First there is a large poster advertising a special offer for Berlin bales. Although it's already there at 4 p.m., it won't come into effect for four days. So I decided on an apple turnover. The saleswoman, who is hard of hearing, must have understood "waste bag" - how else could it be explained that there were four very long blonde hairs in the pastry. Never again!

Unfriendly...please or thank you is not used...you are generally ignored until you say something...then you are served unfriendly. I haven't been served at all several times. The saleswoman has no place in the service sector.

I enjoy shopping here. Super nice saleswomen and good quality.
