Update September 7th, 2024 We have now become regular guests. As always, it was very tasty, starting with the soup. Moving on to the finished dishes, Mongolian buffet and the dessert. There is always variety in the dishes. Everything is fresh and tasty. There are no fruit flies Spur.The waiter was very friendly as always.I can't understand all the negative comments.Probably complaining at a high level. UPDATE: Today on Saturday the 13th. 04. Again everything was great and the service was very friendly. It tasted great again. At lunchtime all the tables were occupied... I can't understand the bad reviews. There are ready-made dishes and you can put something together yourself and that then have it prepared on the Mongolian grill. Everything is very tasty. The dessert offer also looks very tempting. Lunch buffet with drinks flat rate €17.90 NEW UPDATE August 10, 2024 to Mr. D., the way your group behaved in the restaurant yesterday, it's no wonder that the nice gentleman has to say something!!!! Everyone pounced like hungry pigs... on the buffet instead of ordering drinks in peace. The plates were completely overloaded for fear of not getting enough. Then when you realized that you had taken too much, the food was packed into Styrofoam containers. It is an all you can eat restaurant and not a to go restaurant. Normal that the waiter has to say something!!!! We are now regular customers and the food is always fresh and delicious. Anyone who behaves normally will also receive very friendly service.

The food was inedible, old and some of it was already bad. It's such a shame. There were small flies everywhere at the fruit buffet

NEVER AGAIN! Hardly any choice at the buffet, the fried rice was completely dried out in the warming container. Instead of the Sprite we ordered, there was Bluna. When we complained about it because it had no carbon dioxide and tasted stale, they said, "It comes from the barrel in the cellar, and by the time it's pumped up, the carbon dioxide is gone. System from a stupid old boss.". They brought us mineral water "because at least it was from a bottle." The food was completely tasteless, dried in the containers, the vegetables were still raw. In the dessert buffet, where there were melons, pineapples, etc., there was a smell of old fruit, flies were flying around on it. You could tell from the fruits that they weren't fresh. An employee helped himself to the buffet by simply reaching in with his hands and We ate out of our hands. We completely lost our appetite. When we complained to the waiter, he replied, "We have to tell the boss, he's just employed." She then came after an eternity of waiting and simply wanted to collect money instead. She spoke German so little that she didn't understand our complaint and got angry because we didn't pay directly. Only one employee spoke good German, was relatively friendly, said, "she knew all that, we didn't need to tell her if it was her shop If it were, it wouldn't look like that." There was then a loud argument between her, the so-called boss and the waiter. After a lot of back and forth, we were offered not to charge for the two mineral waters. So another €42 for food, with that Security was from the day before and we had barely touched it. All in all you can only say that this is not a restaurant, not even a snack bar. A food inspector would be better off not looking around there. Zero stars!

I would like to give 0 stars but you have to give one. On Sundays €20.90 per person you would have thought that it wouldn't work. Unfortunately the food was as dried out as if it had been from the day before. There was far too little selection. It tastes really disgusting. There were maybe 10 customers in the restaurant so there was nothing to do but unfortunately the staff couldn't clear our plates. I will never come here again and can only advise everyone not to eat here.

The buffet wasn't really that good; there was little choice; what was there tasted like it was from the day before. The ladies in the shop were nice and polite but not recommended at such prices you should perhaps save on the selection but not on the quality of the food.

It's hard to believe that this store can survive. Very unpleasant gentleman in the store yells at the customers, the food is not worth the money, tastes old and not fresh, the desserts were also more than questionable. Ice cream with ice crystals in it looks like it was stored incorrectly to me. Overall really very bad, we will never go there again.

We were there yesterday at 5 p.m. and paid €20.90 per person. But unfortunately I have to say that it didn't work. The service was friendly but communication wasn't easy. The buffet, we could also be mistaken, but we had the impression that it was leftovers from the previous day. There were only small lukewarm piles in the bowls from the buffet. We went to the restaurant spontaneously and hadn't looked at the menu at the entrance and had to notice that the prices for the buffet on all the cards were crossed out and illegible. Unfortunately, overall we didn't have a good restaurant experience.

