Das Essen war einfach köstlich! Wir hatten eine Vorspeise und ein Hauptgericht, und die Cocktails und alkoholfreien Cocktails waren ebenfalls hervorragend. Wir waren pappsatt. Nächstes Mal möchten wir unbedingt die Desserts probieren. Ach ja, und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Ich hatte hier ein wunderbares Mittagessen und möchte das Team/den Inhaber dieses Lokals besonders hervorheben. Es war nett, sich mit ihnen zu unterhalten, und sie waren sehr hilfsbereit, da ich mich in der Gegend nicht auskannte. Ich komme gerne wieder, die Garnelen waren köstlich. Vielen Dank!

Wir waren nun zum zweiten Mal im Cap1 Restaurant essen. Wir waren immer mit Freunden oder Familie dort essen, haben alle etwas anderes bestellt. Von den Vorspeisen über die Hauptgerichte bis zu den Nachspeisen waren alle immer begeistert. Der Nachtisch ist der absolute Hammer und wir freuen uns jedes mal darauf. Ein so tolles Restaurant, super schön und modern mit Liebe zum Detail hergerichtet. Selten eine Gastfreundlichkeit wie diese in einem Restaurant erlebt!! Das Team hat Spaß an der „Arbeit“ und das spiegelt sich beim Service wieder. Ich könnte noch weiter schwärmende Zeilen schreiben aber lasst euch lieber selbst überzeugen!

Das Essen war sehr lecker. Auf der Speisekarte findet mii Sicherheit jeder etwas leckeres zu Essen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Bei schönem Wetter kann mann draußen sitzen. Wir haben unseren Tisch vorbestellt, denke das ist von Vorteil, da sich das Testaurant sehr schnell gefüllt hat und innerhalb 1 Stunde fast alle Tische besetzt waren. Das Restaurant ist modern und gemütlich ausgestattet. Ich würde jederzeit wieder dort Essen gehen und mein 12 Jähriger Sohn war auch begeistert, er liebt die Bürger 😉

Ich war am 05. Februar 2026 hier, und muss sagen, dass mich die Qualität insgesamt sehr überrascht hat. Ich hätte vom ersten Eindruck her weniger erwartet, und am Ende muss ich auch das Preis-Lesitungs Verhältnis loben!

Waren gestern dort Essen. Ambiente und Service ist Top. Das Essen was sehr lecker. Preislich 24,50 € für 3 kleine Streifen Kalbsschnitzel mit Pfeffersoße fsnd ich dann doch etwas zu viel 🤷

Hatten ein Jubiläums Essen Getränke wurden aufgenommen dann zu den falschen Tisch gebracht und man saß mit 6 Leuten am Tisch es gab 2 verschiedene Gerichte aber das Essen kam nicht gleichzeitig sondern so zeitversetzt das 2 Leute schon fertig waren, dann kam erst für die anderen, seh unkoordiniert. Hatte Hähnchenschnitzel was total trocken war. Vorspeise Pilzcreme Suppe waren 6 Esslöffel, püriert auch schade keine größeren Pilzstücke.Für mich eine bessere Pommesbude mit Ambiente

Das Restaurant cap1 in Baesweiler überzeugt durch ein stimmiges Gesamtkonzept. Die moderne, stilvolle Einrichtung schafft eine angenehme Atmosphäre, die gleichermaßen für geschäftliche Anlässe wie private Besuche geeignet ist. Die Speisekarte bietet eine leckere Auswahl handwerklich gut umsetzter Gerichte. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die hohe Fleischqualität sowie die ansprechende Anrichtung der Speisen. Und schmecken tun sie auch! Der Service agiert professionell, aufmerksam und unaufdringlich. Ein gehobenes kulinarisches Ziel in der Region, das Qualität und Professionalität erfolgreich vereint.

Einziger Kritikpunkt: Die Auswahl auf der Karte könnte für Kinder etwas abwechslungsreicher sein, da es sehr fokussiert ist. Ansonsten aber ein gelungener Besuch und sehr netter Service!

Wir haben uns Burger und Pommes liefern lassen, wir mussten nicht lange warten, die burger waren beide sehr sehr lecker 🤤 und die Pommes waren heiß und frisch als sie hier ankamen , wir sind sehr zufrieden 😍👍🙌 danke dafür

Sehr ruhiges Hotel, ideal für Geschäftsreisende. Hochwertige Ausstattung. Der neue digitale Terminal macht Check-in und Check-out deutlich einfacher und schneller als früher.

