🐈‍⬛ The cat's back! 😊 We were looking for a restaurant at short notice for a group and discovered that Casa had reopened. It was a wonderful experience, with excellent service from both the staff and the owner. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the food – we had a variety of dishes, including pasta and pizza, and a delicious dessert, the house specialty tiramisu. The stylish decor was the perfect finishing touch. Thank you, we felt very comfortable and will gladly return.

We visited Cassa del Gatto today, following its grand reopening on Tuesday – and I can only say: it was simply perfect! From the appetizers to the dessert, everything was truly outstanding. The service was exceptionally warm and attentive without being intrusive. You can tell the team is passionate about what they do. The food was fresh, lovingly prepared, and absolutely delicious. I can particularly recommend the bruschetta, the incredibly creamy tiramisu, and the pasta – a real highlight! I didn't need to add any extra seasoning, and afterwards, we were lucky enough to meet the chef who created this culinary delight. The value for money is also excellent. As a vegetarian, I was completely satisfied, as the selection is diverse and incredibly tasty. A thoroughly enjoyable experience – Cassa del Gatto is definitely a little piece of Italy right in the heart of Bonn. Highly recommended!

I was there for the grand opening and I'm absolutely thrilled! The restaurant has a modern yet cozy feel, and you can immediately tell how much passion the new owner has poured into it. The team was very friendly, the food was fresh, beautifully presented, and tasted fantastic. It took a little longer to prepare, which is perfectly normal for a new opening and shows that everything is cooked fresh. I highly recommend this restaurant and I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

Hmm... I was just about to book a table (October 19, 2024). The website is offline, the landline is disconnected, and they're no longer reachable by email. Is Casa des Gatto even still open, despite the information on Google Maps? [My fictitious 4-star rating is based on previous visits.]

Not the best pizza in Bonn, but decent and very good value for money. Pleasantly seasoned, the toppings are of a good standard, and the crust is pretty good for a pizza that isn't hand-pulled.

In winter you can eat well downstairs in the cozy vaulted cellar.

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 7 Leuten hier. Essen sowohl als auch der Service waren hervorragend 👍🏻, Preis Leistung absolut angemessen! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Insgesamt, wenn man keinen zu hohen Anspruch hat, zufriedenstellend. Das Essen und Trinken war, auch wenn es Ewigkeiten gedauert hat bis es am Platz war, ganz gut. Ambiente wirkt abgenutzt und wenig aktuell. Service fand ich nicht gut, da, trotz dass wir als große Gruppe lange im Voraus reserviert hatten, lediglich ein einziger Kellner das ganze Lokal bedient hat.

Wir waren in einer Gruppe dort. Meine Pizza war durchschnittlich, bei anderen war der Boden aber total verbrannt. Service hat darauf gar nicht reagiert. Burgerpatty war offenbar auch nicht gut. Service war quasi nicht existent und obwohl wir die einzigen Gäste waren, dauerte das Essen ziemlich lang. Preisgestaltung erschien mir etwas seltsam. Manche Sachen relativ günstig, andere kamen mir teuer vor. Cola Zero auch teurer als Cola light... Ambiente ganz nett.

Hübsches kleines Restaurant mit sehr leckerer Aioli und leckerer Pizza, sehr freundliches Personal.

Sie hatten das was auf der Karte stand nicht da. Noch besser war, Schnitzel mit Pommes und Salat hätte ich gerne 🤗 Nein Salat kostet 6,90 extra! Steht doch in der Karte sagten wir. Die ist alt! war die Antwort. Okaaay , wir bezahlen Getränke und gehen.

Schon bei der Reservierung gab es Probleme, da der Tisch leider für eine geringere Personenzahl als angemeldet reichte. Die Speisen wurden zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten serviert, so dass wir nicht gemeinsam essen konnten. Einige Speisen waren bereits erkaltet. Das Personal schien hoffnungslos überfordert. Die anfängliche Freundlichkeit schlug in Unfreundlichkeit um. Danke, nie wieder!

Wir waren am 28.8.2023 gegen 23:00 Uhr im El gato Wir haben uns eine Pizza Bonn zu zweit geteilt. (Pizza Spinat mit Garnelen) Ich habe einen Tequila Sunrise getrunken und meine Lebensgefährtin einen Mojito die Getränke und das Essen waren in Ordnung. Es war nur komisch, dass man auf einmal nicht mehr mit der Karte bezahlen konnte und wir auch vorher nicht drauf hingewiesen wurden. Also musste ich circa 15 Minuten durch die Innenstadt laufen, um einen funktionierenden Geldautomaten zu finden. Da ich noch nicht mal eine Quittung oder einen Bewirtungsbeleg bekommen habe, sondern einen handgeschriebenen Zettel mit meiner Rechnung ,habe ich den Herrn vom Service darauf angesprochen , worauf er sehr pampig und ich muss leider sagen auch ziemlich vulgär wurde .Um die Situation nicht eskalieren zu lassen, sind wir dann von dannen gezogen und haben den Abend zum Glück sehr angenehm in der Bonner Altstadt zu Ende gehen lassen. Liebes El Gato Was war das denn für eine Nummer? Habt ihr sowas wirklich nötig?

