My overall experience at China Bros. was good. The buffet has a large selection of authentic dishes, drinks are included in the price of the buffet and the staff regularly checks in and refills the broth for the hotpot if necessary. Overall, a restaurant that I would definitely recommend!

The food is super delicious! Perfect for families or for nice dates! Service is top and the selection of food is very good! All you can eat for a very fair price. Have been there very often. I always recommend it.

The staff is quite friendly. The atmosphere is a bit old but kept clean. The selection of ingredients for the hot pot is very large, clear and diverse. Price performance is perfectly fine at €29.90 per person. For me it was the first time I ate hot pot.

The restaurant is located on the edge of the city center and is easy to reach. The ambience is a bit old-fashioned, but spacious. The staff was very friendly and took the time to explain the system to us. It was definitely a very authentic meal, with a wide variety of broths and foods to cook with. Each table can choose two different broths and have them re-sharpened if necessary. In addition to the raw ingredients that were cooked in the broth, there was also a small, ready-made selection of typical dishes. These were rather mediocre in taste. The all-you-can-eat price also included an all-you-can-drink flat rate. The selection tends to be meat and seafood-heavy, but vegetarians will also get their money's worth. There was a good selection of vegetables. Unfortunately, I'm not sure whether there is also a vegetarian broth. I just wish each component had its own set of pliers so that certain products wouldn't be crossed with each other. This type of food didn't suit my personal taste, although the broths were really flavorful.

I have been to quite a few hotpots now and i must say this is the best hotpot in nrw. The staff is incredibly friendly and thoughtful and the concept is truly outstanding! The price is currently 29.50€ per person but you can get as many things as you want including drinks. Very worth it!

It doesn't look that interesting, not every dish is fresh, I mean the breaded squid, I think they were reheated from 1-2 days ago, I don't recommend it, it was nice to visit this restaurant, but as a customer I will definitely not eat there again.. Regards

Hot Pot All You Can Eat with a large selection of ingredients, delicious broths, lots of sauces. There are also a few ready-made dishes that were very tasty but unfortunately only lukewarm, various steamed buns, ice cream and fruit, as well as drinks from the dispenser or the refrigerator. The atmosphere is, well, a bit old-fashioned and cramped, but the food was good, the staff attentive, and the price was still okay.

It was our first time eating there with the family, but we chose a menu from the menu first and next time we'll try the hotpot. Everything tasted fantastic and the service and staff are really good. I can only recommend it and I'm already looking forward to the next time

Great HotPot restaurant with a large selection of ingredients and also a small warm buffet for fried noodles, spring rolls, etc. You can choose 2 soups and have a station to put together your own dip. Drinks are included and are tapped yourself. The restaurant is clean, the toilets appear to have been recently renovated. These are accessible via a staircase in the basement. We have €29.50 per person on a Saturday. paid and that is totally justified. Reservations must be made by telephone and are recommended.

Unlimited refills were true The frozen beef I brought with me smelled like lamb after it was cooked, so I thought I had brought it by mistake and checked again, but all the meat was full of lamb aroma. I just wanted to check (I wanted to cook only the seafood if it ran out), so I didn't see if the beef had run out. I asked if the meat was beef, but I was told that it was definitely beef, so eat it. I trusted the answer and brought back all the meats and cooked them one by one, but it was only lamb. It would be good for customers who are unable to distinguish between beef and lamb. For safety reasons, it is recommended that you avoid visiting if you have an adverse reaction to lamb. One star for service thanks to the female owner(?) Park Park Woo-gi-si. One star because the food included lies. The atmosphere is one star because the kids are running around and playing too much. ah! Should I give the service 5 stars? They were friendly when paying! Very disappointing for the price of 25-30 euros

Fresh ingredients, lots of choice. Authentic. Lots of Chinese guests so it must be good!! Family friendly service.

I had very high expectations, but I was deeply disappointed! The service wasn't very welcoming and I had to wait a long time. The ambience was quite ok. But not that great. I didn't like the hotpot. Cheap stuff is used and the broth wasn't that tasty. A pity!

too poor! Disappointed, the price is getting more expensive and the quality is getting worse! The sesame sauce is sour, the shrimps are noodles, the tripe is smelly, and some of the pickled meats are just leftovers and cannot be chewed at all. The price of 29.5 euros is really not worth it. It is better to go to Dusse to eat something good.

