Call a Pizza in Berlin

I ordered a pizza an hour and a half ago and it still hasn't arrived, and this isn't the first time. The server isn't willing to work. I'll never order from there again.

I ordered gluten-free pizza over the phone. When I picked it up, I was told they didn't have any gluten-free pizza in their range.

I am shocked. I called yesterday and after 1.5 hours to check where my pizza was, the person on the phone didn't take my order on September 29th, 2025. This was the worst experience I've had. Instead of simply meeting me halfway, he just hung up on me. Unfortunately, I will never order from there again.

We ordered a pizza with a cheese crust and a burger. After 1.5 hours, we called and were told that no order had been placed. Even though it was the same employee on the phone as before! The employee got really rude. When I said I'd call tomorrow and tell his boss, he just hung up! That's anything but customer-friendly! It's a real disgrace! We won't be ordering from you again!

Honestly, I'm disappointed. What kind of burger is this?

The pizza was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The delivery was impressively fast, which made the experience even better.

Great. I had to wait for my pizza to be ready, even though my wait time was over. And because they were very busy, the pizza was delayed. The seller apologized repeatedly for making me wait and then gave me a free beer, which was delicious with the pizza. I had time, so I told the seller that it was no problem at all and that I was happy to wait until the pizza was ready. I'm impressed by the great customer service and will always buy my pizza there again. Thanks for the delicious beer.

Since my last pizza from you, my stomach has been really sick! Deathly diarrhea. Never again....

The employees are a bit overwhelmed by the situation at lunchtime. I wanted to pick up my pizza myself, and after waiting for over 20 minutes, the employee told me I'd have to wait even longer. I told him I'd been waiting for over 20 minutes, and he told me I couldn't get any more pizza from him, even if I ordered, and I was banned from the premises.

I've been ordering from Call a Pizza for a long time (including from various locations). The pizza is always delicious, fresh, and even warm. Delivery is very fast, and the delivery people are always in a good mood. I highly recommend the shop 👍🏻

I've been a satisfied customer of Call Pizza for years and have never been seriously disappointed. Delivery times are usually very short, the food arrives hot and fresh, and the quality is usually top-notch. Sure, during busy times like weekends, it can take a little longer, and occasionally an order isn't quite perfect – but the team always makes an effort to resolve such issues quickly and in a friendly manner. A reliable and customer-focused shop that I'm happy to recommend!

I have to be honest and say that I was more convinced of Calla Pizza back then. Especially when it comes to customer friendliness. Back then, they somehow accommodated the customer and didn't blame the customer for not opening his package (order) when picking it up, just to make sure that the "service" hadn't forgotten anything. I would still like to thank the driver for coming so quickly to exchange the sauce with me, which was swapped. As a customer, I still won’t get the time reimbursed. I thank you anyway, but I think we could work on that

Catastrophe, had visitors for the EM. LARGE order placed, paid via immediate bank transfer, confirmation received, but never an order. Call a Pizza apparently didn't receive any and I lost 50 euros. Thanks for nothing, again definitely not

Whenever i ordered a pizza a women take a order on call she speaks very rude on call I don’t know why she is so aggressive with customers on call. It happened so many times with me. Please,let her know that be polite. If we ask any question twice she should have to give good response. She everytime hang up the call. It make bad effect on this brand

The food always arrives warm, and you are always surprised at how good the food tastes at Callapizza, especially compared to others such as Dominos where many problems and errors occur

I went there before an evening order to ask about something, very nice people, delivery was prompt, they do a great job

I would like to share my experiences with you all. Last year I went to work at Call of Pizza in Berlin near Potsdamer Platz. First they asked me for a trial period. Then they gave me a contract to fill out and then suddenly they said we don't need one. We don't have any vacancies. I will ask all students not to work at Call of Pizza. The same thing happened with my friend near Rödernallee 17, 13407 Berlin. He went there for two days of probation. Now they ask, we don't need time. They took students' work for free and then said we had no vacancies.

Unfortunately I had to wait about 1 hour and 20 minutes. However, the driver fell with the bike, so it was broken and he had to push it, so of course it was understandable, and the man on the phone also apologized. Of course the food wasn't really warm anymore, but I ate it anyway and it tasted okay. Hopefully you’ll arrive safely next time😅

Why is the pizza always so extremely salty lately?!

