Guter Döner mit selbst gemachten Brot

Eigentlich sehr lecker aber gestern stand in den Öffnungszeiten bis 01:00 Uhr (zu!) und heute bis 22:00 Uhr (jetzt 21:43 Uhr) geöffnet und wir bekommen nichts mehr. Nope, keine Verlässlichkeit!

Warum nur, wohnen wir nicht in Trier? Auf Stippvisite hier eine Essenspause eingelegt. Selten, wenn überhaupt so einen leckeren Döner gegessen. Zu Dritt waren wir uns einig, dass dies absolut ein Volltreffer war. Für 8€ haben wir einen Döner Kebab bekommen, der nicht nur sensationell geschmeckt hat, sondern auch noch üppig gefüllt war. Eigentlich überfüllt. Fleisch, Salat, Soßen und Brot richtig toll abgestimmt und frisch. Jetzt müssten nur noch die dazu gereichten Plastikgabeln durch umweltfreundliche Gabeln ersetzt werden. Toller Laden!

Brot und Gemüse auf dem Döner waren super. Leider war die Qualität des Fleisches durchschnittlich.

Das Essen ist super lecker und frisch ich habe noch nie bei einem dönerladen gesehen das da keine einzige fliege ist alles frisch und lecker das Brot ist selbst gebacken und immer frisch eine Sache hat mich gestört unzwar das auf meinen dürum nur 1 Tomate war aber die Mitarbeiter sind echt lieb und geben manchmal auch gratis Getränke

Es gab reichlich zu essen, allerdings gab es nach der Hälfte nur noch Salat.

Sehr leckerer Döner! Das Brot wird sogar selbst gebacken und schmeckt dadurch besonders frisch. Freundlicher Service und gute Portionen – komme gerne wieder! 😊

Der beste Döner seit Langem, vielleicht sogar jemals. Hätte ich die positiven Bewertungen nicht gelesen, wäre ich wahrscheinlich vorbeigegangen, aber er ist es absolut wert. Hausgemachte Brötchen, frischer Salat und hervorragend gegrilltes Fleisch. Kurz gesagt: fantastisch!

I have tried döner in Frankfurt, Kaiserslautern, Mannheim but the taste, the quality, the quantity and the wholesomeness of the shop owner was way more better. Whoever is traveling to Trier and is nearby must try this.

I was really pleasantly surprised! The food was fresh, the meat nice and juicy, and the bread crusty. The sauces complemented each other perfectly, and the salad was crisp and delicious. The team is friendly and works quickly, even when it's busy. The price-performance ratio is excellent – ​​you really get great quality for your money. I'll definitely come back when I'm in Trier.

We were visiting Trier and bought this kebab on both days. The bread is amazing and homemade. For the price, we got a huge kebab with lots of meat. The staff was super friendly, and the communication between the employees was also great. What can I say, the best kebab we've ever eaten.

I've also tried other places here (e.g., Porta Kebab), and the food here is much tastier, and the service is much better. The prices are very good considering it's in the city center. Germany is famous for its kindness, so much so that there's even a "Döner Guy" meme. But they seem especially kind here. The owner proudly tells me that he started learning how to make döner when he was five, and he's so happy working there. The best döner! Try eating it with both hands, not a fork, like the Germans do.

Six of us came, and we all got our doner kebabs very quickly, and each one was perfect—the best doner kebab I've had in a long time. And the cocktail sauce is super delicious; I absolutely recommend it. I'm from Saarbrücken and would come back again and again.

Right on the beautiful main market square, we found the City Döner Trier, which was quite busy. For us, that's usually a sign that the products there are well-received. That was our impression, too. We ordered two classic doner kebabs in bread with everything: chicken, vegetables, sauce, etc. (without tomatoes) and received an excellent meal with fresh ingredients in wonderful bread (important: not too soft, not too crispy) and an extremely delicious sauce. You order inside at the counter, and then the food is served outside. The staff outside are very attentive to the guests and keep the tables clean. The fact that wasps sometimes also enjoy this excellent meal can only be taken as a compliment. The prices are moderate and reasonable. Many thanks to the chefs and staff. We'll be back! The past three weeks we have been traveling as far North as Amsterdam and as far South as Rome. We have ate a dozen plus döners and hands down this is the best one yet. My guy here has charisma matches how great the food is. I need to find a way to bring him back to the states with me or at least get a City Döner Trier shirt to take back home with me.

The kebab box was delicious, but incredibly small. Not enough for €8.

When we got our food, all the tables were dirty. We had to ask the staff member to clean them. The staff member used a very old rag that smelled really bad. The food itself was worthy of two stars, but I didn't like it. Lots of onions.

I ate at City Döner Trier and was very satisfied. The food was delicious, freshly prepared, and tasted excellent. I particularly appreciated the extremely friendly, attentive, and courteous service. An all-around successful experience that I would happily recommend.

Because the owner deletes honest reviews, I'll repeat :) The Turkish pizza is quite tasty, but unfortunately, it had more parsley than anything else. The doner kebab is okay, the meat isn't exactly the best. It was very gristly. The doner kebab box with meat and salad was also okay. Unfortunately, there was something stuck to the inside of the box that looked like potatoes, but they weren't. Simply disgusting. All in all, I've eaten better. I wouldn't eat there again.

We were in Trier today, and honestly, I've had better kebabs and pizzas. I ordered a sucuk pizza, and it was inedible. They mixed disgusting sucuk with pepperoni salami, which isn't appropriate. If you don't have an ingredient, you can let them know. Among other things, the dough was completely crumbly, and the pizza wasn't prepared with care. More than half of it was left over. The lack of hygiene and the restroom speak for themselves. Such a filthy, dirty place; the health department should definitely come by. If you go to the restroom in the back, you can see into the kitchen. What a mess. Unfortunately, going there was a mistake.
