Wir waren sehr zufrieden! Das Essen war fantastisch, alles frisch und unglaublich lecker. Vor allem die calamari. Die Atmosphäre war sehr angenehm. Sehr freundliches Personal-alle sehr aufmerksam und herzlich. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen

Wir waren zu zweit spontan zu Gast. Uns wurde sofort ein Tisch angeboten und die Dame im Service hat sich sehr zuvorkommend um uns gekümmert. Auch auf unsere Sonderwünsche wurde komplett eingegangen...und das, obwohl viele Gäste und eine größere Gesellschaft zu Gast waren. Die Speisen waren top, absolut auf den Punkt. Pizzabrot, Pizza, Caprese Buffala und Pasta tartufo waren ein echter Genuss. Hervorzuheben die selbstgemachte Pasta. Ein extra Lob an den Koch und sein Küchenteam. Alles in Allem eine hundertprozentige Weiterempfehlung und mit Sicherheit nicht unser letzter Besuch. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Pizza war eher ein Flammkuchen und mit sehr wenig Belag.Pesto war etwas bitter. Speisekarte wurde auf den Tisch geworfen.Die Vorreservierung per E-Mail wurde ignoriert.Die schlechteste Pizza die ich je gegessen habe, Einmal und nie wieder.

Eine gemütliche italienische Trattoria, in der man sich sogar auf Italienisch unterhalten kann :) Die Pizza schmeckt wie in Italien: nicht überladen, aber aromatisch und mit gutem Teig. Die Pasta mit Lachs – die Sauce passt hervorragend zur Pasta; vielleicht könnte es etwas mehr Lachs sein, aber insgesamt war sie sehr lecker.

Bei der Bestellung konzentrierte sich der Kellner mehr auf vorbeilaufende Mädels, promt kam ein falsches Getränk, okey...Vorspeise kam, nur lauwarm, schmeckte fad, mitten beim Essen derer kam schon das Hauptgericht, Essen im Akkord. Bis zur Schließung waren es noch1,5 Stunden!! Fanden wir furchtbar. Die Calzone war dürftig gefüllt, wässrig und schmeckte nach nichts. Wir haben so etwas noch nicht erlebt, es wird damit geworben, dass der Chef in Rom gekocht hat. Wir waren schon mehrfach in Rom, so schlimm schmeckt es dort nicht. Kann ich nicht empfehlen, verstehe die guten Rezensionen gar nicht.

Waren leider nicht zufrieden. Ganz schlimme Cola. Bruscetta wenig und geschmacklich altes Baguette. Spaghetti Gamberi versalzen. Pizza lieblos belegt. Pizzaesser waren fertig, bevor die Nudeln kamen.

Ein authentisches italienisches Restaurant, in dem die Freundlichkeit des jungen Managers aufrichtig ist und nicht von seiner Position diktiert wird. Hervorragendes Bier, ein köstliches Cacio e Pepe und eine Carbonara, die einem das Gefühl gab, in Rom zu sein, nicht in Deutschland … der Name hätte nicht treffender sein können. Exzellente Zutaten, und das macht den Unterschied … gut gemacht, weiter so!

Das Code de Roma war wohl früher die Traube. Die Bedienung, ein junger Mann, war sehr freundlich. Und es scheint so, dass im Haus auch Fremdenzimmer angeboten werden. Für uns gab es eine sehr leckere Pizza und leckere Pasta mit Garnelen und Pistazienpesto. Pizza und Pasta waren in Portion für uns ordentlich und ausreichend. Auch die Optik war sehr ansprechend arrangiert. Für unseren Geschmack war die Pasta (etwas) zu salzig. 3 Garnelen bei dieser Menge an Spaghetti waren dann doch Bescheiden. 1 Punkt Abzug. Wir waren ohne Reservierung vor Ort und konnten uns im Grunde den Tisch aussuchen. Andere Gäste hatten reserviert.

Bedienung sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Pizza diavolo wenig Scharf mit viel Tomatensoße. Geschmack sehr gut.

