I'm always so impressed, you can recommend any food, everything tastes very, very good. The boss always tries to ensure that everything fits and the guest is satisfied. I/we love this restaurant, despite NO delivery service, the boss brought my food home for me. Where is this available today!!!! The food to go is always very good and lots of it. Very nice restaurant, we were there around 7 o'clock in the evening, it wasn't too crowded. The decor was very appropriate and was really pleasant to look at. The food was warm. If you want to fry something, you can add a small stick so that the things can be fried directly with a sauce. I didn't know it before, but more restaurants can establish a buffet like this. Staff was very friendly.

As always, very good. It is worth it .. There's a lot going on at the weekend, but it's more relaxed during the week.

If you want to indulge in baked duck, chicken and the like at All You Can Eat, this is the place for you - if you want to experience something tasty, not so much. Main courses and side dishes are good, the desserts are rather less appealing. 22€ plus a minimum consumption of one drink - can be worth it.

One sauce was so salty that I felt sick straight after eating half a plate. Service was okay, the situation was absolutely difficult to understand and sometimes even unfriendly. On Sunday evening at 8 p.m. everything was cleaned and you were literally swept out. Not again !

The food was okay, you can get along well with the buffet, but the thing about “putting it together yourself” is funny and has something. The service was friendly and quick, the ambience is as it should be. In terms of price, it has also become a lot more expensive here, but why shouldn't it be the same here? We will be back.

Good restaurant with nice buffet

We ate here again after a few years. Unfortunately we were disappointed with the food. The service is quick and courteous, but the food leaves a lot to be desired. We had fresh ingredients prepared from the deli counter. Unfortunately, everything was extremely fried on one side and not at all on the other. The whole thing was also rather poorly seasoned. The selection leaves little to be desired, but the preparation should also be appropriate. The warm counter also has a large selection, although everything here is fried to death.

The buffet is absolutely amazing. The best Asian buffet. Food is regularly replenished so it is always fresh and hot. You should definitely make a reservation. It's always full hut. In my opinion, hygiene standards are implemented excellently. Always an experience to help yourself to such a great and varied buffet.

A few years ago I was here relatively regularly, but as the quality continued to decline, I stopped going. Yesterday (on a public holiday) we were in the area and I wanted to give it another chance. And unfortunately I was disappointed. Already at the entrance we were made to wait; an employee who was walking past, whom we spoke to, waved his hand over his shoulder and walked past us without saying a word and with a grim expression on his face. We actually wanted to turn around. Oh well. When we got to the table we ordered drinks - the prices went up quite a bit. But unfortunately that's the case everywhere. The waiters all seem very unfriendly. Nobody grins voluntarily. Unfortunately, the food hasn't gotten any better in the last few years. The fried rice was completely dried out, the soup was somehow barely seasoned, some things (e.g. calamari) were over-fried and a little too dark, and a lot of things tasted super greasy or just like "nothing". And it often took quite a long time until empty plates were refilled.🙁 My partner had something grilled on the Mongolian grill, but only got about half of what he had previously put on his plate (he didn't get the vegetables at all, just the meat. Where did the vegetables go?!). The restaurant used to be always full, especially on public holidays. Yesterday (mind you, on a public holiday!) less than half of the seats were occupied. That speaks volumes... All in all, unfortunately very disappointing. I/we won't go there anymore.

Very disappointed with this place. The group gathered to have a fun evening. We booked a table in advance. When we arrived, we were presented with the fact that we could only stay there for 2.5 hours. Of course, we objected, there is no such information anywhere, neither on the website nor when booking. To which we received the answer that the boss ordered it this way and they did not provide us with any more weighty arguments. At the same time, the cafe was 2/3 full. That is, there were a lot of empty seats. I think this is pure arrogance and disrespect for customers. We have enough of them, we can come up with new rules on the go, and if you don’t like it, get out of here.

Anyone who knows the restaurant in Reutlingen will be disappointed with this one. Food was not refilled despite being told that individual dishes were empty. And in terms of selection, it doesn't come close to Reutlingen. Some of the food at the hot buffet wasn't warm either. And the Mongolian food was over fried.

Great restaurant 👍 very good food and cool system

I've been going to this restaurant regularly for over 10 years now. Staff is always friendly, parking spaces are always available, the restaurant including the toilet is always clean! The price is unbeatably fair! It is currently 22 euros per evening. The food, be it from the buffet or from the grill, is always fresh and tasty! The raw meat and dessert are constantly kept cool. The food is grilled to perfection, not dry and not raw! In the meantime, I think some places have fallen short in all respects, while the price has steadily increased. Not this one! If you like Asian, I can absolutely recommend a visit. Keep it up! 💪👍

The selection of dishes was very plentiful and the taste was also okay. Price/performance is also okay. Ambiance is not so nice with the expressway and gas station right in front of the door, but nice seating both inside and outside. Service always cleared the plates quickly, but seemed a bit uninterested.