We have been a regular customer for years and were very satisfied until a few months ago. However, in the last few months there has been a disproportionate increase in incidents that are causing customer dissatisfaction: 1) The wrong dishes were delivered and the correct dish was only delivered after a very long waiting time (> 1 hour). 2) Some of the pizzas were too salty. Often very dry, probably due to longer warming times before delivery. 3) Unfortunately the next breakdown today. We had ordered for over 50 EUR for a fixed delivery time. 90 minutes beforehand, CaP calls and asks if they can deliver because the food is already ready. The employee missed the target time. Since we couldn't eat the pizzas until the specified time, they arrived almost cold and very dry (from being kept warm for a long time). Dear CaP team - if you're going to charge expensive prices, please also include the minimal service: good pizzas, warm and at the right time! For the price and performance, we are not motivated to continue ordering from CaP. And we learned that orders at a fixed time don't work at all because there are obviously too few CaP employees for one employee to be able to sort the orders according to the time. It's a shame because you've been good so far 😪

I like to order from Call a Pizza, so if I sometimes order more and sometimes less but then from Call a Pizza, I am completely satisfied and can't say anything bad..! Food is always delicious..! Only some drivers where you notice they don't feel like the one who once brought me my food wasn't long ago, wasn't friendly on the phone and the one from today is super nice and so on, I would have loved to have given him more tip 😊 the delivery sometimes works even faster than stated 🙏🥳 rarely that you have to wait longer 😘 PS: Some people really deserve the respect 🙏

Ich habe mir das Essen liefern lassen, aber von Lieferando keine Email zur Bestellung und zur Bewertung erhalten. Ich habe gestern, 3.11. und vorgestern Freestyle Pasta bestellt, geliefert wurde schnell, alles ok. Aber der gewünschte extra bezahlte Knoblauch war weder geruchlich noch geschmacklich zu spüren. Für den Preis enttäuschend. Da fahre ich das nächste Mal lieber zum Franz Neumann Platz, bei "Alte Forno" schmeckt es immer obwohl es bedeutend preiswerter ist.

Hat online bestelt,pizza war in 45 min beide pizzas war sehr lecker, sehr zufrieden.

Seit Jahren sind wir Stammkunde hier. Immer lecker, immer schnell, immer freundlich. Auch kleine Versehen wie eine vergessene Extras werden bei der nächsten Bestellung unkompliziert mitgeliefert, ohne dass man es als Zutat extra bestellen muss. Macht weiter so! Ich bin wie immer sehr zufrieden und, dass Essen immer schön warm so wie es sein muss, und die schnelle Lieferung. Und Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter.

Das Personal ist immer nett und freundlich. Leider liefern sie erst ab 22uhr Pizza nach Wittenau. Es gibt 20% an Selbstabholer und da wir einen festen Parkplatz haben lohnt es sich sehr. Immer heiß und frisch. Sogar meine Tochter ist dort immer herzlich willkommen. Sie sind sehr einfühlsam und zum warten gab's schon Gummibärchen und hanuta. Ich bin weiterhin Stammkundin 🤗

Habe nach längerer Pause wieder Pizza bestellt und ich muss sagen sie sind einfach lecker ja die sind ein bisschen dünner belegt aber es ist ja überall so trotzdem eine kaufempfehlung sie schmeckt und der Service ist super👍😃😄😄

Bei mir sind die immer über pünktlich und bis jetzt nie was vergessen .Preis Leistung ist ok und Pizza ist lecker

Freitagabend bestellt, angesagt waren ca. 45 Minuten, am Ende warens dann 80. Ich weiß an Wochenenden Abends ist doppelt soviel los, dann sollte man das am Telefon aber auch ehrlich kommunizieren. Der Fahrer war nett, Pizzen lecker, aber nicht mehr heiß, auch kaum noch warm. Mitarbeiter am Telefon auch nett, sprach auch gut deutsch, da ist man auch mal anderes gewohnt. Preise sind wie alles andere auch leider immer teurer. Für exakt das gleiche haben wir vor einigen Jahren 10€ weniger bezahlt. Wäre noch cool wenn man bei mehreren Pizzen den Karton an der vorgesehenen Stelle markiert, welche drin ist. Sonst aber trotzdem gerne wieder.

Danke für die leckeren Pizzen! Zwar kam die Pizza fast 20 Minuten später, aber die Straßen in Reinickendorf sind auch besonders und ich wohne auch sehr versteckt. Weiter so!
