Great food very tasty and very good

It feels like there's not much meat, so the price is lower than elsewhere. Hygiene is okay, though: the doner bread is shared, and money is collected and handed out without gloves or washing hands. Only cash payments are accepted, and there's no receipt.

I've known Karim for several years as the manager of the Palo snack bar at Peterhof. I've always enjoyed his homemade, seasoned turkey doner kebabs and hand-baked flatbreads with everything you need for a good doner sandwich. I also appreciate his very friendly and accommodating manner and the customer-focused approach of his employees, despite some language barriers. I congratulate him and his team on the success of their new venture under their own name at the new location. The new, larger snack bar has a more pleasant charm than Palo's previous location, and there's even a handwashing sink on site after eating. His selection of side dishes, other snacks, and drinks is definitely above average. Regarding prices, I fully understand that he's had to raise them somewhat compared to the old location. With the number of tables and seats inside and outside, more guests can now relax and order a few things to go with their meal... Perhaps they'll have to reserve seats soon, given the number of visitors I've noticed so far! 😜 The only thing missing to qualify as a "restaurant" is a guest restroom...😅 I'm always there when ordering, enjoy chatting with the guys, and visually putting together my different meal variations. Ordering by phone is also possible, of course! I'm already curious about the announced homemade additional dishes...

Last year, I really enjoyed the food and have been here quite often. However, today was the first time I left the restaurant without eating. The reason for this was because the waitress, a black woman of about 35, was very rude to me. I wanted to order the liver, which they couldn't serve yesterday (Saturday), so I came especially for it today. However, she wasn't happy to answer my questions, and it was evident from the way she spoke to me. She also told me I should speak German, but in reality, I'm a tourist coming to Augsburg for work. I told her that her colleagues had never told me that before and decided to leave the restaurant immediately, as I had lost my appetite. This was extremely unprofessional, and she has no understanding of customer service at all. I like Zipzip, but this was unacceptable!!!!

I was with my friends, we ordered a large mixed plate, it was delicious, I would go again.