Das CAP1 Restaurant überzeugt mit einer sehr schönen, stilvollen Location und einem ausgesprochen freundlichen Service. Man fühlt sich beim Eintreten direkt wohl. Das Carpaccio war geschmacklich gut, allerdings etwas zu stark mit Trüffelmayo überladen – hier wäre weniger mehr gewesen. Das Wiener Schnitzel war leider viel zu dünn geraten und dadurch entsprechend trocken, was dem Gericht deutlich geschadet hat. Was den Abend zusätzlich gestört hat: Am Nachbartisch saß eine Gruppe Jugendlicher, offenbar Bekannte eines Kellners. Diese waren sehr laut und unangenehm, was die ansonsten angenehme Atmosphäre deutlich beeinträchtigt hat – gerade am Abend erwartet man hier mehr Ruhe. Insgesamt ein schönes Restaurant mit Potenzial, bei Küche und Gästemanagement aber noch Luft nach oben.

Liebes CAP1 Team, wir waren bei ihnen über die Weihnachtstage mit einer Gruppe von 20 Personen bei ihnen essen. Wir waren rund um zufrieden, der Service war sehr aufmerksam und super obwohl der ganze Laden sehr gut besucht war. Das Essen kam zügig und war sehr lecker vorallem die Ente und der Beef Burger waren der Hammer! Wir werden nächstes Jahr auf jeden Fall wieder kommen und können das Restaurant nur wärmstens empfehlen😊

Lieber Cap 1 seit Jahren kommen wir Weihnachten mit über 15 Personen, heute war es das erste Mal nicht gut. Die Steaks waren ungenießbar, eure Entschuldiging fanden wir dann nett, den betroffenen den Nachtisch umsonst zu geben. Das ganze im Nachgang aber zu 75 % zurück zunehmen war dann irgendwo nicht kundenfreundlich. Meine Frau und ich kommen öfters, auch mit Freunden, dass setzen wir erstmal aus. Zu allem überfluss waren die Rechnungen fehlerhaft und es fast 45 Minuten gedauert bis diese fertig waren. Schade

Sehr leckeres Essen - vom Salat über Fleischgerichte hin zum Dessert. Hinzu kommt sehr aufmerksames Personal, das locker, aber dennoch professionell agiert. Absolut empfehlenswert!

The rooms are incredibly clean and comfortable. The mattresses are fantastic; I slept like I was on a cloud. The bathroom is very clean, spacious, and stylish. I would definitely stay here again.

Such a beautiful place! Such friendly service in the restaurant! The room had coffee and a coffee machine. A large bathroom. Beautiful pictures, great lamps in the hallway. Everything was spotless. The 800 km drive today was definitely worth it!! I'm delighted! Unbelievable for this price!!! Thank you so much, I'll mention your hotel everywhere. Incredible!!! And you can even open the windows! Ibis and Considèrent could learn a thing or two from this! Thanks again!

My wife and I spontaneously visited CAP1 for the first time today. We had grissini (small bread strips with sesame and herb butter) and pear and celery soup for starters, and Wiener schnitzel and tagliatelle steak and veal strips for main courses. The food was excellent, the portions generous but not excessive (just right). The breading on the schnitzel was nice and airy, evenly browned, and crispy. The veal (both in the schnitzel and the strips in the pasta) was not too dry and well-cooked. The service was also excellent: We were served very quickly (although it was a quiet Thursday evening), and when our glasses were empty, we were approached and were able to reorder without being left out in the cold. We paid just under €70 plus tip (2 starters, 2 main courses, 3 drinks). That's no bargain, but overall, for the food and service, it was by no means overpriced. Oh yes: The shop is nicely decorated, although it did seem a bit austere. I liked the open kitchen: you can watch the chefs at work; nothing is hidden. And the restrooms were also clean and didn't have any bad smells or anything. We were satisfied and can recommend CAP1!

We ate at CAP1 for the first time this evening and were given a very friendly welcome and the staff were very friendly too. Next we ordered our food, for which we had to wait a full 40 minutes. My wife's meal was a disappointment: veal schnitzel, there were three small minute steaks on the plate and they were really tough, not to mention the side salad. We were really disappointed. We certainly won't be eating there again. And don't be fooled by other people's 5-star reviews.

The service was very friendly, and the location was lovely. However, the pasta dish was disappointing: the tagliatelle was cooked very soft, so everything stuck together, and it was almost unseasoned...

Whether you’re a local or a traveler like me, I highly recommend giving Cap1 a visit and try to Rumpsteak pepper sauce — Rumpsteak herb It’s a place where great food and good vibes come together effortlessly.

