Ich selbst war zum 3. Mal am vergangenen Freitag mit meinem Bruder dort essen. Mein Bruder war zum 1. Mal da. Uns hat es wieder sehr gut geschmeckt. Mein Bruder meinte das der Tepanyaki nicht nötig sei das das Angebot an warmen Speisen an der Grenze zu Büffet Theke völlig ausreichend ist. Wir sind richtig satt geworden. Das Personal ist sehr nett Lustig ist immer der Service mit dem Roboter. Leider war diesmal eine Gruppe von Farbigen Menschen da die mit ihren lauten Gespräche das ganze Lokal geprägt haben. Das sollte eigentlich nicht sein

„Ich war am Samstag dort. Erstens muss man die Getränke separat bezahlen, wodurch man schnell auf über 35 € kommt. Zudem ist das Essen sehr schlecht: fast alles ist nur frittiertes Fast Food. Es war völlig überfüllt mit Familien und Kindern Chaos pur! Das ist echt ein Saftladen und ich kann ihn kaum weiterempfehlen. Das Sushi war trocken und geschmacklich nicht gut. Wir wollten am Samstagmittag dort essen gehen und haben leider eine extrem enttäuschende Erfahrung gemacht. Als wir das Restaurant betreten haben, konnten wir bereits sehen, dass viel Betrieb war. Das ist grundsätzlich kein Problem. Was uns allerdings sofort aufgefallen ist: Es waren trotzdem noch mehrere Tische frei. Deshalb sind wir, wie in den meisten Restaurants üblich, zum Empfang bzw. zur „Rezeption“ gegangen, um uns einen Tisch zuweisen zu lassen. Dort begann das eigentliche Problem. Wir wurden komplett ignoriert. Mehrere Servicekräfte liefen wiederholt direkt an uns vorbei, ohne uns auch nur kurz zu begrüßen oder wahrzunehmen. Kein Blickkontakt, kein „einen Moment bitte“, absolut gar nichts. Wir standen einfach da und warteten, während das Personal so tat, als wären wir nicht existent. Nach etwa vier Minuten haben wir uns entschieden zu gehen, weil die Situation einfach nur unangenehm und respektlos war. Als Gast möchte man sich willkommen fühlen, doch hier hatte man eher das Gefühl, völlig unerwünscht zu sein. Uns ist bewusst, dass es in der Gastronomie stressig sein kann, besonders am Wochenende. Aber ein kurzer Satz wie „Wir kommen gleich zu Ihnen“ dauert zwei Sekunden und gehört für uns zum absoluten Minimum an Service. So ein Verhalten gegenüber potenziellen Gästen ist wirklich enttäuschend und wir haben das Restaurant daher wieder verlassen, ohne überhaupt etwas bestellen zu können. Sehr schade, denn der erste Eindruck war leider gleichzeitig auch der letzte. Für uns ganz klar: 0 Sterne für diesen Service. So etwas geht wirklich gar nicht. Nachtrag nach Ihrer Antwort: Dass mir das Restaurant nun in der Antwort erklärt, ich hätte ja „einen kurzen Hinweis geben können“, zeigt leider, dass man hier offenbar keine Ahnung von Kundenkontakt hat. Gäste, die zum ersten Mal kommen, sollen sich erst einmal ansprechen müssen? Genau das ist das Problem: Es ist Aufgabe des Personals, Gäste wahrzunehmen und zu begrüßen – nicht umgekehrt. Eine professionelle Begrüßung und ein kurzer Hinweis auf die Wartezeit wären völlig ausreichend gewesen. Vier Minuten wirken vielleicht kurz, aber für einen Gast, der schon ignoriert wird, fühlen sie sich lang, unangenehm und respektlos an. Es ist enttäuschend, dass so etwas überhaupt passieren kann.

Ich war auf Empfehlung eines Freundes dort. Die Auswahl an Speisen war großartig, obwohl nicht alles kochend heiß war. Das Fleisch war lecker und zart. Es gab warme und kalte Fleischgerichte, Fisch und Gemüse sowie ein riesiges Dessertbuffet (ich war leider zu satt, um etwas zu probieren). Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder hingehen.

