The price is too high for the food. The staff is rude, and the food arrives late.

The food was very bad and the staff were very unfriendly. I was there to eat and was finished. When I sat there for 5 minutes longer I was sent away.

As a long-time regular customer, I'm now saying goodbye to this store after repeatedly encountering extremely rude, disrespectful, and impertinent staff. It's a shame the manager doesn't pay attention. If you want to speak to the manager, you're insulted and hung up.

We order there regularly. So far we have always been very satisfied with all the dishes. Delivery is always super quick and the food arrives hot. Once you're there, there are a few places to sit outside at the Kamener Markt. The menu offers a huge selection and the prices are all great.

In addition to pizzas, there are also burgers and Indian dishes. I ate an Indian dish there with chicken, spinach, rice and curry sauce. Something different. It tasted good and the portion was also decent. Didn't have to wait long, the food was served quickly. The atmosphere is very simple, there are only a few seats, but that's ok, they specialize more in deliveries. The prices could be a little cheaper but all in all you can't go wrong with a visit there.

So we ordered 2x pizza and 1x baguette, everything was great and very tasty! So delivery came to Unna very quickly in 30 minutes, and warm food 🤗 We can only recommend it 👍

The pizza wasn't baked properly - the dough was still raw. The spaghetti carbonara was not what I ordered. I ordered them without eggs, but they were still served with eggs. The hamburger was inedible because the meat was undercooked. In addition, the prices are far too high. I'd rather go to Kebab King next door! To those who tried to report my post: it won't work. My rating is true. The health department has already been informed and will hopefully carry out an inspection soon.

You can completely forget about the food!!!The sauce is water. The food is lukewarm. The stuffed minced meat is not stuffed because you can look for cheese. I can now say that I will only go to Center Döner. You get something for your money!!

As you can already see from other comments: The food itself is good. We've ordered several times. However, we've also had to call just as often to ask where the food is. After the aforementioned call, which usually came after the stated delivery time (1 hour), the food arrived after about 15 minutes. This time, however, it took another 40 minutes even after the call. So we waited a total of 1 hour and 40 minutes for the food. We called a second time, after 30 minutes of nothing had arrived. They just reacted rudely, as if it were inexplicable why we were even asking about the wait time 😂 We (like many others) no longer order from there, after all, there are plenty of alternatives that also stick to their delivery times and understand that customers will inquire if things take longer.

Ordered food at 12pm on Saturday, was supposed to be delivered at 1.30pm. Food arrived 40 minutes later, with the excuse that it was busy, ok and then why was the food lukewarm. But sorry, this isn't the first time it's arrived lukewarm, for the price you should get better service.

It's great when the driver delivers in the neighborhood and then drives against the direction of traffic on a one-way street, staring at his cell phone, and even makes a 90° turn.

The food is very tasty and the staff very friendly, but the prices could be a bit lower.

Absolute impudence. 55€ for a pizza, wrap, salad and a spaggethi. My Sucuc pizza had tuna on it and was half burnt, my wife's salad consisted of 70% onions and pepperoni (even though it was supposed to be a normal tuna salad), I ordered it 2.5 hours ago even though we live nearby. Unfortunately it doesn't taste good at all. Better order somewhere else.

I honestly don't know why this store is still around. I just quickly ordered a pizza and pizza rolls earlier. I have never eaten or thrown away anything so terribly bad. Thanks for that 👊🏼 if you order there and like it, you can't have them all anymore.

I waited 2 hours for the food and I didn't like it at all.

Honestly, absolute disgrace. Ordered 1 1/2 hours ago but says 30 minutes. Then it says “The pizza is almost with you” and 20 minutes nothing. You call politely and ask where the pizza is and the employee shouts at you that you would be rude and you wouldn't have ordered at all. If the pizza isn't there in 10 minutes I either want my money back or call the police. Absolute impudence, I will NEVER order there AGAIN!!!

I've been ordering from CityPizza for several years now and there's nothing to complain about when it comes to the quality of the food. Here and there it wasn't quite hot anymore, the side dishes weren't good, but that's not so bad for a delivery service. What is an absolute no-go, however, are the delivery times! 60 minutes is tolerable (and normal at City Pizza), 90 minutes is unacceptable but like last night 150 minutes are unacceptable! But what was the highlight was the way you deal with customers on the phone who legitimately inquire about your delivery. "Food will arrive in 5 or 10 or when the bell rings!" You are left speechless. It couldn't be more outrageous! I'm really considering ordering from City Pizza again!

