The food was very good, as was the service! We have already reserved again! Highly recommended!!!

We were guests at the Kolpinghaus in July as part of a birthday party. The service was good at the beginning, care was taken to ensure that every guest got drinks, which unfortunately diminished or stopped altogether during the meal. (got up twice and asked the bored waitress that we wanted drinks at the table.) The food, including 3x grill plates, was subpar, unpalatable, and unfortunately cannot be rated with “minus stars”. The meat was hard, dry and tough, the cevappichi was burnt on the outside, dry on the inside and everything gave the impression that the meat was left over from lunch and had been lying on the warming plate ever since. Actually only the blob of rice and the salad were edible. Positive: The waitress came twice and asked if everything was ok. Ok, so don't complain about the food so you don't ruin your mom's celebration. If I had been there alone with my wife, the food would have been returned straight away. Negative: Service during the meal was no longer there and you had to try twice to get drinks. The food itself, which was simply “subterranean” bad. For a dessert that some guests requested, I also had to ask twice for a dessert menu. (the first time I was forgotten (original sound: "unfortunately forgotten") Conclusion: We were guests there a few years ago as part of an anniversary wedding. Everything was rated 5 *, the food was top, and so was the service. So, the next family celebration will definitely not take place in the Kolpinghaus!

Good and delicious food. A generous portion and more than enough to fill you up. Definitely recommended, I will eat again. Very fresh food. Coffee also very good. The service is very nice and friendly. There is also plenty of variety for an evening with friends on 4 large bowling alleys and one of the numerous dart machines. Not overpriced and remained loyal to the customer. Gladly again and best regards to the Keller team. Update: Today we went to the Hungarian buffet. The dishes were all very tasty. Can be recommended unconditionally! Update 2024. The “basement” has been properly renovated. Atmospheric lights at the bowling alley and at the bar. New chairs and tables at all bowling alleys. New felt on the bowling alley for sound insulation. Reconditioned equipment etc. Prices are still the same. And contrary to other reviews, I have never seen or received cold food here. Top!
