my favourite sake roll 8.5/10 I love the sake roll ( both vegetarian & with salmon) crazy salmon 8.5/10 ordered the platter. the sushi was quite cheap with the portion. would love to see more variations of fried sushi and cooked sushi its quite fresh

It was cold in the restaurant, we waited 45 minutes until the drinks finally came. The fried sushi was ok but lukewarm. In the teriyaki bowls the rice was cold, the vegetables were overcooked, the tuna and chicken were completely fried and completely dry. The waiter didn't bat an eye and didn't respond to the criticism.

As Schlemmerblock users, we visited this fine sushi and bowls kitchen in Ulm. The staff is very friendly and attentive. We had sushi as a starter and a bowl each. Once with delicious crispy duck and once with fried salmon. Everything tasted very well prepared. And the eyes also enjoy eating. A visit is definitely worth it! We will also come back.

We were here because of the Schlemmerblock. When we saw the prices online, we were slightly shocked. We were then told that we couldn't order sushi. The bowls were good to fill you up and tasty, but nothing crazy. Despite my reservation and the request to sit at a nice table as we were celebrating a birthday, we were seated next to the jacket rack. Our jackets were hanging half in our food. It was okay with the gourmet block. But it didn't convince me to eat here again.

We reserved two days in advance. We arrive and are turned away because nothing is available. Very irritating. Then why do you reserve? Very bad service.

First about the food: it was our first time there and the food is fresh and tasty, but not really anything special About the service: friendly but slow, our drinks were on the counter for a good five minutes until they were brought to us… About the ambience: We found it cold and it felt cold somewhere... also annoying in the long run, the constant ringing or the ringtone of the online orders At least we won't be eating there anymore. Also as information for everyone with a gourmet block: You can order sushi rolls individually (then count as a main course) but not as a menu (several rolls together, then no longer count as a main course). Incomprehensible to me, because in my experience you don't just order one roll (5-8 pieces) with the main course...

Good food, very friendly service.

I think the price/performance ratio is very good - especially. a. as far as the sushi is concerned. We also really liked it otherwise. I would also like to highlight the very friendly and courteous service!

I had high expectations and unfortunately I was very disappointed. We ate there. First of all, I think it's really bad that deliveries are prioritized via on-site guests. I think the waiters are generally friendly, but the friendliness probably decreased because the employees were stressed about online orders. The whole restaurant was empty, but 1. our food didn't arrive at the same time, so the person opposite was almost finished while I had to wait another 15 minutes and 2. we had to wait 15 minutes to pay until the orders were packed... you could have and Yes, you can cash in briefly and then continue processing the orders. The food itself was okay, there wasn't really anything to complain about, the drinks were unfortunately only semi-chilled. The atmosphere is actually great, unfortunately the toilets are not. The floor could also be mopped again. Maybe today was just a bad day and other days things go better, but my first visit today is rated neutral, unfortunately a big disappointment.

So I can't rate the food because I didn't get a seat despite having a reservation. Was great. There was no alternative, just a big rejection. Kiss to Coco

Food: really tasty. Freshly prepared and really good. Service: very tried, but unfortunately deductions due to the very poor language skills. A drink order simply didn't come at all. Ambiance: unfortunately very uncomfortable when it's cold outside. The front door was repeatedly opened by the extractor hood and cold air was drawn into the restaurant everywhere. It was very uncomfortable so we left straight after dinner.

A spider crawled out of my food. When I informed the waitress about it, she ignored it and just asked if she could clear the plate. Unfortunately, the bites I had eaten beforehand were also very tasteless.

Small, fine restaurant with opportunities to sit outside. The service is friendly. The dishes were consistently impressive due to their freshness, taste and appearance. Be careful when choosing your seat. It attracts a lot of tables. The prices are reasonable, only the wine price should be reconsidered. We've been coming here for a while and at the beginning everything was a bit rough! Unfortunately, nothing has changed to this day. It feels like you sit for a long time until someone makes an effort to get to the table, the starter salad comes with the main course, some people order food that doesn't come at all and when it comes time to pay, you have to take some time with you.

