We stopped in for a spontaneous meal; the atmosphere was great and the service was friendly. Unfortunately, they were out of ribs. The alternative was the skewer, which tasted very good, but unfortunately the meat was very cooked and a bit dry. The salad with beef strips was also delicious, but the meat was dry and overcooked. The food on the terrace was very nice, and the live band was fantastic.

Good portions, the price-performance ratio is very good, but the food has nothing to do with Mexican food. I would recommend the owners to go on holiday to Mexico and get some inspiration there.

The food doesn't taste bad, but it has nothing to do with Mexican cuisine. My borrito and my wife's chimichanga had a distinct curry flavor!? The prices for the food are also too high. In particular, there was hardly any meat in the dishes. We wouldn't come back.

Excellent food, perfect service. We visit Con Amigos every 2-3 weeks. We make reservations a few days in advance, and it always works out. We get a table immediately upon arrival, quickly order drinks, and then our food. Just 5 minutes later, all the dishes were on our table. Today we had 3 spare ribs, 1 taco mix, and 1 taco serranos. Every single one of the dishes was excellently prepared. Even a special request was easily fulfilled. They repeatedly asked if everything was okay or if we needed anything. A lot of young staff who work hard and provide excellent service. The price is also absolutely reasonable. Considering the price/performance/quality/service, this is a truly great experience. We will be back often.

If you would like to visit for Mexican food, you can spend an uncomplicated evening here with a reservation. The food is well prepared and was served in a reasonable time. Personally, the Mexican diversity was a bit too short for me. We had three different dishes that appeared to contain the same ingredients and tasted very similar. I would like to emphasize positively that all three dishes tasted good and were beautifully and appetizingly presented on the plate. The service was good, friendly and available quite quickly when needed.

Great place!! They don't need an additional good rating: Saturday evening completely booked, everything reserved, even though the store is really big. Still, it was so nice that we got a table for two (of course for a limited time) without making a reservation and were looked after very friendly and quickly. The food was very good and plentiful and still moderately priced. We had vegetarian dishes, of which there is a nice selection and not just a "compulsory dish". I found the atmosphere very nice, it was cozy and warm and the staff are all very nice and friendly. Overall, highly recommended and I think it can be beautiful there in the summer.

Went to the restaurant con amigos on Sunday. I'm totally thrilled. The food was terrific (barred ribs) and the service was very friendly and accommodating. And yes, the atmosphere is totally mine. There's a lot of love and passion behind it. We come back soon and gladly. Keep it up.

Large parking lot available. Service very young team but absolutely top and very friendly. The restaurant was very busy so we were prepared for a slightly longer wait, which wouldn't have been a problem at all. We were all the more surprised when, after what felt like 10 minutes, food arrived at the table (turkey steak and meat skewers with 3 types of meat). Unfortunately, it also tasted sobering. Meat was good and vegetables were crunchy. Unfortunately, the tomato rice and salad didn't have such a fresh impression and taste, which was a real shame. Overall, it's definitely worth a visit, although in our case the food wasn't really convincing.

It tastes really good there, no question, what's special about it because it's Mexican and you can't find that much around here... However, you could go one step further when it comes to the taste and authenticity of the food . But we like to eat there.

The best Mexican around. I was there with friends from Straubing, they were so excited, just like I am every time. The waitresses (I think there are 8 of them running around) are very quick and super friendly. No matter what you take, the food is very fresh, lots of it and super tasty. Requests are also taken into account. The price is in the upper midfield, but this is absolutely justified by the portions and quality. All I can say is TOP, please keep it up. I can only advise reserving tables in good time, otherwise it could easily happen that you don't get a seat.

We were here on 12/1/24 to celebrate my birthday and I have to say it was the best choice. Top service, super nice and inviting atmosphere and absolutely delicious food. There really was something for everyone. Even if you're a vegetarian you'll find something here. It was a successful evening from start to finish.

We were at Con Amigos with a group of 8 people. Unfortunately I have to say that the food is unfortunately not good. My wife had the spare ribs, which seemed to us as if they were not fresh but had been prepared earlier and then just warmed up. The same goes for my dish, I had the Burrito Torro. The beef was gray inside and it seemed to me as if it had only been briefly warmed up (micro?), definitely not fresh, more like a slightly older meat. It was also totally over-seasoned, almost as if they were trying to disguise the taste of the meat. The accompanying salad, dressing and the sauces served (salsa and sour cream) were also not homemade but came from a package. The restaurant was very well filled and given its size it is clear that you can't do everything yourself. The only positive thing was the service, our waiter was very quick, very accommodating and very nice. Maybe our kitchen was having a bad day. However, with the best will in the world, I cannot understand the overall rating of 4.8 stars. Unfortunately we won't be coming back because the food was too bad for us (and the others in the group) and the price charged was far too expensive. Here the motto is “quantity rather than class”

Good service even when it's busy!

The location and the ambience are great. Unfortunately, the steak we ordered was very gristly and sometimes tough. After my complaint, I was not offered a new steak or a discount. Unfortunately, a ready meal in the form of a chocolate cake can't save anything here. My friend's steak was worlds better. I don't think the way my complaint was handled was right and hence the negative rating. The service wasn't good, but not bad either. Suggestion: Next time something goes wrong you could react like this: - New steak - Discount - Voucher for 2nd chance I definitely won't come again.

One of the best mexican restaurant I've ever been. Chimichanga is my fav, but tacos, ribs, burritos are also very good. Margarita is an unskippalble drink for me every time. I took a lot of friends there from Austria and all of them want to go back again and again.
