Café bar Chiara in Vöhringen

Were there after training. Very tasty food, everything freshly prepared. Have been there twice now and it wasn't the last time. This time I had a burger and it came with super good fries

We ordered here for the first time today and all you can say is: once and never again. The map on the internet is older, which is why the prices are no longer correct. Can happen. But the fact that people are “deducted” from dishes such as burgers and cevapcici is an outrage. According to the old map you pay around €9 per burger WITH fries. And according to the old map around €10 for Cevapcici WITH bread. Puppy cake. Fries cost €3 extra TO THE BURGER, just as bread costs €1 extra. Even though the things are “there”. And it is blamed on the increased VAT. Although it has actually increased, it is not the reason for our €10 higher amount! An absolute no go and the last time we ordered there. 19% instead of 7% VAT was charged even though it was to go!! Here you write “you should have reported it on site”, but on site you only got a red head from the staff. This means that side dishes are charged 3x extra + 12% excess VAT is charged. Everyone: check your receipts on site. In addition, the burgers are sometimes dry and hard.

The food was very tasty and so was the hospitality. Very nice people.

Service was friendly, but unfortunately the food wasn't great. Mediocre at best. Fries with the Pola-Pola had to be ordered and paid for separately for 3 EUR. This kind of thing usually happens everywhere. I've always had much better meat on a skewer almost everywhere. This was more of a simple shish kebab. And the voucher from the voucher book was not accepted due to a change of tenant. Sorry - that was commercially unwise! We went there specifically because of the voucher! For the first and last time.

The food tastes very good and the portions are large. There is a nice playground for children.

I ate fries, they were homemade and good Salad with chicken was also good. Prices are okay too. Maybe the garden could be made a little nicer

So we had the beer after about 5 minutes and the food after about 15 minutes. Vegetable plate and chicken skewer excellent! Staff very friendly! However, we weren't there until after 7 p.m. 😋

A nice beer garden where you can sit in the shade. Very friendly staff. And if you go on a bike tour along the Iller, you can take a good break here. The food is plentiful and the price-performance ratio is also good and anyone who likes Croatian cuisine is in the best hands here.

The menu is so extensive that there is something for everyone. The food was really great, and I thought it was great that there was not only Gold Ochsen beer, but also Augustiner. The service is great, the dog also got water at the table even though we didn't even ask for it, really great. Very nice people, will definitely come back soon👍👍

A nice restaurant. The food was ok. I liked the atmosphere. Now to the service. Our waitress probably had a bad day. She probably forgot her smile and friendliness at home. You don't know? We will give the restaurant a second chance.

I had the meal Pula-Pula. It tasted very good. I found the olive oil on the chicken skewers interesting. I didn't know that yet. Was refreshingly different from the usual salt and glutamate taste. Cevapcici could have been a little looser and more intensely seasoned. A matter of taste. Prices are okay too. Beer €3.5 and coke €3.2. Pula/Pula with fries €15.90.

We have been here several times and my family has all the praise. We tried grilled dishes, pizza and spit roast. The food is tasty and well prepared. The service is very good. The atmosphere is pleasant and it's great that there are children's playgrounds outside. Another plus from us are homemade cakes and fine coffee. The prices are just okay. We will definitely go there again.

Very good home cooking, value for money is very good, the portions are optimal and you will feel really full. There are even piglets, what more could you want :)

The location is beautifully located with a large garden to sit out. Unfortunately, we had to wait a very long time for our order(s) (the food only came after over an hour!), and one thing was probably forgotten (the waitress had to ask again what was ordered, the others had theirs). there already 😥). About the quantity: I didn't find the portion to be too generous for the price, side dishes had to be ordered separately - but this was known.

Went there by bike on Whitsunday 2024 in the best weather. #Biergarten open. I skimmed the other reviews. I've never had my drink as quickly as I did there, and the food also came after 15 to 20 minutes, completely fine. Two service staff were on duty in the beer garden. My cevapcici tasted very good. It may be that it was frozen food. However, just as tasty as in Croatia. In terms of price, everything was within reasonable limits. The service staff weren't rude either. If you're looking for excessive politeness, you'll just have to go into the city and then pay the extra charge. Clubhouse atmosphere, yes, probably because it used to be one. Keep it up! We really liked it and will definitely go there again.

Ambience and location nice. I ate a Pola-Pola plate, skewers were very good, Cevapcici came from the freezer rather than homemade, Djuvec rice costs 4 euros extra and tasted very bland. So 17 euros for the plate is very expensive

Well...disappointed. Nothing from Croatia...hospitality and food not that great. Chicken skewers were good, the rest was rather bland and bland. Very unfortunate.

