A must for sushi lovers – especially the baked roll! The sushi here is outstanding, I especially loved the baked roll! The combination of perfectly cooked fish, flavorful ingredients and crispy texture was simply delicious. Every bite was an experience in itself. The baked bananas for dessert were also amazing – crispy on the outside, tender and sweet on the inside. A perfect ending! The atmosphere is simple, but the food speaks for itself. If you're looking for excellent sushi, you'll find it here. Friendly service and incomparable quality – I’ll definitely be back!

Auch nach Staffelübergabe ein vorzügliches Erlebnis wie gewohnt. Vor allem köstliches Essen, das viel mehr zu bieten hat als "nur" Sushi, auch wenn es hervorragend ist. Ein sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber und ein gastfreundliches Team. Wer mit der langen Karte überfordert ist, sollte vertrauensvoll um Empfehlungen und Beratung bitten.

The food was delicious and the atmosphere was fine. The best thing about the store is the young people who serve you. Especially the two big boys, blonde and brown-haired with slightly longer hair. It's always fun with you.

The place I decided to celebrate my birthday with my family was a Japanese restaurant. Delicious rolls, both vegetarian and classic. The baked roll was particularly delicious. I also liked the jasmine tea. A good Japanese restaurant in Krefeld Uerdingen with very friendly staff! The owners of the restaurant are very nice and gave me a chocolate roll and a cup of jasmine tea for my birthday, for which I am very grateful! :) Unfortunately I didn't manage to photograph the chocolate roll, but it was beautiful and an interesting flavor combination😃

We used to love going out for sushi. That was often ok, tasty, good. Then we went to Chi Sushi a few years ago and what can I say? Since then we have only been eating sushi there. The menu really offers something for everyone. Even my sister, who wasn't really positive about sushi, loves going there. The Tom Kha Gai Supper is AWESOME. I've tried these suppers several times elsewhere, including making them myself, but Chi Sushi has by far the best. The sushi is freshly prepared, there are so many varieties and the selection is great. There I tried a fried roll for the first time and immediately fell in love. The staff is always friendly. We can only recommend the restaurant!!

I've loved this sushi shop since I was a child and try to come back as often as possible. The baked roll and also the Tom Kha Gay are available here like nowhere else - try it!!! Loving and totally courteous service - you feel like you're in little Japan ;)

We have ordered and picked up the food many times and have been very satisfied with the quality of the food so far. Today we ate in the restaurant for the first time and the service was very good and the food was impressive as always. We would love to come back and can definitely recommend Chi Sushi.

Update 06.2024: One star deducted because you still can't pay with a debit card. An absolute no-go these days! Here you can get exceptional and delicious sushi. Price/performance is more than acceptable. Unfortunately, EC card payment is currently not possible.

Been there for the first time...first class quality, nice staff. That wasn't the last time! The excellent quality of the food is now enjoyed regularly! It's a shame that you can't give more than 5 points. Been there again...just great (04/23/22)

I've been a fan of this shop since I first ate at Chi Sushi about 10 years ago! I have eaten sushi in many restaurants in many cities and countries around the world and I always have to say that Chi Sushi sets the benchmark. In terms of taste, it blows your mind every time, everything is freshly made and wonderfully prepared. If you've been there a few times, you'll know exactly why pick-ups sometimes take a little longer. It's always busy and that's certainly not because of the decor in the restaurant (a bit older, but that also has its charm and fits perfectly), but because of the outstandingly good sushi. As a little anecdote: When I was sitting in the restaurant for a while and it was about 15 minutes until closing time, the boss at the time came out of the kitchen in person with a new gyoza creation and let us try it. It was a Christmas edition with cinnamon and apple filling... and it was amazing!

We have to admit that we were very impressed with the food. The portion sizes were reasonable for the price and it was very tasty. We'll definitely be back! However, the ambience is extremely bad and should definitely be worked on.

Great taste, great value for money

My go-to place for top sushi at the best price-performance ratio for years. Chi Sushi offers both Vietnamese food and various types of sushi. I'm not usually a fan of a large menu, but everything I took tasted great. Even if we were in a large group, we never had to wait long for food. It is prepared openly, which shows that the staff stands behind their quality of food. The staff are very friendly and attentive. I liked the crunchy rolls best, whether with fish or as a dessert with strawberry/vanilla. :-) I will gladly come again!

