essen erhalten, das mir überhaupt nicht gefallen hat. Gerade deshalb enttäuscht mich die aktuelle Bestellung, denn sie zeigt, dass das Potenzial für konstant gutes Essen eigentlich vorhanden ist. Umso unverständlicher ist es für mich, wenn dann Gerichte herausgegeben werden, die qualitativ deutlich hinter den guten Erfahrungen zurückbleiben.

Ich bestelle schon lange und sehr oft bei Cosa Nostra und die Pizzen schmecken alle extrem gut! Vor Ort war ich selbst aber noch nie. Ich kenne die genauen Gründe nicht aber seit einigen Monaten kann man keine Extra Zutaten mehr hinzufügen. Zumindest ist die Auswahl extrem runter gegangen. Das hat mich schon traurig gemacht. Auch die Preise sind drastisch gestiegen. Ob sich das nur auf die Lieferung bezieht? Ich war auf jedenfall geschockt. Nichtsdestotrotz esse ich sehr gerne die Pizzen von Cosa Nostra und deswegen vergebe ich 5 Sterne bei Essen, 5 Sterne bei Service und 3 Sterne bei Ambiente, da ich aktuell noch nicht da war.

Eigentlich habt ihr die beste Pizza der Welt aber die letzten 3 Male habe ich 1,5-2,5 Stunden auf meine Bestellung gewartet, musste immer mehrmals anrufen, wurde angelogen am Telefon dass die los wäre und sogar weggedrückt teilweise. Geht gar nicht.

Uns wurde leider nicht die dazu bestellte Soße mitgebracht, jedoch war die Lieferung relativ schnell da und der Lieferant war richtig entspannt drauf. Empfehlenswerter Laden.

Beste Pizzaria sehr sympathisch

Haben Pizzabrötchen bestellt, wo man eigentlich nicht viel falsch machen kann, haben zwei verschiedene Sorten bestellt, beide waren Geschmacklos. Lieferung dauerte 1 1/2 Std womit ich noch leben kann, aber wenn das Essen am Ende kalt ankommt und nach nichts schmeckt, verstehe ich wieder nicht.

Wir haben über die Seite des Ladens um circa 19:20 Uhr drei Pizzen bestellt, ich habe nach zwei Stunden angerufen um zu fragen ob sie noch kommen. Es wurde gesagt, sie wären im Ofen und in 10 Minuten da, letzten Endes musste ich noch einmal anrufen und die Lieferung kam erst nach mehr als 2,5 Stunden bei uns an. Trotz eines Samstags finde ich das deutlich zu lange, auch der Service am Telefon war wenig verständnisvoll und entgegenkommend. Sehr schade!

Was ein saftladen?! man bestellt bei denen eine pizza am wochenende, kriegt schon eine längere wartezeit als sonst alles gut, aber trotzdem wartet man 3 stunden auf EINE PIZZA?! 20 min nach der „voraussichtlichen ankunft“ ruft man da 6-7 mal an bis man jemanden erreicht, um gesagt zu bekommen sie sei in 10 min da. Um dann 25 min nach diesem anruf einen mitarbeiter dran zu bekommen, der wohlmöglich ein hörgerät benötigt. Man gibt dem 10 mal seine PLZ durch, damit er mir erst sagt die bestellung gibt’s nicht, und dann sagt es wäre auf dem weg und langsam auch ziemlich unfreundlich wurde. Irgendwann 10 min nach dem Anruf kam der fahrer dann angetrudelt, bei der zeit hätte ich gedacht er hat das One Piece gefunden.. Naja am ende hat der Fahrer mehr geld verlangt als die pizza eigentlich gekostet hat? hat er natürlich nicht bekomm. Wenn man an solchen tagen so vielen bestellungen nicht standhalten kann dann sollte man sich überlegen ob man die öffnungszeiten nicht ändert, oder mehr personal einstellt. Pizza war btw arsch kalt:)

Ich habe über zwei Jahre hinweg regelmäßig bei Cosa Nostra bestellt und war lange ein zufriedener Stammkunde. Geschmacklich war ich auch meist zufrieden, sonst hätte ich dort nicht so häufig bestellt und über die Zeit mehrere hundert Euro ausgegeben. In letzter Zeit hat sich jedoch eine Entwicklung ergeben, die ich leider nicht mehr nachvollziehen kann. Die Preise sind in relativ kurzer Zeit deutlich gestiegen. Besonders auffällig sind dabei die jüngsten Anpassungen innerhalb der letzten zwei Wochen. Die Pommes wurden von 5,00 € auf 6,50 € erhöht (2024 lagen sie noch bei etwa 4,00 €), und auch die große Pizza ist erneut teurer geworden und liegt inzwischen bei rund 24,50 €. Auch die Pizzabrötchen (Gouda) sind von 9,50 € auf 13,50 € gestiegen. Diese Sprünge wirken insgesamt sehr deutlich, vor allem in so kurzer Zeit. Wenn ich heute meine typische Bestellung (Pizza, Pizzabrötchen und Pommes) zusammenstelle, komme ich auf etwa 44,50 €. Das sind mehr als 10 € Unterschied im Vergleich zu vor zwei Jahren, bei im Wesentlichen gleichem Umfang. Was für mich entscheidend ist: Die Qualität hat sich im gleichen Zeitraum nicht verbessert, teilweise hatte ich sogar den Eindruck, dass sie eher nachgelassen hat (z. B. dünnerer Pizzaboden oder stellenweise verbrannte Beläge bei der letzten Bestellung). Auch bei den Pommes sehe ich persönlich kein Verhältnis zwischen Preis und Leistung, insbesondere im Vergleich zu anderen Anbietern in der Umgebung. Das macht es schwierig, die Preisentwicklung für mich nachzuvollziehen. Geschmacklich ist das Essen weiterhin gut (abgesehen von den Pommes). Am Ende ist für mich jedoch das Gesamtpaket ausschlaggebend. Aktuell passt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis aus meiner Sicht nicht mehr, weshalb ich künftig bei anderen Anbietern bestellen muss, bei denen ich für einen vergleichbaren Umfang deutlich weniger zahle. Ich hoffe, dass die Entwicklung noch einmal überdacht wird, da ich den Laden grundsätzlich immer gerne mochte.

