We were there for the first time. My wife ordered fried shrimp in curry coconut sauce, vegetables and rice. I fried udon noodles with vegetables and chicken. The food came quickly, freshly prepared and hot. Everything was very tasty. Portions very good. Drinks are only served in bottles without glasses. Food can be taken away. Food and drinks will be brought to the seat. To pay you have to go to the counter where the open kitchen is. Staff friendly. Price performance okay. Seating options sufficient. Conclusion: +We'll be back. - Bottled drinks

Terrible service, the sushi looked disgusting, they asked to replace it. As a result, the owner was screaming so loudly that they thought she should call an ambulance. Absolutely not customer oriented. There are even tastier places in Ingolstadt. I definitely don't recommend it. In this establishment the customer is completely wrong😂😂

It was my first time there and I didn't like it at all. It was very loud and there weren't many seats because it was full, so I thought it was delicious there. I thought wrong. I first looked at the prices, which seemed quite ok at first. I ordered Chrushy Roll and the menu said there should be 7 pieces per sushi. I only got 6 and they didn't really look appetizing. I didn't like the taste of it at all either. It had a very strange aftertaste and the general taste was very “cheap”. The staff wasn't really friendly and not very attentive. After eating, I and my companion felt very nauseous, which shouldn't be the case. Annoyed, I went to the checkout where an unfriendly cashier just stared at us and said nothing. When I said what I had to eat and she told me the price, I said I wanted to pay by card. She said that it would only be possible from 20€ and that I should leave my companion as a deposit and I should go to the bank. Annoyed, I wanted to run away and suddenly she shouted at me and suddenly I could pay with a card. I wouldn't recommend it.

I give it 3 stars because, on the positive side, we enjoyed the food very much and because it was very filling. We ordered fried chicken with an appetizer and soup. What didn't work was that the waitress told us at 7:45 p.m. that we had to leave the restaurant because they were closing (according to the menu at 8 p.m.). Besides us, there were other guests eating in the restaurant, but they didn't receive this announcement. We didn't bother anyone, we just wanted to finish our drink in peace. When I complained to the checkout that we were basically thrown out, we were given the starter for free. That was very friendly, that's why I give it three stars overall.

If I could give 0 stars then I would love to. I'll start with the service: The little middle-aged lady who is always at the checkout is absolutely unfriendly, sloppy treatment of staff and customers and it wasn't my first time there, it's always been like that. The food if you eat it locally wouldn't be so bad. But it's inedible to take away if you then politely ask if you can put sweet and sour sauce on it, which is open at the counter, the little lady says "no, no, I'll do it" and you got tomato sauce without lying (I wasn't the only one) I once again regretted buying something there. But this time it was really the last time!

The crispy duck was absolutely amazing! So tender and full of flavor. The rest of the menu was also convincing. The restaurant was cozy, but a bit crowded. The staff was friendly, payment took a little long at the checkout because people outside the restaurant also order something at the same checkout.

Went there after shopping because we sometimes took the fried noodles with us. We wanted to eat there, but the chef probably changed, peanut vegetable curry from my wife, tasted like nothing and had the consistency of clotted cream sauce. Not edible. My fried noodles with duck were still edible, a bit oversalted and the duck wasn't cooked properly in the deep fryer. Everything tasted like oil. Conclusion: Never again, it's better to eat better food a few meters further away for a little more money. For 26 euros the Fanta tastes like it was imported from India, very chemically and artificially like orange. The waiter, who also happened to be from India, had said with heart and soul that he would like to be somewhere else at the moment, it couldn't be more disinterested and unmotivated. We probably wouldn't be asked if it tasted good because it was obvious. For 26 euros a main course plus a drink for two people, cheap but absolutely not worth it. Then it's better to invest in a kebab or Subway. I hope I don't have to go to the clinic today because my stomach was already rumbling when I ate it. Thanks for nothing.

We were sent away after we spent €12 on pasta (only to go) and weren't even allowed to pay with a card. This has really never happened to me!

The service was quick, a little too quick for my taste, after 2 minutes at the table we were already asked for our order. However, very friendly staff. I ate Fried Noodles With Baked Duck and Salmon Maki. The noodles and duck were very tasty, and the sweet and sour sauce also went well with it. The sushi tasted fresh, not the best sushi you can get but at a price of €3 per 6 pieces I can't complain at all. Plus point for the service that brought me a forgotten shopping bag from the place.

