Çigköftem bielefeld LooM in Bielefeld

I've given the store a chance several times and have now decided not to go back. Zero customer service, zero service. My requests are simply ignored. And on top of that, the iceberg is brown again.

It's okay, nothing extraordinary, just regular çiğköfte. The real problem is the woman and boy at the checkout. I've rarely experienced such unfriendliness. No smile, no kindness at all, you just feel out of place. Honestly, my appetite disappears every time I see them. I only go there when absolutely necessary, and even then, I think twice.

I tried the food the first time, and it was so incredibly delicious that I went back the same day. The lady was very friendly and gave me good advice. I'll definitely be back.

I usually enjoyed eating here, but never again. We ordered three wraps (two large, one small): • The first large wrap was supposed to be spicy, without tomatoes, but with greens – we got tomatoes, but no greens. • The second large wrap was supposed to be slightly spicy and without tomatoes – it arrived spicy and with tomatoes. • The small wrap was supposed to be slightly spicy, with only cucumbers, tomatoes, pickles, and iceberg lettuce – it came with the above-mentioned ingredients plus parsley, mint, and spicy greens. I can't tolerate mint, so I specifically left it out. Unfortunately, they put it in anyway, which was very bad for my health. When I pointed this out to the employee, there was no apology, just an annoyed "They must have just swapped the wraps." But that wasn't possible, since my wrap was the only small one, and the other two were spicy and had the wrong toppings. Instead of understanding or an apology, I received only arrogant behavior. -30 € and a hospital visit later, all I can say is: absolutely impossible and never again!

I was at veganland today, the food was indescribable and the two employees Hilal and DJ were very friendly, I will definitely come back.

The woman working was really not nice, the place is small there is very little place to sit down. There was no çiğ köfte without spice as well.

The Çiğköfte wasn't bad, but they learned a lesson about cleanliness and friendliness. The tables were very dirty, and even though we asked for a cloth to wipe the table ourselves, the lady didn't clean it or give us one. So never again.

Nice staff, good hygiene and really good falafel roll. Best I've tasted so far :) recommended!

Not everything at Veganland is vegan. Unfortunately, the salesperson today didn't know that and claimed everything was vegan. (Even though the flyer itself only lists a few meals as vegan.)

I actually like coming here because the cigköfte is really delicious and the quality is impressive. Unfortunately, I've experienced the cashier at the counter several times to be very unfriendly. She often seems stressed or annoyed, which unfortunately makes the visit unpleasant. What particularly strikes me is that many other customers report exactly the same experience in the reviews. I find that very unfortunate, because good customer service is simply part of the experience. I really hope this feedback is taken seriously, because the food is excellent, but the service should be just as good.

Unfortunately disappointing – despite being a regular customer I'm actually a regular customer at Vegan Land Çiğköfte and know the process well. Normally, you're asked whether you want a small or large dürüm. This time, I ordered two small ones, but I was charged the price for a large one. I pointed this out before I even got my food – unfortunately, the only response I got was: "Next time." In the end, I got the large ones, but I would have liked them to take my comment into account or at least briefly explain what went wrong. It's a shame – I hope things go better next time.

I was at Veganland in Loom Bielefeld today and I was really impressed. The food was super fresh, everything was very clean and tasted really delicious. I had a çiğköfte wrap and a falafel wrap, both were great. You can tell that quality is really important here. The staff were really friendly and took their time, even though there was a lot going on. Everything still went quickly and without stress. the shop is very tidy and you just feel comfortable. I'll definitely come back. Thanks to the team, keep it up!

Well, the Cigköfte Dürüm is really extremely tasty and I also really enjoy eating it. I just feel extremely uncomfortable there and not treated nicely. The cashier or employee (?the owner's daughter?) is just very unsympathetic and gives off an appearance like that. The bag with our orders was thrown in our faces and no matter how nice I/we approached them, it still wasn't nice. If you don't like this job, maybe look for something else? I don't feel like ordering from my favorite Cigköfte store because of how unfriendly they are... And apparently it's not just me, but a lot of other people too. I then ask myself whether it doesn't matter to them because they think we make enough money anyway? So smile a little and be normally customer-friendly certainly doesn't have to be that difficult.

Unfortunately, the employee at the checkout wasn't friendly. I wanted to eat locally. 2 of 3 tables were free. However, the employee simply told me that eating on site would not be possible today. Strangely, other customers could eat on site without any problems, but I didn't discriminate.

