The food was rather mediocre, the chicken was too salty, and the sauce for the fish tasted like a ready-made product from a packet.

Pleasant atmosphere. Service could have been a little slower, as they were working alone, but overall very attentive. Cocktails were good for the price, as was the food.

We've eaten here several times now. Whether it's lunch, dinner, or Sunday brunch, the team at Charlie Costini always delivers fantastic, freshly prepared food and drinks of high quality and taste. The service is also very attentive, and you feel welcome and served in a friendly manner. The ambiance invites you to linger. We always feel well looked after, as do our kids. There's plenty of space inside and, when the weather's nice, outside on the terrace. A definite 5 out of 5 stars and a strong recommendation to stop by.

Great restaurant, but unfortunately, terrible service! I wasn't asked for a drink until 30 minutes later, and I wasn't asked for a drink at all after the meal, even though I ordered a la carte.

Delicious lasagna. My colleague's burger also looked very good, and it probably was. Service was also very good. We even got a free espresso because we had to wait about 30 minutes.

The brunch was fantastic. Omelettes freshly prepared to order, a chocolate fountain for fresh fruit, pancakes, etc. The food was refilled, and there was a wide selection of good quality. The ambiance was also lovely, both inside and outside. With three drinks, I spent €40.

We reserved a table for two through OpenTable today at 7:15 PM and received confirmation by email. Upon arriving promptly by taxi, we were told that a private party was being held there that day, and we were asked to leave. Embarrassing, and we paid for the taxi for nothing. This shouldn't happen! Someone was asleep.

I've been to many restaurants, but Charlie Costini really left a lasting impression on me! As soon as you enter, you can feel the special atmosphere - modern, cozy and furnished with great attention to detail. The entire team is incredibly friendly, attentive and makes you feel welcome straight away. The food is simply to die for! The burgers are juicy, perfectly seasoned and topped with high-quality ingredients – an absolute pleasure. The Philly Burger and the Avocado Burger in particular are real taste experiences. The tarte flambées are also creative and have unusual toppings - here you can tell that the kitchen really puts thought into it and works with passion. The homemade lasagne was wonderfully aromatic and immediately reminded me of Italy. What particularly impressed me is the variety on the menu: from hearty steaks to international dishes like Indian Butter Chicken to vegetarian and vegan options, there is something for everyone. The dessert selection is also great – the hotmach is great! Not to forget: weekend brunch is an absolute must! Fresh, varied dishes and live cooking ensure a perfect start to the day. Conditional. The day before yesterday we had a very good meal in the restaurant. However, the food that I picked up to go yesterday didn't deserve one star. Only leftovers...chicken was inedible and had tendons. It's a shame that you can't rely on the quality.

Food: Really Really Good, I had the butter chicken and it was amazing. Price: definitely fair, not cheap but totally reasonable for the quality you get. Service: Seemed a bit unorganised but was friendly overall. I recommend going here.

We followed an invitation here. When it comes to “restaurants in tennis clubs”, they are otherwise rather biased. But it really wouldn't have been appropriate to be biased here! A great shop. Thursday evening wasn't full at all (but it was good that we had reservations with the 13 people, so everyone was prepared for a medium-sized group to come - and of course we were the last ones to leave shortly after ten). The atmosphere is totally pleasant. You only notice anything about the tennis club when you arrive and leave. Not inside at all. And, most importantly: 5 stars for the food!

Very friendly and fast service, the dishes lovingly prepared. We had tarte flambée with goat cheese - a poem - and chili honey chicken. Both good. The espresso was exceptional and with Giotto. :-) We'll be back.

It was wonderful here. The food is exotic, imaginative and upscale, and very tasty. We had a variety of dishes: from burgers to butter chicken to spaghetti with truffles and beef strips. A little Giotto with an espresso - delicious! Staff very friendly and accommodating. Isabell in particular did a great job. We'd love to come back.

Overall, my stay was extremely pleasant. The food was extremely tasty and the price seemed reasonable and reasonable. Particularly noteworthy was the excellent service of the handsome, young waiter with brown hair, whose service was of exceptional kindness. I can only warmly recommend this house.

We had our company Christmas party at the Charlie Costini restaurant in Frankfurt on December 5th, 2024 and were completely thrilled! The ambience was simply beautiful - stylish and cozy at the same time, just right for a festive occasion. The service was extremely courteous and incredibly friendly, so we felt completely at home right from the start. A big compliment to the kitchen too: the food was an absolute pleasure! Every course was excellently prepared and we all enjoyed it. We thoroughly enjoyed the evening and are sure that this won't be our last visit to Charlie Costini. I can highly recommend this restaurant to everyone - for special occasions or just to treat yourself!

