Wir wollten heute zu dritt dort Essen gehen und die WM gucken. Als wir ankamen, zugegeben es war recht voll, hat man uns bestimmt zehn Minuten warten lassen bis ich auf Nachfrage immer noch nicht erfahren konnte, ob sie einen Tisch frei haben, weil sie es selbst nicht wusste und scheinbar auch komplett überfordert war. Wir haben uns dann nach weiteren fünf Minuten haben wir uns dann einfach an einen Tisch gesetzt der frei war. Zwanzig Minuten haben wir dort gesessen, haben versucht auf uns aufmerksam zu machen, aber wir wurden regelrecht ignoriert. Wir sind dann frustriert gegangen und eine Straße weiter zu Mola cucina italiana gegangen. Dort haben wir sehr gute Erfahrungen machen dürfen. Aber hier kommen wir sicher nicht wieder hin!

Der junge Kellner war sehr nett jedoch hat die Frau ohne zu fragen uns die Rechnung einfach auf den Tisch geschmissen und uns gedrängt direkt zu zahlen . Danach hat sie noch das Geld draußen vor allen gecheckt da sie dachte das wir nicht bezahlen

Das war perfekt, vielen Dank für die 3 wundervollen Tage in diesem Lokal. Wir waren am 1.Tag über den original italienischen Flair so begeistert, dass haben wir die weiteren Tage "Italien in Berlin"genossen haben. Das Essen ist wie in Italien, Schnörkellos ,frisch die Nudelgerichte sind durchweg sehr lecker. Der Aperol wie in Mailand gemixt, der Espressi genau so. Eine kleine, versteckte Sportsbar mit Restaurant mitten in der Stadt, in einer ruhigen Straße. Das Essen war gut, aber besonders hervorzuheben waren der herzliche und freundliche Service und die einladende Atmosphäre. Die Außenterrasse ist besonders bei Regenwetter ein Genuss und sorgt für eine gemütliche und entspannte Stimmung. Ein toller Ort für einen schönen Abend mit Freunden. Wir probierten den gegrillten Lachs und die Pizza Frutti di Mare, beides sehr lecker. Ein Besuch lohnt sich auf jeden Fall wegen des Ambientes und der Gastfreundschaft.

Because of its proximity to where I live, I have come to this place maybe 3-4 times before, each time the experience is getting worse. Worst experience was today with its staff and boss/chef? Could almost say racist.. Never come here if you're not of caucasian descent

Ein absoluter Geheimtipp. Super guter und herzlicher Service, erstklassiges, authentisches Essen wie in Italien. Die Pizza ganz dünn und knusprig, eine vorzügliche Lasagne und hausgemachtes Tiramisu lassen darauf schließen, dass die ganze Speisekarte Genuss bereitet. Leckeres Pils vom Fass. Wir haben uns unglaublich Wohl gefühlt.

Sehr freundliches Personal habe ich schon lange nicht mehr so nett zuvorkommend erlebt. Das Essen ist richtig original italienisch schmeckt sehr gut. Preise günstiger als bei anderen Italienern die nicht so gut sind. Ich kann es nur empfehlen.

Sind für 3 Tage in Berlin unsere Freundin hat dieses Bistro ausgesucht sie kommt aus Berlin kannte es aber auch nicht. Es war sehr schön. Essen top. Preis/Leistung top. Aber ein ganz besonderes Lob geht an die mega freundliche Kellnerin. Danke.

Seitdem dieser Laden eröffnet hat, schaue ich hier mit meinem Vater und meinem Bruder Fußballspiele. Leider hat er in den letzten Jahren stark nachgelassen. Aus einer Kneipe, in der man in angenehmer Atmosphäre Fußball schauen und lecker und günstig essen konnte, ist jetzt ein Restaurant geworden. Leider ist das Essen für ein Restaurant nur mittelmäßig (es gibt in Berlin deutlich bessere italienische Restaurants, sowohl was die Qualität als auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis angeht). Außerdem werde ich vom Besitzer immer sehr schlecht behandelt. Manchmal reserviere ich, und die Reservierung wird einfach ignoriert; manchmal sitze ich trotz Reservierung auf Plätzen ohne Sicht auf die Spiele (während die Freunde des Besitzers, die gar nicht reserviert haben, die besten Plätze bekommen); und manchmal werden meine Freunde schlecht behandelt, weil wir nicht genug bestellen usw. – und das alles, obwohl ich jede Woche hier bin.