The food is really tasty and larger portions are served than expected. The service is quick, direct and does not express any false friendliness. The ambience leaves a lot to be desired due to the loud atmosphere, but the shop scores points with its great interior design. Highly recommended!

The food here is very tasty and the staff is also very nice. There is a reasonable selection of drinks and you can eat in or order takeaway. However, the surroundings of the West Park mean that the ambience of the restaurant, which is actually quite nicely decorated, is very poor. Of course the store can't really do anything about it since it's in a shopping center, but it's still annoying. However, if you move to the back, that's okay. And the place definitely has a nice look.

That's the worst thing that happened to me. I was turned away because supposedly all of us Asians had a broken credit card machine. When I said that it had happened again and gave her the money, she turned me away because I said it was tax evasion Why doesn't the tax authorities ever come and check on this Asian guy, that's a disgrace, they just got the upper hand! There's nothing else to complain about about the food, it tastes good. The only negative was a member of staff who brought the wrong food to our table and wouldn't take it back. He spoke in an aggressive tone and tried to force us to keep the food. Luckily the management noticed and apologized to us. We then received the correct food. I hope we don't have an experience like this again as it was very unpleasant and unfriendly from the employee.

The food here is really good. Unfortunately, the service that currently works here is not. The gentleman is absolutely unfriendly and has no idea about gastronomy, in my opinion he shouldn't work with people. A job in the warehouse without customer contact would definitely be better. Really a shame.

Bad service is probably normal here. A dish was ordered that according to the menu was vegetarian (no. V7 / spring roll with VEGETABLES, pasta and salad) 1. The spring roll came with pork - when asked it was said - menu is wrong, there is meat inside 2. The salad that was supposed to come with dressing - without dressing, when asked an annoyed dressing was added. 3. There were carrots in the salad that was supposed to be without carrots - when you were told that you were allergic and this wasn't on the menu, the answer was "yes, everyone knows that's the case in my restaurant" If you advertise food that doesn't come close to what's on the menu and you file a complaint, I expect the food to be remade as a gesture of goodwill! HOW ACCORDING TO THE MAP!!!! After we said that we weren't from Ingolstadt and were eating here for the first time, the dish was taken off the bill. When the mood was so low and we just wanted to leave, the checkout said that card payment was not possible (only from 120€!!!!!) With the kind hint that a small notice would have been beneficial, the statement was made: “It’s always been like this in my shop”!! We were then asked again that we were not from Ingolstadt. He was then asked to go to the bank and get money. If you want dishes that have quality and friendly service, I would advise against the shed!!!! The older lady who is probably the manager of this bistro should consider with her colleague who is responsible for the “service” whether this is the right job, when as a customer you can read “not in the mood” on her forehead

The food tasted like MaggiFix. The noodles were cold and the sushi was warm and as if thrown together. The staff was breathing down our necks the whole time, which was annoying in the long run. The ventilation system was turned up completely, which actually required a sweater.

In my entire life I have never seen such rude and disrespectful staff. They were refused to pay with their card several times even though customers before and after us had paid with their card. Despite repeated requests, we either didn't get an answer or were just told " That's why we had to walk to a bank and our food was cold afterwards (there was no description anywhere that card payment doesn't work if you want to take the food with you).

The food is mostly okay, unfortunately the staff is mostly unfriendly. They often shout and I haven't been smiled at here either. Unfortunately, it often happens that vegetarian dishes end up being served with meat. Often two separate orders, vegetarian and meat, are served on the same plate. The waiters/cooks themselves cannot answer which of these is vegetarian.

The food is quite ok. The quantity was also sufficient for me. Of course with a lot of thickeners, but that's what I assumed. However, the service was impossible. I gave the restaurant a second chance because I didn't want to judge too quickly. The second visit, however, was even worse and unfriendly than the first. I don't go to this restaurant anymore. After all, there are plenty of opportunities to eat something in Westpark, where you will receive normal and friendly service.

The best Asian I've ever eaten at. I always enjoy going there 😊 Highly recommend the udon noodles or baked chicken with peanut sauce.

