I totally agree with the bad reviews above, I regret that I crossed their threshold in a disgusting word, the empty trays just remained dry and tasteless, I asked the waiter, do you only have these assortments and only what is visible? He tells me no, now he fills the trays and puts more, let's sit down at the table and eat whatever is available until the cook finishes, this so that we don't lose the idea that we were 4 people, but nothing, they stayed the same, they didn't bring anything I paid €48 for 2 people! PS: I DO NOT RECOMMEND EAT HERE!👎👎👎

There are 3 stars for the nice service and the packaged ice cream, which tasted best of all the food :) now I understand the €20.80 because quality has its price and here it tastes even worse than in the prison

I also have to agree with the bad reviews here. As the predecessors wrote, if something is empty at the buffet, then it is empty and stays empty. Taste: nothing special. Service: almost non-existent. It used to be good here, but that's been gone for years - I won't go there anymore with the best will in the world

The buffet starts at 6 p.m. At 6:15 p.m. most of the bowls are still empty. What is offered is, when it comes to high levels, only lower mediocre. I won't go there again.

We ordered all you can eat here. The prices are relatively inexpensive. The buffet was good. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. When the salmon sushi was gone, the waiter asked us if we wanted more. And that even though we were the only guests.

We were there 10 years ago and it was so terribly bad that we'll never go back. Now we wanted to see if it had gotten better and it was just as bad again. Never again. Food is simply poor quality, everything is cheap and cheap ingredients. Not even the plates are uniform, at least 4 different sets of crockery and cutlery are mixed up. The windows look like they haven't been cleaned in months. Dust everywhere. Plus dirty. Hair in the ice chest. Ice is all ancient and crystallized, waiters are hiding. Can't even tell you what kind of ice cream it is. Next to it is original ice cream from Aldi. The oil bottle from Aldi is on the grill. Everything that goes on the grill is soaked in it. It's not about show grilling, it's all just slapped on in a completely careless manner and you're sent away if you want to watch. The sauces already look and taste 5 days old. The buffet was half empty on a Saturday evening, there was hardly any choice and what was available was only broken fried stuff. Sushi is just rice with cucumber or canned tuna. This has nothing to do with sushi. The fried bananas were brown and rotten on the inside and tasted terrible. The honey is diluted with water. The rice is the cheapest broken rice, the worst quality. Never had such bad rice at an Asian restaurant. From the private room in the back corner there is noise like a bar and Russian music. Not exactly the ambience you would imagine with Asians. Simply terrible.

Als wir kamen war das Buffet noch nocht aufgebaut. Wir haben dann mit frisch für uns zubereitetem Essen aus dem Wok angefangen. Das Buffet wurde dann aufgebaut - war alles sehr lecker. Wir sind dann aber in der dritten Runde wieder zum Wok übergegangen - hier ist die Auswahl gross, und man kann sich halt sein Essen selbst zusammenstellen. Das Essen war lecker - typischer Asiate halt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Preislich hielt sich der Abend dann sehr im Rahmen - wir waren ja super satt. Von daher: klare Empfehlung!

Disappointed for the first time in many years... 7.30 p.m. very little choice... sushi bar empty, when asked the answer was "which type and how many..." Restaurant? Sushi bar? Buffet? The fish bar was also all counted out... soup? Empty!!! Upon request, there was just enough quantity for 4-5 people... I've always loved coming here, but this was the second and therefore the last time.

Unfortunately, my long review has just been deleted. Now in a nutshell…absolutely not recommended. Everything seems dirty, careless and unhygienic. The buffet was already almost empty at 1 p.m. or the pitiful leftovers were cold. Unfortunately the taste is also below average. Spring rolls and other fried foods are just greasy and old fat too. But the cherry on top was the usual honey with the fried dessert. It was a liquid sauce made from water and a hint of honey and tasted like nothing, just like the unripe bananas. Conclusion: we definitely won't be coming back and we're wondering how the restaurant has managed to survive so far. There is a lot that could be improved here. And for the “quality” offered, 13.90 was definitely too expensive. We wouldn't have even paid €5 for it. The service was at least very friendly and helpful. But unfortunately that couldn't save the bad overall impression.

Little there for a lot of money

I was there as a guest as part of a birthday party on a Saturday evening. The service was miserable. The waiter wasn't visible, so it was better to divide the glass of water carefully! I wasn't able to fully assess the food; at 6:30 p.m. most of the dishes had already been plundered, but what I was able to get was okay. The aggressive grill master loudly bullied the guests, sorry, that's not possible! The atmosphere was very uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I was so happy when I was outside again.