Little to no vegetarian selection

I liked it a lot. Apart from the hotpot broth, you don't have to wait for your food like other hotpot restaurants. You can immediately get your own food or ingredients.

Unfortunately, the food is not intended for the German palate and a lot of it was cold (warm dishes) & very little choice! The drinks are a disgrace (tip good & cheap) iced tea and otherwise just a tap with some kind of syrup. The ramen noodles were also the cheapest of the cheapest. The toilets also seem very carelessly put together. We personally found the atmosphere of our evening terrible! We got a table in the middle and only loud conversations all around. Price performance technically a complete failure, 59 € for 2 people. At other restaurants you definitely get more for this price and drinks aren't as cheap. The service was nice, but that was the only positive thing about this restaurant. Unfortunately no recommendation from me.

For us, the worst Chinese buffet we've ever had to date. The food that was already prepared wasn't even lukewarm. When asked about this, we were completely ignored. The range for cooking yourself was quite manageable and not as fresh as expected. I was completely uncomfortable with the gas grill at the table, apart from the dirt around it. The windows on the doors in the toilets are missing. For €29.50 p.p. simply too expensive! Never again! Absolutely not recommended.

Super great buffet with a lot of choice and something for everyone. Everything is very fresh and you can create your own sauce for the hotpot from a wide range of options. I always enjoy coming back.

I think €29 for having to cook your own food is really steep. If you don't have any ambitions as a chef, you will have problems preparing the food tasty. You really have to like it to like it, but it's absolutely not for me.

I think the service is very good, there are many things and the experience is quite good. Although notices have been posted repeatedly saying that discomfort after eating is not a fault of the ingredients, it is true that some ingredients taste stale. Tofu and fish hope they can be improved...

The selection of ingredients for the hotpot seems to change from time to time. I don't know if it has anything to do with the price increase, but a few things were missing, but a few things were new. If you're willing to experiment, you'll find plenty to choose from, as long as you eat meat. Cancer, shrimp, chicken, beef, pork in various forms. There are also offal such as brain or liver. On my first visit there was also chicken feet to choose from. Unfortunately, the labels are not always correct. In the end you have to decide a little by eye what you want to take. The staff doesn't always speak German very well, but communication still works. For vegans: The selection is limited. Vegetables, mushrooms, tofu and rice, fruit for dessert. You can do that, but you'd rather eat all-you-can-eat sushi at Noori, the selection is larger. Some of the sauces for the hotpot are probably vegan-friendly, but I haven't checked. For vegetarians: The selection is not really any larger than for vegans. There is no cheese ;) But various milk ice creams for dessert. Conclusion: nice concept to eat together and try out a lot. I like that you don't have to worry about the bill. Everyone pays €30 and nothing more is added.

Ich fühle mich hier sehr wohl. Die Auswahl ist groß und es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Meine vietnamesische mutter liebt es hier. Das muss was heißen!

Leider gibt es keine Minussterne, Bretterbudenambiente und völlig unfreundlicher Service. Wir sind ohne Bestellung zum nahegelegenen Afghanen gegangen, hier genau das Gegenteil und super lecker.

Sehr guter Chinesischer HotPot ! Leckere Basis-Suppen und eine große Auswahl an Zutaten. Getränke ( auch alkoholische ) im Preis enthalten! Zusätzlich ein kleines Buffet mit z. B. Pommes.... Mehrere Eis Sorten und ein paar frische Früchte als Dessert. Alles gut - wir kommen wieder !

Zum ersten Mal einen Hotpot ausprobiert und sehr begeistert. Der Ablauf ist einfach, der Hotpot hat 2 Kammern, man wählt 2 Brühen. Schärfegrad kann ebenfalls gewählt werden. Das Buffet besteht aus einer großen Auswahl aus diversen Gemüse, Pilzsorten, Fleischsorten und Einlagen die man sich frei zusammen stellt und in der jeweiligen Brühe gart. Es stehen auch verschiedene Basissaucen und Toppings wie Sesam oder Knoblauch zur Verfügung, in die man seine zubereiteten Zutaten dippen kann. Hier kann jeder das für sich passende Geschmackserlebnis kreieren. Die Atmosphäre ist freundlich und angenehm, wir haben zu viert gut gegessen und uns gut unterhalten.

