This is my fourth time coming unannounced to this wonderful restaurant and every time I am enchanted... From the warm hospitality of this Italian family, from the tranquility of the pond next to the monastery, but above all from the Maestro's excellent cuisine. No matter when you come, everything is cooked fresh, authentically Italian "a la minute". The menu surprises with its variety, be it fish, mussels, meat, pasta or pizza. .today I first had a carpaccio of swordfish on a bed of rocket with freshly baked foccacia. The raw fish was gently marinated in lemon without too much acid, harmonious with the fresh taste of the sea, the arugula was crunchy, just picked from the garden, the focaccia was thin and arched fresh from the wood oven... Then the salad “core di Roma” is wonderfully fresh with artichoke hearts topped with fine slices of Parmesan. Then the aubergines were cut very finely and baked in tomato sauce with cheese. It came very hot from the oven. The sauce was made from fresh tomatoes and the whole thing was incredibly tender and homogeneous. The aubergines were without acid and with the skin on, very finely cut but still with a bite. The wine from Apulia doppio passato was precisely chambered and crowned the whole thing You feel a passionate chef who celebrates the cuisine of his homeland with genuine products and you wonder how he, in this small Swabian village with two hundred inhabitants, is able to create this magic day after day. Last week, after a year, we were back in Heiligkreuztal and had dinner several times at Core de Roma. All dishes were freshly prepared and tasted very good. They cook there with love. We can wholeheartedly recommend the restaurant and look forward to seeing you again.

Very friendly staff, Italian language skills are helpful for communicating, otherwise everything is great. The pizzas are different than usual, but excellent.

The food - especially the pasta - is incredibly delicious. I don't know of any comparable restaurant in the area where you can get such freshly prepared pasta dishes. Really a taste experience. The restaurant is beautifully located on a small lake. The hosts are very attentive and friendly! Absolutely clear recommendation!

Beautiful restaurant, I was there last year under the new management, excellent food, fantastic welcome, as if I were at home, the spectacular chef, very creative in preparing the dishes. The best restaurant I could choose. They deserve all 5 stars, both for the management and for the friendliness and work they do, best Italian cuisine ever, perhaps the only place that makes you feel Made in Italy even far from Italy..... anything but 5 I would even say 7 stars!!!!!!!!!!

The location is beautiful but then there were "rats" the tables around us weren't cleared, you had to call the waitress to even notice that there was someone around us and after 20-30 minutes of waiting, guests simply left, which is understandable. Wrong food was served. Coffee, espresso didn't taste good.

The first impression counts. Unfortunately we were disappointed, we both had a pizza. Pizza Salami and Pizza Napoli. The dough was thin and crispy but there was no love behind it. There was also no typical edge as we know it. Unfortunately, the taste just got better. The glasses also had water stains. Unfortunately a bad recommendation.

There is a real feeling of Italian hospitality here. We drank beer and ordered bruschettas. The bruschetta was prepared according to the rules. That was nice because in German restaurants you sometimes get bruschetta as a normal sandwich with a tomato 🤷‍♀️.

A pleasant surprise, during a stay with my partner we came across a real Italian restaurant, really excellent pasta and very fresh products. Really excellent value for money. Waiters who speak Italian, a dream for those like me who are not familiar with languages.

You really have to travel a long way for such an excellent Roman pizza, the taste is a dream and visually an absolute treat. If you only know the typical thick-dough frozen Napoli and expect it in a restaurant, I recommend trying a Core de Roma there. I went there once last year and won't go again... A restaurant I can't recommend. The gentleman who served us didn't speak any German... Communication was difficult. Also, the pizza we ordered was a joke???!!!!!! I've never eaten worse pizza in my life. The pizza was very thin and the base was burnt black. For the money I paid I expected something different.

Die angebotenen Speisen sind qualitativ hochwertig und geschmacklich sehr gut, bei durchschnittlichen Preisen. Der Service ist sehr zuvorkommend und es wurde uns auch eine Vorspeise aufs Haus zum probieren angeboten. Alles in allem ist die Preis-Leistung Top, das Essen ist lecker und die Restaurantbetreiber inklusive Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Heute außergewöhnliche Spezialität auf Nachfrage erhalten: Spaghetti al nero di Seppia. Ein Traum, besser geht nicht!!! Unglaublich für diese Spezialität musst Du ansonsten nach Rom fahren.

