The food tasted super delicious

I recently went to Cosa Nostra and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. The first negative point: the waiting time. Even though the place was almost empty, it took far too long for our order to even be taken and even longer for the food to finally arrive. You might think they're making a gourmet pizza - but they're far from it. The pizza rolls, which I was particularly looking forward to, were simply disappointing in terms of taste. I would have expected more for the price: neither a particular freshness nor a significant topping that justifies the high price. Unfortunately, the atmosphere in the pizzeria itself was just as uncomfortable. The furnishings seemed outdated and careless, and the general atmosphere didn't invite you to linger any longer. In addition, the staff's interaction with the guests was not particularly cordial. A simple “Good evening” or a kind word? None. I felt more like an annoying interruption than a valued guest. Overall, I can't recommend the place if you value good quality, fair prices and a pleasant atmosphere. Improvement is urgently needed here.

Ordered pizza there for the first time today. The driver is incredibly nice and the pizza is definitely impressive. It probably won't be the last time. Really recommended

Ordered food at 2:10 a.m. via Lieferando, now it's 4 a.m. and no one answers the phone and no sign of the food, no notification and nothing at all, disappointed

We ordered for almost 100 euros and 2 things were missing - no problem - but when we called the missing things were supposed to be delivered to us but nothing was delivered and we were then ignored - things worth over 15 euros were missing

Waited almost 2 hours for food and in the end it didn't even come. Hope you go bankrupt

We were very satisfied with our order, super fast delivery 20 minutes before the specified time (with the fastest possible delivery) and all the pizzas were great. The burger was also delicious. We would order again and again 👍🏼☺️

So far the best pizzeria in Bielefeld. And yes, even the 40cm pizza is actually only 38cm. However, such deviations are standard because the diameter refers to the box and not to the actual pizza 😉 Still shares first place with another pizzeria. My tip: Pizza “Corleone” and “Camorra”. The biggest plus point (besides the taste, of course) is that delivery lasts well past midnight.

Ordered for delivery. The announced time was 00:50-01:00. I got the food around 2 a.m. Mix box with chili cheese nuggets and mozzarella sticks didn't come, instead a box with soggy fries without sauce. There were only two(!) things I ordered and one of them was wrong. You have to manage it. Pizza was completely dark/black on the outside. I ate a few pieces because I was really hungry, but after that I lost my appetite.

This is the best pizzeria in Bielefeld! I recommend the pizza corleone. Nice team! I'll be back

I was surprised with a delay of 30 minutes. Furthermore, the prices were overpriced and the food was not edible. I expected more from this restaurant. I also had a driver who didn't speak German, so I had to calculate my own change. This was an extremely unfortunate experience. Ordered 32cm pizza and received 27~28cm. The driver said it's a 32cm pizza at Cosa Nostra... seems so normal at this pizzeria... Well for €17 I would have liked to have gotten the 32cm too! The taste wasn't bad.

Haram level red. Lots of false reviews to keep the store artificially high rated. It is not advisable to order here.

Ordered pizza at 6pm yesterday and waited over 4 hours for it. Around 8 p.m., after 2 hours, called and asked where the pizza was. Then they said that she was already on her way to me and that I would get a coke as compensation for the long wait. It wasn't until 10:15 p.m. that the delivery driver rang my doorbell. He didn't give me the Coke. No compensation, nothing. Pizza was delicious, as always. But that doesn't work at all. I would have preferred not to pay for the pizza and sent the delivery man away because I had to wait so long. I would like to continue ordering from you, but not if this happens again.

We ordered our food online at around 7 p.m. and were then informed via the website that we could pick up the food at around 8:30 p.m. We got there on time and then we waited another 40 minutes for our food. To pass the time, we took a look at the menu and noticed that the dishes on the menu didn't match the food offered on the website... Pizzas cost €13 online, but on the menu the price was suddenly €2 cheaper. The delivery costs were clearly not included since we picked up our food ourselves Unfortunately, when we asked, they couldn't tell us anything about this. Addendum: after a delay of over 3 hours, the driver was at the door and wanted to deliver our order. The explanation that came with a shrug of the shoulders was “… there was a traffic jam…”. The food is really delicious, the pizzas are good, the burgers are good. But what I found completely bottomless were the noodles. I ate the arrabiata and expected it to be slightly pleasant to moderately spicy. (As it should actually be). However, the noodles were so spicy that even I, as someone who likes spicy things, had to throw the thing away halfway through. This hotness gives me absolute stomach cramps that won't go away and I feel sick too. Not cool of you at all.