Das erste mal das ich so was gegessen habe, es hat mir echt geschmeckt. Da ich eh Asiatische Küche Liebe. Meinem Partner hat es nicht so gut gefallen, weil er selbst die Sachen zubereiten mußte. Kommen trotzdem wieder.

Top Hotpot location! Auch wenn der Name etwas anderes vermuten lässt, ist das Lokal sehr traditionell und nicht europäisiert (wie ich zuerst dachte). All you can eat inklusive Getränke. Preis Leistung stimmt 100%.

War heute am 16.06.2021 essen. Man musste sich nur per App registrieren und schon gings los. Das Essen war perfekt. Und der Hammer war, draussen 35 Grad, drinnen wegen Klima so 20 Grad. Besser gehts nicht. Danke. NEU: Stand am 24.08.2022 um 15 Uhr vor einem verschlossenem Laden. War einfach zu. Das stand aber nirgendwo. Bin verhungert.......Heute am 13.11.2023 nochmal da gewesen und sofort 5 Sterne vergeben. War alles perfekt. Toll.

Ich war so gespannt und neugierig, aber es war nichts für mich. Trotzdem ein Highlight an authentischer asiatischer Küche, der Laden war voll mit zufriedenen Gesichtern.

Genial das es so ein Restaurant in Deutschland gibt. Hotpot gibt es sonst wohl so nur selten hier im Pott ^^ (Auch wenn manche nicht ausprobier freudige wohl etwas schlucken müssen am Anfang. ^^)

Tại sao lại như vậy , trong khi tôi đứng xếp hàng trước. Sau đó tôi vẫn đi xuống cuối hàng, rồi có vài người đứng sau tôi. Nhưng khi đến lượt tôi thì cô ấy vẫn lặp lại hành động vừa rồi , và mọi người thanh toán xong thì tôi mới được thanh toán. Tôi không hài lòng với dịch vụ của China Bros. Hay vì tôi là người châu á nên các bạn ưu tiên người Châu Âu hơn? Tôi cũng là khách hàng của các bạn mà. Tôi CẢM THẤY mình bị PHÂN BIỆT CHỦNG TỘC .

Sehr gutes Preis / Leistungsverhältnis mit großer Auswahl. Die Zutaten können am Buffet geholt werden so dass man auch viele Dinge erst einmal ausprobieren könnte falls man noch nicht oft Hot Pot gegessen hat.

Große Auswahl an Soßen, viel Gemüse, mehrere Fleischsorten (Rind, Schwein, Huhn, Lamm, Fisch, Garnelen, etc.), zum Nachtisch gibt es eine Auswahl an Obst und auch sehr leckere Eissorten. Das Essen war lecker und man hat sehr viele Möglichkeiten, die vielen verschiedenen Zutaten zu mischen und neue Kombinationen auszuprobieren. Absolut zu empfehlen!

Heute waren wir spontan mit unserer Tochter im China Bro's.Doe Bedienung war sehr nett und wir wurde gut beraten. Leider waren die Klöße für den Hot pot sehr fad und das Fleisch sehr fettig.Die Stühle waren teilweise kaputt und das Eis in der Truhe nicht sehr appetitlich. Die Idee hinter dem Konzept ist super, aber leider ist die Qualität nicht die Beste.

