Never ending staff shortage as I have to wait every time!! For me personally a very bad and bad employer!! I'm definitely not leaving any more money here!! Ciao

First, there's a large poster advertising a special offer on doughnut balls. Even though it's already there at 4 p.m., it's not supposed to start for another four days. So I opted for an apple turnover. The hard-of-hearing saleswoman must have heard "absentee bag"—how else could you explain the fact that there were four very long blonde hairs stuck in the pastry? Never again!

Unfriendly...please or thank you aren't used...you're usually ignored until you say something...after which you receive unfriendly service. I've not been served at all several times. Salespeople have no place in the service industry.

I enjoy shopping here. Super nice saleswomen and good quality.