We ordered the food shortly after 12. Supposedly this was supposed to arrive at 2:00. We tried to call there several times either the phone was switched off or we were pushed away. Later we went to the store and were told the delivery person was on the way. The employee in the store was extremely annoyed, at least the order was prepared for us again. Shortly before we arrived at 3 a.m., our food was delivered by the supplier. A friend stayed at home to be on the safe side. The food was cold when it arrived. We then ate the new dishes. The cheese was chewy like rubber and the noodles just tasted really weird.

Delivery instructions are consistently ignored! I have ordered about 5 times in the last few months because there is simply no alternative at very late hours and in 4 of these orders the food was inedible. Next time I'd rather go hungry

The salads were really tasty. Today a salad (Crete) arrived without the promised cherry tomatoes, mostly just iceberg lettuce and with a really terrible Caesar dressing that only tastes like mayonnaise. And you pay €11 for this.. Inedible!

The food is delicious. Service zero. Sauces were forgotten on a single order. And that at a late hour. I would have liked the gentleman on the phone to be a little more forthcoming after such a mistake. He said it wasn't his fault, it was the driver's fault. Only after a long discussion and asking for compensation did he want to give me a drink on the house. I would also have wished that he had suggested compensation instead of it coming from me. Mistakes happen, especially in the catering industry. Still a shame.

I'm not one to write reviews, but with this restaurant I have to. I don't order from anyone else except Cosa Nostra. Whether it's the pizza, the chicken, the burgers or the mozzarella sticks. The food always tastes good and arrives quickly!

Waited almost 2 hours for burgers and pizzas to be delivered. Eat cold to lukewarm at most. The drink was missing from the burger menu. For the price we expected something better. Ordered there for the first time...Never again...it's a shame.

Es schmeckt häufig gut, aber man muss mit längeren Wartezeit rechnen wenn man liefern lässt. Ps. Abholung kann ich nur empfehlen, dort würden sie von mir 4 Sterne bekommen!

Essen bestellt.... Nach 1.5 Std Wartezeit rief eine Dame an... sehr sehr schlecht deutsch.... Ihr Bruder würde seit 1.5 Std meine Adresse suchen soviel ich verstehen konnte.... Ich meinte daraufhin... stehe unten vor meiner Haustür... hier ist niemand.... 25 bis 30 min ging das so mit den anrufen hin und her und er hat es nicht geschafft meine Adresse zu finde... obwohl er ja 1.5 Std in der kleinen 100meter langen Straße gesucht hat. Zu dumm fürs leichteste! Daraufhin meinte ich, hey wenn er schon so lange sucht, kann er sein Essen gleich wieder mit nach Hause nehmen und selbst essen. Den nach halbstündigen Diskussionen ist das Essen eh kalt.....

Die Pizzen haben leider gar nicht geschmeckt, wie wir es uns vorgestellt hatten. Haben über 1 Stunde auf die Pizzen gewartet, was sehr viel ist. Würde jetzt kein zweites Mal in Zukunft bestellen.

Waren gestern 11 man da ging alles schnell und war sehr lecker. Ist aufjedenfall zum empfehlen einfach nur wow. Mitarbeiter auch alle sehr nett !!!

Das Essen kommt meistens kalt an, dazu oft verbrannt oder gar nicht erst durch. Es wird oft auch das falsche mitgegeben oder auch mal was vergessen. Vom Personal wollen wir gar nicht erst anfangen, sehr respektlos, lassen dich entweder warten oder legen dir ins Gesicht einfach auf. Die Wartezeiten sind eine Katastrophe. Wir mussten jetzt mehrmals mehrere Stunden warten und wir haben sogar unsere Bestellung nach über 2h Wartezeit gar nicht erhalten. Einfach nur eine Drecksbude, bestelle niewieder etwas hier.