Gave us the lunch buffet on Saturday. So anyone who gives this 5 stars has bought it or has never been to another Chinese-Mongolian buffet restaurant. The buffet was very manageable and was only very sparsely refilled. Some plates were still dirty. You couldn't have anything fried, even though the other buffet restaurants also offered it on Saturday afternoons and for the same price. The service was very friendly and the drinks came very quickly. Ambiance was ok and the toilets were clean. Greetings to Bernd Zehner...I found the Golden Wok a little better

Have been here more often in the last few years and were initially very satisfied. However, the quality in all areas has deteriorated considerably since last year. A simple dish like fried noodles with vegetables was difficult to endure and unfortunately the service wasn't good either. Plates were only removed from the table when ordered, people didn't really listen to the order and somehow everything seemed very careless. We always really enjoyed staying here, but we won't be coming back any time soon.

Unfortunately I have to agree with the negative reviews and contradict the positive reviews. The selection was significantly less than comparable Mongolian grill restaurants and quite lightly seasoned. All sauces were so extremely waterlogged that the taste was almost gone and the sauce was extremely runny. With one or two fried dishes you could taste the age of the fat. The pre-cooked pasta for the grill was already crispy and slightly colored and therefore too dried out. Instead of bringing the grilled food to the table, the “grill master” just rings a kitchen bell and the guests have to pick up the plate at the grill station. Every time the bell rings, the guessing game begins as to which guest the plate is from. There are no brackets with the table number, which is common in other restaurants. I won't say anything about the aquariums; enough has already been reported in other comments. All in all we are very disappointed and unfortunately we will not be coming back.

Had a great dinner or buffet. Plenty of choice and if it's refilled quickly, there's nothing to complain about. Service could be a little more attentive (ordering drinks/clearing away). All in all a nice evening 😊

Very tasty buffet with a large selection, it is always refilled quickly and everything is fresh, hot and well seasoned. We arrived promptly at 6 p.m., but the buffet was still well refilled an hour later. Some things are only available upon request, but I think that's good, then it's fresh and less is thrown away. Still, it went quickly. If people come shortly before closing time and are annoyed about the empty buffet, I can't understand that in the other reviews, then just order something from the menu... I only deducted one point for the ambience because I find the aquarium sad, otherwise it's nice to sit in. Takeaway food has also always been good, for me it's the best Asian in town.

The ambience is typically Asian, but has absolutely nothing to do with "Mongolian". The addition "Mongolian" is probably derived from the fact that here, as in other Asian restaurants with this attribute in their name, you will find an open grill, or rather an open roasting area, where you can have the food you have prepared yourself cooked through by the staff. These are then served at the table. However, at least during my visits, this cooking area was never in operation at the lunch buffets. Nevertheless, if you like Asian food, this is the place for you! There is an "all you can eat" buffet, which is highly recommended. Here you have the opportunity to try all the many dishes on offer. Delicious food and reasonable prices. Parking is available in a parking lot behind the building. Das Ambiente ist typisch asiatisch, hat aber mit "mongolisch" rein gar nichts zu tun. Wahrscheinlich wird der Zusatz "Mongolisch" im Namen daraus abgeleitet, da man hier, wie auch in anderen asiatischen Restaurants, die dieses Atribut im Namen tragen, einen offenen Grill, bzw, eine offene Bratstelle vorfindet, bei welcher man seine selbst zusammegestellten Speisen vom Personal durchbraten lässt. Diese werden im Anschlkuß am Tisch serviert. Allerdings war zumindest bei meinen Besuchen diese Kochstelle bei den Mittagsbuffets noch nie im Betrieb. Trotzdem: Wer asiatisch mag, ist hier richtig! Es gibt "All you can eat"-Buffet, das sehr empfehlenswert ist. Hier hat man die Möglichkeit, all die vielen offerierten Speisen durchzuprobieren. Leckeres Essen und günstige Preise. Parkmöglichkeiten sind auf einem Parkplatz hinter dem Haus vorhanden.

Anlässlich meines Geburtstags waren wir dort um 20 Uhr essen. Zu dieser Uhrzeit ist das Buffet schon so gut wie leergefegt und wird auch nicht mehr aufgefüllt. Absolut unmöglich und auf keinen Fall empfehlenswert!

Sehr lecker, frisch und tolles Ambiente. Asiatische Küche für höchste Ansprüche. Sehr zu empfehlen und immer einen Besuch wert! Ein Muss für Liebhaber fernöstlicher Köstlichkeiten. Allein der Beilagenreis ist schon wie ein schmackhaftes Hauptgericht.

Dieses Restaurant kann man empfehlen Hat ein kleines Büffet , aber alles ist frisch zubereitet und selbstgemachte Saucen . Und man wird satt und bleibt gesund. Und die Bedienung hat 5€ verdient.