Sehr leckeres Essen in gediegener Atmosphäre. Eigentlich eher urdeutsch, aber mit italienischer romanischer Küche und musikalischer Untermalung.

Pizza eher mäßig und nicht wie eine authentische italienische Pizza. Der Boden war zwar dünn, war aber recht trocken und ohne die typischen luftigen Blasen. Vermute, hier wurde mit einem Nudelholz (Pizzakiller) gearbeitet. Auch der nichtvorhandene Rand war 0,0 aufgegangen und sehr bröcklig.

Sehr gute römische Küche in der Altstadt von Sigmaringen. Familiengeführt. Chefkoch Fabio, seine Frau und sein Sohn Luca haben uns (eine Gruppe von 10 Radfahrern) hervorragend bewirtet und bedient.

Also ich gehe seit Jahren nach Rom in den Urlaub und und ja wenn man hier eine Pizza bestellt sieht es auf den ersten Blick aus wie etwas neues weil es eben echtes romanisches essen ist. Ein echt guter service, nette Bedienung und die Küche 1A wie als würde man in Rom eine Lasagne bestellen um so mehr Schichten das Gebäude hat um so besser die Lasagne....... Ne im ernst die Pizza ist für jemand der Döner laden Pizza gewohnt ist im ersten Moment komisch aber es eben klassisch. Würde auch 10 Sterne geben. Vado in vacanza a Roma da anni e sì, quando ordini una pizza qui, a prima vista sembra qualcosa di mai visto, proprio perché si tratta di vero cibo romano. Il servizio è ottimo, il personale gentile e la cucina è da dieci e lode... è come quando ordini una lasagna a Roma: più piani ha l'edificio, più è buona la lasagna! No, seriamente, per chi è abituato alla pizza dei chioschi di kebab, all'inizio può sembrare strana, ma è semplicemente classica. Darei anche 10 stelle se potessi.

Kann man nur weiterempfehlen. Service und Essen war sehr gut, auch Sonderwünsche wurden sofort erfüllt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen .

Alles ist köstlich und einen Versuch wert. Was soll ich sagen?

Heute eine Kellnerin hat auf meine Söhne 1Bier und 2 Cola verschüttet. Kleidung und Schuhe sind komplett nass. Jetzt ich müsse nach Hause fahren. Ich habe gefragt ,ob ich Rabat haben, der Chef hat gelacht und hat empfehlt eine kleine Kaffe und so wie so Essen war eklig. Wochenende für mich ist schon vorbei. Katastrophe.

Wir waren zu zweit dort zum Mittagessen und ich habe die Nudeln Amartriciana genommen die absolut der Hammer waren! Die Portion lässt sich auch sehen 😉. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Wir wurden vom Inhaber herzlich empfangen. Italienische Küche mit frischesten Zutaten. Ein reichhaltiger gemischter Salat, den man sich direkt am Tisch anrichten konnte. Das Highlight: ein Trio römischer Pastagerichte: Tonnarelli Cacio e Pepe, Spaghetti Amatriciana und Carbonara – endlich OHNE SAHNE, mit knusprigem Guanciale. Auch die Parmesan-Chips haben mir sehr gut geschmeckt. Ein großzügiges Gericht zu einem absolut fairen Preis angesichts der Qualität der Zutaten. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Kaffee wurde uns sogar kostenlos angeboten. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir hatten das Vergnügen, in diesem römischen Restaurant in Sigmaringen zu essen, und die Erfahrung war wirklich hervorragend. Ein besonderer Dank gilt dem Kellner Luca, der uns den ganzen Abend über mit großer Professionalität, Aufmerksamkeit und Freundlichkeit betreut hat. Die Pizza war eine echte Entdeckung: ganz anders, als wir sie bisher kannten – typisch römisch: dünn, knusprig, leicht und unglaublich lecker. Auch meine Frau war von ihrer Carbonara begeistert, die authentisch zubereitet wurde – ohne Sahne und mit Guanciale, ganz nach traditioneller Art. Definitiv ein echter Geheimtipp in Sigmaringen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und möchten uns nochmals herzlich bei Luca für seinen großartigen Service bedanken.