My family has been eating here on special occasions for over 5 years. Today we were there again and I have to give a big compliment. They have improved a lot. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The dishes have many variations (we were there for lunch). Whether for vegans, vegetarians, seafood lovers or meat eaters. There is something for everybody. I tried almost everything and what I ate tasted very good. It was flavorful and pleasant to eat. The food tasted fresh and looked fresh too. The lunch buffet had a really large selection. I was pleasantly surprised. The restaurant is clean and you always get the feeling that the employees are very concerned about the well-being of the customers. The only thing I could complain about would be that the ambience was ok and it was quite loud. But the restaurant can't do anything about it. There are a lot of customers there. The toilets are clean and also smell pleasant. We got a place straight away, even though we didn't have a reservation, on a Friday. Price-performance cannot be beat! I have rarely eaten so well in Germany for such a fair price. Convince yourself. The Phönix remains our favorite restaurant in the area and we are already looking forward to the next time.

Saturday evening for dinner with friends, you expect something special at the buffet, and our expectations were largely met. The selection of different dishes is very large and there is nothing great to complain about in terms of taste. The arrangement of the food in the buffet itself is sometimes a bit strange, but there is really something for every taste. The service was great, the staff was very friendly, only the background noise and the sometimes cheap-looking decoration spoiled the great experience a little. Overall, recommended, but you should definitely make a reservation on the weekend.

This is how I imagine the company canteen at the Chinese party conference. You usually get a place for that. For thirteen euros plus a drink (compulsory) for the lunch buffet you get a decent selection of manageable quality.

“If it’s not good, at least it’s enough” Very popular all you can eat restaurant with relatively simple food. There's also sushi, but it's so bad that after one or two pieces you'd rather try something else. Everything here is extremely salty and cooked with the same soy sauce, you know one sauce you all know. For dessert there are delicious things like red and green Jell-O, which I haven't seen since I was a child. There is also a lot of fried food, but everything is unlabeled. So you have to bite into it first to know whether you were lucky or not. I was lucky in that I was relatively full for the moderate price of €13. The typical clientele doesn't seem to mind, it feels like you're watching an episode of the Teletubbies. The restaurant was recommended to me with the words: “Well, we eat there a lot.” Now I understand.

The food and service are very good. If there's something to complain about, it would be the train station atmosphere at rush hour.

I was taken there for dinner at my baby shower. I was more than horrified by the unfriendly staff and service. It was my first time there and we asked the waitress what the process was like. Whether there is only the buffet or al a card. She then told us both are possible. Since we had eaten a lot of cake beforehand, we weren't so hungry that the buffet was an option for us. A few minutes later (we had chosen our dishes) another waiter came - who had already barked at us in a very unfriendly way when we were shown our seats. He then quickly told us - a maximum of 2 people are allowed to eat a la card, the restaurant is known for its buffet and if we don't want that, we're in the wrong place. We were all a bit shocked for a moment. I don't think any of us have ever been treated so rudely and disrespectfully. So we all ate a “mini” portion from the buffet (so that our plates wouldn’t be too full, otherwise you’d have to pay an extra 5 euros per plate!). It should also be said that it was assumed that we were not reached by phone several times - but a completely different number was called which neither made the reservation nor was one of our cell phone numbers. Our menus would have cost around 16 euros + drink and the buffet was 22 euros + drink. So to steal permanent, paying customers because of 6 euros - let's see how long something like that lasts. All you can eat Chinese are a dime a dozen. Everything at the buffet was filled and mostly clean. The service was a complete disaster! This is purely about mass processing, nothing more and nothing less. I will definitely not dine there again because I found it a complete disgrace how we were treated - we asked very politely and if you offer a buffet and menu - you have to be able to do this!

No gluten free foods for a vegetarian at all.. I ended up with boiled rice and just having a drink whilst my friends could enjoy the buffet 😧staff where not bothered about it at all 😞 never again 😭

IF YOU VALUE QUANTITY RATHER THAN CLASS, you've come to the right place. Buffet well filled, but the food is not always warm and some of it doesn't look fresh. There is a chocolate fountain, but no fruit... The taste was okay, but for €22 per person we went for it, but it didn't really convince us.

