Unser Besuch war leider (wie auch bei vielen vor uns) sehr enttäuschend: Preislich viel zu teuer, geschmacklich absolut ausbaufähig und der Service war zum Teil sehr aufdringlich. Das Ambiente war (zumindest draußen) recht angenehm. Alles war sauber und man konnte sich angenehm unterhalten. Das Essen war zum einen sowohl portionsweise sehr wenig und geschmacklich fad als auch einfach wirklich besser und schneller selber zubereitet als dort vor Ort gegessen. Die Nudeln mit Rindfleisch & Garnelen in Currysauce glichen einer Currysuppe mit einem Hauch Rindfleisch und winzigen Krabbenhäppchen. Die Pinsa war trocken und auch nur spärlich belegt. Dazu kam dass der Kellner einen trotz wenig Andrang beim Bestellen schon fast unter Druck setzte und trotz mehrfachem „Nein danke, wir wollen keine Desserkarte“ einem andauernd noch etwas „andrehen“ wollte. Dazu gabs dann noch beim Bezahlen und dem in unseren Augen angemessenem Trinkgeld einen schnippischen Spruch. Wir werden definitiv nicht mehr wiederkommen und verstehen jetzt im Nachhinein auch die negativen Bewertungen der Vorgänger. Schade!

Es ist ein sehr freundliches Restaurant, gute, wechselnde Speisekarte, ausgewählte Weine, große Terrasse und Parkplätze vorhanden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und kompetent. Wir sind in die Nähe gezogen und sehr froh, in der Nähe Casa Leo zu haben. Wir können das Restaurant sehr gern empfehlen.

Amore, amore, damit wird jeder Gast erst einmal wärmstens empfangen und es ist nicht zu viel versprochen. Tolle Gerichte, liebevoll von Hand zubereitet, ein guter Wein, aufmerksame und freundliche Bedienung. Bei aller Betriebsamkeit bleibt trotzdem Zeit für nette Worte und man fühlt 'Amore, Amore' Bella Italia. Grazie mille e a la prossima.

Wir waren dort mehrfach zum Essen, immer lecker und besondere italienische Küche. Auch bei einem Familienfest wurden wir hervorragend beraten und bedient. Gerne immer wieder. Absolute Empfehlung.

Wir waren auf Empfehlung im Restaurant Essen mit 4 Personen. Leider war es ein großer Reinfall. Meine Frau hat sich Gnocchi mit überbackene Käse bestellt, welche hergestellt so trocken und nicht mal warm waren, dass Sie dass Getränk nochmals bestellen müsste um es überhaupt runter schlucken zu können. Unser Freund hat sich Lasagne bestellt, wobei sich herausstellte dass es 90 Prozent Käse gab und 10 Prozent Hackfleisch und Teig. Beim Kalbfleisch war ich froh, dass ich noch eine Beilage dazu bestellt habe, sonst hätte ich für viel Geld nur Fleisch mit Sauce gehabt, was zwar in Ordnung war, allerdings sonst nicht gesättigt hätte. Das Ambiente war sehr bemerkenswert, da alle in einem Raum saßen, wo die Akustik von Tisch zu spüren war. Im großen und ganzen nicht empfehlenswert. Insbesondere da das Preis Leistung Verhältnis nicht stimmt. Einmal und nie wieder!

Das Restaurant Casa Leo besitzt einen kleineren eigenen Parkplatz. Zudem sind in der unmittelbaren Umgebung an der Straße auch weitere Parkmöglichkeiten. In den Sommermonaten gibt es eine Terrasse. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, nicht aufdringlich. Das Personal ist auf die Wünsche der einzelnen Gäste eingegangen. Das Essen war sehr üppig und sehr lecker. Preis- Leistung fand ich absolut in Ordnung.

Super leckeres Essen und echt italienischer Service!! Ein richtig gutes Restaurant!!

Wir sind enttäuscht 34,00€ für Lasagne und Risotto. Lasagne nur mit Tomatensauce ohne Fleisch. Reis war lecker, sind aber nicht satt geworden. Menge ist unterirdisch. Anruf Nachfrage, plötzlich Telefonunterbrechung. Unsere Nachbarn haben uns das auch berichtet. Wir wohnen ja alle in der Nähe.