Hier bedient der Chef noch selbst und ist ein echtes Original. Humorvoll und sehr aufmerksam. Wir waren mit der Familie zu fünft da und es gab exzellente Nudel- und Pizza-Gerichte. Auch der Schnitzel Teller ist üppig und lecker. Und das im bekannten italienischen Ambiente mit Wandbemalungen "a la Gatto". Nicht nur für Katzenliebhaber empfehlenswert. gutes Essen in angenehmem Ambiente Schon seit vielen Jahren bin ich in unregelmäßigen Abständen hier zu Gast. Hier ein Review unseres letzten Besuches. Bei schönem Wetter kann man hier mit Blick auf das Poppelsdorfer Schloss draußen sitzen. Ansonsten geht es eine Treppe hinunter in die (Keller-) Räume. Ob es einen barrierefreien Zugang gibt weiß ich leider nicht. Wir hatten vorab per Mail einen Tisch reserviert, was auch gut geklappt hat. Wünschenswert wäre, dass man auf die Mail-Anfrage eine Antwort bekommt. Beim Eintreffen wurden wir äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend empfangen. Dieser Service setzte sich auch so den ganzen Abend fort - Kompliment. Die Karte bietet eine große, klassische Auswahl, sowohl an italienischen als auch weiteren Gerichten und Getränken. Hier findet m.E. jeder etwas. Die Qualität war ebenfalls sehr gut, es hat uns allen geschmeckt. Beim Bezahlen wurden wir darüber informiert, dass dies nicht mit Karte möglich ist. Das war uns zuvor nicht bekannt. Hier wäre eine bessere Vorab-Info wünschenswert. Alles in allem werden wir wiederkommen - ob drinnen oder draußen.

Wiederum sehr lecker gegessen. Der Wirt ist ein richtiger Entertainer. Ein Besuch lohnt sich immer. Ich freue mich schon auf das nächste Mal.

War jetzt an zwei hintereinander folgenden Abenden dort. Das Essen finde ich persönlich sehr gut und die Preise dafür sind mehr als fair. Der Chef gibt sich die größte Mühe, den Besuch bei ihm zu einem Erlebnis zu gestalten. Service wird hier nicht nur groß geschrieben, sondern gelebt! Das schafft eine familiäre Atmosphäre. Dienstags hatte ich noch wegen unserer Reservierung für Samstag mit dem Restaurant telefoniert. Am Samstag standen wir vor verschlossener Tür! Keine Benachrichtigung zuvor, kein Aushang, keine Ansage auf dem Anrufbeantworter. Es war niemand zu erreichen.

Schönes Lokal mit super nettem Personal. Günni war für uns neben den sehr leckeren Speisen der krönende Abschluss eines wunderschönen Betriebsausfluges. Lieben Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder und bringen den Korb samt Löffel zurück :-)

People there are really nice, the service was incredible!

Der Eingang ist etwas unscheinbar, dann geht's tief in den Keller. Hier ist es wirklich schön! Viele handgemalte Bilder am den Wänden, lustige Katzencomics, sehr nettes Personal, das auch bei der Kindererziehung 😉 hilft und natürlich auch noch sehr leckeres Essen!

Vorspeisen Platte und Pizza waren absolut in Ordnung, sehr netter Service

Angenehmes Bonner Kultlokal, das wir schon seit vielen Jahren unregelmäßig besuchen. Gemütliches Ambiente im Kellergewölbe, solide bis gute italienische Küche (Pasta und Gnocchi sind zu empfehlen) und ein bestes gelaunter Inhaber stehen auf der Haben-Seite. Preise sind okay, Toiletten sauber, Kartenzahlung war ausnahmsweise nicht möglich. Unterm Strich einen Besuch wert, wir kommen gerne wieder. 👍

Mitarbeiter die sehr zuvorkommend sind, hervorragende Küche, hier passt einfach alles!!!

Es ist immerwieder schön das Restaurant zu besuchen. Der Service ist super sympathisch, das Essen ist hervorragend und das Ambiente ist gemütlich gestaltet. Einfach nur zu empfehlen !

Eines der besten Restaurants, in welchem ich jemals gewesen bin. Der Chef ist ein echtes Original und eine totale Stimmungskanone. Er liest einem jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab und setzt das mit seinem top Personal (!!!) um. Wir kamen vom Kraftwerk-Konzert und wollten im Lokal nicht direkt an der Box sitzen. Da ließ er Tisch und Stühle mitten auf den Bürgersteig stellen, Hauptsache uns ging es gut. Danach fing er an zu tanzen und steckte damit das Publikum und Passanten an. Es geriet fast zum Straßenfest die Schließzeiten waren Geschichte. Trotzdem wurde stets Rücksicht auf die Anwohner genommen. Mit so etwas hätte ich in Bonn niemals gerechnet. Die Location ist ein ABSOLUTES MUSS - und fast ein Grund, nach Bonn zu ziehen!

Bedienung ist okay, Lokation ist relativ laut mit Busverkehr. Leider keine Kartenzahlung möglich was in 2022 selbstverständlich sein sollte😐 Getränke kommen kühl mit Eiswürfeln und die Pizza, vor allem der Boden ist fabelhaft!

We were delayed arriving in Bonn so had to cancel our reservation, but went the following evening instead (without reservation). The owner/manager recognised our party from the previous cancelled reservation and could not have been more welcoming to us and our autistic son. The food was also good. We had nice pizzas and my wife enjoyed her chicken salad.