Großartige Pizzen, top Service, super Freundlich und vielleicht komm ich auch mal persönlich vorbei. Bisher hab ich bloß dutzende Male bei euch bestellt. :D Ich bin vor einigen Jahren hergezogen und habe mich von einer tollen Pizzaria in meiner Heimat verabschieden müssen.. Aber der Schmerz war nur kurzweilig. Seitdem ich einmal bei euch bestellt habe, hab ich keine andere Pizza mehr ausprobieren wollen. Dank euch bin ich ein bisschen mehr in der Stadt angekommen. Ich bin mit Respekt in dieses Lokal gekommen und wurde sehr lecker bewirtet. Die Atmosphäre gefällt mir sehr – man fühlt sich, als wäre man in Italien und mitten in einem Film. Der Eindruck vom Lokal ist wie ein Spaziergang an einem frühen Frühlingsmorgen unter warmer Sonne, umgeben von Weinbergen.

Mega lecker! Ist eig auf „Order an Go“ ausgelegt, haben aber vor Ort gegessen und waren begeistert. Pizzen sind satt belegt und optional auch mit Käserand zu bekommen. Personal ist super nett und zuvorkommend.

Das Personal war überaus höflich und aufmerksam! Die Zeit verging wie im Flug, das Essen war köstlich und die Fanta ein unvergessliches Erlebnis. Die Atmosphäre im Café war fantastisch, einfach alles erstklassig!

A significant drop in quality! Noodles cost over €18 and tasted like nothing. Ordered chicken strips that were undercooked; I threw them away after one bite. Delivery time was 75 minutes.

Unfortunately, a very disappointing experience. The order was delivered incorrectly, and instead of offering a solution, the employee on the phone was extremely rude. Every attempt to correct the order was rejected with an excuse. In the end, we were left with the wrong delivery.

Hair in the pizzas, incorrect order taking possibly due to a system error, an incredibly rude employee who simply hung up on the phone after complaints and then hung up on the call, resulting in a police intervention at Cosa Nostra's premises. 1 star, because they apparently know how to lose long-time customers!

Unfortunately, we were disappointed today. The pizza wasn't cooked through properly and wasn't cut. We also ordered a salad, but ended up with a completely different dish. We've always been very satisfied before, so this experience surprised us. It also seemed as if the previous owners were no longer there.

The food is great, but the delivery service wait times are outrageous. They say 30-50 minutes, but it's more like 120-180 minutes.

The food arrived cold after almost 1.5 hours. Sometimes you get lucky, sometimes you don't. It's unfair to be disappointed for €40.

I've been ordering from you for many years now and have always been satisfied – both with the food and the delivery drivers. The food was excellent again today. But what I experienced with the delivery driver this time was truly the last straw. Generally, I don't have a problem if a driver doesn't speak any German at all. My own German isn't perfect either, and you can always find a way to communicate, even with gestures. My order came to about €25.45. When I asked him the amount, he couldn't even tell me because he simply didn't understand me. So I gave him two €20 notes. While he was rummaging in his wallet for change, I told him to just give me a €10 note – he could keep the rest as a tip. But communication was difficult, and suddenly he raised his voice, pointed at the bill, and made it clear that I should finally understand what it said. Since it was already after 2 a.m. and I didn't want to get into a raised-voiced argument—my neighbors certainly wouldn't have appreciated that—I let it go. After he realized he was allowed to keep almost five euros of tip, he rummaged through his change again and gave me back only nine euros in coins instead of the requested ten-euro note. He remarked that it was "all right." I then dismissed the situation, neither wishing him a good evening nor saying goodbye politely, but instead stormed upstairs with a slam of the door. Had it been during the day, I would have made my opinion very clear. In my view, a delivery driver doesn't have to be your best friend or overly friendly. But treating customers with respect is simply part of the job. This behavior was rude and completely inappropriate.

The food used to be really special and delicious. These days, unfortunately, it's too greasy. The staff are all extremely friendly, though.

