The quality of the food has dropped

after seeing all the 4+ reviews I thought trying out some burgers & hotdogs would be a good idea and pretty safe. I ordered for 2 people. 5 burger and 2 hotdogs. I very rarely write a negative review or any at all, but 52,- euro for this? that's a crime. I didn't get any drinks or fries. otherwise I would've paid even more. now, about the actual food.. embarassing and just plain bad. taste was blunt. the bread/bun was old. the meat patty was still pink inside on 2 burgers. no seasoning. just the taste of minced meat that isn't cooked properly. the "salad" was one thin green slice on the burgers, which was old and dry. no crunch, no freshness. You could hardly see the cheese (on the so called cheese burgers) and even less taste it. the tomato slice was old and dry. again, no freshness. the sauce was okay. the only thing with taste, really. I had one burger and one hotdog with jalapenos and my god.. you would expect maybe a few thin slices, but no, they put the whole thing on there. it was completely overwhelming and you could taste nothing else. it was way too spicey. I have good tolerance from eating Buldak Ramen (the 2x hot ones), but it wasn't delicious. it's just spice with no taste. the hotdog itself was spicey, which was nowhere documented. so you end up with double spicey, a small hotdog absolutely loaded with jalapenos and hot sauce. my biggest disappointment were the burgers. they all sucked. I bought groceries yesterday and I will do them myself from now on - like I used to. this was the first and last time I was foolish enough to trust 4+ reviews and order here. the food has 0 passion or taste. this garbage should be given out for free and even then, I could see how some people might turn it down after taking a bite. now, if you read until here: the positives were the short delivery time (probably because they have no customers - who knew), the delivery came well packaged, every item has it's own packaging. it was still warm and the delivery person was nice. I can't say anything about the place itself, because I ordered, so that is all. but seriously, a child can make better burgers. oh and I forgot to mention, my mother who I shared the food with, had stomach issues after eating. from me and her, sincerely, have a nice day. unfortunately, I didnt take pictures, because I was hungry, but believe me, you're not missing anything. they look just as average as they taste

Large selection and everything at fair prices. I like to order home but also like to eat on site.

My visit to this restaurant was a big disappointment. The food was inedible, completely overcooked and over-seasoned. Service was slow and inattentive, and staff seemed uninterested. The prices were disproportionate to the quality of the food and service. Overall a very disappointing experience. I definitely won't be coming back.

The chicken burger and cheeseburger are so delicious!!

Great service. Beautiful interior. Varied selection. Food was not entirely satisfying, the grilled chicken was burned; it spoiled the entire mixed grill plate. Rest, sandwich and Pizzabrötchen, were good. The reason we came here was to variate away from the usual Döner/Kebab and Turkish grill most prominent in Germany. We are happy overall with the visit, but the cooks here should not serve the food if its quality degraded during the preparation, it can be considered as carelessness about the customer experience.

Brought 5 pizzas, all over salted (high 10..... NEVER AGAIN).

We ordered there for the first time today and it was absolutely delicious and really plentiful. We'll definitely do it again!

Had dinner with my wife and child today. There was: pizza half margarita and half tuna, then a Moroccan sandwich with fries, breaded chicken strips with fries. The food and the super tasty joppie sauce were great. The pizza was light and crispy, the fries were probably homemade - they were deluxe fries (not always the bag fries, like with other providers). The service staff was very friendly. Since we hadn't finished eating because the portions were generous, we took the food with us. I commented that the sauce was very good, some was given to me at no extra charge. This was the second time we've eaten there. The hygiene, e.g. B. clean tables, clean salt shakers, napkins laid out everywhere and clean toilets give us a good, clean impression. The home orders have worked great so far and I think the food is great. We'll definitely be back 😊. Best shop in Bergheim

The pizza and the pizza rolls were raw on the inside and not edible. Absolutely disrespectful after a call you were only offered that you would get something good next time. There definitely won't be a next time and I would recommend anyone who's thinking about ordering there not to do so unless you want a stomach ache then this shop is top and you even get food poisoning for free.

I ordered there and had to wait 2 hours for my food. Food was still raw. I tried it anyway and shortly afterwards I had stomach problems, if you know what I mean. I will never order there again and I advise everyone not to order there!!!!!!!!!! Please don't !!!!!

So if I could give zero stars I definitely would! We just ordered for almost €100 and both the pizzas were raw in the middle and the pizza rolls, the dough was just through on the outside but there was a raw dough dumpling in the middle! When you call you are told that you have a lot to do and that you should say something next time and then you can do something! And there definitely won't be a next time, so we would like to have something to make up for it now. There is also a stomach ache from the pizza! Delivery time was 1.5 hours and we waited well over two hours!! No offer to get something new in return or to refund part of the money! In addition, the phone call on their part was completely unfriendly and uncomprehending! An absolute disrespect!

Everything was great, all the staff were very friendly and the food was made very quickly and very tasty, just great😄👍

Ordered 2xpizza, 2xpasta and 1x chicken schnitzel with pepper sauce. Pizza and pasta are really good. But the chicken schnitzel: a bit small. Only the side salad is smaller (the bowl isn't even half full). Looked like leftovers from the counter. Apart from the fries. They were conspicuous by their absence. Not delivered at all. Conclusion: Chicken schnitzel overpriced 13.90 euros.

