Unfriendly. And "Vegan" with cream cheese that isn't vegan? Sorry, that's not possible. It's not a problem for me, but it's labeled incorrectly. After all, I don't pay with Monopoly money. Service: With three sushi rolls, the timing is so staggered that it's really bad. Then the waiter doesn't even look at you to see if you want to order something else or pay. You stand in line at the cash register like you're at a swimming pool to pay. Receipt? What do you need a receipt for? Ahhh, no receipt. Thanks for nothing. If you want to be treated with contempt as a guest, this is the place for you.

Very unfriendly treatment of guests! I was asked to walk with my stroller – apparently, families aren't welcome here. When I politely asked if I could pay by card, the woman at the cashier simply said "unfortunately" – without eye contact or any kind of courtesy. No hello, no thank you, no smile. And no receipt. A completely negative impression for me – I certainly won't be going back.

The staff were totally unfriendly. We ate there with my little daughter (2 years old). There were some noodles under her seat and people complained about her in a really unfriendly way. Customers who came after us with children were sent away straight away. The food was great, the rest was an absolute disgrace. This was the second time we've had such an encounter there. The first time my daughter got carried away. I cleaned everything up and in the end I just asked for a bag to put the vomit wipes in. I got the answer, while he had a bag in his hand, that they didn't have any, simply bottomless, wouldn't recommend it with children.

It couldn't be more outrageous... we've always loved coming here, even today! The spring rolls were old and tasted of rancid grease. When we complained, there was no apology or offer of new ones. We also had to pay €1 for an extra plate for my child. The climax came when the plates were cleared. I couldn't react quickly enough; my deposit bottle was already in my pocket, even though the deposit was added to the top at the checkout... I'm still very annoyed and will never set foot in the restaurant again!

Small children aren't welcome there. The lady next to me was kicked out because she had a stroller with her. The baby was asleep and didn't cry for a second. The stroller wasn't even in the way. I have no idea what the waitress's problem was, but she was beyond rude, and I'll never see that place again. Service is clearly not a priority here. Absolutely ridiculous behavior!

Unfortunately, they've declined considerably. My boyfriend and I used to get to-go boxes of noodles and chicken here. The box used to be meat, making it quite filling. Unfortunately, the box now consists almost entirely of noodles with a few pieces of meat on top. The box has also shrunk somewhat. The other day, when I tried it again, even the chicken wasn't cooked properly. Probably because they were really stressed out. That's a huge disappointment, considering how delicious the dishes and how large the portions used to be.

My daughter and I were at Westpark today and wanted to go out to eat. The child couldn't decide what she wanted, and when the waiter arrived, I asked for a few minutes to think about it. He turned around without a word and left! You could tell he was annoyed. I find this behavior disrespectful and unacceptable – this is not how you should treat guests. We left immediately. Whenever we're in Ingolstadt, a visit to Chopsticks Asia Food is a must. For a small price, you can get really delicious, freshly prepared food here, and it's super quick, too. The dishes are authentic, the portions are generous, and the staff has always been friendly. Ideal if you want uncomplicated, good food without a long wait. Highly recommended. Unfortunately, our visit today was disappointing. The seat was completely wet when we sat down, which resulted in unpleasantly wet pants. The lychee spritzer we ordered was warm (it can happen), but our polite request for some ice cubes was met with a rather unfriendly response, as if we'd asked for something unreasonable. We weren't even complaining about the drink, we just wanted it chilled. The food was okay, but based on today's impressions, we'll probably walk a few stalls further next time and try the other Asian offerings.

I used to enjoy this restaurant, but after my last visit, I definitely won't be returning. We were there on a Saturday and found a free table with our family. Another couple with a stroller was already sitting nearby, so we thought it would be no problem to sit there with the stroller as well. When my husband asked a server to clear the used dishes from the table, the server just looked at our stroller and shouted loudly throughout the restaurant that strollers weren't allowed there. The tone was absolutely rude, inappropriate, and embarrassing—especially in front of other guests and our children. Of course, we understand that things can be more stressful on a Saturday. But treating guests like this is unacceptable. A normal, respectful reminder would have been completely sufficient. It's a shame—but after this experience, we won't be visiting the restaurant again.

Until recently, I enjoyed visiting this restaurant, but unfortunately, our last visit was very disappointing. One Saturday evening, we wanted to go out to dinner with our family, as we had done many times before. It was busy, but we found a free table in an area where another couple with a stroller was already sitting. Therefore, we assumed it was okay to sit there with our stroller as well. When my husband politely asked a waiter to clear the dirty dishes left by the previous customer, the waiter responded in a completely inappropriate manner. Loudly, and in front of the entire, packed restaurant, we were informed that strollers were not allowed and that we should sit outside. The way this was communicated—loudly, rudely, and especially in front of other guests—was disrespectful and shameful. This behavior was completely inappropriate, especially in the presence of our children. Of course, we understand that things can get hectic on a Saturday evening. But even in stressful situations, a certain level of respectful interaction with guests should be a given. If they had explained this to us calmly and politely, changing seats would have been no problem. But after this treatment, we will unfortunately not be visiting this restaurant again.

