Ciao Bella Köln Arcaden in Köln

I really enjoy eating at Ciao Bella. The pizza tastes like it does in Italy, the pasta too, but my pasta from yesterday wasn't as usual. Too much tomato sauce. But the staff team is very friendly and responds to the customers' wishes

We were served very friendly and courteously. The overall atmosphere was very pleasant, even though the arcades were quite crowded. The pizza was extremely tasty. If desired, you can have fresh garlic in oil or hot oil to drizzle over it. We can absolutely recommend Ciao Bella!

Super delicious food and friendly service

A relatively nice place with very friendly staff. However, the food is only offered in one size and was sometimes quite thin. You need a bit of luck to find enough toppings on the dish, as they are used sparingly. Although it is intended as a quick meal, you should allow more time as the waiting time may be a little longer. However, if you're already half hungry, you'll still enjoy it. The store is still highly recommended for small families on a shopping trip

The service was so bad , they give you weird looks whenever u ask for something . They charge 1 € just for the little box for leftovers . The pizza war meh , basic .

This was our first time eating here and we loved it! The pasta was incredibly tasty and the quality of the pizza was also top. The waitress was very friendly. We will definitely come back and are already looking forward to our next visit! Gained new regular customers :-)

The restaurant itself is nicely done but it is very loud and there are no simple sauces like herb butter for pizza rolls and it is not particularly suitable for wheelchair users as it is very narrow, so I give it 3 stars

Nice atmosphere. But the noodles were a bit fried. Too bold and inedible for some. I eat something like that sometimes, but I find it inappropriate in restaurants. Little space to eat as it is very busy at lunch time.

Pizza is in the lower middle range, not completely inedible, but also anything but good. Prices quite high for this quality… Noodles were tasteless and extremely greasy. Staff was friendly. I think a pizza box to take away costs one euro, which is a disgrace. Water only available in 0.25 liter bottles. Ambience is quite good for a department store and the staff was quick and friendly. Cleanliness also looked okay. Overall, definitely better than McDonald’s or Burger King but not recommended.

We've eaten there a total of three times now. The food is really delicious and the shop is also very cozy. The only thing that bothers me is that it always takes ages to get to the table and take the order even though the shop was almost empty. That was one of the reasons why we just got up and left.

A visit that was worth it, the food is very good, but the employees are crucial for the great ambience, Julia in particular not only seems to really enjoy her job, but also creates an almost family atmosphere with her charisma and joie de vivre .

Kalk Arcaden is a quality Italian restaurant in the shopping mall with nice pasta, salads and pizzas. It has a branch in the Chorweiler City Center. There is no difference in quality between here and there. The service is very high quality. The service is fast and the staff is friendly. Payment by card is available. Parking for disabled people is 3 euros per day in the shopping mall.

We ate there in the Arcaden for the first time today in Cologne. The food was great and the service was very friendly, courteous and quick. Everything was super clean. Unfortunately it was very loud because it wasn't separated enough from the public events. It's in a shopping center. With a glass front and your own door, we imagine it would be more comfortable and pleasant. We'll definitely be back😉👍

An enrichment for the gastronomy in the Cologne Arcaden! Ciao Bella attracted me to the inviting looking decor. Very tasty pasta dish and a starter. Prices are okay. The waitress was very polite and nice, even though she was new, she said. I felt like I was in good hands. And will definitely visit this restaurant again. Only the atmosphere due to the fact that it is located in the shopping center lowers the ambience a bit (very loud noises from the neighboring restaurant, screaming children... etc) Definitely a recommendation for your lunch break.

the food tastes great, all the staff are super nice, pizza pasta, salad, everything is very tasty. Super restaurant, I'm here with my two children. Very child-friendly. Waitress Danny, I think, is very nice, sweet and personable. There's also a blonde lady here who is also very, very accommodating to the children very attentive . The waitress is being retrained but the really sweet and hard-working atmosphere speaks for itself 😌

Best shop in the Cologne Akarden

Very friendly staff, you don't have to wait long to be served. We ordered pizza and it was very crispy, juicy and delicious. It is always baked in the stone oven. This is the second time we've been there and it's still very good. This time we ate homemade lasagna and it was excellent. This restaurant is recommended.