Die Sandwiches sind sehr gut. Das Fleisch ist gut gewürzt und die Casa-Spezialsauce ist extrem lecker. Die Burger haben einen angemessenen Preis und sind mit allem belegt, was auf einem Burger drauf sein sollte. Die Pizza hat einen dünnen Boden, einen knusprigen Rand und genau die richtige Menge Tomatensauce und Käse. Die gefüllten Pizzabrötchen sind ebenfalls super lecker. Nicht so schön ist, dass keine frische Paprika verwendet wird. Paprika aus dem Glas hat immer einen säuerlichen Geschmack, der sich auf das ganze Gericht überträgt. Dadurch wird es ungenießbar. Beim Hot Dog und den Tacos hat man etwas anderes erwartet, als dann geliefert wurde. Die Wurst des Hot Dogs war leider scharf, ohne das es irgendwo beschrieben war. Bei der Bestellung von Tacos hat man sich auf kleine Tacos gefreut. Geliefert wurde ein French Taco, gefüllt mit Fleisch, Käse, Pommes und Sauce. Das muss man mögen.

Das gute Essen wurde kalt, es bestand Bedarf an mehr Soßen

Der Burger ist gar nicht mal so , Pommes sehen aus wie selber gemacht. Jetzt kommt der schlechte Teil,die Styropor Boxen macht es echt labellig. Sorry

Good taste but food was small and I was still hungry😭

Wir waren heute zum ersten Mal hier, nachdem uns die positiven Bewertungen neugierig gemacht hatten. Wir hatten ein Burger- und ein Hähnchen-Sandwich-Menü (Bocadio Poulet Brochettes) und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Der Burger war ganz gut, kann aber nicht mit Burgern aus spezialisierten Restaurants mithalten (was aber auch nicht die Erwartungshaltung war). Das Sandwich war wirklich ausgesprochen lecker, sehr gut gewürzt und mit viel Fleisch und Salatfüllung. Die Pommes schienen selbstgemacht (unregelmäßige Form und teilweise noch mit Schale) und waren auch lecker, aber minimal zu fettig. Jeweils 11,40 Euro für das Menü (Burger/Sandwich, Pommes mit Sauce plus Getränk) sind günstig, die Qualität der Speisen ist trotzdem hoch. Das Ambiente ist das eines Imbisses, also nichts, wo man den Abend verbringt und gemütlich sitzt (aber auch das war nicht die Erwartungshaltung). Alles ist sauber und im Essbereich wurde versucht, mit Malereien an den Wänden eine Art Ambiente zu kreieren. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich. Alles in allem haben wir gut gegessen und wäre das Casablanca nicht etwas zu weit von Köln entfernt (zumindest nur für ein Essen), würden wir definitiv häufiger vorbeikommen.

Heute das erste mal bestellt, Schnelle Lieferung netter Fahrer und das Essen war ja mal der Hammer! Echt super gute Diavolo und Pasta! Super!!!!!!!! Macht weiter so, wir werden auf jeden Fall öfters bestellen!

Wir sind gerade von unserem ersten Besuch an diesem Ort zurückgekehrt. Wir sind sehr zufrieden, alles war lecker und schön angerichtet. Freundlicher Service, sauberes Hotel, definitiv 5 Sterne. Wir kommen wieder 😋

Wir haben gestern dort 4 Pasta Gerichte und eine Pizza bestellt. Alle Gerichte waren mitunter die besten die wir je bestellt haben. Und das in einem 'Burger Laden'. Der Auflauf kam mit den falschen nudeln und trotz mehrfachen Versicherungen, dass das absolut kein Problem sei, kam eine Stunde später der Auflauf mit der korrekten Pasta Art und zwei Colas. Super service und sehr leckeres Essen!

We came on Monday around 18pm and we ordered spicy sausages, 2 'Menu' options (with drinks and fries). The staff was friendly and the food looked and tasted AMAZING! The only downside was that the prices are not visible and the WC could be tidier.

Casablanca hat die besten Pommes die ich kenne und der Preis ist wirklich ganz gut für die Menüs

Haben mehrere Gericht jetzt schon probiert, waren im Lokal oder haben bestellt. Alles hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Die Fritten sind super, nur bei Lieferung halt nicht mehr knusprig, das schafft wohl keiner!!! Bei Lieferung haben wir festgestellt das alle Gericht sehr warm waren oder sogar heiß. TOP !!!!

Wir haben uns Taco Menüs liefern lassen wovon wir bisher immer begeistert waren... mittlerweile haben wir allerdings mehr Teig als Inhalt bei Köfte und pinchitu Taco und auf Anmerkungen bei der Bestellung wird auch nicht mehr geachtet... sehr schade

Über Lieferando bestellt, binnen einer Stunde warm bis nach Oberaussem geliefert. Der Fahrer war sehr freundlich. Das Essen war schmackhaft, die Burger gut gebraten (aussen angegrillt, innen leicht rosa) und der Belag frisch. Die Pommes sind geschnitten, teils mit Schale, und scheinen handgemacht, die waren auch total in Ordnung. Das Kind hatte einen Taco mit Rind und hat mit Hunger aufgegessen. Von uns ein Daumen hoch!

Habe mir in der Mittagspause einen Burger geholt. Sehr frisch und lecker. Fleisch leckeren Grill Geschmack und die Buns fluffig. Salat frisch. Gerne wieder.