I went to the chopstick shop with my family because we were looking forward to a relaxing meal. Unfortunately, the visit was completely ruined: A man, presumably an employee or even the owner, was extremely rude. He shouted loudly – not only at us, but also at other guests and apparently at his staff. The whole atmosphere was very unpleasant and tense. Instead of a pleasant family evening, we left disappointed and in a bad mood. That's no way to treat guests – a real shame! We definitely won't be coming back.

Avoid this restaurant; the quality has declined significantly. I ordered sushi, and the M10 variation was served without the expensive tuna. Only when I pointed out the photo on the menu, which shows various expensive fish varieties, did they add it. They also don't have glasses; if you want to drink a beer from a glass, bring your own. Or better yet, don't even bother going!

The food is very good in my opinion, and the price-to-portion ratio is also good. I'm happy to overlook the fact that you drink directly from plastic bottles. However, the staff seems to have no knowledge of service or manners. While ordering, the waiter loudly argues with staff or customers at the other end of the restaurant, which means the waiter's voice can always be heard throughout the entire floor. No time is wasted on unnecessary greetings or other pleasantries. It's particularly dark in the back of the restaurant; I would have liked a bit more lighting there. Conclusion: If you want good, inexpensive Asian food but don't care about service, this is the place for you.

The staff was friendly and took our order quickly – I liked that. Unfortunately, they don't have a lunch menu, which is a shame, as many other restaurants in the area offer lunchtime specials. I ordered pho and was quite disappointed. It's clearly an instant version that's been "upgraded" with some meat and vegetables – all for €13, which I don't think is justified. Unfortunately, the taste wasn't convincing either. On the other hand, the other dishes, like the fried noodles and Thai curry, looked much better and were praised by my companions. Perhaps the restaurant is the better choice for these dishes.

I can only agree with the comments. The boss should be treated with caution. Card payment possible from an amount of €20. However, this is not written down. Free choice of seats is also not available. We're not talking about a high-priced restaurant here, but rather a fast food restaurant with mass delivery. The boss here isn't any better and so every guest from 7:15 p.m. onwards tends to be scared away and can't eat in peace. Both react to the misconduct insultingly and with stress. You can only get a receipt if you ask. The food is edible and delicious. However, due to the poor service, I cannot recommend it.

I wanted to pay by card and it didn't work even though the customers before me had paid by card. I have never met such an incompetent person. The food I ordered deserved 5 stars. There is a deduction for service and ambience. When you came in you were already shouted at by a colleague and you had no chance to get your bearings. You hardly had any time to look at the menu and were almost asked to order. I ordered a Pho Bo, it was the wort soup I've tasted. It had no flavor or spices at all, no coriander, no chilli, no lime. After I asked for those ingredients, she told me they don't use it for the soup! The noodles where just a bunch like if they just took them out of the package and put them in hot water. Very bad vietnamese soup, and also expensive (14 euro)

Hello folks, The boss is a greedy, selfish, unfriendly hostess. You collect and then you're done with the deal. The main thing is that you pay and the rest doesn't matter. No service, extremely unfriendly, incomprehensible (at least that's what she pretends to be) but a noodle box to eat there charges an extra charge of 8.50 euros instead of 6.50 euros. SHE doesn't take time for little things like asking customers, she runs away from someone, my son forgot his water bottle in the dining area, she ran away and didn't even initiate a communication where it could be TOTALLY IGNORED! And the business continued only to collect money. A sincere customer listened to me and found the child's water bottle. Thanks again to the gentleman. The food was made really quickly and without love and it doesn't taste good. I'll never eat there again. Kind regards

Unfortunately, after a few times the service became more and more rude, which is actually quite the opposite as a regular guest. When asked whether you can swap soy sauce for sweet and sour, the answer is a strict NO. The lady at the checkout was also rude and didn't have a smile on her face. As an Asian customer, I will no longer eat at this store. Shortly after 7 p.m. the waiter began to chase away customers who had just finished eating several times. It was very rude without please without any explanation. I checked straight away at the checkout and the Vietnamese woman was totally allergic to it. I recommend KOKONO for food, the quality, service and taste are much better than here.

Small and fine restaurant. I've been eating there for years and am satisfied. The food was always delicious because the noodles and rice were always fresh. The prices are reasonable and the food is freshly prepared at the counter. The staff could be a bit friendlier. Otherwise there are no other negative criticisms. The crunchy rolls are highly recommended here, as are the rice and noodles with baked or fried chicken. The waiting time is very short and you are served quickly.