Das Essen hier war sehr lecker und die Atmosphäre angenehm. Die Parkmöglichkeiten waren in Ordnung, wir haben aber leider keinen kostenlosen Parkplatz bekommen, obwohl wir den QR-Code gescannt hatten. Teppanyaki und Suaves waren sehr unterhaltsam und lecker. Man muss ein Getränk bestellen, sonst wird ein Aufpreis fällig. Im ersten Stock über dem Laden war der Aufzug außer Betrieb, was mit unserem Kinderwagen etwas ärgerlich war, aber wir haben es schließlich doch geschafft. Ich kann das Restaurant empfehlen, da das Essen gut und preiswert ist.

Ich war sehr enttäuscht beim letzten mal vom Abend Buffet. Das Restaurant war ja ca 1.Monat nach einem "Wasserschaden geschlossen. Gerade nach einer Neueröffnung sollte das Angebot eigentlich besser sein. Die Auswahl der Speisen lässt sehr zu wünschen Übrig. Das die Speisen nicht heiss sind ,ist schon sehr enttäuschend ,sowas geht gar nicht. Dann die paar Stückchen Ente, die zaghaft von der Küche nachgereicht wurden. Das Restaurant will ja Gäste begeistern,indem die Promo Aktion läuft ....einmal essen gehen, und beim zweiten mal umsonst essen.So kann man versuchen die Gäste zu holen. Ich war letztes Jahr bei einigen anderen China Buffets und kann desshalb vergleichen. Da müssen die ganz hinten anstehen. Ich möchte auch keine Adressen nennen,das wäre unfähr,aber wer vergleicht wird mir Recht geben

We drove 30 km to the restaurant. We're satisfied. The food and the selection are good. There are few Chinese restaurants with such a great buffet and such a wide variety. The price is okay for us. If the buffet isn't enough, there's a counter with fresh ingredients that you can have stir-fried with your choice of sauce at an open kitchen. Also a great option.

The experience was pretty disappointing. The food wasn’t great, and the buffet had very limited choices for the price they charge. Overall, it felt expensive for the quality we got. The worst part was the wok station, the meat looked unappealing and didn’t seem fresh. I definitely expected better and wouldn’t go back.

We made a reservation for 6-8 people for a memorial service for our mother/grandmother. Since we're coming from Lake Constance, the drive is quite long. I find it completely unacceptable that the reservation was accepted, only for us to arrive at the agreed-upon time to find the restaurant closed. There was only a sign on the door stating that the restaurant was closed due to renovations, which are taking longer than expected. I don't understand why they don't have the capacity to inform customers who have made reservations so that we wouldn't have to drive 200 km for nothing, or so that we could rearrange our plans. We've often celebrated our mother/grandmother's memorial service there before, but we certainly won't be returning; we're so disappointed.

My son and I paid €27.50 per person for the buffet, and for that, the selection of dishes (starters, main courses, side dishes, desserts, sushi, ice cream, sweets, etc.) was exceptionally large. There was also a fresh food counter where you could have ingredients prepared directly by the chef (although we didn't try it). The space is very spacious, so you should be able to find a seat even with a large group. The service was very friendly, and overall, we felt comfortable in the restaurant. We weren't always satisfied with the quality and taste of some (!) dishes (and especially the sauces); we've eaten at better Chinese restaurants. The mango lemonade (pictured) I had, on the other hand, was truly delicious!