I ordered sushi. Unfortunately, that was bad on all levels. Mushy rice, way too much vinegar, very little salmon and avocado. Unfortunately very disappointing. The other dishes were OK.

Unfortunately it's not as nice as it used to be and it's 11.50 now everything is here, probably opening at 11.30 with the reason that it's not worth it for 2 people 🤐😡🤬

Phew! Where should I start. The rooms make a good first impression when you enter. But upon closer inspection, one is horrified. Dirt and disorder. The fly lamp is full of dead flies and dust. This is right on the buffet. There are items on the buffet that, in my opinion, have no place there. Such as Christmas decorations in July or covers for the microwave. Clearly visible from the outside, there is quite a bit of disarray in the bar area. On the way to the toilets you pass the fuse box. The doors don't close properly and are only poorly secured. In addition, the cables that come out of the top are not routed properly and are not covered. Some of the food wasn't fresh. The fried rice had been lying there for a while and was already dry on the surface. Some of the vegetables for the Mongolian grill were no longer fresh. Even at home I wouldn't use the vegetables like this. Some of the dishes were seasoned very little or not at all, cooked for too long and often not really warm. And often the labeling on the buffet was wrong and misleading.

A Chinese restaurant that is best reached by bike. Parking by footpath only. But it's nice because it goes through Hilden Park. Food delicious, service very friendly and price ok. Gladly again...

Unfortunately the food at the buffet was at most lukewarm and rather cold! The Mongolian buffet also has a very limited selection of vegetables.

Went here June 2024 and the food was bland at best , selection was limited and cold/stale , I would advise against going here, Not value for money and overall awful experience, My advice do not get the all drinks included option because it's an waste of money The best part of the meal was leaving

I'm sorry, but I can't understand your positive reviews at all. Apparently people have never been able to eat well and cheaply. We were there today after 5 p.m. and had all you can eat with a grill. We were the first and the food that was in the buffet was either from the previous day or from lunch. You could see that the sauces were burnt and dry when we ate and it didn't taste good at all. Way too greasy and dipped in sauces. The only good thing was the soup - nothing more. For 2 buffet adults (20.90€), 1x child 3.5 years old (4€) and a 0.4 passion fruit spritzer we paid 52€. Very sad.. we won't be coming back

22€ all-you-can-eat + 7€ soft drink flat rate was a very fair price. Food was delicious and we were all very satisfied. Price/performance was top Went to Hilden with 6 people and spontaneously discovered this restaurant. We were there quite late in the evening and received a very friendly welcome from the service and were told that if something was missing from the buffet, we should just let us know. We then prepared things especially for us as requested and brought them to the table! Selection was okay, a bit in the European direction, but tasty! Dessert selection was very mixed from pudding, foam kisses, tiramisu pieces or jelly pudding A cute cat operating robot is used to help you when you have something fried from the buffet. It was definitely a highlight too

We were satisfied with our visit and very full afterwards. The food was good, although not always very hot, and there was a lot to choose from. The restaurant was very empty, which could have been due to the day of the visit or due to its lack of success and popularity...we don't know for sure. Another visit would certainly be good for a better (subjective) impression. The buffet can be ordered with or without a drinks flat rate.

Just been there for the first and last time, so sorry to serve it as a buffet, the food was completely cold, I've just been sitting on the pot since then, very strange atmosphere there through the tunnel, I've already met some junkies, no thanks, never again.

Always enjoy the Saturday lunch buffet for an unbeatable price/performance ratio. Nice staff and large buffet. The only downside is the location in an industrial area. UPDATE 04/2024 The restaurant has moved, now with a new owner, to the address given here, so no longer in the industrial area. The selection of dishes has become a little smaller, but still good. Mongolian grill also on Saturdays at the lunch buffet (currently EUR 12.90 per person) TIP: Here you can, upon request, book a flat rate drink (currently EUR 17.90 per person). This is usually worth it from the second drink onwards.