We ate here yesterday with our son (2 years) and were pleasantly surprised. The food was great and the service was polite and accommodating. We rarely go to such “food miles” in shopping centers and so we weren't expecting such great Italian food. We'd love to come back.

The food was incredibly good, the noodles are really highly recommended, what is very important to me personally is that the food was hot, which is absolutely not the case today. We had bad experiences. The service team and the boss were really very friendly. There were 6 of us and we ordered different things, everyone tried something and we were absolutely satisfied! On the contrary, we were actually surprised at how good the food was!! I still give the ambience of being in a shopping center 5 points because if you're aware of where you are, it's really cute.

Since we were a large group, a table was kindly reserved for us, even though this is not common here. The food was very tasty, the pizzas were very large and the service was also very good. We were all completely satisfied.

May be pizza is good, I can only review the pasta. Was overcooked and nothing to do with Arrabiata sauce. Absolutely no parmiggiano to offer.

Unfortunately not so good. Were there for the weekend and I wasn't hungry so only my partner ate something. He was looking forward to lasagna. This consisted of 90% just pasta plates, I think there were 8 or 9 on top of each other. Therefore not much sauce, which is a real shame. We also had to wait a really long time as there wasn't much going on at the time. We won't repeat.

Super kid friendly! Always super friendly and kind to my children. While waiting for food, they even like to bring a coloring book and pencils. Packing food? No problem. The only thing I would like would be a small children's pizza or something like that. 😊. But as I said, you can have the rest of the pizza wrapped up. We always enjoy being there again.

Wir waren in den Arcaden einkaufen und haben dann eine Pause zum Essen gemacht. Wir haben uns eine Pizza geteilt, dazu gab es Pizzabrötchen mit knoblauchdip. Das Essen hat geschmeckt, es gab Kölsch aus dem Fass dazu. Der Service war freundlich aber sonst nicht besonders.

Es strahlt eine gute Atmosphäre aus. Die Bedingungen sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen. Ich kann es sehr empfehlen.

Bis jetzt habe ich nur Pizza hier gegessen aber die war wirklich sehr in Ordnung! Der Teig hat einen sehr guten Geschmack und auch die Konsistenz ist Klasse. Die Tomatensauce ist sehr lecker und die Zutaten stets frisch. Einziges Manko ist meiner Meinung nach der Käse auf der Pizza (Dieser ist nicht schlecht aber einfach nicht ganz passend für meinen Geschmack). Preise im Lokal sind echt in Ordnung und die Inneneinrichtung ist echt schön! Beim nächsten Mal werde ich definitiv die Pasta probieren! Freue mich schon auf den nächsten Besuch! Überraschend Gut! Bei den Köln Arcaden Kalk denkt man jetzt nicht unbedingt an nette Restaurants und gemütliches Ambiente beim Essen, besonders nicht in der untersten Etage der Arkaden. Aber wie der Zufall spielt, wird man doch manchmal positiv überrascht. In diesem Fall sehr positiv. Gutes Essen zu unschlagbaren Preisen in einem ansprechend gestalteten Ambiente, mit freundlichen und aufmerksamen Mitarbeitern. Liebevoll geführt, stemmt es sich gegen den Krach und die Hektik der Arkaden. Wer einfach mal ein wenig Entschleunigung und gutes Essen sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Die Pizzen sind echt gut, besonders gefällt mir das die Knoblauchbutter selbst gemacht ist.

Das Personal ist super freundlich, besonders die Chefin macht einen tollen Job und erfüllt einem jeden Wunsch. Die Qualität sowie der Preis vom Essen und Getränke ist hervorragend! Heute haben wir mal die Pasta getestet und wir sind begeistert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Essen ist immer superlecker egal ob Pizza, Pasta oder Salate und der Service aufmerksam und freundlich. Ich komme immer gerne hierher wenn ich in den Arcaden bin.😊
