I love eating here with my family. The waiters are very hospitable and will fulfill your every wish, even if something isn't on the menu.

We've been here for the first time in years. The staff used to be unfriendly. This time, everything was great. Delicious pizza.

Incredibly authentic, very relaxed and cozy atmosphere, friendly waiters, and excellent food. Top-notch gin and tonic.

A great place to relax in the evening with friends and family. Once a year, 15-20 of us from Braunschweig come to Velten and traditionally visit this restaurant. We're always satisfied with both the food and the service. I'd be happy to come back.

For us, it's still the best Italian restaurant anywhere. We've been incredibly satisfied from the very beginning. Everyone there is super friendly and even like family to us.

I can only recommend it, the staff are nice and not pushy, the pizza is great, the pasta was also great, I had a fish soup, I have never eaten a better soup

Unexpected cozy place in a small town

Unfortunately, the food has never been particularly tasty during my visits there, especially the pizza. The worst is the calzone pizza: the dough isn't cooked at all, the vegetables are raw, and in the end, you're disappointed by the taste and the chefs' attitude toward the customer. I don't recommend eating there, no matter how hungry you are, especially if it's a special occasion. "Casa di Italia" doesn't live up to its name; it's not even remotely Italian.

A lovely restaurant with excellent Italian cuisine. The decor is inviting and makes you feel very comfortable. The service is very friendly and attentive. The food is delicious, and the portions are generous. There's no long wait between ordering and serving. The prices are absolutely reasonable. The highlight is the espresso. It could have been given 4 stars, because the food was delicious. A shout-out to the kitchen. The prices are higher compared to others, so it's a star deducted. But the service...🙄😱 inattentive and, to top it all off, unfriendly... more engrossed in their own conversations... unresponsive to glances... thus, it was a short evening. When we raised the issue, we were loudly informed that they couldn't please any customer, no matter what they did. We could have called out. That was very unprofessional. And if it really was the boss (I don't know him, but my companion thought he was the owner) sitting in the room with us, at another table, well, congratulations on the attitude at the table, I shouldn't be surprised by the behavior of the employees... First time visiting and it will stay that way. What a shame...

The staff was very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, the food wasn't outstanding. The Parma pizza had exactly three small slices of ham. The Vitello Tonato appetizer also had a unique flavor thanks to the addition of green herbs (dill?). Therefore, an average rating of 3 out of 5 stars.

We visited the restaurant for the first time and were very pleasantly surprised. Fast, friendly service, pleasant and clean atmosphere. Food, dessert and the wine 🍷 were very tasty and 👍. Great Italian. Very nice staff; Unfortunately, when you get your food you are forgotten and you have to get the waiters to the table yourself to order drinks. The ambience is great and the dishes are prepared with love. If you're a man and you're very hungry, the portions are probably a little too small. But okay for the price.

If you are nearby and want to have lunch, Casa Italiana is highly recommended.

A typical small town restaurant with lots of regular customers. The food is good, although not outstanding. The pizzas are recommended. These are always very good compared to other restaurants. The pasta dishes, on the other hand, still have room for improvement. The daily specials are always good to very good. The tiramisu is not my cup of tea, but the taste is debatable. The wines are average, but completely ok. I really enjoy going here, especially because of the always very friendly service.

Unfortunately, the starter and main course came very quickly one after the other and the main course (pasta, 3 different types) was unfortunately no longer really warm, which was a shame! It's a shame, unfortunately only 1 point, although everything was correct...but even this 1 point is too much...to explain: birthday dinner in the evening...it took a whopping 1.5 hours from the order to the food delivery. The highlight, however, was the food. I'm speaking here for about 4 people. Old meat, tough and hard to cut with a knife. CONCLUSION, my suggestion would be to simply fire the chef, or simply offer fresh meat...never again Casa Italiano...never again

I ordered a rump steak, but unfortunately it was served medium to medium well. I wasn't asked how I would like my steak. In addition, the potatoes were very dry. The beans, on the other hand, were tasty and well prepared.

Hmh, the service could be improved in terms of speed, or why do I sit around pointlessly for 10 minutes when there is little traffic... If there is also fake friendliness with a slightly mocking tone, then it becomes stupid - to be fair, that is very subjective and my impression is that the other guests seemed to feel comfortable. The food was ok but not outstanding, unfortunately one meal was delivered incorrectly - rigatoni al forno instead of lasagna, but the lasagne was very clear, the rigatoni would have been better in terms of portion size. Since the catering density in Velten is clear in terms of Italian restaurants, the restaurant is still the shop that is worth it.

The waitress discussed with me the lack of spinach and garlic in the dish, the two pizzas were okay and the schnitzel was delicious. The waitress continued to be ignorant towards us. For me it was the last time. When I go out to eat, I want to feel comfortable and be taken seriously and not experience a Punch and Judy show.

The ambience is low level. The pizza tastes like Calle Pizza. The bruscetta came with the main course. We won't be coming back. Answer: Bruscetta is the first course in every pizzeria, except in yours. Salad and main course should come together. But whatever, it was just bad all around.

A week ago I was present with friends at the much-announced terrace opening, including a buffet and musical accompaniment. We were really looking forward to a lovely Italian evening with delicious food and nice conversations... We got: - almost a hearing loss, as the DJ/musician turned up the speakers to full volume before the buffet opened and entertained the guests with Ballermann songs, among other things - dirty and cold plates - not all dishes anymore because they were not refilled and so only the fastest 50 guests had the complete selection - Sore throat from yelling at each other because normal conversation was impossible at 120 decibels - Thirst because the staff preferred to celebrate themselves instead of attentively ensuring drinks were replenished - no discount even though we cleared our used plates and cutlery ourselves and put them on the counter as the service was too busy juggling the trays on one finger...etc...etc... Conclusion: The food we got was really delicious. Nevertheless, the evening was a disappointment in terms of price-performance ratio. It may be that this location is the best far and wide, but it is still incomprehensible that such faux pas happen when planning and executing this event. I felt uncomfortable and ripped off and, as sorry as I am, I will not recommend this place.

We visited this restaurant for the first time. There are parking spaces in front of the house, you can park there for 2 hours with a parking disc. The staff is very polite. Dogs are also allowed. The food was brought quickly and tasted exactly as I expect from an Italian. Leftover food was packed to take away upon request.

Restaurant Casa Italiana verfügt vom Frühjahr bis zum Herbst über einen schönen weitestgehend überdachten Terrassenbereich. Man kann dort gut sitzen. Die Qualität des Essens bzw der Pizza ist sehr unterschiedlich und somit weitestgehend "Glücksache". Woran das liegt ist unklar, denn der Küchenbereich ist von der Terrasse nicht einsehbar und auch nicht unbedingt vom Gastraum. Problematisch ist der Umgang des Personals mit vorgetragenen Beanstandungen. Eine Erörterung des Mangels ist leider nicht möglich. Vielmehr wird mit Ironie und infantilen Argumentationen der Mangel in Abrede gestellt, wie z.B. dass das Fleisch nicht kalt sein kann, da es ja zubereitet wurde. Fakt ist aber, dass auch jegliches Essen abkühlen kann. Es stand zu vermuten, dass die zeitliche Abstimmung des Menüs (Fleisch, Gemüse, Beilage) "verrutscht" war. Schade, dass Service, Leistung und Preis nicht immer einhergehen. Das Restaurant ist mit dem PKW gut erreichbar und Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. Die Stufen zum Gastraum und zu den Toiletten nicht für Menschen mit einer Gehbehinderung geeignet. Der Gastraum ist nur bedingt gemütlich.