I've been to CAP1 four times now & I've had a great time every time! The atmosphere is modern & cozy - perfect for staying in for a drink after your meal. The menu is very diverse: from a great selection of starters to salads, schnitzels, burgers and pasta. The shrimp salad in particular is my personal highlight. Not least because here, unlike what I know from other restaurants, there is actually a lot of seafood in the salad. The team is still very young & very attentive. The service was particularly impressive because when I ordered I was proactively offered to replace the peppers and cucumbers I had ordered with something else. I've never experienced that before either. Therefore: an absolute recommendation!

Overall it was a nice evening with the family. A few small things that have been fixed and hopefully not common.

The restaurant was full and it took a while for the friendly waiter to arrive. Unfortunately my receipt was lost, but this was quickly resolved. The chicken schnitzel with mushroom cream sauce was very well done and the fries lacked salt, but overall the food was still good. I'll definitely come back.

I find the place contemporary and inviting. We enjoyed the food that was served, it was sufficient and something special to look at. So the price-performance ratio was right. That wasn't our last visit.

I was at CAP1 with my friends to break my fast. We had great service that served our large group very well, my truffleburger was very unusual and incredibly tasty and on top of that the team even gave us dates and appetizers on the house so that we could break our fast and not have to wait so long for the food. I felt very comfortable and was especially impressed by the food!

Typical system catering, very well executed. Steaks are always 98% cooked. Salad completely ok. Bread delicious. Service top. You really don't believe that you belong to a chain that doesn't have 100% identical dishes in the other restaurants. Hats off, the team has to be there. Can recommend man. Ambiance Easter holidays aimed at quick flow, not for a nice evening for two. But there are certainly better restaurants. Nevertheless, 4 good points, especially because of the service and chefs.

Fantastic culinary experience at CAP1! Our group of six was completely thrilled. The diverse menu offered something for every taste, and every dish was of excellent quality. The attentive service and the modern ambience also contributed to a successful evening. We can fully recommend the CAP1 and are already looking forward to our next visit!

We were there as part of a college celebration. The restaurant was well attended. Nevertheless, the service and kitchen ran like clockwork. The service staff were always friendly and committed to the guests' wishes. Despite the high level of activity, the food was prepared quickly and met the highest standards of quality. I can't speak for the entire meal, but the beef burger was damn tasty, the price isn't the highest, €16.70 and you're really full. The food is ready quickly and the service is also quick and polite. The chairs are pretty comfortable and there is an open kitchen, the atmosphere is great too.

The atmosphere in the restaurant left something to be desired from the start. The bright lighting was particularly unpleasant. Instead of an inviting and cozy atmosphere, the light made you feel downright uncomfortable. After a while it actually hurt my eyes to be in the room. The wait for the food was also a big disappointment. It took so long that it felt like the ingredients had yet to be sourced or even hunted. When the dishes finally came, they weren't even served at the same time, which significantly disrupted the shared enjoyment. Another point of criticism was the appetizer platter. With a price of 40 euros, we expected a high-quality and generous selection. Instead we got a small portion with some fried elements, a few olives and pepperoni. The price-performance ratio was absolutely not given here. The main courses couldn't make up for this bad impression. The schnitzels were tasteless and greasy, making them barely edible. The burgers were okay, but by no means special or worth mentioning. Overall, the food left an impression of lovelessness and poor quality. Unfortunately, the entire visit did not give the impression of a restaurant that values ​​a positive guest experience. Rather, it felt like staying in an overpriced canteen where neither the quality of the food nor the atmosphere lived up to the high prices. Conclusion: Upscale chip shop with canteen quality!

Super fast service... Ambience was very nice and tastefully decorated... Bruschetta one of the tastiest I've ever had... To the Philly Cheese Steak Burger that was recommended to us. It was tasty but in our opinion it lacked a bit of spice but that could also be a matter of taste. The food itself is of very good quality. The fries were very tasty.

We ate there for the first time today. We called at short notice and were still able to reserve a table for four people. We were told in advance that unfortunately we could only stay for two hours because the table would be reserved from then on. When we paid, they even apologized for the fact that the table was unfortunately only available for two hours had. We haven't been served so politely in a long time!!! Dogs are also welcome there. The staff is also very polite and accommodating. The food is unbeatable. It's been a long time since we've had such a good meal outside. We are really excited. My husband and youngest son both had pepper steak. My oldest had a crusty burger and I had fried prawns. We are visiting down here from Schleswig-Holstein and will definitely come back on our next visit!!!. Prices are also unbeatable. Highly recommended!!!

The food was very tasty. Unfortunately our order got lost in the kitchen, which meant we had to wait a little longer for our food. To compensate, we got a starter and dessert on the house. Something like that is not a given. Deserves 5 stars
