We were at a concert in the city. We always plan to have a meal beforehand. This time we ended up here. We found a free table right away. We ordered a pizza and a pasta dish. The waitress took our order, including extras, in her head. I take my hat off to her. I've rarely seen someone without a pen and with multiple orders in their head. The drinks were served promptly, and the dishes shortly after. All the ingredients are freshly prepared here. The pizza was absolutely amazing. I've rarely eaten such a good pizza... the crust was nice and crispy and the toppings deliciously soft. The pasta dish must have been really good too. Amazing. Also, considering the value for money, I recommend EVERYONE to eat here when they're in town. Payment was made at the front counter. As is usual, there are no restrooms in the restaurant. You can find them for free on the third floor. We are completely satisfied. Thank you very much.

Thank you for responding to my review. Perhaps you're confusing me with another customer. It was half a pizza, so it's probably legitimate to take the rest to avoid wasting food. Incidentally, it was wrapped in aluminum foil, which is anything but environmentally friendly. We ate here today with four people. The food was okay. However, I found it outrageous that after you haven't finished it all and want to take the rest with you, they charge you €1.50 for a to-go "cup." Would you rather throw away food than give it away? Not recommended.

The food, especially the pizza and pasta, was really tasty. However, the drinks were served in glasses and had no carbonation whatsoever. The music was also a bit loud, which spoiled the atmosphere a bit.

My absolute favorite bar as soon as I'm in the Cologne Arcaden! The food is always fresh, tasty and excellently prepared - the price-performance ratio is unbeatable. Whether for a quick snack or a relaxed meal, you will never be disappointed here. The service is friendly and attentive, the atmosphere is pleasant and inviting. A place I always enjoy returning to!

Actually you will always be served quickly and nicely. Today we sat there for 15 minutes, we were only served after asking, with the answer: they thought we had already ordered. This wouldn't happen if the tables were cleared after you left. That doesn't happen when the boss and boss are there. It's a shame, this has happened to us for the second time

We were served very friendly and courteously. The overall atmosphere was very pleasant, even though the arcades were quite crowded. The pizza was extremely tasty. If desired, you can have fresh garlic in oil or hot oil to drizzle over it. We can absolutely recommend Ciao Bella!

A relatively nice place with very friendly staff. However, the food is only offered in one size and was sometimes quite thin. You need a bit of luck to find enough toppings on the dish, as they are used sparingly. Although it is intended as a quick meal, you should allow more time as the waiting time may be a little longer. However, if you're already half hungry, you'll still enjoy it. The store is still highly recommended for small families on a shopping trip

The service was so bad , they give you weird looks whenever u ask for something . They charge 1 € just for the little box for leftovers . The pizza war meh , basic .

The restaurant itself is nicely done but it is very loud and there are no simple sauces like herb butter for pizza rolls and it is not particularly suitable for wheelchair users as it is very narrow, so I give it 3 stars

This was our first time eating here and we loved it! The pasta was incredibly tasty and the quality of the pizza was also top. The waitress was very friendly. We will definitely come back and are already looking forward to our next visit! Gained new regular customers :-)

Nice atmosphere. But the noodles were a bit fried. Too bold and inedible for some. I eat something like that sometimes, but I find it inappropriate in restaurants. Little space to eat as it is very busy at lunch time.

Pizza is in the lower middle range, not completely inedible, but also anything but good. Prices quite high for this quality… Noodles were tasteless and extremely greasy. Staff was friendly. I think a pizza box to take away costs one euro, which is a disgrace. Water only available in 0.25 liter bottles. Ambience is quite good for a department store and the staff was quick and friendly. Cleanliness also looked okay. Overall, definitely better than McDonald’s or Burger King but not recommended.

We've eaten there a total of three times now. The food is really delicious and the shop is also very cozy. The only thing that bothers me is that it always takes ages to get to the table and take the order even though the shop was almost empty. That was one of the reasons why we just got up and left.

A visit that was worth it, the food is very good, but the employees are crucial for the great ambience, Julia in particular not only seems to really enjoy her job, but also creates an almost family atmosphere with her charisma and joie de vivre .

Kalk Arcaden is a quality Italian restaurant in the shopping mall with nice pasta, salads and pizzas. It has a branch in the Chorweiler City Center. There is no difference in quality between here and there. The service is very high quality. The service is fast and the staff is friendly. Payment by card is available. Parking for disabled people is 3 euros per day in the shopping mall.

We ate there in the Arcaden for the first time today in Cologne. The food was great and the service was very friendly, courteous and quick. Everything was super clean. Unfortunately it was very loud because it wasn't separated enough from the public events. It's in a shopping center. With a glass front and your own door, we imagine it would be more comfortable and pleasant. We'll definitely be back😉👍

An enrichment for the gastronomy in the Cologne Arcaden! Ciao Bella attracted me to the inviting looking decor. Very tasty pasta dish and a starter. Prices are okay. The waitress was very polite and nice, even though she was new, she said. I felt like I was in good hands. And will definitely visit this restaurant again. Only the atmosphere due to the fact that it is located in the shopping center lowers the ambience a bit (very loud noises from the neighboring restaurant, screaming children... etc) Definitely a recommendation for your lunch break.

Waitress Danny, I think, is very nice, sweet and personable. There's also a blonde lady here who is also very, very accommodating to the children very attentive . The waitress is being retrained but the really sweet and hard-working atmosphere speaks for itself 😌

Very friendly staff, you don't have to wait long to be served. We ordered pizza and it was very crispy, juicy and delicious. It is always baked in the stone oven. This is the second time we've been there and it's still very good. This time we ate homemade lasagna and it was excellent. This restaurant is recommended.

We ate here yesterday with our son (2 years) and were pleasantly surprised. The food was great and the service was polite and accommodating. We rarely go to such “food miles” in shopping centers and so we weren't expecting such great Italian food. We'd love to come back.