Ich hatte das Vergnügen, im italienischen Restaurant Core di Roma in Sigmaringen zu essen, und war rundum begeistert. Schon beim Betreten spürt man die sehr gemütliche und einladende Atmosphäre, die sofort zum Verweilen einlädt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die hervorragende Qualität der Speisen. Die Gerichte waren frisch zubereitet, geschmacklich hervorragend abgestimmt und ausgesprochen lecker. Man merkt, dass hier mit viel Sorgfalt und Leidenschaft gekocht wird. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr überzeugend. Für die gebotene Qualität und die angenehme Atmosphäre sind die Preise absolut fair. Insgesamt ein sehr empfehlenswertes Restaurant für alle, die gutes italienisches Essen in einer gemütlichen Umgebung genießen möchten. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Carbonara und Tiramisu sind FANTASTISCH

Ein charmantes italienisches Restaurant mit einer vielfältigen Speisekarte und leckerer Pizza sowie Pasta. Der Service war freundlich und die Atmosphäre hat uns gut gefallen. Die Pizza vegetariana war leider ohne Tomatensoße und daher etwas trocken, aber die einzelnen Zutaten qualitativ hochwertig und lecker. Die Spaghetti Carbonara wurden auf Wunsch stattdessen mit Tagliatelle Nudeln zubereitet und waren ebenfalls köstlich ☺️ Eine große Empfehlung, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr nettes, aufmerksames Gastgeber-Team in einem Familienbetrieb. Die Familie stammt aus Rom, und genau das spürt man auch. Die Pizza war hervorragend, der Wein sehr gut und der Espresso ein echtes Highlight – so, wie man ihn aus Italien kennt. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Tischreservierung erfolgte telefonisch. Super nett am Telefon, direkt einen Tisch bekommen. Vor Ort wurden wir von den Mitarbeitern freundlich begrüßt und haben direkt die Karten bekommen. Nach Bestellung der Essen/Getränke wurden die Getränke recht zügig serviert. Das Essen kam auch recht schnell. Ambiente war gut, Musik ein wenig zu laut für mein Geschmack. Die Pizza war gut belegt, mit Salami und Käse. Zum Einsatz kam bei der Pizza Diavola leider keine Peperoni o.ä., es wurde vermutlich reines Chili-Öl verwendet, sodass die Pizza etwas im Öl schwamm. Der Boden war leicht verbannt, was mir persönlich aber geschmeckt hat. Preis/Leistung war gut, ideal wäre anstelle der Menge an Öl andere Zutaten zu verwenden, um die Schärfe auf die Pizza zu bringen.

Wir waren mit Freunden dort und hatten eine tolle Zeit! Der Service war erstklassig und das Essen sogar noch besser! Sehr empfehlenswert für alle, die ein Stück Italien in Deutschland erleben möchten.

Ein wunderbares kleines Juwel in Sigmaringen. Herzlich willkommen und zuvorkommend für Familien und Gäste mit geringen Deutschkenntnissen. Das Familienunternehmen, das das Restaurant führt, hat uns das herzlichste Restauranterlebnis beschert, das wir in den letzten drei Wochen auf unserer Reise durch drei europäische Länder hatten. Die Portionen sind großzügig und das Essen selbst ist frisch, lecker und schmeckt genau wie bei Nonna (zumindest vermute ich das). Wir waren als Familie da – zwei Erwachsene, ein mürrischer Teenager (ach, die Freuden!) und ein hyperaktives Kleinkind. Wir fühlten uns willkommen und dazugehörig und gingen sehr satt und zufrieden nach Hause. Die Gastgeber waren geduldig und freundlich mit meinem eingerosteten Deutsch und sprechen außerdem Englisch, Italienisch und Französisch.

It could have been a lovely evening. The spaghetti was good, not overcooked. The pizza was something different, the base was more like a tarte flambée. The ambiance could use some improvement; the decor still reminds me a lot of the old Traube. But what bothered me most was that dogs are allowed in the dining area, even off-leash, in a restaurant. That's a shame for people who are afraid of dogs or have a dog hair allergy. Great for dog owners, though, so it wasn't the right restaurant for us.

