At Casa Pepe there are very solid tapas and also larger dishes. Quality and price are right. The service is sometimes a bit rustic, but friendly. The interior is very much like an old German pub, the tables outside are okay, but it's not overly comfortable. Everything was very uncomplicated, with the friendly Spaniard around the corner.

Not a spectacular entrance. There's 1980s charm inside too, but then comes the menu. Wonderful Spanish dishes at sensational prices. Scampi 🍤 in bubbling oil. Pulpo on a wooden plate like in Galicia and and…. fresh bread and excellent aioli. Splendid. The public? Almost all Spanish families. And me. 😊

Disgusting pub where the waiters don't know how to communicate politely and respectfully. I've been there twice and both times left without waiting for service. 1. Today we walked to the end of the room and the waitress told us to go back to the entrance and wait until she cleared and invited us in, even though the table was perfectly clean. 2. After 6 minutes of waiting and looking at the waitress walking around other tables, I had to stand up and walk in front of her to remind her to bring a menu. And we would have waited another hour if I hadn't gotten into a fight with the waitress who was supposed to serve us. 3. Finally she brought us the menu and said snooty that all the seats were taken today (as if that was my problem...) and so we had to wait. I told her that it took 10 seconds to bring a menu and that she could have done it even if all the seats were taken, or at least warned me of the heavy load, and apologized for the inconvenience. She replied that she didn't have to apologize to us and left. 4. Of course, we and my wife didn't stay in this restaurant after that, and our Sunday evening was simply spoiled by such rudeness of the waitress. No one apologized or even gave us disapproving looks. With this level of service, this "restaurant" should really be called Casa Peppa. I repeat that even with incomplete seating, we didn't wait for them on our first visit to this pub. She simply asked around at the tables with more visitors, obviously knowing that she would get more tips there, otherwise I can't imagine such rude behavior towards us, which we didn't deserve, and the ignorance of the elementary basics of communication with visitors and not explaining etiquette. The owners of the pub don't have the slightest knowledge of restaurant operations, not even at the level of minimal and basic basics. P.S. The restaurant owner's response contains outright lies that even sound ridiculous and fantastical. You can clearly see the level of development of these people. A reasonable owner would have simply apologized, even to the most aggrieved visitor, and attempted to smooth over the situation rather than escalate it. But he couldn't think of anything better than to lie and try to make the situation look different, as if the conflict had arisen out of nothing. How unprofessional do you have to be to not realize that it doesn't work that way?

I've been looking for a good Spanish restaurant in the Bonn area for a long time. I finally found it. Wonderful little restaurant, very tasty and high quality fresh food and the staff are very friendly. Unfortunately, the restaurant is often full, which speaks for the quality. Über das Ambiente mag man geteilter Meinung sein, es ist wohl das komplette Interieur der ursprünglichen Veedelskneipe erhalten, aber das Essen, der Service und das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis sind aus unserer Sicht unschlagbar. Die Wachteln sind ein Traum, die Patatas frisch zubereitet, keine TK-Ware. Die Alioli ist nicht so versalzen wie bei vielen anderen spanischen Restaurants. Die Qualität und Quantität sowohl der Tapas als auch der Gerichte ist einfach durchweg gut. Die Servicedamen sind flink und nett, auch das macht das Erlebnis rund. Wir haben Casa Pepe gerade erst entdeckt, werden aber trotz einer knappen Stunde Anfahrt regelmäßig wiederkommen. Wir freuen uns schon auf den Sommer, wenn man draußen sitzen kann. Daran, dass viele muttersprachlich spanisch sprechenden Gäste da waren, erkannt man oft die Qualität.

You should definitely reserve a table because everyone was there, even during the week. Place fully booked. The price-performance ratio is absolutely good. A quaint pub run by Spaniards. Food very tasty. It was very full, we had to make a reservation even on a Thursday evening. Were lucky. Delicious food at reasonable prices, several Spanish beers on tap and great wines. What more do you want. It's not a complicated but authentic cuisine. The current new addition to the tapas, which is not (yet) on the menu but is often mentioned by the waiter, is very tasty and a little more unusual: pork medallions with goat cheese and caramelized onions. But the absolute highlight was the turn of the year: We were there on New Year's Eve and had booked the corresponding, multi-course buffet. It was awesome! And this applies to the selection of cold and warm starters, main courses and desserts, as well as the never-ending quantity that was cheerfully delivered from the kitchen. And the taste was sensational. It's just a shame that everyone's stomach gets full at some point.

Wir gehen sehr gerne hin. Die Tapas immer frisch und lecker. Wir brauchen keinen schnick schnack, nur lecker Tapas. Ich bekomme hier mein cerveza Alhambra, was ich jedem ans Herz legen kann. Es ist immer voll, aber der Service hat alles im Griff, und trotz der Hektik immer freundlich.

Naja. Das Essen kam relativ zügig, Personal war aber sichtlich genervt und überlastet. Getränke nachbestellen dauerte schon mal länger. Das Essen selbst hat uns nicht vom Hocker gerissen. Wir hatten den Eindruck, es war größtenteils nicht selbst gemacht, sondern (Halb-)Fertigprodukte aus der Tüte. Am Schluss wurden wir darauf hingewiesen, dass die Terrasse um 21:30 Uhr schließt, wegen empfindlicher Nachbarn.

Gutes spanisches Restaurant mit fairen Preisen. Der Service ist immer ausgesprochen freundlich und auch sehr geduldig, wenn wir als größere Gruppe kommen.

Das Personal ist sehr nett und freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider am Wochenende sehr voll und meine Bestellung war untergegangen. Das Essen war frisch und lecker 😋 Leider wurde auf der Terrasse geraucht 🚬 was in Spanien schon längst verboten ist. Immerhin waren einige Gäste so rücksichtsvoll und haben sich abseits gestellt, aber leider sind immer noch nicht alle Raucher so rücksichtsvoll :(

Der beste Spanier in Bonn: leckere und reichliche Tapas, faire Preise und nette Bedienung. Eine Reservierung lohnt sich auf jeden Fall, da Abends dort (mit gutem Grund) sehr beliebt ist.

Wir haben super leckere Tapas gegessen und dies zu einem sehr fairen Preis. Der Service war flott trotz vollem Haus und super freundlich. Drinnen war es sehr voll mit größeren Gruppen und deswegen sehr laut und sich zu unterhalten etwas schwierig.

Immer wenn wir in Bonn sind (ca. 6 × im Jahr) für uns ein "Muss". Sehr leckere Speisen zu recht günstigen Preisen.

war vor eine monat mit der Familie 7 Personen essen hatten uns eine Paella bestellt hat super lecker geschmeckt, hatten uns auch anschließend Tapas bestellt hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt die Kellnern waren super aufmerksam und sehr nett und die liebe nette Kellnerin hat uns sehr gut bedient, ist aufjedenfall empfehlenswert hinzugehen und das Essen zu genießen.

Das Personal war absolut unfreundlich und teilweise sehr frech in ihren Antworten und Reaktionen. Kein freundliches Wort und angenervt bei Nachfragen. Auch bei Stress kann man authentisch und freundlich bleiben. Das war leider das letzte Mal.