Das Essen kam nach 2 Stunden und 30 min! Nach Nachfrage wurden wir nur hingehalten. Als der Fahrer dann da war, hat der Chef ihn angerufen und unsere Mütter beleidigt!!! Ich habe es GANZ genau gehört. So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt.. unter aller EHRE 3 Frauen zu beleidigen obwohl man schuld ist. Ich wünschte ich könnte mit 0 Sternen bewerten, aber leider geht das nicht!

Etwas schlechteres hab ich noch nie erlebt! Ich habe über Lieferando bestellt und bezahlt. Nach 1,5 Stunden dort angerufen wo es dann aufeinmal hieß die Bestellung wurde nicht angenommen (über Lieferando würde mir das aber nicht mitgeteilt!). Darf jetzt hungrig zur Arbeit fahren. DANKE FÜR NICHTS!

Am Telefon erklärten wir dem Chef unser Anliegen, dieser hat sehr unfreundlich reagiert mit der Aussage „Das ist durch die App erst nach einer Stunde bei uns angekommen“, obwohl wir eine Bestätigung bekommen haben und nach ca. einer Stunde angerufen haben. Sehr unfreundlicher Innhaber, dieser meinte ganz dreist das wir das Essen auch zurück schicken können. Wir werden nicht mehr bestellen und wir empfehlen es auch jeden anderen. Die einzige kundenfreundliche und zuvorkommende Person war der Fahrer. Grüße gehen raus. Bruder such dir einen neuen Job.

Haben an einem Samstagabend um 22 Uhr bestellt. Lieferung sollte eine Stunde dauern, der Fahrer war sogar schon früher da. Leider wurden die Pizzabrötchen nicht mitgeliefert, die dazugehörige Ailoi aber schon. Nach Anrufen im Restaurant wurden diese dann nachgeliefert. Die Speisen waren mehr fettig als recht . Eine Pizza wurde mit extra spinat bestellt, welcher nicht auf der Pizza vorhanden war. Allerdings ist dennoch alles lecker und relativ zufriedenstellend

2 std später Essen war Kalt Lieferant lässt skrupellos die haustür offen vom Treppenhaus!

Essen online um 3:15Uhr bestellt und bezahlt,aber nicht geliefert worden. Mittlerweile ist es 5:45Uhr und ich glaube nicht dass das Essen noch kommt,da Laden ja schon zu ist...

Bestellt wurde um 19:45 Uhr und hätte eine Stunde gebraucht. Jetzt ist es 23:05 Uhr und das Essen wurde immer noch nicht geliefert. Am Telefon wurde ich mehrfach hin gehalten so, dass ich nicht umbestellt haben. Das war das letzte mal heute.

Wir warten jetzt schon seit über 2,5 Stunden auf unser Essen, das mit hoher Wahrscheinlichkeit (wieder) kalt ankommen wird und das ist nicht das erste Mal, dass die Lieferzeit so grausig ist! Wenn man anruft, wird man mit Worten wie »Sollte in 5 Minuten da sein« oder »Ich werde den Fahrer anrufen« abgespeist, was nichts bringt und auch wirklich eine Frechheit ist! Und dann hat man noch nt mal das bekommen, was man bestellt hat! So kann man Kunden auch verlieren! Danke dafür...

Wenn wir unsere Bestellung bei Lieferando zum abholen aufgegeben hätten, hätten wir einfach 20€ mehr bezahlt. Die Lösung ist einfach über die hauseigne Homepage zum Abholen bestellten. Dann sind die Preise fair, das Essen fertig wenn man zum Abholen kommt und Kritikpunkte wie Lieferzeit oder Temperatur der Gerichte ganz einfach passé. Also Lieferando boykottieren und direkt bei den Jungs ordern, spart Geld und wenn man abholt auch einiges an Zeit. Die Pizzen und die Pasta ist es alle mal wert!

Ich habe einen Burger und eine Pommes bestellt. Das Essen kam erst nach 90 Minuten und der Burger war kalt und aufgeweicht. Die Pommes waren auch kalt und labbrig.
