Very tasty food and great ambience. Also many vegetarian alternatives. Prices are also reasonable, we can recommend :)

Very attentive and friendly staff. We were there around coffee time and the chocolate cake was great. Special requests will be taken into account. Despite the drizzly weather, it was pleasant on the terrace with a blanket.

You should go through the object every now and then and replace the worn or broken parts, it will make a better picture

Late breakfast possible? Still a nice welcome, it's nice to get closer. Great selection, such as omelette with leek and chorizzo, avocados, bowls, dates, blueberry pancakes, etc. The whole thing was served in a funny way by the staff and very nicely decorated. Small point deduction for the honey and Nutella packaged in plastic. A few candles and music would have made the whole thing a 5 star experience. Highly recommended. Espresso and Prosecco as well.

Beef fillet 'English', with potato wedges, crunchy vegetables... a poem! In general, the Cielo has a very good kitchen!! Absolutely recommended!!

Anyone who likes this type of cuisine will be happy with restrictions here. Many of our group were satisfied with the cheese-heavy dishes. Pasta with chicken breast and mushrooms was my decision. There was a tasteless, light sauce stuck to the pasta and I didn't know until then that there were such small mushrooms that were present in small quantities. The two pieces of chicken breast were very hard and dry. Except for the boss, who was somewhat arrogant and cocky and called out instructions for the meal reception, the staff was very friendly and attentive. In my opinion, not so suitable for lovers of normal and high-quality cuisine.

The restaurant is not recommended for food. The food was lukewarm, the chicken strips on the noodles were extremely dry. The risotto had nothing to do with risotto. The bruschetta was thickly gratinated with cheese. The wine was okay.

The location is beautiful and in a traffic-calmed area. The service was great - good humor and very attentive. The breakfast was generous and very tasty and well prepared.

The menu is very balanced, creative and there is something for everyone. I chose a vegan dish and unfortunately it was extremely oily and almost unsalted. The service was great, despite there being a lot of guests. However, we were incredibly disappointed with the owner/boss because he was cynical, impudent and basically behaved inappropriately, which means we will remember the visit somewhat negatively. If you want to ignore that, going to a restaurant there is not a mistake.

The food was very tasty. We ordered two medium steaks and a chicken, cheese and vegetable roll with noodles. The environment was clean and attractive and the behavior of the staff was warm and excellent.

We enjoyed breakfast at Cielo twice as a family at the weekend. The quality is excellent, especially the croissants (they taste almost as good as in a French boulangerie) and the egg dishes. The jam is made in-house. The staff is very friendly and attentive. When the boss is on site, he always has a personal word for the guests. It was always a perfect start to the day. Thanks to the Cielo team. We will stop by again the next time we visit Weimar.

Went to Cielo spontaneously on a Friday (yesterday) and were totally thrilled. We were greeted very friendly and got a table after just 5 minutes of waiting (it was just before 6 p.m.). The food was absolutely great. 🤩 The service with its speed and attentiveness was also great. We'll definitely be back. Keep it up and thank you very much.

I was here for the first time today, the food was very great, it was beautifully prepared and the staff were very nice, the price was very super clean, everything was great here, I can only recommend it and I would come here again at any time

I had breakfast there with a comrade. It was phenomenally delicious. Very nicely prepared and really a culinary delight. I had the medium Ciero👍 only recommended. And the staff is very friendly.

Great service, great food. We were guests at Cielo for both breakfast and dinner. A really great team impressed us both times. It is particularly worth mentioning how the topic of gluten intolerance is wonderfully addressed here and how those affected can enjoy it with a clear conscience.

I ordered a risotto with chanterelles. It was more like soft rice cooked in vegetable broth with 3 chanterelles, sprinkled with Parmesan. I don't have to order anymore. Service was OK.

I was there for breakfast. Nice service, great breakfast, you can't complain. Unfortunately, even though it hadn't been open for long, the floor was quite unclean and I also found the toilets to be hygienic and not of an appealing standard. Therefore 1 star deducted from the overall rating.

We had breakfast with a group. The food and drinks came quickly. Everything was very nicely prepared and tasted good too. The staff is very nice and attentive. The restaurant is tastefully decorated, unfortunately there are also a few artificial flowers.

Wir haben in diesem einmaligen Restaurant/Cafe eine mega Party feiern dürfen. Das Team vom Cielo ist einfach großartig. Eine Top-Organisation vom Anfang bis zum Ende. Es ist nicht selbstverständlich, dass eine Party mit ca. 80 Leuten über 12 Stunden mit allem versorgt wird. Essen war unglaublich lecker, die Bedienungen so aufmerksam und immer zur Stelle. Ein dickes Dankeschön Mark und seinem Team. Die nächste Feier steigt wieder bei euch. Es geht einfach nicht besser, bleibt wie ihr seid.

The food is good, but the price is a little high.

We have been there several times. Drink for breakfast, lunch and cocktails. Generally a nice restaurant, sometimes a bit too cold, but the food and drinks are ok. Now comes the catch: the owners are so arrogant and condescendingly unbelievable. Children and adults are taught how to behave. I want good, friendly service and not a buddy type with little educational knowledge. The owner also does catering (was also able to enjoy this) - that was awesome. He went so far that some children no longer wanted to get food. Incomprehensible. Drinking a Cielo cocktail is ok, nothing more.

Really great restaurant. Actually you can't recommend it, then everyone will still go. Were there again today, February 23rd. Despite the full house on Saturday evening, both owners were extremely nice, caring and calm. Always a personal comment, as if you were friends. And the food, incredible. Hey, do they do that?? It's always full, nice and cozy. They just don't let up the boys, big respect and a big thank you for a lovely evening today. Good luck with continued success.

The food is below average, unfortunately, despite the large portions, warm service and nice venue. Weimar is generally quite expensive to eat out, and it feels disappointing when you get a generic meal for a substantial price. We were a bit desperate for food late in the evening and ended up here, but in a hindsight we would have probably been better off having a snack at our hotel bar.

I can't understand these recessions. I had my drink returned because it had zero carbonation. The waitress then drank from my glass. I was speechless then. But she confirmed it and I got a new drink. The pasta with gorgonzola and spinach was very bland. For 8 euros more I got beef tranches. 3 pieces the size of a chestnut. Maybe the chef uses the proceeds to buy some salt for the pasta cooking water.

It's been a very good café/bar/restaurant for years with delicious breakfast/lunch/dinner and friendly waiters.

Ganz besonderes Restaurant das Essenstechnisch alles zu bieten hat. Es ist jedes Mal sehr lecker. Die Kellnerinnen sind sehr sehr nett und das Essen wird schnell serviert und ist trotzdem frisch . Auch der gute Kuchen ist sehr zu Empfehlen. Hunde sind ebenfalls willkommen. Immer wieder gern.

Absolute recommendation from us. There is a very good quality food selection. The service is excellent. You can feel the warmth in the team. The breakfast is highly recommended. The atmosphere is very inviting. We were here several times during our vacation and always felt very comfortable.

Ich war am 7.01.24 zum Frühstück da. Trotz vorheriger Buchungsbestätigung per Mail (die ich Gott sei Dank Mit hatte), standen wir nicht im Buch. Man fand aber schnell eine Lösung für uns. Das Esser war super. Der Preis angemessen und der Service mega freundlich. Uns hat der Smoothie nicht geschmeckt, da hat sie uns einen anderen gemacht. Es war also alles i.o. und wir kommen gerne wieder.