Im ganzen Abendland habe ich noch nie eine so authentisch asiatische Restaurant Erfahrung gemacht wie im China Bros. Seit Jahren komme ich immer wieder gerne mit Freunden dorthin, um eindrucksvolle Abende zu verbringen. Auf diese Authentizität muss man sich natürlich einstellen und einlassen! Kleine Sprachbarrieren sind zu erwarten, europäische Besucher werden mit Sicherheit nicht alle Speisen erkennen, die Angeboten werden, scharf heißt hier asiatisch scharf, nicht europäisch scharf und da es in Asien effektiv keine Veganer oder Vegetarier gibt, muss man vielleicht zweimal nachfragen, bis dahingehend die eigenen Bedürfnisse verstanden werden. Das alles kommt einfach aufgrund der unterschiedlichen Kultur, die man hier im China Bros kennen lernen kann. Aber! Der Service ist phänomenal zuvorkommend, jede meiner Fragen und Wünsche wurde, sobald ich es mal geschafft habe mich verständlich auszudrücken, problemlos erfüllt! Auch will ich hier einmal sehr positiv hervorheben, dass sich der Service über die Jahre nur verbessert hat. Beispielsweise hängt seit neuestem über den gefüllten Dampfnudeln eine Liste der Nudeln, die an diesem Tag angeboten werden, mitsamt Foto und Beschreibung der Füllung. Toll, besonders, aber auch nicht nur für Vegetarier! Auch andere Rezensionen, die von schlechten Hygiene Bedingungen sprechen, kann ich überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen! Zwar sind ein paar Dinge für das typische deutsche Auge befremdlich anzusehen, wie exotische Fleischspeisen, die direkt neben Gemüse stehen, ich kann jedoch versprechen, dass kein Gesundheitsprüfer in dem Laden etwas zu bemängeln hätte. Das HotPot Angebot erzwingt, dass rohe Speisen angeboten werden, aber diese sind streng von den bereits vorgekochten und verzehrfertigen Speisen getrennt. Auflageflächen, Sanitäranlagen, Möbiliar und sogar die Deko sehen immer gut geputzt aus. Ich bekomme hier stets den Eindruck, dass die Betreiber mehr als bemüht sind, ein sauberes und sicheres Restaurant zu führen! Zum Buffet kann ich nur berichten, dass es überaus umfangreich ist. Bisher war nicht nur immer für jeden etwas dabei, sondern die meisten meiner Freunde waren schon nach dem ersten Durchprobieren satt. Ebenfalls konnte ich noch nie die Qualität der Zutaten bemängeln, was in meiner deutschen Kultur das größte Kompliment ist, dass man machen kann. Alles in allem habe ich im China Bros mein Lieblingsrestaurant in ganz Essen gefunden!

Für momentan 25,90€ all you can eat und Getränke inklusive kann man nicht meckern. Das Essen schmeckt sehr gut. Neben einem kleinen normalen Buffet gibt es eine große Auswahl an Zutaten für den Hotpot und Soßen. Der Hotpot bietet zwei unterschiedliche Basen, bei denen man aus einigen verschiedenen wählen kann, wobei man zudem auch den Schärfegrad bestimmen kann. Der Service ist sehr nett und fast immer verständlich. Der Raum ist etwas eng bemessen, sodass nicht allzu viel Platz zwischen den Tischen besteht, was bei mehrmaligem Aufstehen zum Buffet etwas nervig wird. Zudem ist es (zumindest bei unserem Besuch) etwas stickig gewesen. Wahrscheinlich lag es an all den Hotpots und keinen geöffneten Fenstern oder ähnliches.

Waren zum 1. Mal chines. Hot Pot essen. Hat uns gut gefallen, da es absolut nix mit diesen standard Chinesischen Buffets für "Deutsche" zu tun hat. Endlich mal ein Lokal, wo auch "Einheimische" essen gehen. Klasse. Große Auswahl an frischem Gemüse, verschiedene Brühen, Fleisch, Fisch, etc. Es gibt ein kleines Minibuffet mit Nuggets, Pommes usw , gut wenn Kinder dabei sind. Aber selbst meine Kids waren vom HotPot begeistert, da sie es von unzähligen TikToks kannten. Getränkeauswahl nicht ganz so gut.Zum Nachtisch gibts Eis, Obst, Kuchen und Windbeutel, da hätte ich mir etwas typisch chinesisches gewünscht. Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich.

War ganz in Ordnung, Auswahl war damals besser, mir hat zum Beispiel das Sushi gefehlt. Mittelscharfe Brühe war schon echt scharf, fand ich super, macht auch ganz schön satt... Ausbaufähig, aber ansonsten ein super Restaurant, kann ich empfehlen.