Had the buffet here for dinner. Food was lukewarm. Labeled wrong. Ordered non-alcoholic beer and received it. Used dishes were not collected, only upon request. We were the only guests, more service would have been possible. Demand for new drinks. None. For the price you can get better food everywhere in Hilden. We will never go there again.

So if we are to be honest, every time I come to eat with my husband we feel so comfortable and love eating here, but the best thing is just the nice staff here, they take such good care of the guests and you just feel right at home here, plus the delicious food, sitting comfortably, eating in such a comfortable atmosphere. That's why we always enjoy coming here

Ordered soup, there were small bones in it. The rice was not salted. It could have been tasted better. Never again

Been there for the first time, never again!!! If you can call it Chinese, it only tastes like pepper. I haven't eaten that bad in a long time and the evening buffet for 20 euros has very little selection and then it doesn't taste good at all. Not recommended zero. And with the spring roll fuuu... I completely lost my appetite...

We are there often. The food is always super delicious. Always friendly staff. We always like to come back here. Keep it up. Addendum: Since they moved, things aren't so great anymore. The waitresses are disorganized. The selection is no longer as good as it used to be. Now there is no more Coca Cola, only Africola. Now I wouldn't give it 5 stars anymore.

We ordered the buffet. A waiter told us to wait a couple of minutes then everything would be fresh made. So we did. It was really good. The cooler with raw fish and meat didn’t smell good, so that part we didn’t try. But the rest was good. Unfortunately a large group of people came and a door to the next room was opened, in there it was VERY cold.

The buffet should cost 12.90. The drinks cost extra. So far everything is good. What's ridiculous and funny is that if you don't want to order drinks, you have to add an additional €2 to the buffet price! In the end we ordered cola twice and got 35€ for 2 people, so a glass of cola costs around 5€ 😁. You should be honest and offer the buffet with 15€ or more right from the start instead of playing games.

Was für ein krasser Laden. Essen ist immer gut, Personal immer bestens gelaunt und jetzt wird es auch noch zum echten Erlebnis Dinner. Das Essen wird von einem fahrenden Roboter an den Tisch gebracht. Irre gutes Konzept, damit kann man jung&alt ne krasse show bieten.

Wir kommen jedes Jahr, nicht nur zu Heiligabend, zum Buffet. Es ist immer wieder lecker und das Personal sehr, sehr nett 6nd aufmerksam.

Leider nicht mehr annähernd so gut wie vor dem Umzug. Wir waren unter der Woche mittags da. Klar, es ist ein Buffet und nicht jedes Gericht kann super heiß sein. Aber teilweise war es wirklich schon kalt und tranig. Außerdem konnten wir leider kein Eis essen, da alles so hart gefroren war, dass man nichts rausbekommen hat. Wirklich schade. Da kann man irgendwo anders deutlich besser essen.

Dafür das wir ein"All you can eat" vom Buffet mit einer Getränke Flatrate hatten, wurden wir ständig übersehen. Der Laden war um 19 Uhr voll, aber die Auswahl an Essen war sehr gering! Es wurde nicht nachgefüllt und Getränke kamen auch nicht! Auch auf bitte, dass nachgefüllt werden könnte, kam nichts! Keine Ente,Rindfleisch in Zwiebel, überbackenes Hähnchen und noch einiges mehr. Der Nachtisch war fast komplett leer! Der Schokobrunnen lief, aber es gab nichts zum drunter halten! Überbacken Banane und Ananas wurde auch auf Nachfragen nicht aufgefüllt. Alkoholische Getränke gibt es nicht, kein Wein bzw Bier! Danke für nichts!

