Wir waren kurz in den Kölner Arcaden einkaufen und wollten eigentlich nur was kleines essen, die Pizza von ciao Bella hat uns direkt angezogen und eine sehr nette Dame hat uns empfangen. Sowohl die Pizza und auch die Pasta waren hervorragend. Wenn ich nicht wüsste das ich in Köln Kalk bin, würde ich denken das ich in Italien bin. Die Pizza war echt die beste die ich je gegessen habe. Top Service. Top Essen Sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir waren schon mehrmals dort essen. In den Kalk Arcaden ist Cia Bella eine sehr gute Adresse: Sehr freundliche Bedienung. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Und eine Mittagskarte 9,90 pro Gericht. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen😃

Die beste Pizza, die ich seit Jahren gegessen habe! Personal freundlich, alles sehr sauber, super italienische Einrichtung mit passender Musik.

wie man auf dem Foto sehen kann,hat die Pizza Funghi hervorragend geschmeckt. Hier komme ich immer gerne hin,wenn ich in Köln bin. Supertoller Service ,kaum lange Wartezeit und alles frisch Zubereitet.

Schneller und freundlicher Service. Wir haben dort Pizza gegessen und sie war wirklich lecker. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Das Essen an sich ist zwar Lecker. Aber wir waren heute da ich habe ein kleines Baby und hatte ausnahmsweise gefragt ob man kurz die babyflasche eben Waschen könne bzw. Nur kurz mit Wasser dabei war mein Baby so viel am Weinen. Man sagte mir NEIN das können wir nicht sie müssen zum WC in innen Center dabei war ich mit einer Hand mit dem Baby und das andere Hand mit der Flasche hatte nur gebraucht mal kurz die Flasche abzurspülen. Zwei Damen lehnten es ab ob wohl es um mein Baby ging. War sehr enttäuscht von dem Service Mädels wie kann man da NEIN sagen obwohl sie eine große Küche hatten. Ich bin dann auch weg gegangen. Werde auch nicht mehr wieder dorthin bei so einen Service.

1€ für das einpacken von essen ist schon sehr unverschämt

Delicious food, lovely atmosphere, and friendly staff.

Our meal was absolutely fantastic! We had spaghetti aglio e olio and tiramisu, both of which I can highly recommend – they were delicious. The tiramisu was moist, just like you'd expect from Italy.

You can tell that the food here is cooked with love and passion. It's absolutely delicious, and the staff are equally cheerful and enthusiastic. A truly excellent and highly recommended restaurant if you have €20 to spare and want a good meal. I will definitely be back! 🩷

We were at a concert in the city. We always plan to have a meal beforehand. This time we ended up here. We found a free table right away. We ordered a pizza and a pasta dish. The waitress took our order, including extras, in her head. I take my hat off to her. I've rarely seen someone without a pen and with multiple orders in their head. The drinks were served promptly, and the dishes shortly after. All the ingredients are freshly prepared here. The pizza was absolutely amazing. I've rarely eaten such a good pizza... the crust was nice and crispy and the toppings deliciously soft. The pasta dish must have been really good too. Amazing. Also, considering the value for money, I recommend EVERYONE to eat here when they're in town. Payment was made at the front counter. As is usual, there are no restrooms in the restaurant. You can find them for free on the third floor. We are completely satisfied. Thank you very much.

Thank you for responding to my review. Perhaps you're confusing me with another customer. It was half a pizza, so it's probably legitimate to take the rest to avoid wasting food. Incidentally, it was wrapped in aluminum foil, which is anything but environmentally friendly. We ate here today with four people. The food was okay. However, I found it outrageous that after you haven't finished it all and want to take the rest with you, they charge you €1.50 for a to-go "cup." Would you rather throw away food than give it away? Not recommended.

Actually you will always be served quickly and nicely. Today we sat there for 15 minutes, we were only served after asking, with the answer: they thought we had already ordered. This wouldn't happen if the tables were cleared after you left. That doesn't happen when the boss and boss are there. It's a shame, this has happened to us for the second time

We were served very friendly and courteously. The overall atmosphere was very pleasant, even though the arcades were quite crowded. The pizza was extremely tasty. If desired, you can have fresh garlic in oil or hot oil to drizzle over it. We can absolutely recommend Ciao Bella!

You need a bit of luck to find enough toppings on the dish, as they are used sparingly. Although it is intended as a quick meal, you should allow more time as the waiting time may be a little longer. However, if you're already half hungry, you'll still enjoy it. The store is still highly recommended for small families on a shopping trip

The service was so bad , they give you weird looks whenever u ask for something . They charge 1 € just for the little box for leftovers . The pizza war meh , basic .

The restaurant itself is nicely done but it is very loud and there are no simple sauces like herb butter for pizza rolls and it is not particularly suitable for wheelchair users as it is very narrow, so I give it 3 stars

Nice atmosphere. But the noodles were a bit fried. Too bold and inedible for some. I eat something like that sometimes, but I find it inappropriate in restaurants. Little space to eat as it is very busy at lunch time.

Pizza is in the lower middle range, not completely inedible, but also anything but good. Prices quite high for this quality… Noodles were tasteless and extremely greasy. Staff was friendly. I think a pizza box to take away costs one euro, which is a disgrace. Water only available in 0.25 liter bottles. Ambience is quite good for a department store and the staff was quick and friendly. Cleanliness also looked okay. Overall, definitely better than McDonald’s or Burger King but not recommended.
