It's a shame, the quality of the food has deteriorated significantly. The price has been increased by 3 euros per person. For us it was the last visit.

Soft drinks, tea and coffee and even ice cream included in the menu.

Well.. Location terrible. Service clears up far too quickly. You're basically still eating... food is warm but tasteless... I don't have to go there again

Our day today started very early, so we were there as soon as it opened at 5 p.m., even though the all-you-can-eat buffet we had chosen wasn't supposed to start until 6 p.m. Nevertheless, we were welcome and were allowed to help ourselves to drinks and sushi. There was also soup soon. The food afterwards was of course very fresh, tasty and wholesome. A great buffet with everything on it, even fresh salmon! It was more than worth the 22.90 euros. Thank you for the hospitality!

We were there for the last time!! The prices have been increased and as soon as there is something more going on, you wait in vain for new food. The food was tasteless, extremely greasy and unfortunately almost nothing was refilled the entire time we were there. If you offer a buffet, you should be able to fill it up quickly and promptly. I'd rather not start talking about the cleanliness of the toilet.

Great restaurant! The staff were very friendly and understanding - even if it was a bit wilder with our two children. The food was delicious and the price for the buffet was absolutely reasonable. We'd love to come back!

We were there yesterday, September 15, 2024, for the first time, but certainly not for the last. The choice of food is plentiful, from sushi to TWO soups and salad to a chocolate fountain. Everything available. And the service when refilling and clearing away is quick and friendly.

It is positive that the soft drinks and various types of coffee and tea are included in the buffet price. However, the Bains are only refilled sporadically, so the buffet always looks empty... It's a shame, the taste of the food was quite good.

It was really very nice and good there. The atmosphere was very nice and the staff was very nice and provided good service. There was a great selection of food to choose from, everything was hot or at the right temperature for the food. Me and my partner are in a very positive mood and would love to come back

I decided to visit this Allyoucaneat restaurant during my vacation in Eisenach. But I was very disappointed that the food from the buffet was only lukewarm and the taste was average at best. All of this was bearable until I tried the sushi, which was the worst sushi I had ever eaten. At the end I tried the dessert, which only consisted of purchased products such as cream puffs, jelly and small cakes. With the ice cream you could even see which supermarket or discount store it was bought from. At least the drinks flat rate with soft drinks and coffee specialties convinced me.

I recently visited Nin Hao restaurant in Eisenach, and while the food was delicious, my experience was completely ruined by their unethical practices. I went during the 12-2 PM all-you-can-eat offer, under the impression that I could order as much as I wanted as long as I ate it there. However, to my surprise, I was charged an extra 5 euros for "ordering too much." This was never mentioned anywhere in their offer terms. The unexpected charge felt like a scam and left a bad taste in my mouth. I’m definitely never going again. Beware of hidden fees!

Great restaurant with lots of space to linger. However, in order to really take advantage of the extensive offerings, you should show up within the first hour after opening, as there won't be any "refills" later and you will then eat what is left over from the big battle at the buffet.

It's a Chinese Buffet Restaurant with 20+ dishes for all you can eat with 2 different soups and multiple desserts and fruits. The menu is also accompanied with drinks as well. The menu is nicely combined with noodles and rice with different assorted vegetables and sauces. The vegetarian menu can be limited with most dishes dominated with meats. Service is very generous and quick. The rates are great in the afternoon and good in the evening. The ambience is very calm and can enjoy the food pleasantly.

Unfortunately, the meat quality is not good and there is little choice for vegetarians - more like just side dishes. It seems that a lot of things are manufactured and warmed up industrially. The aquarium should be cleaned again. The facility is great.

If you love Chinese cuisine, you've come to the right place. All dishes are freshly prepared and warm. There are plenty of drinks to choose from and if you want extras, call the friendly service. Everything was super clean. We are here at least once or twice a month. Buffet is the best. You simply can't beat the price/performance ratio for the card.

We ordered and picked up. That also went smoothly. However, it was the worst Chinese food we have ever eaten. No seasoning whatsoever, we looked for vegetables in all four portions. None of us were happy with our meal. You probably don't put that much effort into eating out. It's a shame, we won't be ordering here anymore, there are much better Asian cuisines in Eisenach.