Was at the “Best Brunch in town” for the first time today. I don't know of anyone else in FFM, but here the price/performance ratio was really excellent. A variety of dishes, everything very fresh and served with love. Perfect, friendly, attentive but not intrusive service. Very nice atmosphere. Lots of parking spaces.

We found out about this restaurant by chance. It's quite inconspicuous and difficult to find if you don't know where to look for it. The restaurant is really beautifully designed and invites you to eat, drink or just have a few cocktails. You can really find something that suits you in every corner of the restaurant. The food also tastes excellent, although the Caesar salad was quite spicy... But the service is so slow and anything but "professional". You wait for what feels like an eternity to be able to place your order and you can easily plan on waiting 1-1.5 hours for your food... I actually think it's a bit too long, especially if you're hungry. What was my main problem was the waiting parents of the children playing tennis. In my opinion, the restaurant unfortunately has a TV in the back with sports playing on a continuous loop. During our visit, a father was there with his two sons and shouted loudly at every goal and loudly commented on every step the players took... If it were a sports bar or a pub I actually wouldn't think it was bad, but this restaurant gives you an upscale impression with a certain standard that unfortunately isn't met by such clients. The food isn't exactly cheap and if you want to eat well, then you want or expect a certain ambience... and not shouting guests who just sit next to you with a beer and don't show any consideration. We won't be coming back... it's actually a shame, because the restaurant had potential

As soon as you entered you had a homely feeling. A very nice welcome. We were served by Amira, who lives her job professionally. Not too pushy, no fuss and still asked every now and then if everything was okay. A very likeable person who should definitely be retained in the store. She stands out by far. The beef fillet was very good. The atmosphere with a pleasant music, 90 and 2000, at a normal, nice volume. Definitely worth a visit. I am looking forward to the next time.

Leider eine große Enttäuschung. Wenn man Burger mit Meersalzkartoffeln bestellt erwartet man keine Chips.. wenn man Pasta mit Trüffel und Parmesan bestellt, dann erwartet man definitiv keine Aglio olio mit Trüffel oder Nudeln mit Kräutern, Zwiebel und Tomate. Das hat echt nach allem Geschmeckt ausser Nudeln mit Trüffel und Parmesan!

We went to the bowling alley next door, and the kitchen was closed at 18:30, they were short on staff and we paid for over priced nachos, so we were obviously still hungry and found this restaurant (Charlie) right next door, inside the tennis club. What a hidden gem, the decor is modern, the service is the best I've had in Frankfurt, and the food was absolutely delicious. We had some burgers, some salmon and cocktails, all reasonably priced and really top quality. Don't be fooled by this being a restaurant inside a sports club, it's really top notch. Das Gute liegt so nah! Wir waren zum ersten Mal da, obwohl wir recht nah wohnen. Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden. Das Ambiente sehr stylisch, aber dennoch gemütlich. Der Service sehr bemüht und flink. Die Karte bietet reichlich Auswahl. Es gibt Tee mit frischem Ingwer und frischer Minze. Im Sommer ist es auf der Terrasse sicher auch sehr schön. Wir kommen wieder.

Es ist so nah von uns zu Fuß und trotzdem sind wir nie da gewesen, schade wenn man bedenkt das es su gut ist. Eigentlich gibt es nicht viel zu sagen es ist halt einfach alles top. Wir haben ein frühes abend essen dort gegessen mit Vor Haupt und Nachspeise, gegessen haben wir Flammkuchen und Butter chicken.😋

Wir hatten hier unsere Firmen-Weihnachtsfeier und haben uns für das Restaurant aufgrund der örtlichen Nähe zum benachbarten Bowlingcenter entschieden. Was uns hier geboten wurde war wirklich vom feinsten und übertraf unsere anfänglichen Erwartungen bei weitem. Service, Getränke und Speisen vom feinsten. Alles sehr lecker und ansprechend angerichtet. Ambiente großartig, entspannte Musik, sehr freundlicher und sehr professioneller Service. Preis Leistung geht vollkommen in Ordnung. Man sollte sich von der Lage direkt an den Tennishallen nicht verunsichern lassen. Das ist alles, nur KEINE gewöhnliche Vereinskneipe ;-)

Hat ca 2 Stunden gedauert, bis das bestellte Essen serviert wurde. Wir waren zwar eine Gruppe von ca 10 Personen, dennoch ist das kaum zu entschuldigen, wenn man bedenkt, dass das Restaurant nicht etwa total ausgebucht war. Service wirkte überfordert und Getränke kamen zum Teil sehr spät und erst nach Erinnerung. Das Essen war letztlich auch ziemlich durchschnittlich; Portionen zum Teil zu klein, insbesondere was Beilagen angeht.

