I have been a happy regular customer in Nbg, Fürth and now also Ingolstadt and Roth for over 10 years. But after yesterday I've had enough in Roth. After the food was a mess three times, we said something. The next meal was great again. Ordered again yesterday to pick up and we were just shocked at what was packed for us for 55 euros. We each had enchiladas and our beloved quesadas. Guys, the food ended up in the trash. Not only did it become outrageously expensive, but there was hardly any topping left on it and my bark chiladas were dry and inedible! The salsa sauce only tastes like tomato water and the bacon, which was barely there, was burnt again. The best thing was the brisk Otto afterwards. I fully understand that it will be more expensive but then not delivering for the price is the very last thing. I can only advise against the Rother Chillis. You will only be disappointed and your money will be taken out of your pocket. Sorry, we all work hard to treat ourselves every now and then. The photo was the quesadas.

The food was very good, the service was always friendly and accommodating and, in my opinion, it was also worth mentioning that the toilets were very clean. We were completely satisfied.

We had reserved to be on the safe side. The service was very friendly and the starters soon got off to a good start. Onion Rings with Sour Cream Dip was my intro. My wife had delicious Champinones Oaxaca. As the main course, a huge plate came to the table: the Plato de Grillada for 2 people (grilled platter with sirloin steak, pork neck steak, turkey steak and bacon slices, with country potatoes and salad). We completely cleared the record. The waitress didn't think we could do that. What's amazing to me is that I didn't feel full. Everything was super tasty. We would love to come back!

We were there on Sunday with 6 people with a reservation. One meal, the wings were missing. Three more meals, the spare rips were cold. The wings platters were awesome! Hot, crispy, spicy. The service was OK. We were only able to reorder drinks after calling several times. There were only a few other tables occupied. We'll take a look at Chilly's in Nuremberg.

Really… I've never given just one star but it has to be here! Way too expensive for what you get. The mozzarella sticks are simply taken from the refrigerated shelf at Edeka and are sold for €8... simply bottomless... The burger for €17 is the same Mcdonald's burger that costs 6x as much... The cocktails are about 0.2l in a glass full of ice. Money is better spent at McDonald’s.

Such a lovely atmosphere. Friendly service and the drinks and food were very tasty.

I had a great visit to Chili’s Roth and can only recommend it! **Positive:** - There is ample parking space directly on site, which is very convenient. - Dogs are welcome, which is a big plus for us. - Plenty of space both inside and outside – ideal for cozy meetings. - Delicious dishes for young and old, there is something for everyone. - The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. - The restaurant, the terrace and the toilets are very clean and well maintained. - The price-performance ratio is really good. - We easily got a place even without a reservation. - The long opening hours during the week enable relaxed dining even at a later hour. We would definitely like to come back!

We ate at Chilli's for the first time yesterday and were more than disappointed with the preparation and quality of the food we ordered! As a main course we had the "Westside Steak", consisting of two neck steaks, country potatoes, a corn on the cob and salad as well as a "burrito with chili con carne". In general, we found that the dishes were completely unseasoned and tasteless. Both the quality of the preparation and the products used leave a lot to be desired. Meat was more cooked than fried; it may have released water into the pan and continued to cook there. It could also be that it was a frozen product, which would be indicated by the slightly grayish texture color. Corn on the cob was clearly superimposed, individual kernels were already mushy and smelled extremely unappetizing. Salad, like everything else, without salt, pepper, etc., just decorated with ready-made dressing. However, it was fresh and clean, so there was nothing to criticize. The best thing on the plate were the potatoes, fried to perfection and tasty. However, preparing such frozen goods is not a challenge for a chef. Now a quick word about the burrito. Open the packaging, take out the burrito, fill it with lightly seasoned and not warmed chili, fold it and place it on the plate - done. Burrito was edible after significant use of salt and pepper, although not a real culinary delight. Westside steak plate was not even half eaten and returned. When asked by the very friendly service, the deficiencies in the food were explained and gratefully acknowledged - that was it. Conclusion: Anyone who wants to go out for a good and tasty meal is clearly not recommended.

Food okay, but only convinience products, it doesn't have much to do with Mexican. Service was friendly, drinks were extremely expensive. There is one star for the many parking spaces. No recommendation from us.

10 years of Chilli's in Roth. 10 years of delicious food, cozy atmosphere and very diligent service. As in 2019, we celebrated a class reunion with almost 50 guests on July 13, 2024. Martina Renner and her team were again very professional, as well as quick and friendly in service. No wish remained unfulfilled. 10 hours of chilli left nothing to be desired. Thank you very much! We'd love to come back.

It is not recommended to order food for pickup there during peak times. A waiting time of 30 minutes was predicted online. Shortly after ordering, I received a friendly call that the kitchen would need at least an hour, so I canceled the order. 5 minutes later the next call, with the assurance that the food would be ready in 45 minutes. That sounded like a good solution. In the end it was almost 1 1/4 hours before we were able to receive our lukewarm mud burgers. That was definitely the last time for now.

Whether it's a burger, burrito, chicken, spare ribs or a good salad - everything here is simply delicious! If you're a little hungry you can simply have nachos or wings the size of a starter. The cocktails are very inexpensive at happy hour at 6.50 euros and the staff is great. We have enjoyed eating here for many years! Absolutely recommended!

