BurgerVision in Berlin

I've ordered from here several times, but the last few times there was a lot of gristle in the burger patty. I really don't like that. I won't be ordering from here again for a while.

We ordered, but nothing's arrived. No one's answering the phone, and we've already paid. I'm wondering what kind of service this is... They could have just canceled the order. Thanks for that. Additionally, we finally got through to someone, and they lied. They said what was going on, the driver had already left, etc. Now, after an hour, the driver has finally left, but I've ordered from somewhere else and I won't be paying for the food that arrives. It's simply outrageous. Anyone who still orders from here has only themselves to blame.

The food was delicious, but I got terrible diarrhea afterwards. I wouldn't recommend it.

Food was left outside on top of the mailbox; no one rang the doorbell or called. I only found out about it through Lifarando support. It's absolutely outrageous to leave food on a mailbox in this cold weather instead of ringing the doorbell! There was even personal information on the bag; I'm speechless. There was neither an apology nor a refund. They said it was our own fault because we hadn't thought to go outside and find our food ourselves. 😂😂😂

If you order here, you'll have to search for your food outside in the cold because the drivers can neither ring the doorbell nor call you - even though the name and phone number are on the receipt attached to the bag :)

I come here almost every week after the games, it's always great! The place is a bit small, but the burgers are absolutely top-notch.

We ate here today because we noticed the place while we were preparing. The ambiance wasn't great; it's not very spacious. It's also self-service, so I can't comment on the service. However, the food was excellent. I had the chili cheeseburger with fries and a drink for €10. The fries were still hot and crispy after I finished my burger. The restroom was clean. Highly recommended!

Zero stars would be better. Almost two hours and no food in sight. After contacting me, I was told it would either be there right away or it would be sent out immediately. Another 40 minutes later, they simply canceled the order. I have to wait for the money, and the man on the phone just hangs up. I wait for hours and then cancel. Stay away, service is better.

This isn't the first time I've ordered there and not received my food. When I called, an employee answered who barely spoke German and simply explained that no order had been received. I had even given him the order number. Instead of receiving help, I was treated disrespectfully, the call was simply ended – and I still haven't received my money back.

Something's wrong with the delivery structure, even though it's delivered directly via Lieferando. The food is super delicious, perfectly grilled, prepared, and packaged every time. It somehow still arrives hot, despite the unfortunately endless delays. I don't understand.

Never seen it before. Very nice concept. Their burgers are more natural (raw) than the famous brands. The burger, service and employees: all was great. Burgers are prepared in an open kitchen, gives maximum trust in the products. Only 2 tips for them: - onion rings were the only not fresh things and looked strange on the raw burger. Please use real onions cooked next to the burger. - chips had to much salt. Maybe let the client add salt because not everyone like salt or much salt Cannot wait to visit them again

They cheat you during online delivery. They send burnt and stale food. I ordered a burger and chilli cheese nuggets but the burger came soggy and nuggets were dry and no cheese in it. Sad part is that you cannot claim anything in online delivery ad Ubereats don’t believe in customers.

First of all, Burger Vision. The food itself actually always tasted good, so we ordered from there every now and then. The driver leisurely drove up and down half the street, not looking for food, but wasting time. He stopped leisurely in front of the apartment door, got off, and simply pushed his bike back and forth for over five minutes while talking on the phone. Only when I called out the window did he show he was caught and laughed!!!! He pointed at me and then at the order to see if it was mine. I said yes, and he said goodbye, quite calmly, on the phone, and went into slow motion :) He was then gracious enough to bring up the order, but the food was ice-cold and inedible. We got stomach aches from the cold burgers; after reheating them, they were soggy, and this is the second time this has happened. So, all for nothing, almost €25 for hunger and frustration. The driver took over an hour for a 13-minute drive before ordering. We ordered from Wahrschauerstrasse. After waiting for over two hours, we were only faced with a four-minute wait, before the delivery was canceled. This is absolutely not discriminatory, but since the delivery people are predominantly from India, communication has become very difficult. Whoever hires and trains these people urgently needs to change the system. This complacency and audacity are hard to beat. It's a real shame. I hope something changes in this regard. We'll be cooking at home or going directly to the branch for a long time to come.