Hier stimmt noch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Das Buffet ist frisch und es wird schnell nachgekocht wenn es etwas leer wird. Kleines Buffet aber die Auswahl reicht und man wird immer satt. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber es ist alles sauber! Freundliche Bedienung.

Wir waren heute mit der Familie zum Essen hier. Das Essen war ok. Leider kann ich nicht sagen, es war wirklich gut, für den Preis schon gar nicht. Wir haben lange gewartet, bis das Essen am buffet komplett war. Schade, wir werden nicht mehr herkommen 😔

Hatten all you can eat buffet, jedes angebotene Gericht hat sehr gut geschmeckt und war warm. Das Highlight war das life cooking, das war super lecker und der Koch war nett. Bedienung war auch sehr freundlich, wird definitiv eins meiner Lieblingsrestaurants, unbedingt weiterzuempfehlen! 😊

Vor kurzem hatte ich das Vergnügen, das China Restaurant Mongolei zum Mittagessen zu besuchen, und ich war absolut begeistert! Das Restaurant hat ein gemütliches und authentisches Ambiente, das sofort eine angenehme Atmosphäre schafft. Das Mittagsbuffet bot eine beeindruckende Auswahl an chinesischen Spezialitäten, darunter viele verschiedene Vorspeisen, Hauptgerichte und Desserts. Alles sah frisch und appetitlich aus, und es war für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Die Qualität der Speisen war hervorragend, und man merkte, dass die Zutaten frisch und sorgfältig zubereitet wurden. Ein besonderes Highlight für mich war die Pekingsuppe. Sie hatte eine perfekte Balance aus süßen, sauren und würzigen Aromen, die meine Geschmacksknospen verwöhnten. Die Suppe war reichhaltig, und die verschiedenen Zutaten harmonierten wunderbar miteinander. Es war wirklich ein Genuss, sie zu probieren. Das Personal im China Restaurant Mongolei war sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Sie sorgten dafür, dass alles nachgefüllt und frisch gehalten wurde, und sie waren stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Preise für das Mittagsbuffet waren fair und angemessen, insbesondere angesichts der hohen Qualität der Speisen. Insgesamt kann ich das China Restaurant Mongolei wärmstens empfehlen. Das exzellente Mittagsbuffet und die herausragende Pekingsuppe haben mich vollkommen überzeugt. Das freundliche Personal und das ansprechende Ambiente trugen zu einem rundum gelungenen Erlebnis bei. Ich werde definitiv wiederkommen und freue mich schon darauf, weitere Spezialitäten aus der chinesischen Küche zu entdecken. 5 Sterne für das China Restaurant Mongolei!

Sehr schlechtes Essen kleine Portionen und teuer

Getränkebestellung 15 Minuten, Essen kam zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten an… sprich der eine war schon fertig als das andere Essen kam… ein falsches Essen von zwei kam ebenfalls wurde aber auch korrigiert. Wir kommen nicht wieder… 🍀

Kellner freundlich und zuvorkommend. Geschirr wurde immer zeitnah abgeräumt. Auswahl der Gerichte absolut ausreichend.

Ich war am Freitag dort und bin ziemlich enttäuscht. Essen war für den Preis (18,90€) eine Katastrophe. Das Fleisch wurde erst auf Nachfrage verschiedener Gäste nachgelegt, beiden zubereiten Speisen waren die meisten kalt oder max lauwarm. Werde künftig ein Bogen um den Laden machen.

Gibt es nichts zu meckern leckeres Essen und freundliches Personal.

Das Sushi war leider sehr spärlich und wurde auch nicht schnell nachgelegt. Das war das negative. Die Auswahl an Essen war sehr gut und auch lecker. Die Bedienung war leicht überfordert (Abräumen von Tellern). Anderes der Koch am Grill, sehr freundlich und er hat das Essen an den Tisch gebracht. Fazit sehr gut.

Oplichters! Een heel gemene manier van oplichten, je betaald de rekening, en later blijkt er teveel op de rekening te staan.....ik denk dat vaker gebeurd!

Dies war unser zweiter Besuch und ich hatte nun schon das zweite Mal eine kleine durchsichtige Plastikfolie im Essen. Die Sushi waren auch nicht mehr frisch. Ich denke dies war unser letzter Besuch.

Obwohl wir bereits um 18.30 Uhr unseren reservierten Tisch einnahmen, war das Buffet nur noch schwach "bestückt". Die meisten Gerichte waren bereits vergriffen; an Nachfüllen dachte von den Verantwortlichen niemand. Dieser Zustand änderte sich auch in den nächsten zweieinhalb Stunden nicht. Was für unsere siebenköpfige Gruppe an Essen zum Buffet-Preis von je 15,50 EURO übrig blieb, war dies nicht wert.