Today the receptionist and the cashier were so unfriendly and spoke to me in a commanding tone that I was annoyed that I had ordered something here. I didn't really like it anymore, it was very dry.

I like it coz they have great Variety compared to the other asia restaurant in that area and it is slightly cheaper. However the mango sushi the rice isn't perfectly cooked.

Ordered a Pho and, according to the menu, expected sauces and fresh herbs to be included. Only one if asked, we don't do that anymore because people don't take it anyway. Also no concession whatsoever.

Very tasty food and a large selection of different dishes. The price is also right and the service is quick. However, drinks come in plastic bottles like they come from a supermarket and are still not very cheap, which is why 1 star is deducted.

The fried noodles with chop suey sauce are more like boiled spaghetti with a thickened sauce, tasting like instant vegetable broth with a dash of soy sauce. The vegetables were good, the duck too. The version without meat tastes the same, far too little (not fried) pasta with far too much sauce. Maybe the compartment in the togo container was swapped? Unfortunately overall the worst fried noodles with chop suey we have ever eaten. And as is so often the case, there was no friendliness in taking the order or the cashier boss. Price/performance max. 3 stars.

Delicious food at a fair price!

Went there on a weekend and it was very busy. When we were asked whether we wanted to eat on site or take away, we said “take away as there is no space available at the moment anyway”. When our fried noodle boxes were ready and we sat down (because there were now several seats available), an employee asked us to get up and leave immediately. His exact answer to my question was “We have completely different prices for eating here, right?!”. Then we got up and ate our pasta somewhere else. Absolute lowest level of service! To make matters worse, the noodles weren't good either. Far too little seasoning and almost cold after a maximum of 5 minutes. We're never coming back!

Wir hatten veganes und nicht veganes Sushi.

Unser Lieblingsladen im Westpark. Für einen Shoppingstop genau das richtige. Küche super lecker, fällt uns immer schwer uns zu entscheiden. Erdnusssauce und gelbes Curry ist unser Favorit. Keine langen Wartezeiten.

Gebratene Nudeln mit Garnelen. Für ein Fastfood Restaurant ist das Essen auch schnell fertig und man muss nicht lange darauf warten. Das Essen ist seeeehr lecker und die Portionen reichen bei weitem um satt zu sein. Für ein kleineres Restaurant ist es natürlich oft voll besetzt und das Personal sehr am rotieren und unter leicht unter Stress. Trotzdem behalten sie die Ruhe und sind freundlich. Von den Sitzplätzen fühlt man sich manchmal etwas eingeengt, durch die vielen Leute ist es auch teils dort etwas laut und schätz man halt keinen allzu langen Aufenthalt, aber für einen Imbiss um den Hunger ordentlich zu decken lohnt sich ein Besuch und es hat bisher immer geschmeckt. Gerne gebe ich auch dafür immer ein Trinkgeld mehr.

Gutes Essen. Allerdings sehr eng und wenn nicht unbedingt neben fremden Menschen sitzen möchte da man sich in Ruhe unterhalten möchte, dann wäre vielleicht eine Alternative eine Überlegung wert.

Geht gar nicht. Augen auf bei der Berufswahl ☝️ Bischen mehr Kundenfreundlichkeit bitte. Na ja, nach Corona geht es anscheinend manchen wieder zu gut. 🤷

Mein Go-To Asiarestaurant. Das Essen ist immer sehr lecker, das Personal freundlich und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist auch gut. Leider wurde die Speisekarte in letzter Zeit ein wenig verkleinert und manche Optionen gestrichen. Egal ob man vor Ort isst oder das Essen zum Mitnehmen bestellt, man wird immer schnell bedient. Die Portionen sind außerdem echt ordentlich, sodass jeder satt wird.

inzwischen kommt man sich vor wie in einem Schnellimbiss !! Wir wurden nicht begrüßt und auch nicht verabschiedet . auf ein " Guten Appetit " kann man lange warten . Mein Lebensgefährte hat gerade den letzten Schluck aus der Flasche genommen , da wurde ihm die schon abgenommen .