Unfortunately, the menu does not have any declared vegan dishes. We decided on the Tofubowl, which seemed to be vegan after a long clarification between the service and the kitchen. The taste was rather less satisfying and was heavy on the stomach, the herb dressing was somehow basil pesto? But we were full. The kimchi was very good though. But given the choice, we wouldn't come back.

Tried the lunch menu today. We were very satisfied. Sushi 🍣, salad and bowl were very tasty 😋.

We have ordered many times. And for around €50 you should be able to expect the order to be complete. Unfortunately, wasabi, soy sauce and ginger are often missing. I called today - no one can help and there is no "compensation, e.g. a voucher for the next order". The possibility of delivery by a driver at some point takes a very long time but is not satisfactory! Unfortunately, without these additions, the sushi experience is not the same! So ALWAYS check when picking up yourself!!!

Best sashimi bowl I've ever eaten.

We always enjoyed ordering here. Lately the delivery times have been utopian. Today the highlight was that the order had been on the way for 3 hours, no help/no accommodation. We ended up canceling the delivery ourselves. Since the service was so bad, I won't be ordering here again.

The food wasn't inedible, but rather bowls made in a hip way, jumping on the trend that's going on at the moment. The portion size was good, but there wasn't enough sauce for too much rice (in the bowls) and huge lettuce leaves, which is hard to eat if you don't want sauce splatters everywhere. Overall, the food tasted a bit bland, the meat and tofu on top were weak. Service was friendly, but not enough for the guest.

It was very tasty, thank you. At first they mixed it up and brought a bowl with chicken instead of a bowl with tofu, but they quickly corrected everything.

The food was absolutely delicious! The homemade lemonade was on top. The young waiter was also very friendly and funny. We'd love to come back 👍🏼

Came here loads of times already because of the food. Vitamin bowls, sushi rolls, iced teas, all I've tried are delicious. I've walked in without a reservation and also booked online. Service is alright (some are really friendly, others are ok), but food always comes quickly. Really yummy place!

Delicious food in itself, but the sauce was forgotten in my bowl... of course it tastes a bit dry and it's a shame for the 15€ + 40 minute wait.

Also wir kommen eigentlich jede Woche hier her. Ich finde das Shushi und die Bowls wirklich sehr sehr lecker. Im Sommer kann man auch draußen sitzen, dann ist da mehr Platz. Auch die Bedienung ist sehr höflich. Wir sind wirklich jedes Mal zufrieden.

The sushi is very tasty and is of top quality! It's our regular restaurant in Ulm! Always happy! EDIT: unfortunately you have lost us as regular customers. I've eaten sushi with you countless times. I've only complained once in 2 years because the tuna wasn't fresh and smelled fishy. The employee then brazenly and arrogantly told me that it was fish and that it must smell like that. We sent you an email and it wasn't answered. A pity. That will not do. Unfortunately no longer. I'll delete the 20+ pictures of me soon!

The first time here - and the last time. Terriyaky bowl with fried tofu was good. The elderberry lemonade for €6.50 (!) is a joke! In addition to mint snippets, there was a DRIED orange slice floating on top of the drink! Reuse the Christmas decorations, or what's that supposed to mean?! You should only sit at the back of the restaurant if you don't mind the smell coming from the toilets. Everything looks a bit simple to unkempt. There are nicer restaurants in Ulm.

Das Essen ist sehr lecker und das Personal freundlich. An sich ist auch das Restaurant sehr schön aber die Musik die läuft passt irgendwie gar nicht und ist eine seltsame Mischung.

Coco is a modern Vietnamese Japanese Fusion restaurant that seems to target young adults, date nights and groups. The food selection was extensive, hip and interesting 👍🏻 you'd be able to order the usual sushi dishes, including other Asian dishes and some unique dishes by the restaurant. The service was helpful and friendly and the ambiance was pretty good and relaxing with both indoor and outdoor sitting.

