Best pizzaria in Bielefeld and the surrounding area. Edit: I have been a customer of Cosa Nostra for several years now and have not been disappointed in all these years. No matter whether cool Christmas offers or drinks or meals on the house due to complications. The dishes always arrive warm and taste on a completely different level. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. Keep it up!

I ordered a pizza home. Wasn't good. Delivery took a long time and the pizza was wobbly and not tasty. After two tries I give up.

Big No No Ordered at 6:00 p.m At 7:15 p.m. I called and was told that the order would come in 10 minutes. At 8pm I contacted again and they said they forgot our order. Incredible 👎🏻 We finally canceled the order but tips wouldn't be sent back!

Very good address. There was once a misunderstanding about the delivery time and those responsible sorted it out quickly and easily. In any case, every contact so far has been very friendly. And most importantly: the pizzas are very tasty! The vegan alternatives are also tasty.

The people who work there are super nice. You can tell that a lot of effort was put into the interior and exterior design. Other than that at MCs, the food looks like the pictures and tastes just amazing. The pizzas are decorated with lots of toppings, which is simply amazing. The burgers are also tasty, fluffy bun, juicy meat and enough sauce 👍🏻 Can only be recommended. My favorite: Yakuza Pizza 💋

Recently ordered here via a well-known delivery app. The food came later than predicted and was wrong. TWO of THREE products ordered were incorrect. The taste of the one product that was delivered correctly was also not good - but that is certainly a matter of opinion. For quality reasons, I decided to report this to the operators of the delivery app and to give a corresponding assessment of the delivery. They told me that the retailer refused to refund ("The owner of the restaurant told me that he did not agree to the refund of the amount."). So far, very sad. Later, a previously unknown phone number contacted me via private Whatsapp (not Whatsapp Business), based on the negative review. I should please provide screenshots that I tried to call the restaurant and provide evidence of this so that I can talk to the employees. I was told that if I couldn't prove anything, nothing could be done. The person who contacted me didn't even introduce themselves by name. There was also no apology for the incorrect delivery or anything else. Contacting people subsequently via Whatsapp based on a review, not finding any solution, nor apologizing for the behavior and the incorrect delivery - that is very questionable and disappointing. I had to ask twice that I didn't want to be contacted like that via WhatsApp before this was taken into account. I can only advise against Cosa Nostra Bielefeld. That was my first and last order there. I am currently still clarifying with the delivery app operators about refunding the incorrect items. I would also like to note that the delivery man, who couldn't help it himself, was very friendly - that's the only positive thing I could hear here. Update: For the second time, the supplier has challenged the truthful assessment through a lawyer, even though everything can be proven. Everything negative seems to be disputed on a large scale here (others also report in the reviews) and if you don't provide any evidence, it is deleted according to Google guidelines (who usually keeps evidence when ordering a pizza). I can only advise everyone to observe how many negative reviews there are and compare them with a time later. Negative reviews regularly disappear. In any case, those affected should respond to the Gmails and provide appropriate evidence that there was a customer relationship so that the reviews remain and this sad practice is stopped. I also recommend the NW article: “70 Google reviews gone: Bielefeld delivery service has customer reviews deleted”.

The food was excellent and totally worth the price! We accidentally ordered the wrong salad, but a new one was made for us in no time, which we didn't even have to pay for. Really very nice people!

Recommended for people who like to wait a long time for their food. Ordered relatively late in the evening, where you would think it wouldn't take too long. After 1.5 hours we called and asked how far it was. We were told: yes, yes, another 10 minutes. Surprisingly it wasn't there 30 minutes later. Pretty disappointing when the information doesn't match at all. Waiting time is a disaster. I'd rather take the money back than wait any longer...

