CheeZY Burger in Neustadt a.d.Aisch

Hallo, normalerweise bewerte ich niemals schlecht , ich gebe dann grundsätzlich keine Bewertung ab, aber wir haben essen bestellt und die Auskunft erteilt bekommen, dass es eine Dreiviertelstunde, maximal eine Stunde dauert. Nach über 2 Stunden erhalten wir einen Anruf vom Fahrer, dass er nicht in der Lage ist die Anschrift zu finden. Wir reden von einer Straße innerhalb Neustadt a.d.Aisch. Das Essen ist nach 2 1/2 Stunden dementsprechend kalt gekommen. So einen schlechten Service habe ich noch nie in meinen Leben erlebt! Als Entschädigung gab es immerhin ein Tiramisu.

Top alles perfekt mittlerweile kann man auch auf der Online Website bestellen ( viele Zahlungs Methoden möglich)

Die Homemade Fries waren sehr crispy und der Service war nett. Unsere Burger haben leider nicht nach viel geschmeckt. Mehr Würzung wäre hier super. Kartenzahlung ging leider nicht. Man kann hier nur in Bar bezahlen. Preis-/Leistungstechnisch finde ich das hier eher nicht so gut.

Das Essen war mega lecker und der Geschäftsführer war super nett und hilfsbereit. Kann euch Cheezy Burger nur weiterempfehlen:)

Meine Tochter und ich bestellten Smash-Cheeseburger und Bratkartoffeln sowie ein Getränk (alles separat bezahlt, kein Kombi-Angebot). Die Smash-Burger waren ziemlich gut. Das Fleisch war perfekt gebraten, genau so, wie es für einen Smash-Burger sein sollte. Das Brötchen war weder krümelig noch fiel es beim Essen auseinander. Alles in allem schmeckte der Burger sehr gut. Die Bratkartoffeln waren ebenfalls sehr lecker. Uns gefiel besonders, wie sie geschnitten waren – schön gerollt, perfekt zum Dippen. Die Getränke wurden in den Originalflaschen serviert, was völlig in Ordnung ist, da es so üblich ist und in den meisten guten Burgerläden auch. Sicherlich bringt das Personal von CHeeZY Burger aber gerne ein oder mehrere Gläser, falls jemand eins möchte. Wir brauchten keins und haben daher auch keins bestellt. Die Sitzgelegenheiten waren bequem, sogar bequemer als in manch anderen Lokalen, da sie gepolstert waren. Alles in allem, nachdem ich dort war, die Speisekarte gelesen und gegessen habe, kann ich die negativen Bewertungen kaum nachvollziehen, denn ehrlich gesagt, ich habe nichts Negatives an CHeeZY Burger gefunden. Außerdem kann man dort entweder ein Dessert essen oder sich gegenüber ein Eis holen. Aber mal ehrlich, warum sollte man sich die Mühe machen, wenn es bei CHeeZY Burger Cheesecake und Tiramisu gibt!

Die Homemade Fries waren sehr lecker, der Cheezy Cheeseburger hat nicht nach sehr viel geschmeckt, mehr Würzung von Fleisch und Soße wären hier gut. Warum hier nur Barzahlung geht verstehe ich nicht aber naja.

Habe schon öfters hier Essen bestellt und abgeholt. Vom Essen und Service ist hier alles Tadellos mit zwei Ausnahmen die ich hier auch aufführe. Wenn sich also jemand frägt, wie denn zum Beispiel die Burger oder die Dips schmecken, dann würde ich diese in höchstem Maße loben. Diese zwei Ausnahmen gibt es allerdings dann doch, wodurch ich 1* beim essen und 2* beim Service abziehen muss: Tiramisu: Normalerweise wird bei einem Tiramisu der Biscuitboden mit Likör oder Saft/Nektar getränkt. Hier schmeckt es leider so als ob der mit Wasser getränkt worden wäre. Dementsprechend ist der Biscuitboden extrem wässrig und ohne Geschmack. falsche Bestellung: Ich habe nie vor Ort gegessen sondern immer bestellt und abgeholt. Leider kommt es extrem häufig vor, dass eine Bestellung vertauscht wird. Das passiert sogar so häufig dass ich mitlerweile damit rechne, zuerst eine falsche Bestellung zu erhalten. Ich hatte bisslang ca. 20 mal etwas bestellt und in 7 Fällen hatte etwas nicht gepasst. In 6 dieser Fälle hatte ich auf 1/3 des nachhause Wegs einen Anruf bekommen dass man nochmal wegen einer vertauschten Bestellung kommen soll. Ich würde mir wünschen dass bei Bestellungen noch einmal kontrolliert wird, um sollche Verwechslungen in Zukunft zu vermeiden. Eine Mitschuld trifft mich natürlich auch, da ich selbst die Bestellung nicht direkt vor Ort kontrolliert habe.