Wir haben kürzlich unsere Goldene Hochzeit im Casa Leo gefeiert. Die Auswahl und Qualität der Speisen waren hervorragend, der Service sehr professionell. Wir feierten im modernen Kegelbahn-Saal, der über zahlreiche Annehmlichkeiten verfügt (Soundbox, Fernseher und eine erstklassige Bahn). Allerdings hatten wir Schwierigkeiten, den Fernseher mit unserem Handy und PC zu verbinden. Der Inhaber kümmerte sich aufmerksam um uns und stellte sicher, dass wir zufrieden waren. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir sind zum ersten Besuch, nach Haus Ritte,da gewesen. Wir können hier eine klare Empfehlung für einen sehr guten Italiener geben. Wir waren mit Freunden dort und alle Speisen,Vor und Hauptgang,waren hervorragend..... Ihr habt neue Stammgäste

Das Ristorante Casa Leo ist wirklich ein wunderbarer Ort zum Essen und Verweilen. Wir wurden direkt am Anfang herzlich begrüßt und zu unserem Tisch geführt. Der Service war den ganzen Abend über außergewöhnlich aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Das Essen war richtig lecker und man schmeckt, dass die Küche ihre Handarbeit versteht. Besonders schön war, dass mir ein Duett an Speisen vorgeschlagen wurde, da ich mich zwischen zwei Gerichten nicht entscheiden konnte. Ein Konzept, dass mir so noch nicht begegnet ist. Vielen Dank. Es war wieder alles in allem sehr gut

Mein Mann und ich waren gestern zum ersten Mal im Casa Leo. Eine sehr schöne moderne und gemütliche Einrichtung, sehr leckeres, super abgeschmecktes Essen und sehr netter Service. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Wir haben uns gestern mit Freunden dort getroffen. Man sollte ein bisschen und Schallschutz investieren, dann wären auch Unterhaltungen möglich, ohne sich anzuschreien. Wir hatten unterschiedliche Gerichte bei den Vor- und Hauptspeisen. Leider fehlte bei unseren schlichtweg die Würze. Da wir selbst gerne kochen und auch essen gehen, würden wir das Restaurant nicht weiterempfehlen.

A fine Italian restaurant, the only drawback is the calculation of the small portions - only 2.50 is deducted there.

We'd like to share our experience here. First, let's start with the extremely friendly welcome. We arrived with a baby. We were offered a table with plenty of space so the stroller could be placed next to us. We were immediately informed that a changing table was available. The music was at a pleasant volume, easy to hear, and the atmosphere was informal and warm. The staff were consistently attentive, and the food was simply outstanding. The starters, main courses, and desserts were all perfectly served, despite several special requests. Everything was served with a smile from the waiters and visually perfectly presented. We would like to thank you for an all-round wonderful evening!

Gluten-free is no problem!! Top-notch service, very friendly and attentive, the food is upscale, and the value is excellent. The restaurant is well-versed in gluten-free dishes and offers gluten-free pasta and pinsa! Absolutely delicious! A great place for people with celiac disease.

By far the best Italian restaurant in the entire area. It tastes like Italy 🥹✨🥰 the mozzarella di buffalo is so incredibly delicious. The service is very friendly, courteous, and fast. You feel like royalty there 🙌 they even have gluten-free pinsa, and it's amazing 🥹🤩. We had a wonderful evening and will definitely come back! We were at the bowling alley, and it was very difficult to get drinks. Even after repeatedly asking, we didn't get a beer for 30 minutes! Even later, at our table, a server was simply not friendly...unfortunately, there are bad days, but the service was unacceptable. The food was okay and tasty. The atmosphere was also "nice"...crowded and loud, but nice.

Totally overpriced! Unfriendly service. Portions are way too small; my 3-year-old son wouldn't even be full. Spaghetti carbonara made with regular bacon and cream sauce. This isn't Italian!

Great Italian cuisine, friendly service and a relaxed atmosphere

The truffle pasta was an absolute disgrace. The consistency was reminiscent of ejaculate, and the sight itself was disgusting. There was no truffle flavor at all, just a bland, oily mush. Inedible, and a disgrace to serve something like that for a total of €50.

Absolutely, everything is right, including the good mood.

We're always very satisfied with the dishes and the wine pairings. Today I had the best sea bream in years. A must for any lover of good fish. The service also leaves nothing to be desired.

Update July 2025: I'm so glad we went back, because this time, I have to say with tears in my eyes, it was so amazing -> 10 out of 10!!! An awed "Wow" for the quality, the incredibly finely seasoned dishes, the creativity, and of course, the fantastic service! I think it's more than important to be able to honestly revise a judgment, and I say from the bottom of my heart, thank you, dear team, for a truly fantastic evening with stunning food, fantastic service, and a "we'll be back" feeling! Today you exceeded your reputation and completely blew my expectations away! ____________________________________________ Unfortunately, we weren't that impressed. The location is really beautiful, the service very friendly and attentive. The concept of the dishes is really good, but there's this... it lacks that kick. It wasn't bad, no, but when I eat at such a highly-touted restaurant, I expect that certain "wow" on my palate. Unfortunately, it was rather boring. Too bad, we were really looking forward to a cracker.

