Friendly service, delicious food, generous portions

We came to the clubhouse in Friesenheim on the recommendation of a work colleague. There were five of us and we were warmly welcomed by the waitress and the manager. Since the terrace wasn't ready yet, we were allowed to sit in the adjoining room for a while, which was perfectly fine, as we weren't all there yet. The food was excellent, including the schnitzel with a side dish, the sausage salad, and the regular salad with a great dressing. We finished off with delicious ice cream with whipped cream. 😊 The ice cream sundae at the next table also looked great! The waitress and manager repeatedly asked us in a friendly manner if everything was okay or if we had any other requests. All in all, it was a successful visit, and we'd be happy to come back! Card payments are also accepted on site.

I've reserved the adjoining room several times for a meeting with 40 people. The excellent value for money in the food and drinks is highly recommended. The casual atmosphere and friendly service at the Firesenheim clubhouse make the space ideal for more than just large groups.

Attentive and friendly staff. You can't complain about the price/performance ratio. You feel like you're at home. Food tastes great (greetings to the kitchen). It is highly recommended to see for yourself.

Crazy, we were on vacation in Friesenheim, as conservative northern lights, stumbled across the reviews and can only confirm the positive impressions. Even if the first glance from the outside may not reveal the nice and cozy atmosphere inside... it is super nice and cleanly furnished, even for a clubhouse. The hosts were all super nice and helpful, even with planned excursions in the area. Then the food came and we were really very impressed...schnitzel, fries, clubhouse salad, sausage salad, everything was fresh and super tasty. Very good German cuisine with burgers, schnitzels and the like. Dear friends, thank you very much for the holiday tips and the wonderful food. Clear recommendation...keep it up....

If I tune out football, it's ok. There are other reasons to visit this place. The fries are delicious, the service is friendly.

Visiting from Scotland, we are based in Herbolzheim during Euro 2024. We took a trip to Offenburg and instead of using motorway, decided to drive the smaller roads and found Friesenheim. This place had good reviews, so we parked up in town and walked out. Food was delicious, service was great (my German is poor, sorry) and we sat outside undercover during a thunderstorm. Kids finished their meals and is very well priced, 42€ for 3 of us and a couple of drinks. Definitely recommend the schnitzel 👍

You don't have to say much about it, a second home describes this quite well... also suitable for non-athletes to stop off... it has become our regular place 🤩🤩🤩

Einfache, aber wirklich sehr gute Küche. Optisch und geschmacklich war bisher immer alles tipptopp!😋 Der Service ist aufmerksam, schnell und sehr freundlich. Was will man noch mehr - ich komme wieder.👍

Nach den ganzen überschwänglichen Bewertungen wollte ich es auch mal probieren. Bin leider nicht so positiv gestimmt. Der gemischte Salat und die Pommes waren sehr gut aber die Schnitzel waren enttäuschend. Zu dünn, zu zäh und die Panade zu fade. Und der Soße fehlte es an Würze. Was mich aber am meisten gestört hat dafür kann das Restaurant selbst nichts. Am Nebentisch meinten von sechs Leuten vier Stück dass sie rauchen müssen und genüsslich den Rauch in Richtung der Anwesenden, die noch am essen waren, zu pusten. Hohlpfosten ist da noch das netteste was mir zu solchen Assis einfällt. Für mich persönlich war es heute eine Enttäuschung. PS: Da ich in einer Gaststätte quasi aufgewachsen bin kann ich mir zumuten über das Essen zu urteilen. Und das war leider nichts

Wir ( 3 Personen) hatten heute die Schnitzelplatte bestellt. Leute die war super👍. Richtig gute Schnitzel, Spätzle, Pommes und Kroketten. Alles tip top! Wir werden sicherlich wieder was bestellen. Macht weiter so.

Ich habe heute Abend das erst mal Essen geholt, ich habe erst gestern von erfahren. Die Burger waren sehr gut und den Preis finde ich angenehm. Die Wirtleute sind sehr nett! Wir werden wieder bestellen!

Wir haben leckeres Essen bestellt und abgeholt. Ganz knuffige, engagierte junge Wirtsleute, Extrawünsche waren da kein Problem. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis kommt den Gästen sowas von entgegen, also es ist eine gute Entscheidung hier Essen zu ordern. Auch Lieferungen sind möglich, deshalb 👌mit🌟