I ordered through their website. After more than an hour, I inquired about the order. Apparently, there were computer problems, and therefore the order was canceled. They claimed the phone number provided was incorrect, which wasn't true. Unfortunately, reordering by phone wasn't possible; I was repeatedly referred to a delivery service. That's not customer service at all; it's simply unacceptable! However, the food itself was always good.

This location is a good example of why you can't use Google for transparent information. Poor loading.

Hi everyone. Let me tell you what I ordered: I ordered a pizza online and tipped the delivery driver (I also paid online). The pizza arrived. The driver expected a tip. I told him I'd already tipped him when I paid online. He said, "That's a tip for the cook, and he expects tips from now on." So I got some cash from home and gave him the tip. The pizza cost €29 in total. The tip was €5 (online) + €10 (cash) + €1.50 delivery fee. The pizza was tasty, but with a tip like that (half the order price), I probably won't be ordering from here again.

Ordered takeaway food to eat in. Special requests not on the menu were fulfilled without hesitation. The food was incredibly delicious, and the staff were simply attentive and friendly.

I ordered from Cosa Nostra for the first time. I won't be ordering again. The pizzas were okay. There was no arugula on the arugula pizza. I informed the delivery driver and asked him to take care of it. I received no response from the restaurant. No apology. I don't blame the delivery driver. However, reading other reviews, it seems this happens quite often. I only received the receipt after persistently requesting it. It would be nice if the team also responded to negative reviews and didn't just thank customers for positive ones.

If you want hot food, or even just the food you actually ordered, I would NOT order from here! Food arrives cold or burnt, or they deliver the completely wrong thing, and every time they promise to make it right next time, but unfortunately, it never happens. You don't get your money back either, so it's just incredibly disappointing. A real shame!

The food is indescribably delicious. The rest leaves a lot to be desired. I constantly get something wrong and have to repeat a hundred times that an ingredient isn't allowed on the pizza. In the end, it's on anyway. People make mistakes all the time, and Cosa Nostra even more so. But the delicious food makes up for it!

Horrible service, I have never been spoken to so rudely, not only did I wait 2 hours for food but then the food was brought out incorrectly and I wasn't even told that it was there, I had to call 3 times so I could find out where he had left my food only to then be told "be glad you got any food at all". I went to a comedy show in Bielefeld with a friend. After the show, we wanted to grab something to eat and happened upon Cosa Nostra. The owner, a very friendly Tamil guy 😉👍, served us very friendly. His crew was also in a good mood. I was pleasantly surprised; I haven't had such good pizza in a long time. We even got aioli sauce on the house. You just have to try it 👍. Unfortunately, I didn't get to say goodbye in person. If I ever come back to Bielefeld, I'll definitely visit Cosa Nostra again. They have such good reviews for a reason. See for yourself. 👌🏾👌🏾

I actually really enjoy eating pizza there, but once again, my Caesar pizza was delivered without arugula, sauce, or Parmesan cheese. The pizza costs €16! I think it's really cheeky that half the ingredients are missing. I won't be ordering from there again in the future.

The price/performance ratio here is absolutely poor. A standard margarita costs €14 and tastes only of cheese. Very greasy, you can barely taste the tomato sauce. The batter was okay, although the crust wasn't cooked through. Recommendation? No!

I was ripped off and paid more than it cost. I paid five euros for a 0.5-liter bottle of mezzomix, and a 1-liter bottle costs about three euros.

Ridiculous. Interminably long delivery times that are never met. Two hours for a lukewarm pizza and soggy fries? And then canceled orders because you don't even know your opening hours??

By far the best pizza and the best burger I've ever eaten. A world of difference from other pizzas. The pizza was fresh, with lots of fresh ingredients. Lots of cheese, filling, and a fair price. I'll definitely order again.

Really great pizzeria with delicious pizzas and pasta dishes, I haven't eaten burgers yet. There are designated vegetarian and vegan dishes. The orders always arrive on time and warm to hot and the employees are very friendly, top service! However, I really can't recommend the chilli cheese fries, just take them off the menu and stick to pizza, pasta and burgers, you can do that really well too!

The delivery driver BI-CN-16 drove like crazy with the Mitsubishi Space Star on April 6th at 8:45 p.m. She drove out of Ostwestfalendamm and drove next to me. Constantly driving on my lane I had to drive onto the shoulder. When I honked she drove back into her lane and the passenger then gave me her middle finger…. Unbelievable, even though I've ordered several times, I've never seen anything like it. Otherwise everything was always great

Yummy! You can definitely do it, the pizza rolls and the chili cheese bites are my favorites. The pasta portions are so big that there were 3, which I thought was great.

Ordered food at 8:27 PM even though the place is just a few streets away, but the pizza didn't arrive until 9:40 PM! Over an hour! I haven't experienced anything like this in a long time. Was that ever before and avoid this crap! There are definitely other, better options than what arrived. Not a single star! The poor driver who then has to pay for everything.

Very good address. There was once a misunderstanding about the delivery time and those responsible sorted it out quickly and easily. In any case, every contact so far has been very friendly. And most importantly: the pizzas are very tasty! The vegan alternatives are also tasty.