If it were possible to give zero stars, I would!! The pizza was absolutely terrible—thin on the bottom and burnt and black around the edges, and then topped with smoked meat even though we ordered ham!! Served lukewarm! This kind of thing shouldn't even leave the kitchen!! The salad was tasteless and carelessly dressed with a pre-made dressing. No apology or compensation from the waiter after we pointed it out. Naturally, there was no tip! And another thing: That young, rude waiter is completely unacceptable; he needs to learn some respect and manners!! He's in the wrong profession! After we told him we wouldn't recommend the restaurant, this young waiter became even more rude, which is totally unacceptable!! ONCE AND NEVER AGAIN!!!! NO RECOMMENDATION!!

I was at the restaurant for lunch today and sat at the next table. I was actually in the middle of writing a positive review when I read a very negative one, to which I'd like to add my own perspective. I witnessed the situation myself and found the way the waiter was spoken to unacceptable. In my opinion, the tone was disrespectful, while the waiter was very diligent, calm, and attentive. I even mentioned it to my husband because it was truly unpleasant to witness. I also heard that the guests in question didn't have a reservation and were still given a table. We personally had to reserve in advance to be able to sit here – therefore, I found this behavior and the subsequent criticism very ungrateful. We had the same pizza; our food was hot, fresh, and delicious. I would like to express my sincere thanks for that. I would definitely recommend the restaurant and hope that people won't be swayed by a few unfair comments. Respect for service staff should be a given.

The Worst Restaurant of 2025 My wife and I recently visited this restaurant during our trip to Sigmaringen. I was swayed by the high ratings and enthusiastic reviews. But I've never experienced such a huge discrepancy between expectations and reality. We ordered lasagna and a Quattro Stagioni pizza. The lasagna was very similar to a frozen one from Kaufland. The pasta sheets were tough as rubber, cold and stuck together inside, and smothered with sauce to mask the truly awful taste. There was no cheese. The meat was only on top—it was more like ground meat made of fat and gristle. There were only a few drops of tomato sauce between the layers. The pizza consisted of four toppings: olives, ham, salami, and artichokes. The olives had pits—without any indication of this (shout-out to the dentist!). The salami smelled like old pork fat and was simply disgusting. There was hardly any cheese, and the tomato sauce didn't taste homemade. While the prices weren't very high, we've gotten significantly better quality for the same money at other restaurants. Honestly, this was our worst restaurant experience in Germany so far.

The pizza was more like a tarte flambée, nothing like typical pizza dough. Salmon and arugula were just slapped on cold. The chicken salad was okay, but the baguette was completely dry (like it was old), and adding oil didn't help... and all that for €25 including a Coke 🙈 Definitely not recommended.

Newly opened restaurant with great and very friendly staff. The pizza is fantastic, with a typical Roman thin and crispy crust.

I'm Italian, and I can say with absolute certainty that finding a truly authentic Italian and Roman restaurant in Germany is nearly impossible... but this restaurant completely surprised me! I ordered the Amatriciana and the Pizza Parmigiana, and both were incredibly good! Original, authentic, just like in Rome—the taste, the quality of the ingredients, and the way it's cooked... simply perfect. For a moment, I felt like I was back in a real trattoria in Rome. And a huge compliment to the chef, Fabio: not only does he cook at an incredibly high level, but he also welcomed us with a warmth that's rare these days. You can feel his passion. Finally, a restaurant in Germany that's truly Italian—authenticity, quality, and heart. Highly recommended! I'll definitely be back.

A real Roman restaurant, real carbonara with bacon

Good, but was not impressed. Core de Roma is located at the Sugmaringen town, right beside the famous Hohenzollernschloss Sigmaringen, an Italian restaurant in a traditional German house. like their ramp steak, tender and juicy, and then garlic and chili 🌶️ pasta is ok, in the way taste good but not strong enough.

Beautiful ambiance, excellent food, and very friendly staff! We celebrated our wedding here and were thrilled to have our own private hall for the celebration. Everything was perfectly organized, and our guests are still raving about it. Highly recommended for special occasions!