Service? Was für ein Service? Lieferservice: Essen war etwas fad, statt knusprig gab's paniert und das Ganze lag in Wasser und Sojasauce. Der Lieferant war sehr unfreundlich - bei Lieferando war eine Hausnummer weiter angegeben. Er rief an und ich erklärte ihm, dass es ein Haus weiter ist. Ich hab mit Schein und Kleingeld bezahlt, was ihn total aggressiv gemacht hat. Er hat dann das Kleingeld gezählt. Ich wollte ihm wegen der Hausnummer etwas mehr Trinkgeld geben, doch dann meinte er: "Noch mal Glück gehabt mit dem Kleingeld, dass es stimmt." Fand ich sehr daneben. Lieferservice nicht empfehlenswert!!! Vor Ort Buffet empfehlenswert - Auswahl etwas geschrumpft, es gibt keine asiatischen Salate, aber viele Gerichre und mongolischen Grill, bei dem man sich selbst Teller zusammenstellen kann. Große Obstauswahl + Schokobrunnen + Eis. Bedienung nett. Update 11.11.2023 Nach längerer Zeit war ich heute vor Ort. Ich hatte 1 Tisch bestellt und erwähnt, dass es für 1 Geburtstagskind sei. Wir waren pünktlich da, die MitarbeiterInnen wussten von nichts, obwohl im offen liegenden Bestellbuch der Name deutlich zu sehen war. Der Tisch war belegt, wir haben einen größeren bekommen, was vollkommen Ok war. Die Auswahl an Essen war größtenteils gleich + für den Preis 12,90 € ohne Getränke bzw. 17,90 € inklusive Getränkeflatrate mit Mongolischem Buffet unschlagbar. Woanders, z.B. in Düsseldorf zahlt man den inklusive Getränke Preis nur für das Essen / Mongolisches Buffet. Schade, dass es kaum vegetarische Gerichte gibt. Gerade die asiatische Küche bietet mit Edamame, Tofu, Pilzen und Tempeh gute vegetarische Eiweißlieferanten als Basis für vegane / vegetarische Gerichte. Gut ist die Auswahl an Obst + Nachtisch! Schlecht fand ich, dass das Personal die Essensreste lieber wegwirft als einzupacken mit dem Argument, dass der Preis nur für das Buffet gilt. Wenn jetzt Leute extra ganze Teller einpacken lassen würden, würde ich es verstehen, aber 1/4 oder 1/2 Teller Lebensmittel lieber wegzuwerfen als mitzugeben ist Lebensmittelverschwendung und ähnlich kritisch, wie dass Warenretouren lieber verbrannt werden / als Müllberge irgendwo landen, als erneut verkauft zu werden als 2nd Hand. Schlecht fand ich auch, dass es für das Geburtstagskind gar nichts gab. Früher gab es 1 alkoholfreien Cocktail aufs Haus oder 1 Spielzeug. In anderen Lokalen bekommt man 1 Cocktail oder Kuchen mit Wunderkerze. Schlecht war auch, dass das Kartenlesegerät nicht funktionierte. Und es gab keine Glückskekse, die gehören für mich zum Chinesen wie Stiefel zu Nikolaus und Kerzen auf den Geburtstagskuchen.

Sehr schade, wir sind immer sehr gerne ins „China Paradies“ gegangen, aber seit dem Umzug ins neue Lokal ist alles irgendwie schlechter geworden, die Freundlichkeit hat nachgelassen und das Ambiente ist nicht mehr ansprechend. Nun wurden wir letztes Wochenende von (mal wieder) neuen Preisen und dem BESITZER UND TEAM WECHSEL Überrascht. Essen war ein klein wenig besser aber der Rest (Sushi, Sauberkeit) war irgendwie noch schlechter als vorher. So schade.