Food was good & everything was nice and warm. Some dishes ran out after 8:30 p.m., which was okay since no guests came that late on a Wednesday evening. At 9 p.m. we got the feeling that it would be nice if we walked slowly. If that hadn't been so obvious in our corner, there would have been 1 star more for the ambience.

The food is super tasty, there's a large selection and the service is also very good, but you can't keep up with refills. The ambience wasn't great, very bright, felt like I was in a gym.

Unfortunately we weren't impressed with the food this time. Very large selection but...not seasoned harmoniously. We got seats on the outside terrace without a reservation on Saturday evening...that's a plus point...but...you have to leave your jacket on when eating in these seats. ...

We visited on Friday evening. There was a lot of free space available, fast, friendly service, a large selection of food at the buffet, which was being replenished all the time. We have visited several similar restaurants of this type, the food in this one was neither salty, nor strong, nor fatty. Delicious.

Good food , fresh and decent prices

It was very good, unfortunately a lot of spicy food. You should reduce the amount of spicy food you can eat. Furthermore, it doesn't work with cooking food yourself. The chef mixes up almost every meal and so people don't get their own meal, but rather a completely different meal or mixed up.

Came across it by chance while driving past. It was a very nice experience, eating from the “all you can eat” buffet for 13€ p/p for lunch, and the gala buffet in the evening for 15€ p/p, an absolute must! It was super tasty, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We will be back.

Food in the open buffet is not always warm or very mushy because it may sit there for a while. Anything freshly cooked is good. Children who hardly eat anything 15 euros is a steep price. My child only ate one nugget and two cookies.

Like most all-you-can-eat Asian restaurants, the “Phönix” offers a slimmed-down buffet at lunchtime during the week. The selection is still very extensive. We have always been satisfied with the taste and quality. Thanks to the always high demand, the food is always fresh and is refilled quickly. The rush is also indirectly the reason for the only point of criticism: the coziness suffers due to the correspondingly high noise level; a different room layout would be nice. Overall, we were always very satisfied and would like to continue to come to the "Phoenix". Fair prices, good food. This also seems to be common knowledge, which is why a reservation is almost mandatory.

So the prices are normal. The lunch buffet - sufficient - from fries, Chinese soup and duck to suschi and breaded fish. So two buffets + water and 2 espressos - 45 euros including tip.

Das Personal im Phoenix Buffet Restaurant ist freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Bedienung ist schnell und zuvorkommend. Man fühlt sich gut umsorgt und willkommen. Insgesamt bietet das Phoenix Buffet Restaurant eine gute Auswahl an asiatischen Speisen in angenehmem Ambiente. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist fair und das Personal ist freundlich und aufmerksam. Ich würde das Restaurant definitiv weiterempfehlen für alle, die gerne asiatisch essen und eine große Auswahl schätzen. Ein gutes chinesisches Restaurant mit Buffet mittags und abends. Abends gibt es zusätzlich ein mongolisches Buffet. Das Ambiente ist eigentlich schön, aber da es immer sehr gut besucht ist, ist es auch sehr laut. An den Wochenenden ist es ratsam einen Tisch zu reservieren. Das Essen ist sehr gut und es gibt eine große Auswahl. Es gibt genug kostenfreie Parkplätze.

Waren zum Mittagsbuffet beim Essen. Auswahl war in Ordnung. Etwas Außergewöhnliches hat mir allerdings gefehlt. Preislich war es günstig, merkt man allerdings an der Qualität.

Waren heute mal zum Test essen beim Phoenix Restaurant, wir geben von 5 Sternen 4 Sterne . Warum 4 Sterne ? Wir mussten am Eingang 5 min warten trotz telefonischer Ankündigung , beim 2 Getränk mussten wir leider auch hier 5 min warten. Die Damen Toiletten waren sauber und bei den Herren war es leider nicht sauber. Das Essen war ganz ok vom Geschmacklichen. Empfehlen können wir es denn noch trotz einigen minus Punkten . 5€ für ein Teller was weggeworfen wird ist voll kommen in Ordnung genau so und nicht anders.! 9,50 € € für ein Teller was man mitnehmen will ist ein bisschen zu übertrieben.

Wir waren heute mittag zum essen dort mit Büfett. Der Preis für das Angebot an verschiedenen Speisen ist wirklich gut. Ist man rechtzeitig dort, gibt es auch genug Auswahl und das Gedränge bei den Speisen ist nicht so hoch. Die Gerichte sind frisch und sehen appetitlich aus. Der Service ist aufmerksam und räumt die Teller zügig ab. Was wirklich gut ist, dass man für volle Teller die nicht aufgegessen werden, extra bezahlen muss. Parkplätze gibt es reichlich. Wer abends essen möchte, muss vorher reservieren.