Sorry, that wasn't exactly the best. I was there for lunch with colleagues. The service was okay. What was unpleasant was that the unused cutlery at the neighboring table was left on the bench while the table was being cleaned, where jackets and bags had previously been before the table was set. A slightly faded list of pizzas hung outside the display case, but they weren't even listed on the handed-out menu. Well, you can ask about them. The salad for lunch was drowned in a light sauce, presumably pre-ordered. At least the pasta from the daily special was hot. Unfortunately, that wasn't true of all the dishes. The lasagna al forno had probably been in the oven at some point, but it was briefly microwaved before being served and then basted with more sauce. Unfortunately, it was only lukewarm. The taste was okay, though. A basil leaf was added as a garnish. The portion size was very manageable. Even the women noted that they weren't full. We actually wanted to check out the website beforehand, but unfortunately, that wasn't possible because various virus programs had classified it as dangerous and therefore blocked it. We're giving it three stars because the taste was decent, the service was friendly, and the one-hour lunch break didn't have to be overrun. But at least for us, it will remain a one-time visit.

Finally, a REAL Italian restaurant that respects tradition! The Carbonara without cream was an incredible surprise! Just the right amount of cream, with an authentic flavor reminiscent of Rome. Congratulations for resisting the temptation of cream and choosing to make it properly. The Roman pizza is one of the best I've ever had: light dough, crispy on the edge and soft on the inside, quality toppings, and a unique flavor. A true delicacy that alone is worth the visit. Attentive and friendly service, a welcoming atmosphere: you feel at home, but with the quality of a high-end restaurant. I will definitely be back and recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic Italian experience here in Germany.

We entered the pizzeria for the first time with mixed feelings. It was a gray, overcast day. The large umbrellas in front of the restaurant were still open, and it looked uncomfortably shady, so we went inside. There was little Italian atmosphere, unfortunately still a lot of the "old grape." We ordered spaghetti with tomato sauce and basil and pizza carbonara... and... we were absolutely thrilled! The service was friendly. The pizza had the thinnest and crispiest crust we've ever eaten. The toppings, however, were very good. The spaghetti was al dente, and the tomato sauce was homemade, very fruity and harmonious. Unfortunately, the outside wasn't inviting, but the food was recommendable! Oh yes, the restrooms were very clean.

The most abysmal restaurant experience I've ever had in a long time. But I was incredibly hungry, and unfortunately, I let that guide me. Ambience: It wasn't busy, the table we were assigned was dirty, and there was old cutlery lying around. Even after we sat down and ordered our drinks, the table wasn't cleaned or tidied. Food: I had spaghetti carbonara. When ordering, I specifically asked if there was any cream in the dish, and was told no, it was original carbonara. My carbonara was seasoned with curry, you couldn't taste any cheese, the egg was hardened, and it was noticeably lacking salt. We also had schnitzel with fries. The schnitzel was deep-fried, and the fat was significantly too cold. The schnitzel tasted only of old fat. The fries arrived cold and were unseasoned. The salad served with the schnitzel was from a package of ready-made dressing. The second star is only for the friendly service, but I absolutely cannot recommend a visit here!

Overpriced food poisoning. My partner's bill included the side dishes, even though the main course should have included one. For me, two prawns on the entire dish didn't justify such a price, and I'm sitting here a day later with stomach cramps, hoping it will stop soon. The appetizer was presented with total disregard. A chunk of discount mozzarella with discount Black Forest ham didn't seem very Italian. The waiter wanted to take a bigger tip, gave too little change, and then said he misunderstood it. If there weren't a small sign saying "Italy" on the counter, it would be hard to tell from the decor. Overall, the staff seemed uncoordinated. Never again.

If you want to eat delicious roast beef with onions, you've come to the wrong place. Instead of the 250g roast beef, you get a half-dead steak, just like on the menu. After complaining, we were thrown out. We then went to Brauwerk Zollerhof, where I was once again not disappointed and, as you can see from the pictures below, got a wonderful roast beef with onions. I got just under 450g for €28.

