We had dinner together in the fantastic restaurant today and we were thrilled. There were plenty of parking spaces in front of the restaurant. The staff welcomed and served us very friendly. We ate pasta and loved it. Very, very tasty and lovingly prepared. The staff even gave us a tour of the terrace, from which you can enjoy a romantic view of the lake. Certainly gigantic in summer. We are absolutely satisfied and will come back, thank you! They absolutely deserve the 5 stars ☺️

Delizioso! One of the best pizzas I've had in a long time! The food is really fresh and extremely tasty, that's how fun it is! The pizzas are rather thin, not doughy but very well topped and fresh, the pasta dishes taste great and the boss and team are very nice! It can also be ordered for pickup or with delivery!

Excellent food like in Italy, excellent quality Made in Italy ingredients starting from the fresh pasta and great hospitality from the chef and the staff. We stayed one evening and for the rest of our stay in Germany we continued to go there every day. I highly recommend it.

This is my fourth time coming unannounced to this wonderful restaurant and every time I am enchanted... From the warm hospitality of this Italian family, from the tranquility of the pond next to the monastery, but above all from the Maestro's excellent cuisine. No matter when you come, everything is cooked fresh, authentically Italian "a la minute". The menu surprises with its variety, be it fish, mussels, meat, pasta or pizza. .today I first had a carpaccio of swordfish on a bed of rocket with freshly baked foccacia. The raw fish was gently marinated in lemon without too much acid, harmonious with the fresh taste of the sea, the arugula was crunchy, just picked from the garden, the focaccia was thin and arched fresh from the wood oven... Then the salad “core di Roma” is wonderfully fresh with artichoke hearts topped with fine slices of Parmesan. Then the aubergines were cut very finely and baked in tomato sauce with cheese. It came very hot from the oven. The sauce was made from fresh tomatoes and the whole thing was incredibly tender and homogeneous. The aubergines were without acid and with the skin on, very finely cut but still with a bite. The wine from Apulia doppio passato was precisely chambered and crowned the whole thing You feel a passionate chef who celebrates the cuisine of his homeland with genuine products and you wonder how he, in this small Swabian village with two hundred inhabitants, is able to create this magic day after day. Last week, after a year, we were back in Heiligkreuztal and had dinner several times at Core de Roma. All dishes were freshly prepared and tasted very good. They cook there with love. We can wholeheartedly recommend the restaurant and look forward to seeing you again.

The food - especially the pasta - is incredibly delicious. I don't know of any comparable restaurant in the area where you can get such freshly prepared pasta dishes. Really a taste experience. The restaurant is beautifully located on a small lake. The hosts are very attentive and friendly! Absolutely clear recommendation!

Beautiful restaurant, I was there last year under the new management, excellent food, fantastic welcome, as if I were at home, the spectacular chef, very creative in preparing the dishes. The best restaurant I could choose. They deserve all 5 stars, both for the management and for the friendliness and work they do, best Italian cuisine ever, perhaps the only place that makes you feel Made in Italy even far from Italy..... anything but 5 I would even say 7 stars!!!!!!!!!!

The location is beautiful but then there were "rats" the tables around us weren't cleared, you had to call the waitress to even notice that there was someone around us and after 20-30 minutes of waiting, guests simply left, which is understandable. Wrong food was served. Coffee, espresso didn't taste good.

The first impression counts. Unfortunately we were disappointed, we both had a pizza. Pizza Salami and Pizza Napoli. The dough was thin and crispy but there was no love behind it. There was also no typical edge as we know it. Unfortunately, the taste just got better. The glasses also had water stains. Unfortunately a bad recommendation.

There is a real feeling of Italian hospitality here. We drank beer and ordered bruschettas. The bruschetta was prepared according to the rules. That was nice because in German restaurants you sometimes get bruschetta as a normal sandwich with a tomato 🤷‍♀️.

You really have to travel a long way for such an excellent Roman pizza, the taste is a dream and visually an absolute treat. If you only know the typical thick-dough frozen Napoli and expect it in a restaurant, I recommend trying a Core de Roma there. I went there once last year and won't go again... A restaurant I can't recommend. The gentleman who served us didn't speak any German... Communication was difficult. Also, the pizza we ordered was a joke???!!!!!! I've never eaten worse pizza in my life. The pizza was very thin and the base was burnt black. For the money I paid I expected something different.

Die angebotenen Speisen sind qualitativ hochwertig und geschmacklich sehr gut, bei durchschnittlichen Preisen. Der Service ist sehr zuvorkommend und es wurde uns auch eine Vorspeise aufs Haus zum probieren angeboten. Alles in allem ist die Preis-Leistung Top, das Essen ist lecker und die Restaurantbetreiber inklusive Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Sehr netter Gastgeber. Der Koch, ein echter Römer, liebt es sich in seiner Sprache zu unterhalten. Obwohl wir sehr spät waren, sehr zuvorkommend und super freundlich.

Essen und die Bedienung waren sehr gut, das Essen kam zügig, war frisch zubereitet,man hat sich fast wie in Italien gefühlt, die Verständigung ging trotz Sprachbarrieren auf italienisch sowie auf deutsch oder Englisch sehr gut. Preis, Leistung und Lage passen perfekt für einen schönen Sommerabend! Kommen garantiert wieder!
