Zu empfehlen ist das Überraschungsmenü; wir hatten 3 Gänge mit Weinbegleitung und haben den Abend sehr genossen. Angenehm unaufdringliche, lockere Atmosphäre mit aufmerksamem Service. Vorspeisen: Lachspastete, Rote-Beete-Carpaccio und Lachsterrine mit diversen Cremes und Salat … sehr gut Hauptgerichte: Rinderfiletspitzen oder Thunfischsteak. Dessert: Schoko Panna Cotta mit Birnen, Sorbet und Beerensoße. Tipp Top. Wunderbar passende Weinbegleitung, kurz und gut erklärt. Danke + wir kommen gerne wieder.

This restaurant has been consistently good for many years and makes you feel welcome. In addition to the normal menu, there are also “daily recommendations” that vary seasonally. In our opinion, the “Waldhaus” is the best restaurant in the area and highly recommended.

As a vegetarian you only had one option in the 3-course menu. All three courses were very fatty and high in lactose. For vegans, people with lactose intolerance or people who just want to pay more attention to their shape, the menu would be a complete disaster. Positive: The quality of the food was good and the portion sizes were appropriate. The service was also friendly and the waiting times were short.