The pizza was great, and so was the beer. Very nice owners. It was lovely. I would go again.

We haven't had such a bad meal in a long time. The salad was probably from a package, and the salad dressing tasted very bland. The main course was cafeteria-quality. We were disappointed!

Absolutely NOT recommended... I have no idea why the reviews are so mixed. Unfortunately, the roast beef with onions wasn't good; it was completely raw. The sauce was overcooked and appalling for the price. The schnitzel was, unfortunately, just breaded and tough. The wait staff just threw ketchup on the table. All in all: keep going.

We went there with the family and ordered three dishes. Unfortunately, my potatoes with the steak were probably already fried the day before and had just been reheated in the microwave. The salmon noodles were far too salty, and the cheese spaetzle tasted like a convenience store. Overall, the taste wasn't bad, and the staff was friendly. What was disappointing, however, was that the food was relatively expensive, but the quality didn't match the price.

We chose this restaurant for my wife's birthday and were more than satisfied from the appetizer to the dessert. There was no fault in the meal. Everything was absolutely delicious. Highly recommended. Thanks to the family.

What can I say... It was recommended to me, and I was a little skeptical because all the restaurants I've tried in the region are run by Italians who have been in Germany for years and cater more to German tastes than Italian ones. In the end, out of curiosity, I tried it... What can I say... Original Italian cuisine, I even had a special request that the Roman chef promptly fulfilled. Fresh products. Quality pasta. I'll be back several times until I've tried the entire menu.

These good reviews are incomprehensible. We were very disappointed. Our child ordered schnitzel and told the waiter it wasn't good. It was hard and like leather, which didn't interest the waiter at all. Our food was edible but only satisfactory. We also had to wait over half an hour to pay because there was no waiter in sight.

Unfortunately, the service is a complete disaster. Spend a little more money and get decent waiters who don't just speak Italian. The wait times are unbelievably long when there are more than five people. I waited 33 minutes for four drinks. A brilliant performance. And then making statements (yes, the other guests are still waiting) is absolutely unacceptable. There's no structure in the service. That needs to change as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it. Despite a reservation, the table was already booked, and there was a brief discussion about my name... I can only rate the pasta (intentionally—it doesn't deserve the name pasta). The portions were okay, but everything was relatively unimaginative and the flavor could have been improved. The carbonara looks great in the pictures. But that's because the color is enhanced with turmeric! Two stars for at least using real guanciale.

After ordering, we waited 10 minutes for our drinks – an apple spritzer and a blackcurrant spritzer. I had to ask the staff several times about it; three of them spoke almost no German, only Italian. During that time, waiters kept coming out with orders and didn't know which table they were at. So they kept calling out "Pizza Margherita" and the like, hoping someone would answer. Eventually, he came over to me with the 4 Stagioni I had ordered, but it was almost cold. The result: a very disappointing and sparse topping for a mere €13.90, as you can see in the photo. At least the crust was delicious. In addition, the seating was far too close together, and the waiters sometimes had difficulty getting past the tables.

We had lasagna and spaghetti gamberti con pesto pistaccio. The spaghetti was homemade and very good. Unfortunately, the lasagna was only warmed up, and not even completely, as it was still refrigerator-cold in the middle. We pointed this out to the waiter (who also apologized), but there was no response from the kitchen. We don't want to take anything extra; we're more interested in offering constructive criticism and expect the chef or owner to respond. It's a shame, otherwise it would have been a better review, because the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the spaghetti was excellent.

We had to wait forever for our table to be cleared. It wasn't wiped down. After almost 20 minutes, we finally got the menu. After ordering, we waited 12 minutes for our beer, which arrived without foam and wasn't particularly cold. The pizza was okay. 2 hours to eat pizza.

Delicious flavor, spicy, meat and salad, sauce. It's nice and warm outside 😄🤌🏻))

For lunch, we had pizza with salami, ham, and mushrooms. It was delicious, with a crispy, thin base and fresh ingredients.

Haven't eaten such good spaghetti carbonara in a long time.