Alles was es für einen Hot Pot braucht ist da, sehr hygienisch und übersichtlich in Kühlfächern präsentiert. Faire Preise und nette Bedienung inklusive. Wir kommen wieder.

Immer wieder sehr lecker! All you can eat und Drink für unter 30 Euro mit Riesen Auswahl. Tollen Produkten und großen Soßen Theke. Das einzige was nicht so schön ist sind die Staub Flocken auf den Kunstblumen an der Wand, bei denen man Angst hat dass sie ins Essen rieseln.

Essen ist spitze. Große Auswahl. Die vegetarischen und Fleischangebote könnten besser voneinander getrennt sein. Etwas chaotisches Tischsystem und Ambiente. Leider kein alkoholfreies Bier.

Authentische Küche.Das Personal und die Chefin waren total aufmerksam und nett.Es wurde mir alles genau erklärt und es wurde sich dabei auch zeit gelassen.Der Fisch das Fleisch und das Gemüse ist authentisch und wirklich hochqualitativ.Genauso wie die ganzen Zutaten der soßen und die Gewürze die du dir selbst zusammenstellen kannst.Es wird immer Wasser automatisch vom Personal im Hot Pot nachgefüllt.Das ganze Restaurant war super sauber und gepflegt.Ich kann nur eins sagen es hat sich wirklich gelohnt.Werde hier öfters mal essen gehen.

Wahnsinnig lecker und mega gut um mit Freunde Essen zu gehen. Das Buffet wird immer frisch aufgefüllt und das Personal ist unfassbar freundlich. Wir kommen mer wieder gern !

Wir waren wegen des Hotpots da. Sehr guter Service. Freundlich, zuvorkommend, alles wunderbar und verständlich erklärt und das Essen wird sehr schnell nachgeliefert, wenn Mal etwas in den Kühlschränken ausgeht. Die Teller werden regelmäßig vom Tisch geräumt. Auf kleinere Sprachbarrieren muss man sich einstellen, aber ehrlich gesagt ist das kein Problem. Fürs Hotpot Essen haben wir pro Person um die 25€ bezahlt, all you can eat, zwei Varianten für die Brühe mit verschiedenen Schärfegraden. Man hat 2h Zeit, aber nach den 2h wird man auch nicht rausgeschickt. Der Laden war trotz Feiertag nicht überfüllt. Die Auswahl an Zutaten, Saucen und Toppings ist sehr groß. Von Fleisch, Fisch, Meeresfrüchte und Gemüse ist alles dabei. Die Tofuhaut ist super. Wenn man sehr hungrig ist kann man sich auch Teller vom Buffet mit fertigen essen fertig machen um die Zeit zu überbrücken, bis die Hotpot Zutaten ready sind. Der Bereich um die Kühlschränke und die Mittelinsel mit allen anderen Zutaten ist ziemlich eng und etwas stressig, wenn man etwas aus dem Kühlschrank holen will. Essen war OK aber nicht überragend. Kann den Laden empfehlen, aber für mich reicht einmal. Glaube Hotpot ist nichts für mich.

Just a word of caution, when they say spicy, they mean it! Thankfully, if you prefer non-spicy, it truly means non-spicy. It was perfect for both me and my companions. The restaurant offers a wide variety of vegetables, meat, and fish. They also have some pre-prepared dishes, ensuring there's enough choice for everyone. Although some of the meat was a bit fatty, taste preferences can differ. Overall, I had a fantastic time and enjoyed a lot of delicious food. For dessert or a refreshing break, they offer a selection of fruits, primarily melons, and a wide array of ice creams. I highly recommend making a reservation in advance, either by phone or in person earlier in the day. The place can get a bit crowded, but somehow, it adds to the atmosphere!

