The two employees at the kebab shop don't understand German very well. They're also unfriendly and irritable! Honestly, I won't be getting food from there a second time! ☝️🤮🤢 There were tons of dung flies flying around the counter, next to the sauces and salads, as well as both kebab skewers, and they were sitting on them. 🤮🤢 Also, some of the sauces and salads tasted a bit sour due to the heat. This urgently needs to be addressed! After I spoke to the employee about the dung flies and where the boss was, he became irritated... another customer standing behind me also left. In my opinion, this shop is UNHYGIENIC AND A DISASTROPHIC!! SHAMELESSLY GODDESS! ☝️👈🏻🤕 THERE ARE NO FLY SCREENS ON THE WINDOWS AND DOOR.... THE REMAINING CUT MEAT IS IN THE BUCKET AND DUNG FLIES ARE SITTING ON IT!! 🤢🤮

I have to agree with the many negative reviews here. I ate here spontaneously. The food was cold. It wasn't tasty either. The tables were dirty and weren't wiped down when new customers arrived. We ended up cleaning up leftover food from previous customers. If only I'd read the reviews beforehand... well, you learn the hard way.

I just ordered a pide, and the guy at the cash register is a PKK supporter. They couldn't even add two and two, charged different prices than what was on the menu, and I only ate half because it tasted anything but like a pide.

So rude employee He needs to learn to talk to customers. I asked if he had bread, he said no and at the same moment I see the bread behind him

Yesterday I was at a shop after the Portugal-Türkiye football match as all the shops were crowded and we had to catch our train. So we decided to eat at a kebab shop. By the way, in Dortmund they call the classic kebab that we Berliners know “Kebab Bag” – that really irritated me. We waited 40 minutes for two kebabs. When the kebab meat finally ran out, the seller took a new skewer and fried it along with the cling film. If you want salad in your kebab, you should be careful because they put a whole tomato or half a head of red cabbage in it. I wanted to drink an ayran, but when I saw the consistency, I vomited. After three bites of the kebab, I got stomach cramps so bad that I could no longer walk straight. After the kebab everything felt like I was having a fever dream The health department should urgently pay a visit to this store.

I've never eaten such a bad kebab and I almost threw up on the spot. Don't recommend it to anyone!

I was there last week and ordered an Iskender kebab, the brother filled the whole plate as if it were for two people. When I asked, he said he filled it up especially for me. Man of honor It was very tasty, I'll be back!

The food here is delicious. I always get the soup and it comes with great sides (assorted peppers, onion, lemon, bread). Very authentic. It is so authentic that the staff sometimes has language difficulties. In the summer, if you can grab a table outside, it is a very nice place to eat. Inside there is quite a bit of traffic as the ice cream store and this restaurant are connected. Still, its a.delicious place to grab authentic Turkish food.

Always very tasty and fresh ingredients. Unbeatable price and very friendly people working. The kebab tastes very good and is generously filled. Thanks for the great service and see you soon :)

Staff doesn't understand German. (Quick note: in Germany) You have to express yourself with your hands and feet & even then you can't get the order you want. Theoretically there would be no star.! But unfortunately this is not possible. Not recommended.

So we enjoyed it and the service was totally fine, so we are very happy with the restaurant.

Es war viel los, weil Angebotstage. Der Chef dachte wir sind verärgert und hat unser Essen persönlich gebracht. Ich hatte einfach nur hunger 😉 Morgen waren wir nebenan im Cafe frühstücken. War auch super. Die Läden gehören anscheinend zusammen.

Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend Essen schmeckt frisch und sehr gut , Ebenso haben die ein Cafe sofort mit angeschlossen , mit Kaffee , Kuchen, Eis und backwaren Kann ich nur empfehlen

Leckeres Essen, aber beim Bauernsalat fehlte leider der versprochene Fetakäse.

Ein weiterer super lahmer, uninspirierter Dönerladen mit mittlerweile natürlich kompletten Mondpreisen und recht unhöflichem Personal.

Ich habe nicht viele Döner in Dortmund getestet. Aber ich kann behaupten dass der Hähnchen Döner hier mir sehr gut geschmeckt hat. Dad Brot war knackig, das Fleisch saftig und der Salat frisch. Insgesamt echt qualitativ hochwertig der Laden hier. Preise stimmen auch!

Super Angebot super lecker und super lecker. Einfach und unkompliziert, Park und sitz Möglichkeiten. Vor allem draußen. Immer wieder gerne.

Das Essen ist unbeschreiblich lecker und mit Liebe zubereitet worden. Das Fleisch ist super qualitativ, und das Gemüse sehr frisch. Das sind einer der zwei Punkte worauf ich wirklich achte. Das Personal arbeitet schnell und hygienisch. Außerdem ist das Personal super Gastfreundlich . Würde ich jeden Chicken und Döner Liebhaber mit Herzen weiter empfehlen. ! Bestes Essen bis jetzt in Dortmund.

Essen 11/10 kann man einfach nur weiter empfehlen alles sehr frisch und lecker 😍
