Very good and cheap, perfect for lunch.

Absolutely bad behavior. After a failed reservation for the second time, where the error was clearly attributable to the restaurant, we as a large group were literally left out in the cold. The reservation was made over the phone several weeks in advance, only to have a completely random number of people noted down when accepted. Since this is now the second very bad experience and the staff is anything but customer-oriented, I have to recommend staying away from this company.

Yesterday I visited this Chinese restaurant and absolutely loved it! The food was incredibly tasty, fresh and prepared with a lot of love. I was particularly impressed by the buffet - a huge selection, so there was really something for every taste. The service was also great! The staff was very friendly and attentive, you immediately felt at home. The atmosphere was pleasant and inviting. I can only recommend this restaurant and am already looking forward to my next visit!

Shameless rip-off - never again! We had reserved a table for 8:30 p.m., but when we arrived we were brazenly told there was no reservation. We still got a spot, but that was when the trouble really began. The buffet was officially supposed to last until 10 p.m., but the food was cleared away at 9:20 p.m. When we asked if anything else would be added, we only received a curt and unfriendly “no”. The same went for dessert – no alternative, no excuse, just plain ignorance. Particularly bold: My sister arrived at 9 p.m. and therefore only had the option of taking a tiramisu. Nevertheless, she was charged the full buffet price - an absolute disgrace! When we brought this up, the employee brushed us off in a rude and disrespectful manner. We were initially denied a conversation with a responsible person, and only at the end did we see the boss - but by then it was far too late. The drinks were also a letdown: we ordered Aperol Spritz, but received a completely watered down and tasteless mixture that had nothing to do with a real Aperol. When we complained about this, all we were told was: “This is how we make the Aperol.” All in all, a bottomless impudence! There were nine of us there and we were treated like we were a nuisance. The service was rude, the food was average at best and the price-performance ratio was an absolute disaster. Conclusion: stay away! If you value good service, fair prices and a pleasant atmosphere, you should avoid this restaurant.

Great “all u can eat” restaurant which is in a rather modest location right next to the gas station and the Adler clothing store. But you can't see any of it inside. The restaurant is decorated in a modern Asian style. The food is tasty and it is always refilled quickly. The service is on point... so empty plates never stand around for long. We'd love to come back.

Hello, we were there today too. Staff way too slow, there's a lot of staff running around but when I have to ask the staff for someone to come to the table after 20 minutes it's just bad and it wasn't full either. Food from the menu was super tasty and hot. Buffet was nothing, mussels cold and like rubber, duck almost nothing there, very greasy and cold, chicken unfortunately also cold, potato grids were cold, gratinated bananas unfortunately empty. Personally, I was super disappointed with the buffet. As I said the menu was good. Conclusion: bad staff, cold buffet where most of it was empty and good food from the menu. I'm no longer drawn to it, even if it's still cheap, but that's not all. It's a shame because many people praised it so we went.

In other restaurants we enjoy a more pleasant atmosphere. Unfortunately, the sushi area didn't leave a good impression either - it seemed untidy and uninviting. Unfortunately, some of the service employees seemed to be in a bad mood throughout the clearing process and didn't always seem to understand everything straight away. That didn't exactly create a pleasant atmosphere. Of course, it is understandable that the service is under stress and it is not always easy. For Valentine's Day there was a little gift in the form of a Milka chocolate.

You can tell the restaurant is struggling. There have been better times. But compared to other Chinese restaurants, Phönix is ​​the best around.

We happened by last Saturday at 5 p.m. and will definitely be back. We didn't make a reservation but still got a table. Great service - nice, quick and very attentive. The food was of great quality - we were particularly impressed by the fresh fish, which was also very well prepared. Diverse and always well-filled buffet and all for €24.90/person. Drink prices were also completely reasonable. Really nice ambience, bright and friendly - not that dark mustiness that you often get from Chinese people. Keep it up!

We were there on Sunday evening at 8:45 p.m. and there was almost nothing left, no rice, shrimp, chicken, simply nothing, you have to reorder everything, so all you can eat but there's nothing to eat! I ordered a cocktail without alcohol and it came with alcohol. They start cleaning and tidying up at 9 p.m., even though the restaurant is open until 10:30 p.m.

We have eaten there very often and have always been satisfied in the past. Unfortunately, the service was repeatedly not good and again it was not possible to eat à la carte. This was only communicated in the restaurant. Nothing was said about this when we made the reservation over the phone. The food from the buffet was cold, and only the fried food that was delivered was warm. Some of the plates weren't really clean either... that doesn't make a particularly hygienic impression. The service was not optimal and unfortunately drinks were not delivered. Which isn't a bad thing per se. These were brought upon further request. But when we billed, we found that drinks that we didn't order were still billed. We then spoke to the service lady. Unfortunately the reaction was not at all appropriate. Instead of apologizing, there was a discussion and only after several justifications from us was the money returned. We won't be coming back any time soon. Too bad...