Ein sehr schönes asiatisches Restaurant. Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich. Die Wartezeit bis das Essen kommt ist selbst wenn viel los ist relativ kurz. Bezahlen kann man bequem an der Kasse und muss so nicht auf den Kelner warten.

Typischer Asia-Laden in einem Einkaufscenter mit viel Hektik/Lärm - aber man versucht das beste daraus zu machen. Das Essen ist jetzt keine Offenbarung aber durchaus für mal eben schnell zwischendurch, beim Einkaufen, oder in der Mittagspause, ganz lecker und frisch zubereitet. Der Service am Platz ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig aber freundlich & schnell, nur die Tische sollten beim Gästewechsel schon mal ordentlich abgewischt werden. Im gesamten erhält man hier vernünftiges Essen zu einem normalen Preis - kann man durchaus hingehen.

Das Gericht, dass ich bestellt habe, entsprach ganz und gar nicht der Beschreibung, deswegen habe ich es reklamiert, meine Reklamation wurde aber völlig ignoriert, weswegen ich das Essen habe zurückgehen lassen. Sehr schlechter Service!

Wir besuchten heute zum ersten Mal seit langem diesen Asia-Imbiss für ein schnelles Abendessen - die Erwartung war also nicht all zu hoch und vor ein paar Jahren konnte man das hier auch noch in einigermaßen vernünftiger Qualität bekommen. Jetzt: alles ist vorgefertigt, wird nur noch kurz im Wok aufgewärmt und teils nur lauwarm von völlig gelangweiltem Personal serviert. Wir hatten Gerichte mit gebratenen Nudeln bestellt, von gebraten war aber Dank der Zubereitungstechnik (Vorkochen und zwei Minuten im Wok schwenken) nichts zu merken. Das Fleisch im Gericht hatte eine seltsame Konsistenz, evtl. Pressfleisch - im Prinzip ok, wenn Geschmack und Preis stimmen würden, was hier aber leider nicht der Fall war. Insgesamt waren die Gerichte geschmacklich noch in Ordnung, aber mehr auch nicht. Wäre im Prinzip auch ok, wenn die Preise der Qualität des Essens entsprechend etwas niedriger wären. Oder wenigstens der Service etwas freundlicher. So aber passt nichts zusammen. Schade, gebratene Nudeln oder gebratenen Reis gibt es doch sonst bei jedem Asiaten für wenig Geld in vernünftiger Qualität... Positiv hervorzuheben ist aber die Größe der Portionen und dass wir kaum warten mussten. Fazit: Wenn es nur darum geht, den Hunger zu stillen, kann man hingehen.

El restaurante está ubicado en el 1 piso de la calle del centro comercial Westpark. Han logrado asegurarse un lugar para sentarse en el centro, lo que también hace que el lugar parezca ocupado. La gente no era muy amable y estaban más interesados ​​en atender a los invitados solo porque vinieron. Pedimos pollo tailandés al curry con arroz y fideos de vidrio con huevo. La comida era bastante sabrosa, debo decir. Si solo le preocupa la comida y no le importa el servicio, vale la pena visitarla una vez.

War schon mal besser. Kaum was los und trotzdem 15 Minuten Warten bis Bestellung möglich. Bedienung kassiert erst an 5 anderen Tischen ab bis man sich zur Aufnahme der Wünsche bequemt. Trinkglas unsauber, noch voller Lippenstift. Das Essen ist genießbar, aber bis auf die knusprige Ente zerkocht, lieblos angerichtet. Als schnelles Mittagessen noch erträglich. Für 11,20 € inkl. Getränk kann man vielleicht auch nicht mehr erwarten.....

Aufgrund der gebratenen Nudeln mit Hühnchenfleisch aus diesem Laden habe ich über Nacht eine Magendarm Grippe bekommen. Da meine Freundin vegetarische Nudeln gegessen hat und kein Problem hatte, gehe ich davon aus, dass mit dem Hühnchen etwas nicht stimmte. Ich würde nicht mehr hingehen.

Wir kommen hier gerne her - mit der ganzen Familie. Die Portionen sind gut, der Preis angemessen und das Essen kommt schnell und Frisch auf den Tisch. Geschmacklich ist es im oberen Drittel - aber das ist halt subjektiv. Wir finden es prima, und die Menge der Gäste kann nicht irren.