Doesn't answer the phone. Two orders were placed through Google Play, but there was an error on Lieferando. Non-cancellable, so they can call the number to find out whether it was a mistake or not.

I placed an order at 19:40, yet the order was delivered at around 21:40. - almost 2 hours later. Moreover, both the food and its packaging arrived wet, soaked, humid and cold. Whilst waiting for the order I called around 10 times to the venue, yet absolutely any representant picked any of my calls, which is absolutely unacceptable.

It is imposible to eat inside if you change your mind after delivery order. The restaurant place is very clean and nicely furnitured. Big tables for big families and also seats for two on date. The stuff was polite and nice.

I've ordered burger meals here several times. They taste good, and the fries are crispy, just the way I like them. Overall, I recommend them. I just had to wait at least five minutes to pick them up, even though Lieferando said they were ready for pickup. Delivery also takes a long time, even though I live only a 2-3 minute walk away.

We went here today for a burger. Overall, the experience was rather mediocre. The music is way too loud in the place. I'm not here to eat, not to dance. The burger was okay, but nothing special. We waited over half an hour for our food. I won't be coming back.

I was really looking forward to the Smashburgers, but unfortunately, my expectations weren't met. The characteristic crispy crust on the patty, which you expect from a good Smashburger, was completely missing. The fries were also extremely oversalted—so much so that I couldn't finish them. That was a shame, because they actually looked good and were crispy. Overall, a rather disappointing visit.

Nothing special, a proper burger and fries, I don't know where such a high rating comes from. I even ate it with pleasure, but without fireworks. The price of 10€ for a set of burger+fries+cola is very good.

By far the best Smashburger joint in all of Berlin! I've only ordered from them so far, but the burgers always arrive fresh and incredibly delicious. The BBQ Bacon Burger is a real highlight, especially delicious! The chicken with dip is also really great! The quality of the food is simply outstanding, and the taste is always spot on. Highly recommended for all burger lovers who want something truly delicious!

I think Burger Vision is one of the best smash burger joints in Berlin. I usually order from them and am always satisfied. The food arrives warm and looks good. About the food: What I like about their burgers are the crispy and juicy patties, as well as the brioche bun with their burger sauce. I recommend the classic cheeseburger or the BBQ burger with onion rings. The fries are sometimes soft upon delivery, but they still retain a crunch and are seasoned well. It's a 50/50 affair, depending on the weather. However, a major disadvantage when ordering from here is that you have to wait either under an hour or three hours. I always order through Lieferando and get the status, updates, and delivery route of my order that way. The problem here is that Lieferando repeatedly states that the order will take 20-35 minutes, but this does happen. Only if it takes longer is it not updated, and you end up with the wrong time. I've also had cases where the recording or preparation stretched to 2 hours. It's a burger, fast food! I really can't understand how it can take 2 hours. Even if you try to call them to check the rights, they're always busy or unavailable. I've called more than 20 times at different times, but never received an answer. I would really recommend that if you want to eat their Smashburgers and fries, you go to the restaurant. If you want to order Smashburgers for delivery, go somewhere else. The food (usually) doesn't make up for the long wait. 3 stars for the ambiance, because judging by the pictures, it looks like a typical Smashburger place, so nothing special. Conclusion: Great food, terrible delivery.

For under €10, you can quickly get a good burger and curly fries here. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and seem to enjoy their work. I only had to wait maybe 10 minutes, and I already had my really warm and delicious dinner in my hand. I'll definitely be back🫶🏻

Both burgers were great! Both the normal and the vegan one. The special cheese sauce is simply awesome...dunk the burger in it and gorge! One portion of fries is enough for three people. Service was extremely polite and really fast. As you can read, we were surprised and thrilled!