From a favorite restaurant to a disappointing farewell Three months ago, I discovered the Chinese restaurant Yan – and was immediately impressed. As someone who had a complete gastrectomy (my stomach was COMPLETELY removed due to a tumor), it's extremely difficult for me to find suitable restaurants. But here, I felt understood: They accommodated me with their prices, as I can only eat tiny portions. The food was solid, the atmosphere pleasant, and I felt truly comfortable. I ate there at least 9-10 times in those three months – which is a lot for me. I took my time, ate a little, waited, and slowly got the next plate. Never large portions, never "buffering," but rather adapted to my situation. That's exactly why I was so grateful for the restaurant – and have recommended it to everyone. Today, however, came the big disappointment: After the meal, I was suddenly informed that I would have to pay the full price from now on – even though my situation hadn't changed. No word beforehand, no explanation, simply a comment "decided by the boss." That's not only disappointing, but unfortunately also unprofessional. I've never eaten large portions, several tablespoons, but always very small, mini-portions spread out over a longer period of time – which is necessary due to my medical condition. Now charging the full buffet price, even though I'm well below average in terms of quantity, is incomprehensible to me. Even toddlers eat more than I do! Unfortunately, the restaurant has lost a loyal customer. There are plenty of other Chinese restaurants with comparably good food and a better understanding of special life situations. What bound me to Yan – the feeling of being seen and respected – was suddenly gone. And yes, as I said, that's unfortunately the end of the Yan chapter for me. That's how you lose your regular customers. What a pity! Addendum to the original review: Thank you for your response. I would like to respond briefly, as I can't let your description stand – especially in light of my health situation. Yes, I've had a full gastrectomy – and yes, I often eat small amounts because there's no other option. That's exactly why I was with you for over three hours and ate a total of six small plates. And because I work with my nutrition coach (or nutrition assistant), I document each meal with a photo – so we can analyze together what I can tolerate. I've now added these pictures to my review. If you look at the photos, you'll see: those were mini portions. Sometimes just a bit of salad, two gummy bears, or three pasta dishes with vegetables. I just don't eat much – but I eat slowly and in moderation. If you now claim that I "significantly exceeded the limits" of the buffet, that's simply not correct. I think the photos speak for themselves. I followed the rule discussed: small portions – spread out over time. Of course, I understand that goodwill is based on trust. But trust works both ways. And I'm disappointed that my behavior is being misrepresented, even though I kept to our agreement—just as I did on my previous visits. Look at the photos. Honestly consider whether this looks to you like taking advantage of the buffet—or like someone simply trying to live with dignity and discipline after major surgery and limitations. Second addendum: Wow, what a nerve. To suggest I'm lying or cleared the plates myself 😡 The photos I uploaded show exactly what I ate. Nothing more, nothing less. I carefully document every meal because, after a full gastrectomy, I have to closely monitor what my body can tolerate. And my son is only 2.

Once and never again. For three children aged 6-8, they charge 15.90 euros. When I asked the lady about it, she became aggressive and started yelling. She then said that you pay exactly the same at McDonald's. My sister-in-law was also given a hard time by her. I think it's outrageous to charge 15.90 euros for children who eat for less than 10 euros. It just goes to show us how unfriendly everything has become towards children. We will never go to that store again. The lady at the checkout should take a course on how to deal with customers and how to speak properly. When she became aggressive, I turned my back on her, went to the exit and she yelled through the whole store. The internet says that children aged 3-11 pay between 8.90 and 21.90 euros. They set the prices as they see fit! One 3-year-old child was even charged 8.90 euros.

The dinner buffet costs the same for vegetarians as for those who eat meat and fish. It's simply disproportionate. There are no breaded or baked vegetables, but mainly a self-assembled selection, along with rice, noodles, a bowl of vegetables, and one with mushrooms. I had already mentioned on a previous visit that I found it disappointing, whereupon I was offered the option of having breaded vegetables fried for me. I thought that was a generous gesture, and I was already pleased when the regular vegetables from the buffet were brought out on a plate and I was told that was all they could offer. I was somehow naively hoping that on a Saturday evening the buffet would be differently stocked and I might actually have a chance to get prepared vegetarian dishes. I can't tell you how much I like them. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case, which is why I'd like to try the many other buffets. I've learned my lesson and won't try it again at this restaurant. Over €30 (on weekends and in the evenings, and drinks are mandatory—if you don't order a drink, you'll be charged a flat rate) doesn't sound right to me at all. It's not about the money at all, but purely about the disproportionate number of different meat and fish dishes, along with those without meat.

The food was very good and everything was very clean, the only negative thing was that there was only one girl cleaning, tidying up, serving and also cooking on the grill. The truth is that with the prices they have, they could at least hire more staff... the girl, despite being stressed, treated us very well and was quick with everything :) thanks!

Waited 10 minutes. Zero staff around. No waitress or anyone around. Two other group of guest were wandering around asking each other how is it working. Avoid the place as the staff is not exist until you have to pay!

All I can say is that the food is great, the selection is always freshly prepared and if something is empty it is refilled straight away. Table service is very friendly. Everything is simple in the store, you don't need to change it, you can stay the way you want. The price is also very good because you can celebrate your birthday and so on. So I would recommend that

The foods are ok. Service is quite slow. The atmosphere is still at 1980s Chinese restaurant vibe. As soon as you go in, you could smell this horrendous food smell. Not many choices.
