Very select buffet starting in the evening around 8 p.m. As a vegetarian you get very little meat and fish everywhere. There was a vegetarian vegetable with tofu and vegetables, which unfortunately was almost empty and there was no more tofu in it. Too bad!!. Was really disappointed today 😞. My wife and I went to the Phönix for a lunch buffet. Everything tasted good to us and we were very happy with it. The duck was delicious, tender and tasted good. The beef and chicken were nice and tender and the fish was a joy to eat. Very tasty 😋 Thank you

Also a bottomless impudence and another reason for me to say: keep making a profit even though paying customers are still sitting in the restaurant and want to eat something. Impossible. I also found it extremely unfriendly to start cleaning at that hour, some of which were even completely unnecessary (e.g. wiping and stripping refrigerator doors). You can also do something like this when the guests are out of the restaurant. I used to work in the catering industry myself and there should actually be enough time planned for something like this when the guests are away. Something like that wouldn't have happened for me, because it's literally an invitation to finally leave. Not to mention the fact that you couldn't even have your drinks undisturbed if you weren't allowed to eat anything anymore. Before such areas are cleaned, the cloth should perhaps be used in places that really need it - for example the ice chest, which is already borderline dirty, or the children's chairs, which are absolutely filthy. I also find it very strange how the children's area is treated there. It is very nice that there is a play area there and you can also watch the children through two large windows, provided the table is there. But why do the staff keep slamming the door shut pretty harshly? There were also other families eating there next to us who also left the door ajar, precisely because you want to hear your child too (you don't do that anymore when the door is closed and something happens or is called for help). There is absolutely no reason for us to come back.
