Was hungry - as always, I treated myself to a warm soup at 99. 1:00 AM Ordered an absurdly overpriced lentil soup for 8 euros (probably thawed and reheated) 2:00 AM Nonstop flatulence 4:00 AM First round of vomiting 5:30 AM Second round of vomiting That was the last time I went to 99. Since the owner changed, it's been absolutely DISGUSTING.

Best food by far! Only Geier gives you a true sense of what Turkish cuisine really is!

Ages ago, this place used to be a typical beer bar for the working class to enjoy a beer after a tiring day at work. With the classical working class disappearing those places lost their customers, and new ones arrived, housing today a Turkish café / restaurant. From the outside it might not be the most welcoming place, but it's definitley worth to cast a glance inside. You will find a huge picture of Atatürk overlooking Turkish men playing rummy, chatting and sipping a tea. Join them, grab a set of rummy, order some typical Turkish food far from the omnipresent kebab and have a cosy night.