Sushi wie gewohnt sehr lecker wobei ich aus der Eröffnungszeit größere Special Rolls gewöhnt war. Vorallem Abends um 18 Uhr . Auch waren die Duck Rolls nur mit kleingeschnittenem Salat* Eissalatkarottenmix ohne Mango , was das ganze etwas trocken macht vorallem wenn die dazugereichte Soße kaum ausreicht. Ich werd nochmal vorbeikommen. Wenn das dann wieder so ist wärs sehr schade .

Nette Auswahl an Sushi- und Bowl-Gerichten. Preislich ok, haben zu zweit 44.-EUR bezahlt. Geschmack gut, Portionen OK.

Hallo , Habe von vielen gehört das es dort sehr gutes Sushi gibt! War vor kurzem mit meiner Freundin dort zum Mittagessen und wollten uns selber überzeugen! An sich ist das Essen lecker nur nicht frisch , haben gesehen wie gefrorener Fisch aus dem Nebenraum geholt wurde ! Ob das dann den Preis gerechtfertigt, ich denke eher nicht ! Schade , war dann wohl der letzte Besuch !

Essen ist gut. Klassisch, etwas bessere asiatische Küche, leckere Sushi und gute Bowls. Bedienung freundlich aber nicht besonders aufmerksam, gemütliches Ambiente draußen

Immer lecker und freundliches Personal

Es war halt okay. Ich habe zwischen drin Mäuse gesehen während dem Essen, deswegen fand ich nicht so geil😅 Ich hatte Ente Rolle als Vorspeise (7,5/10) 2 Sommerrolle haben geschmeckt, die Soße eher nicht, weniger Gewürze war da. Danach hatte ich Hokkaido Curry Bowl (7,8/10) der Reis könnte besser sein, der hatte bissle unangenehmer Geruch wie alte Reis oder so. Tofu habe ich sehr viel bekommen, und war knusprig wie es auf der Karte steht. Soße ist hier nochmal weniger Gewürze, ich musste Sojasoße nochmal reintun damit ich mehr Geschmack bekommen konnte. Und da steht scharf, für mich war gar nichts. Der Portion war sehr gut für den Preis, mit sehr viel Gemüse noch dazu. Salmon Set Sushi Nr. 91 (8/10) war sehr lecker, die gefällt mir. 16 Stück für den Preis war echt in Ordnung. Homemade Ice Tea Nr. 173 (8/10) das war okay, zu wenig Braunzucker konnte kaum was schmecken. Aber das war sehr frisch, gute Auswahl für den Sommer👌🏻

Essen ist okaaay. Es ist sehr teuer und ich bin jemand der echt nicht viel von essen erwartet aber das war etwas schwierig. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war echt unbefriedigend. Werde nicht wieder hingehen aber in der Nähe macht ein neuer auf vielleicht macht der das besser..

Sehr leckeres Sushi, auch die veggie Dumplings als Vorspeise könnte ich echt jeden Tag essen. Während der Lockdowns haben wir hier relativ regelmäßig bestellt und es gab nie Probleme. Als man dann wieder in Restaurants gehen durfte haben wir uns das natürlich nicht nehmen lassen. Schöne Atmosphäre auch draußen, es liegt halt direkt an der Straße.

Tolles Restaurant sehr schmackhaft leider hatten wir keine Reservierung aber trotzdem haben wir ein Platz draußen bekommen war zwar etwas kalt aber ok gerne wieder

Wir waren zum Mittagessen am 14.02.2022 im Restaurant und top zufrieden. Wir wurden freundlichst begrüßt und haben auch eine Essensempfehlung bekommen, was ich sehr positiv und unüblich finde. Das Essen war richtig schnell zubereitet und vom Geschmack her super. Ich hatte eine Bowl mit Ente und meine Freundin eine Bowl mit Lachswürfeln. Wir würden definitiv nochmal das Essen bestellen und das Restaurant aufsuchen. Auch das Sushi, das andere Gäste hatten, sah extrem gut aus.

We ate in this oriental restaurant for changing a little bit from the daily food. We ordered a mix of sushi. The taste was good but not like something special - it was not far away from what I bought in the supermarket. Maybe I had an expectation too high. From my point of view, the cost/quantity and quality are too high.
