Delicious food, beautifully presented. Drinks were also very tasty. Happy hour from 8 pm is definitely worth it. There were eight of us, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meal. The drinks took a little while, but the place was packed. We'll definitely be back.

We really wanted to give this place a better rating. The decor is beautiful and the service is incredibly friendly. Unfortunately, the food wasn't great. The mango salad with roasted shrimp was rather bland; the shrimp were definitely not roasted, more like thawed, and not even marinated. The fried rice with salmon was okay, but the kimchi was awful—it had nothing to do with Korean kimchi. The rest of the food was also quite bland. The homemade iced tea, however, was delicious! Overall, it was too expensive to try again.

The place is rather small, but the food is AMAZING. I had sweet potato pancakes and ocean BBQ and I was absolutely thrilled. If I ever come back to Darmstadt, I'll definitely come here again...

We've never been to Vietnam before, but we felt like we were there. Great decor, super friendly service. We got something quite late, and we had warm and crispy spring rolls for starters, and fresh and delicious chicken summer rolls with cucumber and avocado. For main course, we had beautifully grilled salmon with fresh vegetables and Vietnamese red curry with duck. We highly recommend everything. Oh, and the Strawberry Island lemonade didn't have an overpowering strawberry flavor; the ingredients were perfectly balanced. So, we could understand the high Google rating.

I found this place after searching and was very satisfied. There are many Vietnamese restaurants in the area, and the atmosphere was great and the food was very satisfying. It was late so I ordered something simple, but the basic pho and summer roll were enough to satisfy me. It's located near a busy area, so it's easily accessible. If you're looking for Asian food, I highly recommend this restaurant. Recommended Vietnamese restaurant (from a Korean perspective) located in the central area. The classic menu (pho) and summer rolls were delicious (fitting a local taste) and the service was excellent.

I ordered food online for pickup from the restaurant's website. The order was confirmed, and the money was debited directly via PayPal. However, when I arrived, the restaurant was closed. I had to claim my money via PayPal. That's very unprofessional and annoying! It's a shame, because the food is really good when you get it. Addendum: The restaurant personally apologized, acknowledged the problem, and immediately resolved it. I have therefore updated my review.

Very nice restaurant. The interior looks like what I'd imagine a Vietnamese restaurant to look like, although the benches are more suited to shorter visits... The staff is friendly, attentive, and accommodating. The food is consistently delicious and varied. Especially since they offer a large selection of vegetarian dishes, so everyone should find something... This certainly won't be the last time I'll be here 😀

Here you'll find authentic Vietnamese and Korean dishes. Generous portions are attractively presented. We had Pho Tron with lots of vegetables and Vietnamese curry with salmon. All very delicious. Cobami is highly recommended.

We had the vegan curry and the duck! Sensational! The duck wasn't just deep-fried and tasted almost like beef fillet! The curry was just the right amount of spice, and the sauce had a really good, intense flavor! We'll definitely be back!

I highly recommend Cobami. It's always incredibly delicious and beautifully presented. Anyone who doesn't choose the family menu (best for two or more people) is definitely doing something wrong. The only criticism would be the benches, which are very uncomfortable. Otherwise, everything is top-notch!

Excellent Vietnamese food. We had the curry rice and Bao chicken burger. The burger was the highlight. The service is great and overall a good restaurant to try some Vietnamese food.

The food was very tasty and, although pricey, on the higher end, it was absolutely worth the money!

The ice tea was great. Unfortunately, the mango salad with soy sauce was very salty and not really seasoned, and the mangos were a bit overripe, almost puree. The beef and pepper, on the other hand, was barely salty, and only after mixing them together was it okay. Not particularly spicy and not what I expected. The pieces of meat and vegetables were carelessly cut into large pieces, making it difficult to eat. All the ingredients were fresh and tasty, just not well-balanced. Even trying the sauce every now and then is probably not a bad idea, then it would definitely have been noticed.

Our visit to this restaurant was average overall. The staff was friendly and accommodating, which made our stay pleasant. The ambiance and decor were also fine – nothing special, but functional and clean (except for our table, which was unfortunately sticky). The food was also rather average in terms of taste – nothing particularly outstanding, but fine if you want a quick bite. The prices are fair and reasonable. The house drinks deserve special mention – they were really tasty and well-balanced. Verdict: Okay for a casual visit, but not a place you'd go to specifically for the food.

We visited Cobami for the first time because we wanted to try authentic Vietnamese food again. The indoor and outdoor areas were busy, but we still managed to get a small table. The service was very attentive, fast, and friendly. The food was quite good, but not truly Vietnamese. It lacked seasoning overall, and the meat was rather firm. The salmon in the summer rolls was unfortunately dry and crumbly. Overall, it was quite noisy inside.

Ordered the Korean Steak Barbecue, and unfortunately got disappointed. It was full of tendons and served on top of an otherwise overfull plate making it impossibleto cut. To top it all off the knive they specifically gave me specifically for the steak was so dull I had to get out my pocket knife to get through some of it. My mother complained about it and the service only said "we are sorry", thats it. Edit: The cobami team has apologized and offered reconciliation (read their review reply), this is value highly. Which is why improved the Service score. Unfortunately they tried to take down this review via the Google legal system for Defamation, to which I appealed throgh providing evidence and won. This shines rather a bad light on them imo.

I came across this restaurant based on the excellent reviews, and unfortunately, I was disappointed. I didn't like it at all; it was strangely slightly sour. The taste lingered in my mouth for hours... Unfortunately, I can't recommend it, even though everyone was very nice and the restaurant is nicely decorated. There are much better restaurants in Darmstadt. Sorry :(

We celebrated our civil wedding at Cobami with about 25 guests. And it was simply perfect! The food was fantastic – fresh, healthy, and with plenty of vegan and vegetarian options. All of our guests were thrilled and gave us nothing but positive feedback afterward. The ambiance is stylish, modern, and very tastefully decorated. It was exactly what we wanted for our small, intimate wedding. The location perfectly matched our vision of a relaxed and loving celebration in a small circle. A very special thank you goes to Mr. Quoc Bao Nguyen, who guided us through the entire planning process with great dedication. He truly made all of our wishes possible, from the menu selection to the thoughtful decorations and flowers – and all for a fair surcharge. He even took care of anything we forgot. We were very impressed by his warm, attentive manner and his attention to detail. Even individual dietary requests, such as less salt or sugar-free options, were easily accommodated. Small Vietnamese restaurant in the central area of ​​Darmstadt, in my opinion the most "typical" in appearance. About twenty seats inside but just as many outside. They have a good variety of traditional dishes with: chicken, duck or veal. I opted for a bowl of rice, vegetables and duck along with some Vietnamese rolls. I must say that the bowl was plentiful and also well seasoned. They are also quite quick to serve even with a lot of customers.

I was there today with a friend. Paulina served us, was very friendly and gave me a perfect recommendation. Was really very satisfied, can only recommend it to everyone. I'll definitely come and hope I have such a friendly waitress again.

I am very enthusiastic about the food, it was high quality and very nicely prepared. I ordered the Passionfruit Brezzer Cocktail as a homemade special and can only recommend it (without alcohol). The service was very nice and attentive and made good recommendations on the menu such as the cocktail for example. The atmosphere was very pleasant and I personally liked it so I can only say that it was a successful evening and I can only recommend the restaurant.