A more or less motivated waiter greeted us and took our orders. The orders came fairly quickly. The appetizer – Burratina e Parma – could have been much creamier, and the ham had a "neutral" flavor. The main course – Caramelle Gorgonzola e Pere – was a bitter disappointment: tasteless, dry, with a sauce that was far too sticky. When asked if I enjoyed it, I shared my opinion with the waiter – but there was no response. I then dismissed the question of whether I would like dessert – I didn't need a third disappointment that evening. Conclusion: Too expensive for a kitchen that could have been improved.

Despite my celiac disease, I was able to enjoy a gluten-free dish – baked pasta with Bolognese sauce. They also offer a gluten-free pinsa, which is specially prepared with possible contamination in mind. The panna cotta was also available gluten-free. The ambiance is modern and very appealing – the restrooms in particular stand out with their stylish design. Even the pebbled parking lot was beautifully laid out and fit in well with the overall setting.

Special requests will also be addressed with a smile if they can be accommodated. In short: the perfect place to take a little break from everyday life and simply let yourself be pampered. When we are at Casa Leo we feel like we are in heaven. The food is absolutely top class. Personally and professionally, I am in many restaurants all over Europe. Casa Leo would be an absolute hit in any metropolis, whether Paris, Berlin or Rome! We are not 99% or 99.9% satisfied here, but really 100%. We are lucky to have such an excellent restaurant with such good staff here in Krefeld.

From homemade pasta to Mediterranean specialties - everything is prepared with lots of **Amore** and high-quality ingredients. The welcome and service are very friendly and pleasant. Unfortunately the price-performance ratio is not at all. I am of the opinion that in addition to good quality, quantity and ultimately pricing can also have an influence on a rating. I think €17.90 for 3 cannelloni is absolutely overpriced.

The authentic Italian cuisine is absolutely outstanding - from the homemade pasta to the fresh fish dishes, everything was a delight. The service is extremely attentive and warm, you immediately feel welcome. The stylish ambience rounds off the experience perfectly. A place that I can fully recommend – we will definitely be back!

So you shouldn't go here for the food. Sea bream and vitello tonnato have never been eaten so badly. The prices are not justified. Impersonal service like on an assembly line. Just the ambience was nice.

From the bottom of my heart, I want to share my impressions of the home for the elderly "Domashniy ochag" in Kharkiv, where my mother is. I am very grateful to the staff for their care, attention and sincere attitude towards each resident. It feels like there are people working here who really love what they do. Mom always notes that there is a warm atmosphere here, reminiscent of a real home comfort. I would like to especially thank you for cleanliness, care and quality food, as well as for the organization of leisure time. Mom always says that she feels comfortable and safe here. Thank you for giving our native people a sense of dignity, respect and care. Your work is invaluable, and I am sincerely grateful to you for it! I recommend "Domashnoy ochag" to everyone who is looking for a place for their loved ones where they will be in safe hands.

We chose the New Year's Eve menu on December 31st, 2024. It tasted very good with a good price/performance ratio. The service was impeccable, very friendly and funny at the same time. We can recommend Casa Leo 100%. We would love to come back. Please spread the word!!!!

We have reserved the room with the bowling alley here for our Christmas party. It was a great evening. The food was excellent, the drinks were top. The staff is great and looked after us well (including singing 😉) - Gladly again! 😊🥳

Great experience and fantastic food! I had the pleasure of visiting this restaurant and I absolutely love it. The ambience is cozy and stylish, perfect for a relaxed dinner. The service was attentive, friendly and left nothing to be desired. The food was an absolute highlight - every dish was prepared with great attention to detail and the ingredients were fresh and high quality. The price-performance ratio is also absolutely right here. I will definitely be back and would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great dining experience.

I really enjoy being here. The food is excellent. A very good selection of Italian food and wine. Selected wines and a nice daily menu. Meat was tasty, my pasta with mussels was perfect. Service plus the whole team was very friendly and accommodating. I can recommend Casa Leo at any time. There are professionals at work here with many years of gastro experience 10/10

Upscale Italian 🇮🇹 cuisine in Traar / Verberg. Italian flair, friendly service with a personal approach, personable. The ambience is modern Mediterranean, with velvet-covered seating in warm colors and beautiful wall colors. Lots of wood, brick walls and beautiful pictures make the place cozy. The food was very tasty 😋 and fresh. Best ingredients. Highly recommended! There is a large terrace for nice days ☀️ and a winter garden. A bowling alley and parking spaces are also available.

My new favorite Italian! Everything is really right here. The food tastes fantastic, the staff is friendly and quick and the ambience is nice. The starter plate was varied and delicious and the main courses were a poem. Will definitely come back and try more dishes.