Ordering online via Lieferando is sometimes a joke. I've been waiting for two and a half hours for two pizzas and two drinks. Never experienced anything like this before, and for €29. It gets better: you call and they tell you, yes, the driver is on the way. 40 minutes of nothing. You call and they tell you, yes, the driver is on the way. Apparently, it takes them 40 minutes to drive for an 11-minute journey. I'm afraid my food will arrive cold. For €29. I'll never order from there again. A dump.

The food itself is absolutely worth 5 stars. Normally, in restaurants like this, where almost everything from Chinese to gyros is offered, everything is known to be just so-so. Not here, every category here is really good. The best affordable burgers are here (the fries are also very tasty), and I have never had better Indian food (especially the chicken korma) anywhere. The Chinese noodles are also delicious with the sweet and sour sauce. (although they inevitably soften in their own steam upon delivery) The naan is the size of a pizza and great with garlic. The gyros (especially the tzatziki) are also always good. We've actually never tried the pizza. The dishes are all so large that no matter what you order, you will be full. The food is really top. The delivery times are just like that. If announced for 1 hour, everything from 30-120 minutes can be there. But sometimes the suppliers aren't the friendliest. When someone tries to explain to you in completely shaky German that you still have to pay more money (?) despite paying online, it becomes unpleasant. But it has only happened once so far. Tip: You can order and pay online just as easily on the website and pay significantly less than at Lieferando.

The quality of the food is always top notch, delivery is quick and affordable. I highly recommend this place.

I really don't understand the bad reviews. I've been ordering there several times a month for a year now and the pizza is simply great and nice and warm and crispy on the edge. The toppings are lavish and everything tastes fresh. The selection is also great. The Indian food is also very tasty and you can even be flexible if you don't want rice and just sauce instead. Or would like to have fried rice without eggs. The suppliers are always quick and nice. If you forget something, you can get a replacement quickly. All in all, a really great snack.

We just ordered through Lieferando and were thoroughly pleasantly surprised. The food was really hot. The Tris noodles have a really good taste and a very generous portion. The schnitzel was legendary and even the fries were really good and not at all soggy. The whole thing was prepared and delivered from Kamen to Heeren in just 30 minutes. This is sensational for a Saturday evening. Finally a delivery service where the taste and service are absolutely top.

I ordered food there very quickly because the driver gave the impression that he was annoyed. Unfortunately, I and my two guests had stomach problems after the meal. It's a shame.

Hello first of all...so today I ordered from city pizza unfortunately there was scampi in sauce with fries that weren't cooked through the hit was 5 small scampi for 14 euros just ridiculous and then the driver didn't have anything to change money there would never be anything there again Ordered, I called them and asked if it was a joke. The boss cheekily said zero stars

Pizza was really bad... it just didn't taste like anything! The delivery person was very rude. So what does that tell us? It was the first and last time we ordered there!

Terrible service. Ordered 2 portions of souvlaki skewers and received 2 x dry, unseasoned dry schnitzels. On the phone he says/yells that he has nothing else and that I should eat what was delivered or I should contact Lieferando. They think I should call them. Conclusion: if you're up for bad service and wrong food, then you've come to the right place. I'm now throwing away the 24 euro shoe soles.

Two days ago late in the evening we placed an incorrect order via Lieferando and called the pizzeria directly and described the situation. You said everything was clear, write Lieferando an email. Well, let's call the pizzeria first to ask why the app says 'pizza has been delivered' and we haven't received anything. He said we didn't get a cancellation from Lieferando and we finished this order. Yes, but if nothing has been canceled via Lieferando and you are obliged to prepare the order (and supposedly have done so) you would also have to deliver it and complete the order. But instead of explaining the situation normally, the gentleman on the phone shouts that he doesn't care. At the same time he lies that he had prepared the pizza. Disrespectful, unhelpful, rude. It's really crazy what I just had to listen to. And lie... Yes, of course.

Ordered through Lieferando, never had any problems before, but yesterday was a real disaster. Ordered 2x burgers and gyros + salad with balsamic vinegar with a note “please with coleslaw”. The gyro was pink, so raw. No sign of coleslaw. Instead of coleslaw, we got a mini pot of herb butter.(?). The salad was supposed to be delivered without tomatoes (because of allergies) and it came with tomatoes! But the dressing topped everything. That's really an outrage. The dressing is simply filled with a lot of oil and added a little bit of balsamic vinegar. So that's really crazy! Then we called and got little mini pieces of gyros with coleslaw, where I was allowed to mix everything together somehow. The dressing was also delivered new, but with less oil, which had the same effect. So thank you, nothing more for now 🙋‍♀️

Unfortunately, the pizza that was pre-ordered for a child's birthday party was not delivered. Pre-ordered at lunchtime for a specific time slot in the evening. Even after an hour delay and several phone calls, the pizza didn't arrive. Very unfortunate. 8 sad and hungry children who then had to be given bread.