Essen schmeckt ok, aber für den Preis leider viel zu teuer. Das Patty war so klein, dass man es beim Anblick auf den Burger nichtmal sehen konnte. Zu viel Ketchup auf dem Burger. Und das Brötchen war für ein Brioche leider zu kross. Ich würde darüber hinweg sehen, wenn der Preis dementsprechend wäre. Allerdings erwartet man für einen Burger, der ohne Beilagen 12€ kostet definitiv mehr. Nicht zu vergessen, dass man für einen Dip für die Beilagen 1,00€ drauf zahlen muss. Bei Spezialsoßen ok, aber doch nicht bei Mayonnaise! Leider wird der ganze Laden teuer verkauft, ist aber alles ziemlich billig.

Wir lieben das Essen beim Cheezy. Burger und Beilagen sind immer sehr lecker. Bedienungen sind sehr nett und meist auf zack. Einen Stern muss ich aber leider abziehen weil es im Restaurant oft sehr stark nach Fett riecht, sodass man nach einem Besuch erstmal alles lüften oder waschen muss.

Sehr empfehlenswert! Wir hatten über Lieferando zwei Burger, Cole Slaw und die Homemade Fries mit Aioli bestellt. Für einen Samstagabend war die Lieferzeit von 1 Stunden angemessen. Alles war sehr lecker und ich hatte noch nirgends einen besseren Veggie Burger gegessen - trotz Lieferung.

Great place, the staff do their best to provide good service (plus free delivery). The food is also good. Prices are reasonable. Groceries have just gotten expensive. Definitely worth checking out.

🍔 The burgers are really great, and the fries are fantastic too – fresh, crispy, and delicious! Only downside: They only accept cash. 🤦‍♀️ By 2025, card payments should be standard – it's a shame, otherwise it would be a perfect 5-star rating.

A complete disaster...we went there recently on a whim because we were in the mood for some delicious burgers. The website and the description of the place looked promising. Unfortunately, we were quickly disappointed. Poorly decorated, wobbly chairs, loud music that isn't to everyone's taste. No sizes indicated on the menu, neither for burgers nor drinks. When we asked, the waitress was completely clueless, both regarding the size and the differences between the various burgers. The food arrived quickly after ordering. Then the next disappointment: there was no taste of the high-quality meat. The burgers were literally drowned in sauce. The bun was also smothered in fat or butter. Sometimes less is really more. Next time, we'd rather go to the BK or Golden M and get a special burger as part of the meal. Tastes better and is also much cheaper.

The burgers are simply fantastic! My favorite is the sweet onion cheeseburger. The homemade fries are also just what I like. Keep it up!

Once and never again, we were very disappointed! It's comparable to McD's; we would have eaten for half the price – almost €75 for 4 rather mediocre burgers, 3 undercooked fries, and 4 0.33L drinks! Unfortunately, it was more like the worst burger than the advertised best one has ever eaten. Cheap buns, dry and overly compressed patties – there was no taste of the advertised regional quality meat, so much sauce that it ran out with the first bite. The sweet onion burger didn't even have lettuce or tomatoes. The one we ordered medium was borderline well-done. The veggie burger had a pre-made, rather poor-tasting pseudo-meat substitute instead of the vegetable patty you'd expect for the price. Ketchup for the undercooked fries costs an extra €0.50, and the mayo even costs €1. They don't seem to be particularly interested in washing dishes either; there are no plates, the burger sits rather sadly on the plain paper on a tray, and glasses for the drinks bottles are only available if you specifically request them. The presentation is something else entirely. The green walls are unfortunately made of plastic plants, the music could be quieter, and all the dishes on the menu are written in English without any further explanation. The only bright spot was the friendly service, hence the 2 stars for service.

I had lunch at Cheezy in Neustadt an der Aisch today. The food was fresh and incredibly delicious! I especially want to highlight the service – very, very friendly and attentive, which made the visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommended, I'd love to come back!

How they got such great reviews is beyond me, were those reviews from real people? The ingredients are cheap crap bathing in sauce. The patties are pressed, ensuring any flavour or texture is lost. The buns are tasteless air vaguely looking like the real thing. The burgers are served on a coated newspaper without a chance of a plate. Everything is extra. Want some ketchup with your bland fries? 50 cents. Want mayonnaise? 1 euro... Per person. That whole business is a scam riding on general love for burgers. You'll get better quality for half the price at a fast food. 75 euro for 4 people. That was 4 burgers, 3 fries and 4x 33cl drinks. No wonder the place was empty.

The food was good, and the price/performance ratio was OK. The ambiance is actually quite good, but the cleanliness leaves something to be desired. The table legs were very dusty, the table was completely sticky, and the restrooms were better off using the public one across the street.

It was okay, but I can't give it a higher rating for one reason. Incredibly expensive for the portions you get. Coleslow salad was maybe 2 full tablespoons in the bowl for €4. Sweet potato fries were €5.50. It was €50 for two people and still being hungry afterwards is a shame in retrospect.

I was actually almost always very satisfied, unfortunately it deteriorated a lot... the cheese was burnt and completely hard as you can see in the picture.