Everything I ordered was exactly as it was in the menu, the portion was large and very tasty, service was the same, they always came and asked if everything was good and if we needed anything else. But a nice and good restaurant

I'm in the new Cafe Chiara today. The former Grias host. Illerstr. 28, Voehringen. Mega. Food top. Service perfect. Great selection. Despite the opening today and a lot of guests, the team has everything under control.

Look at your receipts carefully - we were charged 19% VAT even though we ordered to go. Actually it should have been 7%❗️Pure rip-off❗️

We discovered Chiara 6 months ago and have been going out to eat (and drink) 2-3 times a month ever since. It doesn't get much better. A very friendly team. Innkeepers, daughter and waiters. Totally accommodating and friendly (e.g. know straight away what you prefer to eat and drink). There are never long waiting times, even when the garden is full to capacity, as is the case in summer. And then the food - a pleasure every time. The beer, the wine - everything was great. Highly Recommended. We were there yesterday with our son and were completely thrilled again. Keep it up!!!!!! Eleven of us had an appointment to eat and drink at Chiara's this week. Super friendly attentive waiter. The restaurant was fully booked to the last chair and we all got our food at the same time and our glasses were barely empty when there was a new draft beer on the table!!! Splendid... Croatian hosts, friendly, helpful, good food.

Was there last night. Eating took an hour and a half. The waitress was super rude. No smile on the face and zero attitude. Unfortunately, the pizza is not recommended (as you can hardly see). I can't comment on the other food as I only ate the pizza. Drinks such as Red Bull or Paulaner Spezi may only be drunk on site and may not be taken home, even though the deposit has to be paid. So these are drinks from a can, like in a kebab shop. The other drinks I had ordered came to the table closed. Then after dinner I wanted two more Red Bulls from the waiter and mentioned out loud that it was for home. He then brings it open to me at the table, as if I were too stupid to open a can of Red Bull? Just so I don't take the can home with me, which really doesn't make sense in any world. When I asked why he opened the can even though the drinks were meant to be taken home, all he got was an annoyed “It’s forbidden”. But maybe he just wants to make sure that the drinks are all properly delivered to the deposit machine :D.

Odlicna hrana, ljubazno osoblje...,jedino sto uz lignje bolje ide krompir s blitvom i tartar sos ,nego pomfrit i majonez. Pa molim osoblje ovog restorana da imaju to u vidu za buduce narudzbine. Ostalo je sve super. Preporucujem svima ovaj restoran

Mega lecker, selbst gebackenes Brot zum Salat, alles frisch, Burgersemmeln und Pommes handmade. Unbedingt vorbeischauen. Wir haben zu letzt so gut in Bosnien gegessen. Klare Empfehlung🤩 Preis Leistung mehr als top😊

Ein himmlischer Halt auf unserer Radtour - Cevapcici, Bier und ein Hauch von Biergartenzauber! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ - Fünf Bierkrüge aus dem Himmel! Ich kann es kaum in Worte fassen, wie überirdisch fantastisch unser Zwischenstopp im Biergarten war! Hier haben wir nicht nur unsere müden Radfahrerbeine zur Ruhe gebettet, sondern auch unsere Geschmacksknospen in Ekstase versetzt! Als wir den Biergarten betraten, wurden wir sofort von der magischen Aura dieses Ortes erfasst. Die Kellner waren so zuvorkommend, dass ich fast dachte, sie könnten Gedanken lesen und genau wissen, was wir brauchten - kühles Bier und leckeres Essen! Nun, was soll ich sagen über die Cevapcici? Sie waren einfach göttlich! Zart, saftig und voller Geschmack - sie haben den Himmel auf unsere Zunge gezaubert! Und das Bier, oh ja, das Bier floss wie ein sprudelnder Fluss, der uns in den Genusshimmel beförderte. Und wisst ihr, was das Beste war? Die anderen Gäste schienen auch im siebten Himmel zu schweben, als sie ihre köstlichen Mahlzeiten genossen. Wir haben uns sogar erwischt, wie wir neidisch auf ihre Gerichte starrten, während wir vor Begeisterung über unsere eigenen speisten! Die Atmosphäre im Biergarten war so gemütlich, dass wir am liebsten für immer dort geblieben wären. Aber unsere Radtour rief uns weiter, also machten wir uns nach einer kurzen und schnellen Verabschiedung auf den Weg. Ich kann euch nur raten: Wenn ihr jemals das Bedürfnis nach einem gastronomischen Zwischenstopp während eurer Radtour habt, dann lasst euch von den berauschenden Düften, dem freundlichen Personal und dem unvergleichlichen Geschmack der Cevapcici und des Biers in diesem Biergarten verzaubern. Es wird euer Gaumenfest im Radfahrerhimmel sein! Prost und Pedal voran!