Non ci sono parole per il ottimo cibo che questa struttura offre, piatti veramente squisiti cucinati da vero italiano. Qualità superiore al prezzo che offre, ho mangiato veramente bene e sicuramente ci tornerò!

Sehr netter Gastgeber. Der Koch, ein echter Römer, liebt es sich in seiner Sprache zu unterhalten. Obwohl wir sehr spät waren, sehr zuvorkommend und super freundlich.

Essen und die Bedienung waren sehr gut, das Essen kam zügig, war frisch zubereitet,man hat sich fast wie in Italien gefühlt, die Verständigung ging trotz Sprachbarrieren auf italienisch sowie auf deutsch oder Englisch sehr gut. Preis, Leistung und Lage passen perfekt für einen schönen Sommerabend! Kommen garantiert wieder!

Das Core de Roma in Riedlingen hat mich auf ganzer Linie beeindruckt und begeistert! Es ist nicht nur ein Ort für kulinarische Hochgenüsse, sondern auch ein Ort, an dem man in die italienische Kultur eintauchen kann. Von außen mag das Core de Roma modern und einladend wirken, doch sobald man das Restaurant betritt, fühlt man sich wie in einem authentischen italienischen Lokal. Die freundlichen Besitzer, die nur Italienisch sprechen, begrüßen einen mit einem herzlichen Lächeln, und man spürt sofort, dass hier die italienische Gastfreundschaft im Mittelpunkt steht. Die Speisekarte im Core de Roma ist eine köstliche Reise durch die italienische Küche. Jedes Gericht ist mit Liebe und Sorgfalt zubereitet, und man schmeckt förmlich die frischen Zutaten. Die Besitzer geben gerne Empfehlungen und erzählen stolz von den regionalen italienischen Spezialitäten, die sie servieren. Was mich besonders fasziniert hat, ist die Tatsache, dass die Besitzer nur Italienisch sprechen. Zum Abschluss durfte natürlich das Tiramisu nicht fehlen. Es war ein perfekter Abschluss für das Menü - leicht, luftig und einfach köstlich. Das Core de Roma hat es geschafft, Tradition und Moderne auf wunderbare Weise zu vereinen. Man spürt die Leidenschaft und Hingabe der Besitzer, die das Restaurant zu einem ganz besonderen Ort machen. Für alle, die auf der Suche nach einem authentischen und gleichzeitig zeitgemäßen italienischen Restaurant sind, kann ich das Core de Roma in Riedlingen uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Eine ganz neue Erfahrung richtig Süd-italienisch essen zu gehen. Eine sehr gute Lokalität, das Essen war hervorragend.

Eine echte Überraschung. Mitten in der Baden-Wüttenbergischen landschaft ein stück Trastevere. Echte römische Küche. Fabios Tonnarelli Cacio e Pepe sind spektakulär. Ich werde jedes Mal dorthin gehen, wenn ich in der Gegend bin

Ein sehr herzlicher Empfang war der erste Eindruck vom Restaurant. Die Speisekarte ist nicht überladen, aber es gibt eine genügende und vielseite Auswahl. Egal ob Fleisch oder Fisch, Nudelgerichte oder Pizzen. Die Pizzen sind ein Traum ! Nicht der bei "deutschen Italienern" sonst übliche relativ dicke Teig sondern typisch italienisch: Dünn, groß und knusprig. Auch die Bruschetta sind super lecker. Die Getränkeauswahl ist nicht überladen, aber jeder kann ein Getränkl nach seinem Geschmack finden. Die "dolce", also der Nachtisch war super. Auch dekorativ ansprechend. Daß wir hinterher noch einen Espresso genossen haben war klar. "Corretto", also mit Schuß natürlich. Sambucca war an diesem Abend die Wahl. Da wir nicht weit weg wohnen wird das "Core de Roma" sicher zu unserem Stammlokal, zumal für die warme Jahreszeit eine große Terasse direkt an einem schmucken Weiher zur Verfügung steht.

Beste Pizza seit langem Pizzaboden fantastisch dünn wie das Orginal Belag ebenfalls. Vorspeise und Nachtisch lecker zum Abschluß einen Espresso. Wir kommen gerne wieder
