Unfortunately, the food is now below average, "homemade mayo" for €1.00 are small plastic packets from Heinz, and since last year almost all Balkan drinks have been missing from the menu. What's new this year is the power cable on the terrace, which gave us a few hard knocks. The waiter smiles away any hint of this and the plastic mayo is cashed in hard. Well, it's kind of funny 🤣 Nevertheless, in the future we'll prefer the many Turkish alternatives on Venlo. It's a shame, it was good the year before last.

Incredibly bad service – absolutely disrespectful! I have never had such a terrible experience in a restaurant. We had a reservation for the Iftar meal as we were fasting, and when we arrived we were told in the most rude manner that there was no space - even though we had reserved! No apology, no attempt to find a solution, just a stone cold rejection. This is not just bad service, but an absolute disrespect for the guests. If you can't keep reservations, then you shouldn't accept them at all! I will never enter this place again and can only advise everyone to find a better alternative.

Worst restaurant visit of my life – never again! I don't know what was worse - the disrespectful treatment of guests or the fact that this restaurant clearly has no idea about hospitality. I don't have a good experience! I can understand that they are busy at the moment because of Ramadan, but they should also write who has reserved! Simply speechless how they treated us. We are in Germany and not in Bosnia but we were still in the Balkans and we were talking about something else!!!

If you love good Balkan grilled food, this is the place for you! The Ćevapčići are simply outstanding – juicy, spicy and perfectly grilled. The side dishes are also fresh and delicious. The service is friendly and attentive. No matter whether to take away or directly on site. Absolute recommendation!

They fail to provide a functioning payment environment, especially for internationals. A customer can not pay with his/her non german debit/credit card. Customer can’t pay with bank transfer. Thus, they suggest going to an atm, withdraw cash and bring it back to the restaurant(when you attempt to proceed with the atm, they ask you to lend your id to them, which is private information). If you don’t consent with the id, they threaten you with calling the police. Shame on the staff.

We called a day in advance and made reservations for Iftar time at around 6:20 p.m. When we arrived today at 5:55 p.m., we just wanted to quickly check whether everything was OK and order slowly. What happened next was simply incredible! The boss was incredibly rude and disrespectful. Such background noise is unworthy of a catering establishment and gives the impression of chaotic conditions behind the scenes. A visit to a restaurant should be characterized by hospitality, professionalism and a pleasant atmosphere - I missed all of this sorely that evening. Very unfortunate.

Yesterday we were at Ćevapčići House for the first time and definitely not the last time! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, you immediately feel welcome. The Bosnian music in the background contributes perfectly to the cozy and authentic atmosphere. My wife and I ordered a large plate of cevapcici and a large plate of beef sausage, each with kajmak, ajvar and onions. The wait was pleasantly short and the food was served with freshly baked bread. There were also two Bosnian Cola, which went perfectly with the meat dishes. The cevapi were simply perfect: just the right seasoning, juicy and still slightly pink on the inside with delicious roasted aromas from the grill. The beef sausage was also very juicy and rounded off the taste experience wonderfully. A real culinary gem, quietly located in Ehrenfeld – ideal for a relaxing evening. We are more than happy that we saved ourselves the wait at Kebapland!

We visited this restaurant on the advice of a friend. A familiar, warm and simple atmosphere. We were warmly welcomed by the staff and quickly assigned a seat. The menu is manageable and tempts with a variety of different combinations of a selected range of dishes. Very tasty. The bread absorbed the flavors of the fat from the meat nicely and was lightly grilled. The Cevapcici were very tasty, good texture and seasoning, I really liked them. The beef sausage was also very tasty, but a little more engaging and stronger in taste. In my opinion both are very suitable. Ajvar was great. Kajmak didn't really suit my taste, but this is just a subjective assessment. Next time I'll order the 10 cevapcici in bread. Can only recommend this restaurant!

We waited 30 minutes for the starter alone, which was an absolute disgrace even though there weren't that many visitors. Of course the drinks came immediately. Basically the starter was brought together with the main course. The meaning of an appetizer was not understood here. The service is a disaster. Yesterday, on my way back to Luxembourg, I stopped by as usual, but this time with a friend to see what's going on. The waiter ignored it. Merdzimek, nothing special, but it can pass. Kebabs are tasteless and the bun is also mushy. The waiter was executed and certainly not for the job. What did I agree with? He charges me without an invoice, but only tells me €55 and that's it. I am really shocked and disappointed. I wonder if the owner of this building has changed? All the employees spoke German, nobody knew our language. This is not hate, but advice to fix this if you want to see us again, because this is not you as I am used to you. Kind regards

When I announced that I would complain to the boss, the lady replied that she was the owner.
