If there were 0 stars, that would be the rating. You have to apologize if you want to order something there. The store is an absolute disgrace! I can only advise everyone to stay away and provide for themselves!

One star is an exaggeration for the service and food. Unfriendly and incredibly slow staff, and very poor food.

There's no organization outside, only smokers, and no clean space for children or pregnant women. Smoke bombards you from all sides. For some, it's the only fresh air.

The cashier was extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. First, I asked for a Leberkäse (meatloaf), but was curtly told that they didn't have it. Then I wanted to order a schnitzel – again, I received a short and rude reply: "It's not available." Instead, she simply pointed out that they only offered what was in the refrigerated display case. When I then asked if I could have some Vienna sausages instead, the cashier went into the kitchen, argued with a colleague, and returned after a while, only to tell me: "No, they don't have it – it takes too long." Unfortunately, the way they spoke to me lacked any kindness or customer service. I got the impression that the staff simply didn't want to serve me.

The MA and the store are an absolute catastrophe. Some Maya works there. She wants to buy something and says she can't change to 10 euros. Around 2 p.m.!!! Disgraceful and incompetent. according to me But customers could pay with 10 euros. Such people have absolutely no place in sales!!!!

Service desert Germany! I wanted to buy a drink and a chocolate bar this morning. Together the two things cost around 4 euros. In my hand I had a 5 euro note and a few coins. I wanted to pay for my purchase with the 5 euro note. The employee then said that I had to pay with my coins. I replied that I needed the coins for something else and would like to pay with the note. She replied that I would have to pay by card because she didn't want to give it to me. I didn't buy anything. As a guest, I don't want to be told in a bossy tone how I have to pay. A few months ago I wanted to have lunch and coffee with mother friends in this same restaurant. We were 6 moms and 6 babies in strollers, the place was almost empty. We were told that we weren't welcome because there were too many moms/children/strollers, again there was enough space, the employee said in an unfriendly tone that we could leave the sleeping babies in front of the door. We were really horrified by so much family unfriendliness. Finally, a thought from me: The sleeping children of today are the future educators, nurses, doctors, etc. of tomorrow. They should be treated with respect.

Juicy prices for average food. Café is ok.

The ZERO WOMAN service, who is on shift today at 11:10 a.m., is nervous, she didn't even listen to what the customer wanted, but immediately opened her mouth as if she were a dictator. If someone put pressure on her from early in the morning, she doesn't have to take it out on the other colleagues first, and secondly on the customer. Today is 09.10.2024

Bad service! We (6 people, each with a baby) wanted to order a coffee and a little something to eat in the children's clinic's café and were basically asked to leave. There were too many strollers for the service staff. Even when we suggested that we could move the table a little to the side, mind you that there was nothing going on at the time, the answer was that it could get more crowded. I have never felt so uncomfortable and unwanted with a child and in a children's hospital!

Nice staff but for a 0.5l Mezzo Mix 4.20 that's a voucher!