Everything is always nice and clean. Buffet is constantly refilled. Nice atmosphere, the staff is always very friendly and tries hard to ensure that their guests have a pleasant stay. If there were 10 points, I would give 10. When we recently reserved a table for 10 people, Mr. Min surprised us and offered us a rotating table in the separate guest room. We felt like VIP guests. But from what I've observed, everyone there feels like VIP guests. We are very satisfied and would love to come back again and again.

This is one of the best "All you can eat" restaurants I have been to. To begin with, the ambience is just incredible. Staffs are super friendly and last but not the least, food is just amazing. I have been there on different days and time and everytime it is great. However, when you want to try something unique go on weekends or in the evenings that is when they offer "Mongolian grill" which is just yumilicious.

The buffet was really delicious, varied, filled up quickly - yummy sushi 😋 - everyone can find something to their liking - we were there after ComicCon and ate way too much :-)

The newly renovated Chinese restaurant is a real asset! As soon as you enter the restaurant you notice the loving and modern design, which still retains the traditional charm. The boss is often present and lends a hand. The service is friendly and attentive, so you feel like you're in good hands. So if you value delicious food in a great atmosphere, you shouldn't miss this restaurant. An absolute recommendation!

We have been coming to the Phönix for years and have always been satisfied. However, we noticed that there is hardly any sauce left with the Mongolian grill. It seems rather oily and you can't taste whether it's curry or e.g. B. Pepper sauce. It would be nice if that could be changed. If it stays that way, we would think it would be a shame

It was good, we had to leave after 10 minutes because one of the children wasn't feeling well We were asked whether something was wrong, we explained the situation and still had to pay in full for all 4 plates, a bit sad that's why the deduction was made, otherwise the service was good

We have been guests at the Phoenix for many years. After the renovation, we wanted to see how the location had changed and made a reservation for Saturday at 5:30 p.m. We had to wait about 15 minutes at the entrance, which is due to the renovation, because now you are no longer visible in the entrance but behind a large, wide wall. After we were picked up, we were given a nice table for two and admired the conversion. Lots of comfortable seating areas, cool lighting and revamped buffet area. Then the waiter came, asked about the drinks and assumed that we would use the buffet and got the drinks. However, when we asked for a menu afterwards, he became rude and said that the order could take up to three hours because the kitchen was very busy. But the card was brought and carelessly slapped onto the table, as if for second-choice guests. This ruined our mood for the evening. While my wife and I were drinking the drinks, the owner came to us and said that after the renovation it would mainly be a buffet restaurant and that the menu would be kept very small (1 page). Since my wife and I aren't big eaters, EUR 24.90 per person isn't exactly cheap. For the future, the take-away buffet is an option for EUR 10.00 per box, but the Phoenix will definitely lose us as visiting guests. Of course...... 24.90 per person at the buffet is revenue, since not everyone can eat large quantities and preparing large quantities also brings a different margin, but even 40.00 euros like before with a menu was money. And yes, I come from the industry and yes, I know the problem and yet there are many small restaurants that treat customers much better and are not just looking for profit.

There is no better Chinese buffet restaurant than Phoenix. They continually reinvent themselves and invest in the establishment. Even now, thanks to the new room separation, it is very comfortable, even for a private party. The food has been consistent for years and is mega for a buffet! I also like the new information about food waste, so that everyone behaves with the amount on their plates. But the restaurant can't necessarily do anything for its guests. Sanitary area clean. Boss always on site and super friendly, coordinates the staff which is also super accommodating. There is plenty of parking space and there is also space inside for wheelchair users. About the food: The selection is really great and varies from time to time. The sushi is great! There isn't much different, but what there is is mega! Worth a visit for that reason alone. The Mongolian buffet was not occupied on our day, it will probably only be done in the evening, as lunch requires a lot of people and complications can arise.

Addendum October 24: We used to be regular guests and couldn't come for some time due to personal reasons. Because of the bad reviews, we thought about going here again for a long time. The price-performance ratio is still good. The dishes with fish, meat or shrimp are quite spicy and salty. If you add enough rice or vegetables, it's perfect. We suspect that you want to prevent excessive "heaping on plates" of meat, fish and shrimp. In our opinion, the restaurant is still very good for normal eating habits. By the way, everyone was very friendly. If there is a problem at all it is with a few guests... Great, we'll be back.

The dishes all tasted pretty consistent. Unfortunately, the food from the grill came to the table cold, so we weren't thrilled either. We know that better too. We will definitely go back, but not as quickly and not as frequently as before the renovation.

Very nice restaurant, we were there around 7 o'clock in the evening, it wasn't too crowded. The decor was very appropriate and was really pleasant to look at. The food was warm. If you want to fry something, you can add a small stick so that the things can be fried directly with a sauce. I didn't know it before, but more restaurants can establish a buffet like this. If you want to indulge in baked duck, chicken and the like at All You Can Eat, this is the place for you - if you want to experience something tasty, not so much. Main courses and side dishes are good, the desserts are rather less appealing. 22€ plus a minimum consumption of one drink - can be worth it.