Veganland is simply unbeatable! The food is not only incredibly delicious, but also prepared with so much love and care that you can taste the difference. I've never had a better cigköfte in my life - it's just perfect! The flavors are fantastic, the consistency is on point, and the quality is unbeatable. In addition, there is a service that is 1A. The team is super friendly, attentive and makes you feel completely comfortable. The atmosphere is pleasant, the prices are fair, and the selection on the menu always impresses me. Whether you're vegan or not, Veganland is a must for anyone who loves good food! I recommend it to everyone and would love to come back again and again.

So far, I've always eaten there and everything has been great. Until the last visit! I ordered a Cigköfte package. I paid more than what was actually written on the board. And then the highlight when I started to eat I couldn't get anything down. I thought that I was imagining it and that the lettuce leaves were inedible. It smelled spoiled and the cigarettes were inedible!!!! It's a shame for me that it was the best Cigköfte until my last visit :(

I personally don't come from Bielefeld, but no matter when I was in Bielefeld, I always bought something there and enjoyed being there. But unfortunately I was disappointed yesterday! Yesterday I was eating there with a friend. Since we already had drinks with us, we just ordered food and sat there and of course drank our drinks with the meal. An employee just walks past and says, "We don't eat here with other people's drinks." I mean, if we had known that, of course we wouldn't be doing something like that. But I find it very blatant that as an employee or perhaps even a shop owner you treat customers like this instead of informing customers respectfully and with eye contact. Well at least minus 2 regular customers.

I really never write reviews, but I have to say something here. Bought a takeaway package. When I get home I see that the bread is moldy and the salad is simply inedible, most likely from the day before or older. The store is probably otherwise good and maybe it's an isolated case here, but that's really not possible.

Very unfriendly service unfortunately. I wanted advice and their sentiment was negative. “Yes, which one???” . Then the colleague interrupts the order, you had a strange feeling when ordering. War sehr lecker ich hab ein tag später Muskeln bekommen und alle sehr nett

3 (!) mal nach etwas mehr Petersilien gebeten und es wurd trotzdem gegeiert.. Daraufhin geschworen, nie wieder dort zu essen.

Die Burger schmecken sehr lecker und auch sehr frisch und preislich ist es auch perfekt. Ich kann es nur empfehlen.

Sehr unfreundliche Mitarbeiterin. Nach der Bestellung wollte ich mit Karte zahlen was aus irgendeinem Grund nicht ging. Komisch der Kunde 1 Minute vor mir hat mit Karte bezahlt 🥸. Als ich sie darauf angesprochen habe sollten wir zur Seite gehen (sehr unhöflich gesagt). Aus diesem Grund wollte ich mein Geld wieder haben und dort nicht mehr essen. Der Kunde ist aufjedenfall kein KÖNIG dort.

Eben vor Ort gewesen, Mitarbeiterin an der Kasse extrem unfreundlich! Wollte mit Karte zahlen, weil ich nicht genug Bargeld dabei hatte und mir wurde dann gesagt das EC nicht funktionieren würde, aber 1 min vorher hat noch alles gut geklappt bei dem Kunden. Als würde diese Respektlosigkeit an Lüge nicht reichen, wurden wir auch noch respektlos behandelt und zur Krönung noch beleidigt. Und anstatt das der Chef sich bei uns entschuldigt und uns irgendwie entgegen kommt, hat er uns daraufhin weg geschickt und meinte wir sollen nie wieder kommen und das er uns nicht mehr sehen möchte. Also definitiv keine Empfehlung!!! KUNDE IST KÖNIG!!!!!!

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und super leckere Köfte Wraps! Es war kein Problem, erst nach dem Essen Geld com Automaten zu holen und zu bezahlen. (Kartenzahlung war gerade nicht möglich). Bin jedes Mal bei diesem Imbissstand, wenn ich im Loom bin.

War schon 4 mal da und jedesmal war es sehr lecker und zu einem Sehr guten Preis! Ich empfehle den nugget Burger und den Nuget wrap !!! Kuss kuss

Die Wraps waren babamäßig und die Minze kam seeeeeeehr gefährlich. Kann ich jedem der nen guten Wrap in Bielefeld sucht nur ans herz legen. Personal mega freundlich und witzig. Allerdings waren auf dem Nuggetburger nur 2 Nuggets(zu wenig bruder) aber sonst 10/10!
