We are extremely disappointed with our order. First, we had to wait almost two hours for the food, during which we were told for over an hour that the delivery person would be right there. The delivery time was less than five minutes. When the food finally arrived, it was absolutely not worth the long wait. The schnitzel was very dense and the pizza was far too dry. One pizza was incorrectly topped with the ingredients, even though it wasn't even a special request. Unfortunately, the whole thing ended with us feeling sick after eating it. Overall, a completely disappointing experience. We will definitely never order from here again.

The food was warm, it was very tasty and the driver was very friendly, we will order here again, many thanks to the kitchen team and a big thank you to the driver, the food arrived on time and was delicious

I waited five minutes for my order and received a pizza that fell apart. Very rude and disrespectful. I returned the pizza and asked for my money back, but I never received it. The owner wanted to make a new pizza, but he read the bad review and refused to refund me because of the bad review.

The food was terrible, especially after waiting two hours for three pizzas. Ordered a pizza with arugula. The baker confused arugula with basil!? Called three times to find out where the order was and waited an extra 45 minutes!

If I could give zero stars, I would! Our pizza seriously took OVER TWO HOURS to make – did you bake it on Mars or something?! And when it finally arrived, it wasn't just ice cold, but as dry as the Gobi Desert. There was no "fresh" about it, more like it had been scraped out of the microwave the day before. The crust? A disaster! A full 5 cm of space between the toppings – were you stingy with the toppings or did you run out of cheese?! The amount of dough that was left over is beyond anyone's imagination. And as if that wasn't bad enough: The pizza was rock hard. No joke – I could have smashed a window with it! You call that food? That's an insult to any frozen pizza! Never again. Simply disappointing and annoying!

We ordered the food at 1:20 a.m., and after several calls, it arrived at 3 a.m. The staff were only slightly sympathetic. Regarding the pizzas: The pizza was completely dry and had a crust comparable to a rusk. Not recommended!

Unfriendly service, charging €3 for a small portion of extra salad. Hygene standards are abysmal.

Best kebab in Hagen, the bread is freshly baked and the kebab is great value for money.

I ordered twice this week. Both times I was told that there should be no garlic in the food. This was not fulfilled. Actually quite simple but apparently not feasible. For this reason I will no longer order there.

Disgusting store!!!! Ordered pizza and the pizza base was stuck to the cardboard, I almost ate the cardboard!!!!! The pizza was far dry, I hope the place closes!!!! Disgusting and sickening!!!!!!!!!!! I paid almost €15 for that!!!!!!!!

We waited over 2 hours for 2 pizzas and 1 fries, we called there twice to ask if the food would even arrive! Then it finally came, the pizzas were okay but the fries were just soggy and unseasoned and simply inedible!! I don't order there anymore, everyone has to know for themselves.

Food was absolutely shit, fries were absolutely soggy and disgusting, nuggets tasted sticky, there was a hair in the noodles. We ordered here because there was nothing else on it and it was the first and last time! Everyone had a stomach ache after eating and €55 for that was a disgrace, especially since we had to wait 2 hours for our food!! Any frozen fries would have been better even frozen.

We ordered for delivery. The order arrived after 1.5 hours, 20-35 minutes were stated. Unfortunately the wrong noodles were delivered. We then called City Pizza to report the error. After 1 hour 20 minutes the right dish arrived, but the driver said: "Now I had to come back here." was acknowledged. About the food itself: One pizza was cold, the other was sticky. Both pizzas were baked far too long. A lot of savings were made on the covering. Unfortunately, the real pasta dish had very little taste. All in all a very bad experience. Too bad.

As many people have written here, they saved a lot on ingredients, which is a shame. The pizza was also thin. I didn't like the pizza rolls at all either. Unfortunately you have to give the star. Ordered here for the first time... It was just horrible I ordered Tristpasta and 1 pizza with Tristpasta no meat, if I wanted pasta with butter sauce and cheese gratinated I could prepare it myself at home. Quantity catastrophic for 11€ nothing in it and on the phone they cheekily say yes that's the case with us and it would be important to remember that there are only 5 pieces in the tortellini, there is meat in it.... So I'm speechless I wouldn't have thought that you can eat something so bad. And now for the pizza, totally dry and the taste is terrible, not to mention that you have to look for the topping... Never again for us, not even if you're starving... We waited an hour for that... Unbelievable :(

We always like to order there, fries, pizza, pasta, gnocchi, everything is very tasty and there is a lot of choice (even for vegetarians). We love it and order there very often and it is always fresh and quick. The aioli isn't that good and there could be a little more in it but that's complaining at a high level :,) the delivery is quick and the staff is friendly

Your rating on Lieferando with 4.7 stars is a scam! We ordered pizza and pizza rolls there. I'm sorry to say, but unfortunately the pizza didn't taste good and was really hard and dry. The pizza was also pretty sparsely topped. The filled rolls were ok but tasteless. The only thing that tasted good was the aioli in which you could dip the dry things. Poor price-performance ratio The driver was super nice. Hence the 2 stars. I will not recommend it and will not order from here again.

Thanks for the food poisoning on Christmas Eve, first we had to wait an hour and a half for the rotten food. But because that wasn't enough, I've been hanging over the toilet for 2 hours puking my heart out because of this rotten, rotten food. I really can't understand the good reviews! Hopefully the store goes under, I can't recommend something like that to anyone!

Ich schreibe sonst nie eine Rezension aber hier musste des einfach sein. Alles Top. Bestellt über lieferando dann angerufen wegen lieferzeit frage weil in der App 60min Stand. Der Kollege sagt 30min easy. tatsächlich 28min und das nachts um 1:30uhr wa also kann mich nicht beschweren. Salat geschenkt bekommen, freundlicher Lieferant absolut erste sahne. Pizza war geil und warm, meine brötchen eben so. Bin noch nicht lang in Hagen erst seit August 22 und hab nur 3 mal allgemein bisher bestellt aber ihr seid jetzt meine No.1. bestelle wenn nur noch bei euch. Absolut verliebt und die Calamari haben mich richtig abgeholt. Freu mich aufs nächste mal!

Schon oft dort bestellt und immer mehr als zufrieden! Alles kommt immer richtig und schnell an! Nettes Personal und tolle Auswahl an Produkten! Das einzig kleine was man bemängeln "Könnte"... Es gibt keine Dips die man einzeln dazu bestellen kann. Aber meistens bekommt man ein Aioli Dip dazu also alles Super! Richtig gut. Essen: 4 Service: 5 Ambiente: 5
