2 Pizzen bestellt, Teig wirkt nicht durch gebacken, Brokkoli verwässert die Pizza komplett, Konsistenz der Pizzen komplett matschig. Waren mal besseres von denen gewohnt, schade.. Ca 40€ für eine traurige Enttäuschung.

Unglaublich lecker….die besten Hamburger, die ich je gegessen habe. Als leidenschaftlicher Hamburger Liebhaber kann ich es nur empfehlen

Schade das die qualitativ guten und leckerenFiletbites aus Hänchenbrustfilet durch billige Xl Nuggets aus Formfleisch ersetzt wurden ohne jedoch den Preis zu senken oder die Änderung irgendwo zu vermerken.

Ich war leider etwas enttäuscht. Ich hab mir ein Burger bestellt. Da war nach fast jedem Bissen ein hartes Stück, das sich wie kleine Knochen- oder Knorpelstücke angefühlt hat. Das war mega unangenehm und hat meine Essens experience leider kaputt gemacht.

Wir haben bei Captain Beef mehrfach bestellt und wurden leider überwiegend enttäuscht. Die Lieferzeiten lagen fast immer deutlich über den Angaben. 90 bis 120 Minuten waren eher die Regel als die Ausnahme. Rückfragen waren regelmäßig notwendig, da die genannten Zeiten selten eingehalten wurden. Besonders frustrierend war, dass nach langer Wartezeit teilweise noch gar nicht mit der Bestellung begonnen wurde. Sobald man jedoch anbietet, das Essen selbst abzuholen, scheint es plötzlich deutlich schneller zu gehen. Das hinterlässt den Eindruck, dass Lieferbestellungen nachrangig behandelt werden. Auch die Aussagen zur Lieferdauer waren wiederholt unzuverlässig – angekündigte 30–45 Minuten wurden am Ende deutlich überschritten. Durch die langen Wartezeiten kam das Essen mehrfach nur noch lauwarm an. Geschmacklich wäre es grundsätzlich solide, aber so geht viel Qualität verloren. Fazit: Nach mehreren Versuchen überwiegt die Enttäuschung. Probleme bei Zeitmanagement und Kommunikation machen Lieferbestellungen aus unserer Sicht nicht empfehlenswert. Wir werden hier künftig nicht mehr bestellen.

Essen mäßig super nur wenn man bestellt kann man immer davon ausgehen das es erst in 2-3 std da ist. Habe mehrfach vor 18:00 Uhr bestellt und teilweise erst was um 21:00 erhalten sowas kann es nicht sein. Ich werde da nicht mehr bestellen, so verliert man Kunden …

War mit meinen kinder dort echt lecker

Es ist einfach perfekt. Das Essen ist unglaublich lecker, ich fahre immer gerne extra 30min hin, nur um dort zu Essen, weil es einfach so viel besser ist als seine Rivalen. Der Service ist Super, das Essen wird schnell zubereitet und falls Fragen entstehen wird sehr gut kommuniziert. Das einzige was mich persönlich etwas gestört hat, war die Musik, es hat wirklich null zum schönen Innenraum gepasst der das Marvel Theme hat & auch der ständige Vibe wechsel war etwas nervig.

Habe online bestellt. Fahrer kam ohne ausreichend Wechselgeld. Konnte Nichtmal 5€ zurückgeben. Naja gut für ihn 5€ trinkgeld gemacht, bei den Preisen schon echt frech die Masche abzuziehen. Werde hier nicht mehr bestellen.

2 Stunden auf unsere Bestellung gewartet und beim Anruf nur darauf hingewiesen das sie doch gleich bearbeitet. Als die Bestellung dann endlich angekommen ist stellten wir fest das der Burger nicht wie bestellt und auch nicht alles enthalten war

Cooler Burger-Laden, geile Burger, aber die Musik war (auch wenn ich sie selber mag) nicht gerade für Familien geeignet. Wir waren am 25.01.26 gegen 14:15 Uhr da, und die meiste Musik war auch ok, aber einige der 90er Hits von DMX, SnoopDog usw. waren mit übertrieben vielen obszönen, fluchenden und beleidigenden Wörtern und anderem behaftet. Sorry passt aber nicht in ein Lokal. Die Musik war grundsätzlich sehr gut aber man sollte etwas besser darauf achten was gespielt wird, vor allem wenn Familien mit ihren Kindern anwesend sind - finde ich. Ansonsten alles andere echt cool gelungen und wirklich sehr lecker. 👍 Würde mich freuen wenn man sich um die Musikauswahl besser kümmern würde. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen.

Ich habe schon mal Captain Beef aus Ibbenbüren bewertet gehabt glaube ich Mal. Bei mir ist es so die 5 Sterne zu Captain Beef sind immer noch die 5 Sterne die Ich schon damals gesehen habe beim Beef. Die anderen Sterne haben auch ihre Berechtigung zum Captain Beef der in Ibbenbüren zu finden ist.