Also vorab, der Service war gut und bemüht. Jedoch haben jene Mitarbeiter sehr dumme Vorgaben aufgelegt bekommen. Die man auch sehr konsequent durchsetzt... Ab 10 Personen, reduziert sich die Speisekarte auf 2 Vorspeisen + 3 Hauptgänge wie auch 2 Nachspeisen. Man wolle somit garantieren, dass auch jeder sein Essen zeitgleich erhält.(hatte bei uns nicht ganz geklappt) Bei einem Preis von 34€ für ein 200g!!! Rumpsteak, sollte man erwarten dürfen, dass eine gesonderte Zubereitung keine Umstände macht. Stattdessen ist man darauf ausgelegt in großen Mengen zuzubereiten um die Gerichte dann auf mehreren Tellern zu verteilen.(spart arbeit&Zeit) Nun konnten sich 8/9 Personen auf 3 Gerichte einigen und obwohl wir keinerlei Vorspeisen bestellten, machte es jenen Angestellten zu viel Mühe, ein 4. Menü zuzubereiten. Somit war die 9. Person gezwungen, einer der zuvor gewählten 3 Menüs zu bestellen. Ich hoffe sehr, dass in Zukunft keine weitere Gruppe dermaßen enttäuscht wird. Das Essen war auch nicht sonderbar gut und die hohen Preise somit auf keine Weise gerechtfertigt.

Für unsere Weihnachtsfeier hatten wir einen Tisch für neun Personen reserviert. Als wir telefonisch nachfragten, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass eine Vorbestellung der Gerichte erst ab einer Gruppe von zehn Personen erforderlich sei. Da wir unter dieser Anzahl waren, verzichteten wir darauf, unsere Auswahl im Voraus festzulegen. Jedoch erlebten wir bei unserer Ankunft im Restaurant eine Überraschung. Uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass wir maximal drei verschiedene Hauptgerichte auswählen dürfen. Beispielsweise könnten wir uns für Burger, Steak und eine vegetarische Option entscheiden. Ein Versuch, ein viertes Gericht hinzuzufügen, wurde jedoch abgelehnt. Bei den Nachspeisen durften wir maximal zwei unterschiedliche Gerichte wählen. Die Zubereitungszeit der Speisen betrug etwa eine Stunde. Was den Service betrifft, so war dieser in Ordnung, das Essen selbst war jedoch eher mittelmäßig. Kommen wir wieder?! NEIN

Wir waren mit der Firma zur Weihnachtsfeier vor Ort. Das Ambiente und der Service war ganz stark! 1 Abzug muss ich leider beim Essen geben, da nicht alle zufrieden mit ihrer Bestellung waren. Mein Filet war allerdings brutal lecker. Ich empfehle es gerne weiter, würde aber gerne etwas mehr serviert bekommen. Wir waren im Großen und Ganzen sehr zufrieden 😃

Absolut zu empfehlen! Wenn man es einmal gefunden hat, möchte man es nicht mehr missen. Sehr gehobenes Ambiente im Restaurant, man vergisst, dass man sich in einer Tennishalle befindet - auch die Terrasse im Sommer ist sehr zu empfehlen. Das Essen ist ausgezeichnet, sowohl die Burger, als auch die veganen/vegetarischen Gerichte sowie die Lasagne und das Schnitzel. Die Trüffelpommes sind absolut ein Muss. Das reichhaltige Getränkeangebot deckt vom Spaten-Bräu vom Fass über eine große Weinauswahl bis hin zum Espresso Martini alles ab. Abgerundet wird das alles vom exzellenten Service! Preislich vielleicht etwas höher angesiedelt, jedoch wird dies durch das vorher geschriebene mehr als gerechtfertigt.