Veganer aufpassen! Ich bin schockiert und würde gerne keinen einzigen Stern vergeben. Es fing schon mit einem unguten Bauchgefühl an, da nirgendwo die genauen Zutaten der Speisen ersichtlich sind. Nicht jede Speise hatte sein eigenes Besteck zum entnehmen, sodass es hier leicht zu Kreuzkontamination kommen kann. Es wurde selbstverständlich und ohne zu Fragen eine Brühe in die Suppe nachgegossen. Erst später erfuhr ich, dass es sich um Hühnerbrühe handelte. Ich bin sprachlos. Ich wollte keine Hühnerbrühe in meiner Gemüsesuppe drin haben. Ich werde diesen Laden nicht mehr besuchen, solange auf Veganer und Vegetarier keine Rücksicht genommen wird.

Katastrophale Umstände! Habe selten in so einem schlechten Restaurant gegessen. Die Auswahl war sehr gering, im Brokkoli und den Pilzen befanden sich zahlreiche tote Fliegen und das rohe Fleisch traute man sich überhaupt nicht zu essen, da dieses bereits sehr unappetitlich roch und aussah. Zudem befanden sich der Nachtisch und das rohe Fleisch im selben Kühlschrank, sodass auch dieser ungenießbar wirkte. Das gesamte Restaurant wirkte sehr unhygienisch, sodass man sich kaum traute etwas zu essen. Zudem war das Personal sehr unfreundlich. Für den - für diese geringe Auswahl - doch sehr hohen Preis kann ich das Restaurant keinesfalls empfehlen.

Mega leckeres Essen und super Service. Wer gelangweilt ist von China Buffet für den europäischen Gaumen, der geht zu China Bros. Authentischer chinesischer Hot Pot für 20-25€ mit kostenlosen Drinks, wie die super süße Zitronenlimonade, welche genau wie Bussy Wassereis schmeckt zum selber zapfen, Wasser und andere Limos, als auch alkoholische Getränke wie Bier (leider kein Stauder!). Wer dennoch fertiges Essen vermisst, hat eine kleine Auswahl an Gerichten im Buffet Bereich.

Wenn ich 0 Sterne geben könnte würde ich 0 geben. Dem Restaurant fehlt es am allen, fehlende Hygiene (auf den Pilzen waren zahlreiche tote Fliegen), nettes Personal (die einen sehr unfreundlich sagen dass man nach 2 Stunden raus muss). Allgemein einfach unterirdisch schlecht. Auch das Essen schmeckt nicht gut, die frühlingsrollen sind schon kalt und die Auswahl für Vegane Gerichte ist sehr klein.

OMG.....ich kriege nie genug vom hotpot. Lecker, authentisch und für Vegetarier auch hervorragend geeignet durch die riesige Auswahl an Gemüse (für alle die Fleisch und Fisch mögen auch perfekt....keiner kommt zu kurz)

Ist vielleicht nicht das schönste Restaurant, aber super lecker und das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis ist unschlagbar. Wir gehen sehr gerne dort essen.

Ich liebe das Chinabros. Das Essen - Hotpot ist total lecker und authentisch! Wer ein kleines Stück Heimat (Asien) oder einen kleinen Vorgeschmack auf auf Asien möchte - ist dort bestens aufgehoben. Ich liebe die große Auswahl an Veggie/Gemüse und die authentischen Gerichten (Schweineohren, Hühnerfüße und Rinderpansen die nach wirklich echter asiatischer Art zubereitet wurden). Das ganze wird im Allyoucaneat/drink angeboten und rundet meines Erachtens alles perfekt ab. Meine Lieblingssuppe ist Miso und Pilze, die auch jedem der nicht scharf isst wärmsten ans Herz legen möchte. Keller:innen immer freundlich. Tische werden immer schnell abgeräumt sodass man nicht zwischen 20Tellern sitzen muss. Authentisch und eine große Portion Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Für Veganer wichtig man kann vegane Suppe ordern und diese auch vegan nachfüllen lassen - einfach bescheid geben darum wird sich mit großer Sorgfalt gekümmert.

Zentral gelegenes Restaurant. Feuertopf sehr gut, man sucht sich im Kühmschrank selbst aus was man zubereiten möchte. Grosse Auswahl, etwas chaotisch im Restaurant, unübersichtlich wenn man zuerst hier zum Essen kommt. Sauberkeit und Hygiene an den Tischen, Stühlen, Boden und Buffet/Kühlregal könnte besser sein.