Ich war jetzt schon mehrmals bei Captain Beef und es war jedes einzelne Mal top. Das Essen ist einfach unglaublich. Qualität perfekt, alles frisch, geschmacklich auf den Punkt. Egal was man bestellt, es schmeckt einfach immer richtig gut. Man merkt sofort, dass hier Wert auf Qualität und saubere Zubereitung gelegt wird. Für mich einer der besten Läden in Ibbenbüren. Absolute Empfehlung! 👌🔥

I absolutely love this shop, we order often and everything is always hot, fresh, super delicious, the drivers are always very friendly and usually the delivery is fast.

Before you eat or order from there, read this! We ordered from there for the second time today and were extremely disappointed both times!! At €44 for two people, cold food with very little flavor is one thing! BUT the fact that there was something black in the wrap (looks like coal or something), which was also extremely hard and sharp, is unacceptable! If we had swallowed that, it could have backfired! On top of that, sending the completely wrong wrap and forgetting the mayonnaise, which cost an extra €1, is unacceptable! I mean, it's not difficult: read the order form, throw the mayo in the bag, and that's it! Regarding the food itself: The wrap was far too small (palm-sized). It was also incredibly dry because the staff even forgot the sauce on the wrong wrap! Regarding the burgers: I ordered two different ones! Both had almost no flavor, and the meat was incredibly dry! The meat was cooked way too long! But I have to say the mozzarella sticks were okay 👍. So, to sum it up: Burgers and wraps taste better at McDonald's, no joke! In the photo, you can see the black bit from the wrap, which is really sharp and rock hard! Never again Captain Beef!

We've been ordering from here almost every week for six months now… but what we got today was the worst ever. The burger patty was definitely cooked 3-4 hours ago, and they smothered it with an excessive amount of mayonnaise and ketchup, probably to mask the bad patty… It used to be the best burger in town, but after today's experience, it's not even half as good as McDonald's. I would have preferred if they had refused the order because of the late hour, instead of bringing me this burnt patty. Outrageous!

Loud. Loud, annoying music, loud customers, unfriendly service, food was quite good. The concept was actually good. Service seemed lackluster and more preoccupied with themselves and other colleagues. No "hello" upon entering the shop.

I have ordered several times and have to say that the food is 10/10, as is the service. Delivery is always on time and I am super friendly. I can only recommend it in Ibbenbüren.

I wish they'd drop the Avengers gimmick, because then they could really expand without getting sued by Disney. Cheaper than McDonald's and way better than Five Guys.

Ordering was super easy at the terminals, but we did wait quite a while before our alarm buzzed. The food was quite solid, and the portions were really good. All in all, you can get your fill here for a fair price.

Service is virtually nonexistent. Everything is self-service at the terminal and pick-up. The employees didn't say a word. This could be both an advantage and a disadvantage. It seems a bit boring, but it's more of a fast-food concept like McDonald's, and you get served quickly. 🤷🏼‍♂️ The atmosphere is OK. As a Marvel fan, I'm at least not negatively surprised. The food (pan pizza) was OK too.

We pre-ordered the food. They said it would be ready immediately. It then took 25 minutes. The burgers and fries were well received. The bowls, which were supposed to be with bulgur, consisted of something that looked like "ebly" (wheat rice)? And there was a lot of salad as filling material. If I missed the order and the guest has to wait so long for their food despite pre-ordering, THEN THE GUEST SHOULD BE INFORMED. The burgers themselves were okay. The meat was juicy and the sauce was delicious too. The burger buns were relatively average. The fries were also average, but there was relatively little sauce. The burgers are relatively expensive for the price. The tables were dirty and the return bins for tablets hadn't been cleared out in a while, even though it was relatively empty. The toilets were locked. The staff was friendly and ordering via tablets is also easy.

I ordered the Endgame Burger with fries, visually it looked very appealing, unfortunately the burger was anything but convincing, it was filling, but it didn't taste good, you only tasted the fried bacon but the sauce and I couldn't taste any of the cheese, although I'm not even sure if there was any cheese on it. Unfortunately the meat tasted like a meatball and was quite dry. However, the fries were very good.

The burgers were tasty, but the fries could have been warmer. I think the concept with the large ordering panels is good, but the exhaust system can definitely be tweaked a bit. Unfortunately we smelled like we had visited a chip shop. But basically worth the money!

The burgers actually taste very good and are extremely filling, but with some burgers you should think again about whether the ingredients harmonize well with each other. I think a burger is topped with a herb sauce that destroys the entire taste of the meat. The sides are really great, especially the chicken bites. The store is beautifully decorated in Marvel comic style and the music is playing great. Unfortunately, the shop is also cold and you are often cold!

The food actually always tasted great. But we've had bad experiences with the store several times. Once we had to wait 2 1/2 hours for our delivery & then it was cold & now at the weekend the fries were simply forgotten & the drinks bottle had moldy labels & the lid was rusting, so there was also rust in the drink & it could no longer be drunk.

Thanks to the ordering terminals, there is no time pressure when choosing food. After the large selection of delicious dishes, I decided on the Groot Burger and wings as a side dish. And now to eat - my goodness It's EVERYTHING incredibly delicious. People know what they are doing. If you want something hearty, then definitely go to Captain Beef!
