China Stammtisch "Goldene Burg" in Magdeburg

Probably the tastiest Asian food I've had so far. It starts with the presentation, you have a plate warmer with candles in front of you, where you can keep your side dishes warm, for example. The choice of dishes is plentiful, I chose the classic pasta with duck, the pasta was fantastic. Plenty of thickness, not dry and presented with a lot of creativity. The ambience is very pleasant, including the aquarium and the large windows there. On the whole I will come again.

I found the experience I had there quite nice and would definitely come back! I had the udon noodles for lunch, and I personally found them very juicy and delicious. Even though the portion was a bit small, it was enough for me, but I can imagine that some people wouldn't get full. I also really liked the decorations; they really made me feel like I was in Asia! The staff there were also very friendly and prepared the food pretty quickly, even though there were a few other customers in the snack bar (although I also saw that they got their food quickly, too). There were a few issues with the language barrier, which is okay because it was actually quite fun 😂. I would recommend outdoor seating, but it might not be possible, but it would be nice! But otherwise, I will definitely come back 👍👍

The food tasted absolutely bad, the bratwurst was swimming in fat and was inedible, never again!

Still the best in town after all these years.