I visited the Chi Sushi lunch break with colleagues and was absolutely thrilled by the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the food on offer. Since then I have been there regularly during my lunch break and sometimes in the evening. What particularly surprised me were the affordable prices for the dishes on offer. For all sushi fans and fans of Asian cuisine. If we come in the evening, especially on the weekend, we should make a reservation. A very clear recommendation. Thumbs up! Keep it up! Up soon.

Why travel to distant Ddorf when we also have great sushi. And that too in the family atmosphere, in which you are always greeted and served very nicely. Unfortunately, we rarely have time to eat on site. That's why we order and pick it up quickly. A huge plus for me is that they are also open on Mondays!! But of course the most important thing is the fantastic food

We had the pleasure of visiting the restaurant and loved it from start to finish. The food was simply delicious - every dish was made with fresh ingredients and offered an explosion of flavor. The variety of the menu was impressive and offered something to suit every taste. However, what was even more impressive was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. The wait staff was very attentive but never intrusive, ensuring our visit was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. We have been regular guests ever since. Overall, we can fully recommend this restaurant. An absolute must for fans of Asian cuisine and all those who appreciate good food and excellent service. Keep it up!

Unfortunately really nothing special (anymore). You can still celebrate so much for being active since 2009 and being the first sushi restaurant in the city. Some of the dishes were served cold and in the wrong order and the taste was not particularly noticeable. There are better alternatives in Krefeld. Unfortunately, no card payment is possible either.

The staff are very friendly, but the food was really not good. Prices high. Quality low.

The food remained in there, the sushi was okay. Ambience is dingy. We had a table in the back area against the left wall, where we still found leftover food from various predecessors on the wall. The second dish we ordered was sufficient in quantity, but more variety in the vegetables would have been desirable. Unfortunately, we caught a plate that consisted of 50% bamboo shoots and was not very appealing to the eye.

Came here on the recommendation of a colleague and have absolutely no regrets! The food is very fresh and delicious. The staff friendly. We'll definitely be back.

I love this shop because it not only offers sushi but also extremely good dishes from the Asian region. The price is at a decent and fair level for good food. I have enjoyed coming to this restaurant for many years. The quality of all the dishes, but especially the sushi, is excellent. All employees are very friendly. If you order a little too much, the food is packed very well and you have something for the next day. It makes sense to reserve a table in advance, especially on weekends, as the restaurant tends to be very busy. Please note that only cash payment is currently possible.

Sushi ist qualitativ super, auch der Service ist top. Allerdings ist das Ambiente im Restaurant nicht so toll - eher lieblos, ungemütlich und nicht durchdacht (das können andere Restaurants besser). Beim Ambiente vielleicht nochmal was ändern, dann gibt es den fünften Stern!

Gutes und leckeres Sushi Muss meinen vorherigen Kommentar leider ins negative verändern. Makis schmeckten nicht frisch, Thunfisch darin sah auch etwas älter aus. Inside Out Rolls waren in der Verpackung so eng gequetscht, das sie aneinander klebten und beim trennen kaputt gingen. Crunchy Rolls waren kalt. Insgesamt waren alle Rollen kein Genuss. Da es genug Alternativen gibt, die gleichbleibende Qualität bieten, werde ich hier kein „Risiko“ mehr eingehen. Tut mir Leid.

Hier gibt es wirklich großartiges Sushi. Wenn Sushi, dann Chi ;-) Wir bestellen immer zum mitnehmen und das klappt ganz prima. Mit Kartenzahlung wäre es perfekt...aber ich will nicht meckern

Von Köln nach Hause wollten wir noch schnell lecker sushi essen. Chi shusi haben wir dann im Internet gefunden. Tja was soll man sagen 😁 wenn man das Restaurant betritt ist man vielleicht etwas am zögern ,wir wurden aber nett empfangen und es war kaum was soll. Als das Essen Kam waren wir baff , wir haben schon viel und in einigen Restaurant gegessen , vom Geschmack her hat uns chi übertroffen mit allem was wir bis jetzt gegessen hatten und wir dachten wir hätten schon einen guten sushi macher . 😁 gehabt. Chi shusi hat aber überzeugt. Super Geschmack und netter Service..... und der Laden wurde dann später rabbel voll. Also alles richtig gemacht und wir können ihn so was von empfehlen. Und da er nicht so weit weg ist, kommen wir jetzt gerne öfters. Weiter so....

Sushi war sehr lecker . Service war etwas kühl, fühlten uns nicht willkommen, man sagte uns, wir schließen in 50 Minuten, dabei wollten wir nur Mittagessen. Ambiente: Die Stühle an dem uns zugewiesenen Tisch waren verschlissen, das Kunstleder hatte viele, großflächige Löcher.
