A very nice restaurant with very friendly people. The man who served us didn't speak German very well, but he still tried very hard to understand us and was very helpful. The food was also very good, and the ambiance was super nice.

I went to eat with my wife and daughter on Sunday lunchtime. The eat was terrible. The waiter was extremely dirty, my prawn was rock hard, one woman's hands were cold and my grandchild's fried egg was swimming in fat.

AMK, I ALWAYS SIT FOR 40 MINUTES UNTIL MY FOOD ARRIVES. There's nothing going on, and yet you still have to wait a long time for the food to arrive. The service is also terrible. The waiters don't understand me. They even ask about food and drinks once, and that's it. They leave empty glasses and plates. If you order something or order again, the waiters ignore you like Ronaldo if you send a DM. But the food tastes good and it's cheap 🤪

Portions have shrunk enormously, and the quality is unfortunately nowhere near what it used to be. We used to love going to this place. Unfortunately, after this experience, we won't be going back.

I was not at all satisfied with my visit to this restaurant. The way orders are taken is very disorganized. On weekends, you often have to wait more than half an hour for your order to be taken, and the food sometimes doesn't arrive for an hour. There are too few staff for the large number of guests, which makes the experience very unpleasant. This is annoying and completely unsatisfactory. The restaurant urgently needs to hire more staff to serve guests faster and better.

In all my experiences in butcher shops and shops where I shopped for meat, the best meat and most delicious pastries are at Chef Ihab's.

I am coming from Sefkau to buy butchery from Chef Ihab. The treatment is very good, especially the owner of the shop, Abu Omar, and many good young men. His meat is very good and tasty.

Today I came to visit Al-Madinah and I wanted to eat some safaheeh, so I cut some meat and told them to season it. I went to a restaurant and grilled it. On the contrary, their treatment was very good, I swear, and the guys are the best.

I have been buying from this butcher shop for 5 years and the service is very good. On Saturdays, there is always a traffic jam there and there are a lot of young men who treat me well. The best one is a young man named Abu Ammar, the best one among them.

A reliable epic, I recommend everyone to visit it.

The chicken was very bad, even spoiled. It smelled disgusting. The fries were cold and partially burnt. We didn't get any pizza or ginger ale. We finally settled on lemon. They still had that. Absolutely not recommended.

Super nice and quick. Had a small pide with cheese and chicken for 4 euros. It couldn't be better. I highly recommend it. It was delicious.

As for the shop, the young men who are there are clean and respectful, but the problem is the type of meat, specifically lamb meat. Every so often there is a different kind of meat, and very rarely I came and took meat that was pink and tidy. Of course I am speaking from my long experience in the field of meat, and I warned them more than once about the matter. I mean, when you bring meat that is not clean and young, it is a sin for you to sell it for the same price as clean meat. This is fraud. You, the owner of the shop, must keep God in mind and not forget this talk.

🤮🤮🤮🤮 I ate there today. One of the employees – a short man – kept touching his face and rubbing the sleep from his eyes while preparing lahmacun. But that wasn't all: Despite the customers present, he shamelessly grabbed his crotch and then just carried on as if nothing had happened. Honestly, this kind of thing is absolutely disgusting. It makes you feel like throwing up.

Conclusion: We won't be back! The ambiance was initially appealing, but nothing more. Menus were worn and the restrooms weren't clean. The staff were smiling and friendly, but unfortunately, the service was lacking. It was quiet, but even so, the appetizer took almost an hour to arrive. Suddenly, the main course arrived right away, even though it was ordered 45 minutes later (so everything was at once in a small space). Bread in a bag in the bread basket, with the cheese sticks and sandwiches??? We got drinks once, but then the empty glasses and appetizer plates (which we had to stack on the fourth empty table) were completely ignored and not cleared away – until the end. (Staff just walk by and smile, which doesn't help at all.) At the end, "We'd like to pay" – "Inside at the cash register" – nothing else. We weren't asked if we liked the food, were satisfied, let alone if we wanted anything else, not once. The food overall was burnt in places, some of it frozen (cordon bleu), but it was all edible, but nothing special, and there are much better restaurants. We then went somewhere else to sit together on Friday evening and enjoy a little dessert and drinks.

My visit to this restaurant was simply fantastic! Everything was at the highest level: the cleanliness, the excellent service, the beautiful decor, the delicious food and the fantastic views. I felt special in every way. I highly recommend everyone to visit this restaurant and enjoy an unforgettable experience!

I can't rate the food because I didn't come to order.. someone always comes from outside and stands at the front and is ready to fight to be the first to order because they know full well that the line doesn't run at all and an order is taken every 15 minutes..

Erstes mal.dort gewesen Manakish war sehr lecker auf Wunsch habe ich noch 3 Teigtaschen dazu bekommen und der Herr hat mir 3 Mini manakish draufgehen. Plus ayran alles sehr lecker. FAZIT: 7€ für einen vollen Magen! Kann ich nur empfehlen frisch und lecker