Es tut mir leid zu sagen, dass ich von unserem Erlebnis sehr enttäuscht war. Wir haben Ihr Restaurant nach längerer Zeit wieder besucht und hatten uns auf ein köstliches Mahl gefreut. Leider wurden unsere Erwartungen in mehreren Aspekten nicht erfüllt. Das Hauptproblem, das uns aufgefallen ist, war die Temperatur des Essens. Sowohl die Hauptgerichte als auch die Beilagen waren entweder kalt oder maximal lauwarm. Dies führte dazu, dass das frische Essen, das nachkam, unter das bereits abgekühlte Essen gemischt wurde. Dies beeinträchtigte deutlich das Geschmackserlebnis und die Qualität der Speisen. Statt echter Calamari schien es, als wären sie aus einer Art Paste hergestellt und dann mit Teig überzogen worden. Der Geschmack erinnerte eher an Krabbenstäbchen als an frische Calamari. Dies war für mich sehr enttäuschend. Ein weiteres Problem war die Art und Weise, wie die Wärmebehälter für das Essen gewartet wurden. Anstelle der Behälter auszutauschen, schien der Nachschub einfach auf das bereits vorhandene, Gemüse gelegt zu werden. Dies führte erneut dazu, dass das Essen nicht die richtige Temperatur hatte. Auch beim Sushi. Der Reis war nicht richtig durchgegart, was das Gesamterlebnis negativ beeinflusste. Ich möchte jedoch betonen, dass die Bedienung während unseres Besuchs sehr nett und freundlich war. Die Tische waren immer sauber, und Ihr Restaurant wurde gut in Schuss gehalten. Es ist offensichtlich, dass Sie Potenzial haben und die Fähigkeit, ein gutes Restaurant zu führen. Preis ist ganz gut knapp über 27 € inklusive Softdrink

Qualitativ gute Küche und Buffet mit der üblichen Speiseauswahl. Es schmeckt und wir werden ggfs. ab und zu hier nochmal einkehren.

Also ich kann es nur empfehlen, es war alles frisch und sehr lecker, das Restaurant ist sehr sauber und das Personal aufmerksam und sehr freundlich, sehr gerne wieder.

War heute nach Jahren mal wieder da und es hat mir besser gefallen als damals auf der Hans -Sachs Straße. Das essen ist dem europäischen Geschmack angepasst aber dafür gibt es ja die scharfen Saucen und Wasabi.Die ich alle extrem lecker fand. Die Bedienung war super freundlich und hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert (10 Personen). Preis/ Leistung ist super. Und an alle die ein Sterne rezensionen... bei dem Preis könnt ihr keine Gourmets Küche erwarten- ihr habt keine Ahnung wie schwer es ist in Deutschland ein Restaurant zu betreiben.

Sorry, aber so schlecht, habe ich bei keinem anderen Chinesen bisher gegessen. Ich würde sogar behaupten, das die Frühlingsrolle, nicht mehr in Ordnung war. Alles andere schmeckte auch alt oder fade. Vielleicht lag es daran, dass wir Sonntag Abend da waren und die "Reste" verwertet wurden. Das "Ambiente", ist für mich!, auch ne 6. Im Laden war es gefühlt 100 Grad, draußen kann man nicht sitzen (zumindest wurde an dem Tag nichts angeboten, um draußen zu sitzen). Tischdecke war schmutzig, usw........Fast vergessen: leider auch sehr wenig Auswahl, noch nicht mal Sushi war dabei. Und nein, wir haben nichts gesagt, denn nach so einer Erfahrung, ist für uns die Konsequenz, dass wir den Laden nie wieder betreten werden.

Sehr kleine Räume, wenig Auswahl am Essen. Alles schmeckt durchschnittlich.

Uns ist das Essen auf einer Veranstaltung ausgegangen das Team von China Paradise hat innerhalb von einer Stunde Catering für 50 Personen zubereitet. Und das Essen war Top! Sowas schafft kein anderer! Für diesen Service und das Preis Leistungsverhältnis volle 5 Sterne!

Nicht mehr das was es war, ich persönlich kann es nicht empfehlen.

Teils ist das Essen gut aber teils auch nicht. Das Eis ist schaumig als Eis. Rohe Sachen zum Braten sind grade in den Sommertagen nicht mehr gut vom Anblick. Das Standart Essen wie Gebratene Nudel, Ente etc. waren gut. Leider war der Laden damals etwas besser aber auch etwas Teuer geworden. Ich kann verstehen, dass der Laden auf die Kosten kommen muss.