We were really surprised. A lovely place to linger if you want to enjoy the charm of an older bistro. The service was excellent! We were informed about the daily specials. The food was modern, hot, and delicious. And all this for a fantastic price, which is unusual for a city bistro. €13 per person for lunch with a drink... Hats off!

We went several times during our stay in Berlin. They have a great menu of varied Italian food, not just pizzas, and everything we tried was delicious. The waitresses and the chef were very professional, attentive, and friendly. The atmosphere was wonderful.

This used to be a place and meeting place for all Italians in the City West, but now, unfortunately, there are only a lot of Arabs there...

The Caffè-Bistro offers decent coffee and a solid lunch menu—ideal for a quick stop. The atmosphere is cozy, though it can get quite loud during sports broadcasts. Service is friendly, but occasionally a bit inattentive; prices are slightly above average. Overall, it's okay, but there's room for improvement in terms of service and value for money.

I went to this truly outstandingly atmospheric Italo Bar spontaneously and at short notice. I was looking for something to watch the championship final between Napoli and Cagliari and this was a winning lottery ticket. Thanks for the great evening in your fantastic bar. 6 TVs, great view, homemade fried Neapolitan delicacies (panzerotti, stuffed aubergines). The pizza was absolutely delicious, the Italian Peroni beer was thirst-quenching. Despite the chaos in this bar, it was incredibly full of Napoli Tifosi, absolutely brilliant. Despite all the hustle and bustle, every wish of the Tifosi and guests was fulfilled, compliments to the bar team, really. Highly recommended! A relatively small Italian Café and Restaurant. I loved the food. I think everything on the menu is good. On my first visit, I had Gnocchi alla Sorrentina, and on the following evening, I had Salmone alla griglia, and my friend had Spaghetti Frutti di Mare, also very good. There is outdoor and bar seating, too. The wait personnel speaks Italian, and the place is frequented by a number of Italian speaking guests. ⚠️: The place is cash only, no cards!

Amazingly inexpensive and in the middle of Berlin City West. Can only be recommended. My lasagna could perhaps have been filled with a little more meat. Extremely nice waiter. And the toilet very clean.

Raw pizza and inefficient service

The ambience and atmosphere are great! The waiting time was 20 minutes. Since the place was pretty full, that's acceptable. In terms of taste, I have to say, the pizza was far from tasting good.

See authentic Italian right next to KaDeWe. The prices are extremely moderate considering the location. The lasagan was really good. Very tasty and comes with a small side salad. Plus Italian beer. A real insider tip.

As we are having to leave Berlin early we asked for a takeaway and the staff were amazing with us and made sure we were well sorted. Next time I come to Berlin 100% coming back to here. Thank you for the amazing food and will always have my service when I come to Berlin.

The owner is very rude and ignorant. His tongue is very big, behind his customers' backs he even has the courage to insult them, he is very good at doing these things, however respect for this... For a table reservation you are forced to EAT and not just consume drinks. The problem is that the spaghetti carbonara...(ITALIAN STYLE) was more of an egg omelette and had nothing to do with real carbonara. So forcing people to eat dishes that a 10 year old can make is a huge disappointment. Although we would have paid much more in drinks than other people would have paid just for food, but with these things perhaps it is not enough to understand the intelligence of the owner. The owner should learn to manage his place better with respect and education for customers. Unfortunately he can't do this

Gestern bei bar Bistro Italia gegangen, für das Spiel von em24. Der Chef war sehr unfreundlich und hat uns einfach weg geschmissen wenn ich und andere Leute bestellt hatten, 3 mal Getränke und ein Primo! Der sagte: Wir mussten Geld verdienen Ihr musstet doch aufgehen! Nie wieder!