I recently went to Cosa Nostra and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. The first negative point: the waiting time. Even though the place was almost empty, it took far too long for our order to even be taken and even longer for the food to finally arrive. You might think they're making a gourmet pizza - but they're far from it. The pizza rolls, which I was particularly looking forward to, were simply disappointing in terms of taste. I would have expected more for the price: neither a particular freshness nor a significant topping that justifies the high price. Unfortunately, the atmosphere in the pizzeria itself was just as uncomfortable. The furnishings seemed outdated and careless, and the general atmosphere didn't invite you to linger any longer. In addition, the staff's interaction with the guests was not particularly cordial. A simple “Good evening” or a kind word? None. I felt more like an annoying interruption than a valued guest. Overall, I can't recommend the place if you value good quality, fair prices and a pleasant atmosphere. Improvement is urgently needed here.

We were very satisfied with our order, super fast delivery 20 minutes before the specified time (with the fastest possible delivery) and all the pizzas were great. The burger was also delicious. We would order again and again 👍🏼☺️

So far the best pizzeria in Bielefeld. And yes, even the 40cm pizza is actually only 38cm. However, such deviations are standard because the diameter refers to the box and not to the actual pizza 😉 Still shares first place with another pizzeria. My tip: Pizza “Corleone” and “Camorra”. The biggest plus point (besides the taste, of course) is that delivery lasts well past midnight.

Ordered for delivery. The announced time was 00:50-01:00. I got the food around 2 a.m. Mix box with chili cheese nuggets and mozzarella sticks didn't come, instead a box with soggy fries without sauce. There were only two(!) things I ordered and one of them was wrong. You have to manage it. Pizza was completely dark/black on the outside. I ate a few pieces because I was really hungry, but after that I lost my appetite.

Ordered 32cm pizza and received 27~28cm. The driver said it's a 32cm pizza at Cosa Nostra... seems so normal at this pizzeria... Well for €17 I would have liked to have gotten the 32cm too! The taste wasn't bad.

Ordered pizza at 6pm yesterday and waited over 4 hours for it. Around 8 p.m., after 2 hours, called and asked where the pizza was. Then they said that she was already on her way to me and that I would get a coke as compensation for the long wait. It wasn't until 10:15 p.m. that the delivery driver rang my doorbell. He didn't give me the Coke. No compensation, nothing. Pizza was delicious, as always. But that doesn't work at all. I would have preferred not to pay for the pizza and sent the delivery man away because I had to wait so long. I would like to continue ordering from you, but not if this happens again.

We ordered our food online at around 7 p.m. and were then informed via the website that we could pick up the food at around 8:30 p.m. We got there on time and then we waited another 40 minutes for our food. Pizzas cost €13 online, but on the menu the price was suddenly €2 cheaper. The food is really delicious, the pizzas are good, the burgers are good. But what I found completely bottomless were the noodles. I ate the arrabiata and expected it to be slightly pleasant to moderately spicy. (As it should actually be). However, the noodles were so spicy that even I, as someone who likes spicy things, had to throw the thing away halfway through. This hotness gives me absolute stomach cramps that won't go away and I feel sick too. Not cool of you at all.

We ordered the food shortly after 12. Supposedly this was supposed to arrive at 2:00. We tried to call there several times either the phone was switched off or we were pushed away. Later we went to the store and were told the delivery person was on the way. The employee in the store was extremely annoyed, at least the order was prepared for us again. Shortly before we arrived at 3 a.m., our food was delivered by the supplier. A friend stayed at home to be on the safe side. The food was cold when it arrived. We then ate the new dishes. The cheese was chewy like rubber and the noodles just tasted really weird.

The salads were really tasty. Today a salad (Crete) arrived without the promised cherry tomatoes, mostly just iceberg lettuce and with a really terrible Caesar dressing that only tastes like mayonnaise. And you pay €11 for this.. Inedible!

The food is delicious. Service zero. Sauces were forgotten on a single order. And that at a late hour. I would have liked the gentleman on the phone to be a little more forthcoming after such a mistake. He said it wasn't his fault, it was the driver's fault. Only after a long discussion and asking for compensation did he want to give me a drink on the house. I would also have wished that he had suggested compensation instead of it coming from me. Mistakes happen, especially in the catering industry. Still a shame.