We had a lovely evening at Chilli's. the conditions were great. very nice and quick. dr beer garden cozy. Only the ribs deserve a better finishing (grill again with BBQ sauce) otherwise highly recommended!

The food itself is tasty but it is a bit expensive. Nevertheless, I enjoyed eating here but today was my little sister's birthday (22) and wanted to eat here with our family. When my brother-in-law (23) wanted to order a margarita for me and him, only I was asked for ID (because I was freshly shaved???). Unfortunately, I had my wallet in a different jacket and neither my appearance nor the word of my parents, who were sitting at the table and could confirm my age, were enough for me to get the drinks I ordered at the age of 25. This destroyed the mood of everyone involved and we drove to another restaurant. Since I turned 18, I've never been asked for my ID in a restaurant, especially when my parents are there and can confirm my age (I didn't even order the drink myself and was simply expected to drink it). Absolutely shameful situation, as apparently you couldn't see the 7 years past the age of 18, even with my parents present. I don't feel well and the consumption of alcohol despite my parents saying they don't want to believe me for 25 years + I didn't even take the order, my brother-in-law did, is really insulting. My little sister, who was also sitting at the table and could have had the Margarita pitcher with us, wasn't even asked. It was argued that you couldn't tell your age (despite your parents being present) but apparently you could with the 2 younger people at the table. Never felt so ashamed and insulted in my life.

It really used to be our favorite restaurant, but the prices here are just ridiculous and no longer understandable! 20.90 for the Master Burger (that's what the XXL Burger cost) the XXL Burger is no longer available (it would probably be priceless otherwise)🤷‍♂️ the King Kong Burger is no longer available either, there are good burgers that aren't like that anywhere else They are expensive! The portions have also become smaller, with just a handful of fries left on top, no more Cole Slow! The drinks have also become more expensive! Sorry guys, I can't understand it anymore despite inflation! If you continue like this, you could soon close down.

The food was very tasty and the service was very accommodating. We spent a very pleasant evening.

What a flop! Everything here was really a failure. I feel guilty about labeling food like that... But unfortunately I actually found the food horrible. It had absolutely nothing to do with Mexican cuisine, not remotely. Everything was frozen, microwave cooked and free of spice and freshness. The food tastes much better on a plane. The service took forever and was unfriendly. Even insulted us and threatened to throw us out because (quote) our dogs smelled so bad that other guests would feel disturbed. The atmosphere is forced to be funny. But it seems like it's from the 80s and again, it has nothing to do with Mexico. Conclusion: Ambience, service & staff, the food is tasteless and just plain bad. It really annoys me that I have to give out stars at all because of the website setup. The best thing about the restaurant is the parking situation, because it is very good.

We last went to Chilis a few months ago. In 2024 the prices have risen again like everywhere else. But unfortunately I have to say, my mixed Mexican plate for a mere €19.50 consisted mainly of leaf lettuce and I had the feeling that the dumplings had also become smaller. Sorry, but chili con carne and the other fillings for the dumplings cannot be kept smaller at such prices. Service was as friendly as you would expect.

Wir waren auf Empfehlung hier. Das Essen war sehr gut und die Portionen sind so groß, dass man ordentlich satt wird. Der Service war aufmerksam und flott: top. Auch die Getränkekarte ist umfangreich. Ein riesiger Parkplatz ist am Haus , was will man mehr. Klare Empfehlung. Wir kommen wieder.

Sehr gutes und reichliches Essen. Service einwandfrei. Der grosse Essbereich empfinde ich wie ein Wartesaal... es hallt und ist sehr laut. Mit Tinnitus ist es kaum möglich etwas zu verstehen.

Essen war sehr gut und Riesen Portionen. Service top .Cocktail to Go haben wir uns noch gegönnt und der war auch super lecker . Ein riesiger Parkplatz ist am Haus , was will man mehr .

Das Essen war sehr gut! Auch die Bedienung war echt freundlich und echt auf Zack. Der Biergarten ist einer der schönsten in Roth. Der einzige Minuspunkt (und deswegen auch nur vier Sterne) sind die Preise, welche teilweise doch etwas sehr abgehoben sind.

Wir gehen jedes Jahr einmal zum Geburtstagsessen ins Chillis. Dieses Jahr wird's wohl das letzte Mal gewesen sein. Das Essen ist ok, nichts außergewöhnliches sondern eher fad aber nicht schlecht. Mittlerweile schrecken die Preise jedoch ziemlich ab wenn man bedenkt was man für Portionen erhält. Ein riesen Pluspunkt bekommt aber das Personal. Immer lieb, freundlich, zuvorkommend und überhaupt nicht aufdringlich.

Essen war gut, viel los aber wir haben 1,5h auf das essen gewartet... Wir wollten beim abräumen auch direkt zahlen, wurden aber 2 Mal vergessen.(somit nochmal 45min) das ist einfach keine tragbare Wartezeit.

Das Essen ist echt Super. Die Burger schmecken dort auch Sau lecker. Wir gehen dort sehr gerne Essen oder holen uns was für zu Hause😉👍