Stay away, the staff was very unfriendly, they threw us away because we ordered 3 drinks and a Primo. He says the “boss”: Order there is not enough for a seat, we have to earn money, then he simply orders us to go outside with a total respect EC card is not possible!

Not just the best coffee in Berlin

Great authentic food. We go to Italy every year and couldn't have eaten better there. It's also great that the innkeeper himself is always visible and asks whether it was tasty. The tiramisu was homemade and extremely tasty.

We were here to watch a Napoli soccer match and loved the atmosphere, with screens everywhere, and fans shouting from the back room. The staff was friendly, authentically Italian, and the food was delicious – fabulous homemade meatballs. Good value and very tasty.

È così popolare tra i veri italiani a Berlino che attribuirgli una sola identità che metta d'accordo tutti è impossibile. Aperto 24 ore 24, locale leggendario dove fare colazione, pranzare, cenare, fare l'aperitivo, la pausa caffè, bere bevandine che solo in Italia si trovano (Chin8, Spuma, Oran/Lemon Soda, Mandarino verde, ecc.), guardare le partite con gli altri italiani, giocare a carte, alle slot, comprare le sigarette. Da cliente finalmente ho trovato la mia dimensione a Berlino, dopo 7 anni a Wolfsburg non riuscivo a trovare anche qui un bar italiano, ne ho trovato uno che racchiude tutto, il migliore bar italiano all'estero del mondo, di tutti i tempi. E il Signor Ruggiero l'emblema dell'italianità, lui che sa davvero come trattare gli ospiti e mandare avanti un locale che è il simbolo dell'italianità all'estero, l'unico vero e proprio PUNTO DI RIFERIMENTO in quel di Berlino.

1 Star because I cant give 0. The problem here is that when they give you the menu, the prizes there are a lot lower than they really are. When we asked the waiter for that she said that they were the old prizes in the menu. Totally dissapointed and felt like we got robbed. Ah and they didnt give us a bill at the end.

There is no ice cream as the photo here. Not friendly to tourist, no ice latte as the owner said several no to me. Food maybe good but don’t want to be treated as a outsider, so I left immediately.

Terrible food. I have nothing positive to say about this place. The carbonara was basically scrambled eggs and thats me putting it nicely. Do not recommend at all.

The free bread at the start was the best part, and even it wasn't great. If you want scrambled eggs and spaghetti then get the carbonara, otherwise don't bother.

Great Italian Food. Go off the High Street and you find this little Gem.

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, ottimo servizio, tutto il team è favoloso, in particolare la cuoca e lo chef sono molto bravi, professionali e simpatici! La prima volta ho pranzato con una deliziosa pasta al dente con polpette fatte al momento. L'ambiente è molto piacevole e si possono vedere le partite di calcio. Ci tornerò sicuramente. Grazie A.

Durch Zufall hier gelandet und es war ein sehr schöner Abend mit sehr gutem Essen! Das Café Bistro Restaurante hat eine so herzliche, angenehme Atmosphäre! Es gibt ca. 5 Bildschirme auf denen heute Fussball lief (Lecco / Milano) und eine große Leinwand auf der (alte 80er / 90er) Musikvideos gezeigt wurden und trotzdem oder gerade deswegen saßen wir sehr gerne und mit großer Freude sehr lange hier und ich empfehle jedem, der (auch nach einem Besuch im KaDeWe) gutes, italienisches Essen sucht, dieses Restaurante. Cooles Restaurant mit perfekten Steak

Eigentlich wollten wir nur spontan Fußball gucken, aber uns wurde noch eine unfassbar leckere Pizza serviert. Super Sicht auf die großen Fernseher und der Service zudem 1A - werden wiederkommen!

Eine Kneipe wie in Italien, sehr leckeres Essen mit einer sehr schnellen und netten Bedienung. Hier macht Fußball schauen noch Spaß .

The steak and pasta were really good, pizza - the best from all the other places we found here in Berlin. Salad had some tasty secret dressing that I personally liked a lot, the owner only said it’s made with honey. Cappuccino and vino bianco were always good! Friendly staff ❤️