Food was cold to lukewarm, the selection was expandable. Almost all dishes were very greasy/oily and tasted accordingly. The staff was relatively friendly. Unfortunately, the restaurant is very loud and not well lit.

Since we were too late for the lunch buffet and way too early for the evening buffet, we only had a choice from the menu. It was still very tasty and plentiful. Very positive: the barrier-free entrance and the exemplary disabled toilet. Only the hand dryer was mounted too high.

Chinese restaurant with all you can eat buffet at a reasonable price. The included drinks can also be tapped yourself. The robot is an absolute highlight for children. Packaged ice cream is particularly interesting for allergy sufferers. The selection is a little smaller than at other restaurants, but the quality is good, the salmon in particular was perfect. We were disappointed. Employees were constantly walking around us with cleaning supplies, we felt like we were in the way. Several employees saw us come in but only one lady (waiter) greeted us. It's a shame. The food was quite tasteless, but extremely oily. The rice was hard and didn't really taste good.The spring rolls with vegetables were just greasy fried dough sticks with no content and never worth the money.There are exactly 2 (????) vegetarian dishes on the menu. This should urgently be improved. Price was ok, as usual everywhere. The only highlight was the cute operating robot. We won't be coming back.

I like to eat Chinese and have been to various buffet restaurants. I've never tasted it as bad as it did here. It started with the fact that all the food was lukewarm or even cold, even though the buffet had just opened. The taste really wasn't good either. Somehow everything tasted greasy and almost the same. The only thing that was really okay was the salmon and the breaded chicken. I want to forget the rest very quickly. This robot cat may be practical, but it was really disgusting that, for example, ordered alcoholic drinks were served with it and the dirty dishes were cleared away with it beforehand. The drinks were in dirt and leftover food.

We were there at the beginning of March 2024. We liked it a lot. Unfortunately, the food was only lukewarm and refilling only worked when all the bowls were almost empty. Tasted delicious, service was friendly. The robot was really great. It took care of the dirty dishes. Recommendation yes.

We were there with two people at 5:30 p.m. without a reservation and only got a table until 6:45 p.m. otherwise everything would be "reserved". The food was delicious buffet style. The service didn't really notice us and almost even ignored us😔. Which is bad when time is limited 😔. So you can go but you should make a reservation then the service will come to you I think😔

Waren für das Buffet dort und waren sehr zufrieden. Für jeden etwas dabei, alles frisch und sehr lecker. Preis war unschlagbar. Sehr guter Service, zusätzliche Hilfe durch einen niedlichen Roboter. Kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Es sah alles schön aus, die Roboter waren cool und die Bedienung war nett. Was mir nicht gefällt ist die Auswahl an Essen. Ich als Veganerin hätte mir mehr gewünscht als einen Salat. Der Salat war nicht mal Frisch. Die Toiletten waren schlicht, aber in der Lampe waren Insekte drinnen. Deswegen gibt es von mir wenig Sterne.

Am Samstag war es sehr voll. Uns wurde ohne Reservierung aber noch ein Tisch für 7 Personen zusammen gestellt. Wir wurden aber nicht nach Getränken befragt weil es so voll war. Die Softdrinks gibt's ja inklusive, also gab's nur Softdrinks. Die Speisen vor allem Ente und Hühnchen waren oft leer und wurden nicht zeitnah aufgefüllt. Geschmacklich war alles okay. Lecker war der Lachs. Im großen und ganzen kann man gut mit kleinen Kindern dort essen. Es ist relativ laut , wer romatisch und gehoben essen gehen will ist hier nicht richtig. Preis- Leistung passt!

Sehr faire Preise und leckeres Essen... Ich habe noch nie ein so gut organisiertes Restaurant gesehen... Vom Einchecken, über den unglaublich zügigen Bestellvorgang mittels Servicerufknopf bis zum Servieren durch einen Serviceroboter ... Echt super.

SInd dort zufällig vorbei gestolpert und es war sehr gutes essen und der Kitty-Bot war großartig.