Die schlechten Bewertungen kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Das Essen kommt immer pünktlich ist heiß und alles einfach alles schmeckt. Wir haben es sogar weiter empfohlen und auch diese Leute bestellen immer wieder hier. Wie immer 5 Sterne von uns.

Leckeres Essen! Bei einem Gericht gab es leider eine Verwechselung mit der Nummer. Wurde aber problemlos ersetzt, toller Service! Kann ich weiterempfehlen. Lieferzeit ca. 60 Minuten

Ich habe heute dort zum ersten Mal bestellt und war im Bezug auf die Bewertungen positiv überrascht. Der gebratene Reis war sehr frisch und vom Geschmack gut, so wie man halt so ein Gericht von anderen Restaurants bzw. Buffets kennt. Das Western Brot klang interessant und ich wollte es mal probieren. Für meinen Geschmack war es etwas zu dunkel und ziemlich salzig. Die Schärfe war jedoch wirklich lecker. Preislich finde ich es auch in Ordnung. Der Reis kostete knapp 10€ aber die Menge ist dafür auch relativ viel. Grundsätzlich ist es nicht das beste Restaurant aber bei weitem auch nicht das Schlechteste.

Das ist immer ein schöner Ort um Essen zu bestellen immer wieder frisch zubereitet und schmeckt auch sehr lecker

Die Pizzen waren nur lauwarm. Gebratene Nudeln schmecken etwas fahrt und geschmacklos. Und die Soße sollte eigentlich süß / sauer sein und sie war sehr scharf .

Es wurde pünktlich geliefert, wäre sehr lecker gewesen, wenn mein einziger Wunsch berücksichtigt worden wäre - ich habe im vermerkt drum gebeten kein Oregano auf die Pizza zu streuen, leider war meine Pizza voll mit Oregano bestreut ..für mich persönlich ungenießbar..

Ich kann keine der negativen Bewertungen nachvollziehen, wir haben heute dort bestellt, es war sehr sehr lecker und frisch, die Mitarbeiter waren absolut freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Preise sind gegenüber anderen Anbietern ebenfalls sehr günstig, für die große Palette der angebotenen Produkte absolut perfekt und lecker echt weiterempfehlen 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻. Wir haben den Partyservice von City Pizza Kamen für eine Feier mit 20 Personen in Anspruch genommen. Unsere Gäste haben die Speisen gelobt. Es war schmackhaft, reichlich und wurde pünktlich geliefert. Meine Empfehlung!

Wir haben früher oft und gerne dort bestellt, aber seitdem CityPizza immer besser lief, lies die Qualität nach… Hier nur ein Beispiel von vielen, „Insalata Capricciosa“ bestellt und einen unvollständigen „faulen(?!)“ Salat erhalten. Der Käse fehlte (bei beiden Salaten) und wurde mit grauen Eiern und sehr rotem Schinken serviert. Außer das der Salat aus einem Hauch Beilagen besteht, bekamen wir auch die gefüllten Pizzabrötchen ohne „Füllung“. Ich muss zugeben nach einem Anruf bei City Pizza bekamen wir innerhalb von 15 Minuten neue Salate geschickt. - Super! ABER… Wir haben’s erneut versucht doch statt Verbesserung wird es immer schlechter. Schade! Da gehen wir lieber zur Konkurrenz. ☹️

Eine Pizzaria in Kamen am Markt in der man alle Arten von Pizza bekommt .Man kann dort deinen und draußen sitzen ,hatte lange auf und das Personal ist nett.

Haben jetzt 2x hier bestellt und beide mal gab es nichts negatives anzumerken. Leckere Pizza, gute Pizzabrötchen mit leckerem Aioli und die Lieferzeit war auch vollkommen in Ordnung. Gebe deshalb gerne 5 Sterne!

Pizza kann man wohl Essen alles andere ist eher nicht zu empfehlen. Ente süß/scharf war sowas von Scharf das man es überhaupt nicht Essen konnte. Ps: ich Esse gerne Scharf 🌶 Und für das Fleisch (die Ente) würde ich sofort mein Geld für zurückverlangen

Familienpizza leider zu gross. War aber alles in allem lecker.

Hab dort nur Burger gegessen und war nur 2mal da, kann aber sagen dass jeder Burger gleich belegt ist nur dass mal eine andere Soße drauf ist.