At the checkout you are served by a very rude old lady. Who obviously has no patience and doesn't treat the guests well. In addition, the male waiter was also even more unfriendly and seemed uninterested in the guests' well-being. Such behavior is simply unacceptable in a restaurant that promises good service. The atmosphere is pleasant, the food always tastes good, but the poor service always ruins my visit. We were there for the first time. My wife ordered fried shrimp in curry coconut sauce, vegetables and rice. I fried udon noodles with vegetables and chicken. The food came quickly, freshly prepared and hot. Everything was very tasty. Portions very good. Drinks are only served in bottles without glasses. Food can be taken away. Food and drinks will be brought to the seat. To pay you have to go to the counter where the open kitchen is. Staff friendly. Price performance okay. Seating options sufficient. Conclusion: +We'll be back. - Bottled drinks

It was my first time there and I didn't like it at all. It was very loud and there weren't many seats because it was full, so I thought it was delicious there. I thought wrong. I first looked at the prices, which seemed quite ok at first. I ordered Chrushy Roll and the menu said there should be 7 pieces per sushi. I only got 6 and they didn't really look appetizing. I didn't like the taste of it at all either. It had a very strange aftertaste and the general taste was very “cheap”. The staff wasn't really friendly and not very attentive. After eating, I and my companion felt very nauseous, which shouldn't be the case. Annoyed, I went to the checkout where an unfriendly cashier just stared at us and said nothing. When I said what I had to eat and she told me the price, I said I wanted to pay by card. She said that it would only be possible from 20€ and that I should leave my companion as a deposit and I should go to the bank. Annoyed, I wanted to run away and suddenly she shouted at me and suddenly I could pay with a card. I wouldn't recommend it.

I give it 3 stars because, on the positive side, we enjoyed the food very much and because it was very filling. We ordered fried chicken with an appetizer and soup. What didn't work was that the waitress told us at 7:45 p.m. that we had to leave the restaurant because they were closing (according to the menu at 8 p.m.). Besides us, there were other guests eating in the restaurant, but they didn't receive this announcement. We didn't bother anyone, we just wanted to finish our drink in peace. When I complained to the checkout that we were basically thrown out, we were given the starter for free. That was very friendly, that's why I give it three stars overall.

I'll start with the service: The little middle-aged lady who is always at the checkout is absolutely unfriendly, sloppy treatment of staff and customers and it wasn't my first time there, it's always been like that. The food if you eat it locally wouldn't be so bad. But it's inedible to take away if you then politely ask if you can put sweet and sour sauce on it, which is open at the counter, the little lady says "no, no, I'll do it" and you got tomato sauce without lying (I wasn't the only one) I once again regretted buying something there. But this time it was really the last time!

The crispy duck was absolutely amazing! So tender and full of flavor. The rest of the menu was also convincing. The restaurant was cozy, but a bit crowded. Went there after shopping because we sometimes took the fried noodles with us. We wanted to eat there, but the chef probably changed, peanut vegetable curry from my wife, tasted like nothing and had the consistency of clotted cream sauce. Not edible. My fried noodles with duck were still edible, a bit oversalted and the duck wasn't cooked properly in the deep fryer. Everything tasted like oil. Conclusion: Never again, it's better to eat better food a few meters further away for a little more money. For 26 euros the Fanta tastes like it was imported from India, very chemically and artificially like orange. The waiter, who also happened to be from India, had said with heart and soul that he would like to be somewhere else at the moment, it couldn't be more disinterested and unmotivated. We probably wouldn't be asked if it tasted good because it was obvious. For 26 euros a main course plus a drink for two people, cheap but absolutely not worth it. Then it's better to invest in a kebab or Subway. I hope I don't have to go to the clinic today because my stomach was already rumbling when I ate it. Thanks for nothing.

The service was quick, a little too quick for my taste, after 2 minutes at the table we were already asked for our order. However, very friendly staff. I ate Fried Noodles With Baked Duck and Salmon Maki. The noodles and duck were very tasty, and the sweet and sour sauce also went well with it. The sushi tasted fresh, not the best sushi you can get but at a price of €3 per 6 pieces I can't complain at all. Plus point for the service that brought me a forgotten shopping bag from the place.

However, the surroundings of the West Park mean that the ambience of the restaurant, which is actually quite nicely decorated, is very poor. There's nothing else to complain about about the food, it tastes good. The only negative was a member of staff who brought the wrong food to our table and wouldn't take it back. He spoke in an aggressive tone and tried to force us to keep the food. Luckily the management noticed and apologized to us. We then received the correct food. I hope we don't have an experience like this again as it was very unpleasant and unfriendly from the employee.

We visited for lunch on a weekday. The selection at the running buffet was fantastic – hot dishes on the upper conveyor belt and cold dishes, including sushi, on the lower one. The food was constantly being replenished, and what we particularly appreciated was that a waitress regularly checked with us to see if we had any special requests, such as soup, rice, or fried noodles. We were extremely satisfied with the selection and quality of the food, and the staff were very friendly. A definite recommendation for this wonderful restaurant! 😊