Simply put, nice people, good food. Don't be fooled by the outside appearance. It's a restaurant, not a snack bar. It's a relatively small restaurant, but that doesn't detract from the good food. The menu is concise, but has everything you could need. Beef burgers, chicken burgers, as well as vegan and vegetarian burgers. There's a chicken version of bacon, so I think everyone will find something they like. And you can basically put together and create your own burger here. The fries are something special, too. The people of Neustadt don't know what they've got in town. When the weather's nice, you can also eat outside. We definitely recommend it.

Unfortunately, I have to say that they've declined. The value for money has declined. Of course, prices are rising and have to be passed on to the customer. However, the burgers have also shrunk considerably, now close to the size of the Golden M or the Big King. However, the taste is still considerably better than there. You have to ask what's on the burger, or rather, you should. BBQ without bacon, I'm not really familiar with that. Check the burger is okay. Coleslaw, sorry, has become smaller and more expensive and isn't recommended in terms of taste. The only good thing that's left are the home fries, which are recommended and the same size. The open entrance door and insufficient heating have been a big problem for years. The service is friendly but also very forgetful; we only asked once. However, friends had to ask more often, or they forgot to tell them that card payments were no longer accepted or that drinks or meals were out. Sorry, a server should automatically know the last two points (I was there at different times on the same evening). It's unacceptable that the only proper burger place is slowly but surely falling behind the restaurants and beer gardens. Please go back to what you were a year ago.

I was passing through and ordered the Cheezy Cheeseburger and homemade fries for pickup today. The order was ready within 10 minutes. The staff is very friendly. The dining room is invitingly decorated, and everything was very clean. Now the most important thing: The burger was AMAZING! All the ingredients were fresh, the brioche bun was airy and not dry. The sauce and cheese were incredibly delicious. And the patty was well-seasoned. The homemade fries were also freshly prepared, and the portions were absolutely adequate. In summary: Keep it up! I'm from Nuremberg, where there are a few burger joints, but I haven't had a meal this good in a long time. If I'm ever in Neustadt again, I'll definitely come back! Definitely worth a visit. The homestyle fries were delicious, but unfortunately the burger wasn't. The patty was burnt black in some places and nothing else was special... The fact that you even have to pay extra for ketchup and mayo is really outrageous. That's not normal. For unusual sauces, yes, but not for extremely ordinary mayo😅 Drink selection could also be larger. However, the service was very good, we asked several times if we needed anything else.

The service was very friendly and on point. The burger was fried to perfection, but it was still missing a little salt and a sauce, for example a hamburger sauce, a dollop of ketchup, then it wouldn't have just tasted like meat and cheese. Or you can put a salt shaker and ketchup on the table. Then you can refine it yourself according to your taste. Would also be an idea for inspiration. Otherwise everything was good. I just thought it was a shame that the salad was served in a paper bowl (sustainability).

Unfortunately very unprofessional. We were just there because 4:30 p.m. is supposed to be open, it was open but it was only the cook and the delivery service because the friendly person explained to us that it wasn't a requirement here and that all systems hadn't started up yet. So unfortunately we had to leave again. I come from the catering industry myself and I have never seen opening hours not being a requirement in a restaurant. There's nothing to prepare here.

A really good burger joint, not in a big city, but right here in Neustadt Aisch! The homemade fries are also amazing and not shaped like run-of-the-mill fries. I tried all four vegan versions: sweet potato and homemade fries, with jalapenos and grilled mushrooms as extras – everything is very good. 10/10 for this place, you have to try it!

Very tasty burgers, although we only tried beef and chicken today. The crispy chicken is really perfectly crispy and the beef really tastes like meat. The salad and the homestyle fries with aioli rounded everything off. The quality of the ingredients is felt (and tasted) very high. Although the building is obviously an old building, the restaurant is beautifully modern and attractively furnished. Unfortunately it is not barrier-free due to structural reasons. There are tables with seating for 2 to 6 people. In total there is space for almost 40 people. Overall, well-deserved full stars. We'll definitely come back. It was the best citizen I've ever eaten, it was like an indescribable flavor explosion & made with a lot of love. The sauces were something different, no standards, and there was also a delicious tiramisu with a chocolate rose, unbelievable, my citizen, I only eat from here top top top keep it up 👍🏽

My wife and I stumbled through the door for the first time last year by chance, and since then we have eaten at Chezzy several times and have always loved it. The food tastes very, very good and is prepared quickly, the staff is always friendly even when it's busy. Price performance is top and we definitely recommend it to every burger lover.

Food always tastes good, but when you order it takes far too long and you are not informed if it is late, you sometimes wait over 30 minutes after the food is supposed to be there, but nothing happens

The voucher could not be redeemed by the waitress, I had to pay “normally” with a card and I still have the voucher.

The food was very good! The service was nice! The food came quickly! But the guest room was a bit simple and it was also fresh (maybe it was because the driver always left the door open) I also have to mention the prices, I found them simply too high for drinks and side dishes! After all, they aren't huge portions! Having it delivered or picking it up is probably smarter, but maybe that's what you want...

One of the great burger shops, almost everything here is homemade. The paddy is as frayed as it is authentic. In addition to brilliant sauces, everything is also available vegetarian or vegan. So (almost) no wish remains unfulfilled and Tolga smiles at your visit. If you like mango, you've come to the right place.