Wir sind begeistert! Wir freuen uns sehr ein gutes Restaurant in unserer Ecke von Frankfurt bekommen zu haben. Das Ambiente versetzt uns jedes Mal in „Kurzurlaubfeeling“. Das Essen ist durchweg sehr gut und toll angerichtet mit Liebe zum Detail! Das Konzept (Entspannte Atmosphäre, tolles Essen, Bar und Event) überzeugt uns zu 100%! Der Service war anfänglich etwas holprig, hat sich aber zwischenzeitlich eingefahren! Schön, dass ihr da seid! Wir unterstützen euch! Macht weiter so!

Hierbei handelt es sich um eine gastronomische Einrichtung im Frankfurter Tennisclub Palmengarten. Schick und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, ebenso die Bar. Aber wen wundert es, wenn die Frankfurter Tennisgesellschaft zu Gast ist ;-) Die Location ist in jedem Fall (räumlich gesehen) dazu geeignet, größere Gruppen aufzunehmen; ob es möglich ist, dort regulär Essen zu gehen, entzieht sich meiner Kenntnis. Die Speisekarte liest sich vielfältig, man hat sich jedoch hauptsächlich auf Burger spezialisiert. Was ich anmerken muss: es werden viele Anglizismen in der Bezeichnung der Speisen verwandt - was am Ende exklusiver klingt, als das, was sich tatsächlich auf dem Teller wiederfindet. Die weiblichen Servicekräfte sind nett anzuschauen, das ist aber auch alles. Der Location und dem gewollten Standard werden sie jedoch nicht gerecht, wenn die Hälfte der Pommes (was eh schon eine schmale Portion ist) beim Servieren auf der Tischdecke landet. Zu den Speisen: Burger sind zufriedenstellend, Pommes erinnern an günstige TK Ware, der kleine Karottensalat dazu…. Kleiner könnte das Schüsselchen wirklich nicht ausfallen. Das Schitzel Wiener Art ist geschmacklich in Ordnung. Nur schade, das der Beilagensalat erst serviert wurde, nachdem das Schnitzel bereits verzehrt wurde. Und Apropos Beilagensalat: keine gute Auswahl an Blattsalaten, das Dressing nicht stimmig - dafür jedoch die Deko Karotte kunstvoll geschnitzt. Pasta ist in Ordnung. Die Portionsgrössen lassen zu wünschen übrig, denn fast jeder aus unserer Gruppe hatte nach dem Hauptgang noch Hunger und einige bestellten nur noch deshalb ein Dessert, um halbwegs gesättigt das Lokal zu verlassen. Preis-Leistung ist meiner Meinung nach NICHT stimmig. Das Restaurant erhält von mir keine Weiterempfehlung.

Waren hier im Juli. Super gegessen und das Personal war auch top! Herzlich, freundlich und einfach angenehm. 3 Vegane Gerichte auf der karte plus mehrere vegetarische - mega! Wir wurden auch nicht anders behandelt, weil wir nicht ganz so schick waren wie man es für einen Tennisclub vielleicht erwartet, das war richtig angenehm. Danke auf jeden Fall. Es gibt hier leckeres Essen. Nur die Finger weg von der Pasta. Spaghetti Surf n Turf mit 3 Stücken Fleisch und 3 King Prawns für 22€ find ich nicht gut. Zudem ist alles ins Sauce getunkt, ein Bischen weniger hätte es auch getan das war schon fast ne Suppe. Hatte das mal davor die Nudeln mit dem Wallnus Pesto das war absolut nicht gut. Die bruschetta und die butterfly Garnelen sind der Hammer suche die Burger sind sehr gut. Leider das Größte minus der Service. Bier bestellt erst auf Nachfrage 28 Minuten später bekommen. Meine Frau bekam ihr Getränk auch erst auf Nachfrage nach 40 min. Bis wir überhaupt angesprochen wurden hat sehr lange gedauert. Aufmerksam ob das Glas leer ist etc ist hier erst recht keiner. Schade denn beim ersten Mal war der Laden noch neu da konnte man es noch so durchwinken aber mittlerweile sollte das Team doch eingespielt sein

Der Cheeseburger und die Pommes waren sehr lecker. Service sehr aufmerksam.

Das Essen war sehr lecker, man sitzt schön im Grünen, kinderfreundlich und tolles Ambiente.

Essen war lecker, die Vorspeisen leider sehr überteuert. Da stimmt das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis leider nicht. Das Personal war teilweise überfordert. Das Ambiente drin und draußen ist sehr schön.