Der Empfang ist immer sehr freundlich, das Essen sehr gut und es sind sehr große Portionen. Kann man nur weiter empfehlen! Ein Highlight bei jedem Besuch ist natürlich der Roboter, der die Getränke bringt. 😁

Das Buffet ist sehr nett angerichtet und die Speisen schmecken sehr gut. Einzig das Ambiente hat mir nicht so gefallen. P.S. Entscheidet man sich für das Buffet sind Softgetränke und warme Getränke inklusive. Auf Getränke von der Karte gibt es 50% Rabatt.👍

Wir waren mehr als begeistert von dem Abendbuffet 😀. Alles hat geschmeckt. Das Essen war zwar fast durchgehend lauwarm bis warm, tat aber der Sache als solches keinen Abbruch. Als sehr positiv sah ich an: -die Bedienung erklärte uns alles -das Eis (Nachtisch) gab es nur abgepackt, d.h. KEINE Eisportionierer im stehenden Wasser wie in anderen Gaststätten -einen Roboter, der das gebrauchte Geschirr, was man ihm es auflädt, wegräumt -ein relativ kleines, aber gemütliches Kinderspielzimmer -das Nachlegen der Speisen erfolgte zügig -Der Preis!!! Mit knapp 20€ p.P. für das Essen incl. der Soft-und Heißgetränke unschlagbar 👍

Das Essen zählt in der Stadt zu den besseren. Die Besonderheit ist, dass das Restaurant einen Roboter als Geschirrabholer eingestellt haben.

Wir waren gestern mit der Familie dort. Die Warmspeisen und die Getränkeflat sind ok, leider gibt es beim Nachtisch nur fertige, aufgetaute Supermarktprodukte. Beim Eis sieht man teilweise sogar, wo es gekauft wurde. Das Sushi ist ungenießbar, merkwürdiger Reis mit einem zu intensiven essig-süssem Geschmack.

Ich war mit meiner Frau da und wir müssen sagen sehr tolles Restaurant. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und hat auch bestellte Sachen gebracht wenn der coole Roboter länger unterwegs war im Lokal. Das Buffet war sehr schön und hat echt toll geschmeckt. Ich muss auch zugeben das dass mit dem Lieferroboter eine sehr schöne Sache ist, vor allem das man auch das benutzte Geschirr wieder mitgeben kann. Also im ganzen waren wir SEHR ZUFRIEDEN 👍 Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Ich würde diesesn Ort aufjedenfall weiter empfehlen vorallem für Katzen lieb haber, da eine Roboter Katze rum fährt die das Geschirr einsammelt!

Sehr leckeres Buffet mit fairem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis dank inbegriffener Getränke

als wir das China Restaurant Eisenach Nin Hao ca. um 17:30 Uhr betraten saßen 2 Personen drin. Erst dachten wir na hoppla, wurden aber sehr freundlich empfangen und saßen mit 7 Personen am runden Tisch. Man fragte uns freundlich ob wir von der Karte bestellen wollen oder uns das Essen selbst zusammenstellen wollen. Wir entschieden uns bedienen zu lassen, plötzlich waren meine Kids sehr aufgeregt, da sich ein Roboter mit einem blinzelnden Katzengesicht auf dem Bildschirm uns als erstes die Getränke brachte, von da an war kein halten mehr bei meinen Kids, die warteten auf jedes bestellte Essen, was uns dieser kleine Kerl brachte. Die für uns zuständige Bedienung nahm nur die Bestellung entgegen und sagte das dieser Roboter eine tägliche Erleichterung ist. Sollten wir Eisenach nochmal besuchen zieht es garantiert meine Kids in das Nin Hao

Das Restaurant ist definitiv eine Empfehlung wert, wer auf eine höfliche Bedienung, eine große Auswahl und auf ein mehr als fairen Preis steht sollte sich hier definitiv Mal einfinden und selbst eindrücke sammeln. Wir kamen als Gäste mit einem kleinen hüngerchen und fanden uns vor einem all inklusive Mittagsessen wieder. Nach dem wir das meiste probiert haben waren wir uns einig das wir das "Nin Hao" schnellstmöglich wieder besuchen werden . Also bis dahin bleibt so

Ich liebe dieses Restaurant. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist super fair und man bekommt für 13,90€ Mittagsbuffet inkl. Warm- und alkoholfreie Getränke. Das Essen schmeckt sehr gut und die Auswahl ist völlig in Ordnung. Immer wieder gerne.

Preis Leistung war super das Essen war echt klasse nur fehlte mir bei dem ein oder anderen der Name..... und richtig klasse fand ich den süßen Roboter der die Teller abgeholt hat wenn man fertig war .....
