City Kebap Haus in Bergkamen

I've been to this kebab shop many times, even though I live in Lünen. For me, the place is simply really good! The food is always hot, delicious, and complete. The kebab meat is fresh and very well seasoned, the bread is crispy, and the side dishes are always plentiful and fresh. You can really tell that quality is important here. If you ask nicely, you sometimes even get extra meat or other side dishes. And if you ask especially nicely, you sometimes even get extra fries for free. I've experienced this many times, and I think it's great. It shows that the people there really put their heart and soul into their work and that their customers matter to them. The service is friendly and attentive. The people take their time to prepare everything the way you want it. You feel welcome, and that's very valuable in my opinion. I can't understand the bad reviews at all. Maybe they were there at a bad time or just had bad luck. I've been there regularly for the past six years, about once or twice a month, when I was helping my friends in Bergkamen. And every time, everything was great: warm food, friendly service, generous portions. All I can say is: I always enjoy coming back. See you next time 👍

Even 1 ☆ is too much!! Ordered 2 pizzas on-site. No customers there. We waited 40 minutes for 2 pizzas!!! Both pizzas were wrong!!! One was missing the hollandaise sauce, the other had the hallandaise sauce on it. One of the pizzas had beard hairs in it! Disgusting!! 2 pizzas for €23.50 is simply extortionate! I hope this place closes!! The health department will be informed.

You can forget the menu here online. It still says Dönner for 4.50 euros but today it costs 7 euros^^

Food is always delicious, the people there are very nice, unfortunately the oven doesn't work, otherwise highly recommended, the price is right too

Top, very tasty and recommendable

Almost no meat in the doner kebab wrap. Should be called a salad wrap. Tastes like nothing. Disgusting, somehow.

Still eating and already in love

If you want some worms, get yourself a kebab there. There are endless fruit flies, the grilled meat is colder than the salad. The sauces rancid. Cooling doesn't work. Staff don't even wash their hands. My advice, this should be closed.

Salad and sauces were not appetizing in the window in the counter. I got a PomDöner for myself and a friend and both had the same opinion: the meat wasn't tasty at all and we had real chunks of meat and the sheep's cheese tasted disgusting. We both had cartilage-like things in our flesh. Never order there again. I would actually give 0 stars if it were possible.

The driver was super friendly. The food was actually quite good and arrived quickly. I also wanted a city salad and got a pide salad. I called and all they said was "yes, that's what it says on my note, I can't do anything now. Well, good. Not very accommodating.

Ordered food there today. The two kebabs consisted more of sauce and salad than meat. My fries were cold, tasted like they were from yesterday and were dark like they were bad. I'll never order from there again

The staff is not friendly and does not deserve a star. The pizza was cold and inedible. The potatoes had a lot of oil on them. This is why the pizza is hot. These days are here. This is what's going on around the corner.

We have pizza at 8 p.m ordered then the pizza arrived at 6 p.m. we sent it back 2 hours later we received the pizza cold. In addition, the pizza dough doesn't taste good and is very salty.

Warum heißt das Kebap Haus, es gibt aber kein Kebap auf der Karte? Dönerfleisch ist nicht Kebap. Im übrigen sehr schlechte Qualität. Tolles Konzept

Zwar nicht der beste döner oder der beste service aber zwischendurch ist der geruch so verlockend das man sich dort auch mal den ein oder anderen döner kaufen kann 😁

Kunden laufen mit Straßenkleidung in der Küche rum. Sowas geht gar nicht! Was haben die da zu suchen? Pizzen sind Top!

Wurden aufmerksam durch einen Flyer im Briefkasten. Am selben Tag getestet. Personal sehr freundlich. Ich bestellte mir einen Döner und mein Mann nahm sich eine Pizza, diese dauerte gefühlte 2. STD. Mein Döner wurde kurze Zeit nach der Bestellungsaufnahme zubereitet, jedoch die Pizza ließ auf sich warten...... Tick tack.. Mein Döner wurde zwischen gelagert suf eine Art Toaster.... Ich finde es toll, daß Brot sah knackig knusprig aus. Aber als ich dann zuhause war mein Mann seine Pizza genoß, aß ich den kalten matschig pabigen Döner, Fleisch lecker, aber ich war traurig um das Brot. Mir war der Appetit vergangen...

Auch hier bekommt man einen tollen Döner, die Mengen sind ok.

Nettes Personal, geschmacklich Top und die Preise sind völlig in Ordnung
