The delivery was incomplete and after speaking to the store over the phone, I was treated very unkindly. There was no apology from the store. The lady was very unfriendly and not customer oriented. Therefore not recommended.

The worst service really with 5 orders on different days 3 times 3 hours waited 2 days the food came 90 minutes later still okay but without the whole order and when you call they never know anything about your order even though you give all the details no one should go eat there or support that

Cold, incomplete, rude behavior on the phone

Fraudulent company. I ordered via Lieferando. After 2 hours I called where my food was. The employee on the phone said it was a mistake on their part and the food was still with them Business. If I was still hungry, he said I should come around!?! He said I was no longer there and he should cancel it, which he said yes. Called again after 2 weeks because I still haven't received a refund. Employee said he would cancel it again. Called again after more than a week because still nothing arrived. Was simply pushed away. Employees on site don't care at all and seem cheeky on the phone. Even though I paid in advance and got nothing!

Totally overwhelmed and everything is very chaotic, they do 50% on everything and don't get anything done. Even if it's the drivers' fault, I ordered at 2 p.m. when I was at work. I had to reorder 4 times because it didn't arrive 3 times and the 4th time it was almost 8 p.m. and then I get the message that my food is still in the branch. I called Lieferando about everything, there was no other way to help except cancel. It's a real shame that I never had any problems with ordering, but at this tourist spot, it's no wonder that when they throw in a burger for €4, it's clear that everyone orders eggheads.

I've ordered burgers here several times. Was always very satisfied. Today, however, I ordered a few hours in advance and the order still didn't arrive after 97 minutes late. Was supposedly delivered. The delivery person never rang the bell and so I canceled the order. Accordingly, lost a customer. Good luck, I was scared off as a customer.

You can't even get such a stingy burger at McDonalds... Small burger and a patty as thin as paper after they hit it with a meat mallet so many times until it looked like a holey, thin potato pancake. The staff walks around with broken clothes like they're in the ghetto, seems unprofessional and is unfriendly. A chain that is only designed for deliveries, because when you eat there, the benches are arranged so that you sit about 20cm in front of the wall and look at a color design that looks as cheap as a child's room with flashy pink and yellow was also designed by a toddler. I would rather go to McDonalds than to such an overpriced, stingy and unprofessional place. I'll never go there again...

Order arrived incomplete, burger was soggy, fried chicken was completely fried. I can't say anything about the fries because they weren't delivered. I would have preferred to order from Rembrandt Burger around the corner, they have never disappointed.

I don't normally write reviews but now I just have to share it: I've ordered a few times before, so far everything was fine, but today after ordering from Lieferando at 1:25 p.m. I only received the food at 3:45 p.m. (yes, almost 2.5 hours later ). I called beforehand and asked what the status was, and was told that the food was already on the way (this was not confirmed at Lieferando) and almost 40 minutes later the food arrived completely cold and mushy. We were told on the phone that there was nothing we could do, we could write to Lieferando Support. You don't want to expect something like that and I will definitely never order from here again.

Ordered food today, 4 burgers arrived, we ordered 5, 2 of which were menus. More than half of it was missing, order value 76€, called, said what was missing, called again after 40 minutes, driver will come in 15-20 minutes, the driver is now 8:36 p.m., 40 minutes later, still not there. Food was already cold when we first arrived. That is bottomless impudence!!!! Actually, something like that doesn't even deserve a single star...

The double burger is very, very good right now. I eat there often and haven't been that impressed since the first time. But the roaster is great right now.

The inside of the place smells very unpleasant of toilet and oil. Outside area very dirty. The smashburger itself is really not recommended, it tastes like OIL. Completely disgusting! No taste like you're drinking fried fat. The branch is not recommended. Once and never again

I called the employee and pointed out that I had an allergy to jalapeno, please without jalapeno. I also wrote to Lieferando twice and they still made it up and simply hung up when I called.

The food was ordered via Lieferando. Original wait time was supposed to be one hour. The delivery time was repeatedly pushed back. After waiting two hours, we were told to wait another two hours. Then canceled.

Ordered something to eat around 11:15 p.m. because Lieferando doesn't show opening times. Delivery time was set to 0:30. At 12:10, an hour of waiting time later, my order was canceled and I haven't gotten the money back yet.

Overall an okay burger, eatable. The smashed patty was extremely thin, more like minced meat than a patty, and definitely too much sauce that overpowers the taste of the ingredients. In the general the cheeseburger was also too sweet, but I think with a few modification it can be improved easily!

I ordered on the weekend at 10:30 p.m. At 11:15 p.m. I had a message in my history “order canceled”. There was no call and no reason why the order wasn't delivered! I'm a regular customer... But that will change from now on, I ordered twice and the order doesn't even arrive. There is no call, no apology or anything, they just wait until the timer runs out and then cancel your order. I then called the store and no one answered twice, of course why. I can only recommend not ordering from them, bad service, 0% customer loyalty, they just want your money and nothing more. Conclusion for the money you spend you can go to a nice restaurant and even get nice butlers at the same time.

A minuscule amount of meat drowned in a gallon of sauce. Very much not worth the price. Fries are good, but not good enough to make me go back there.

After ordering online, they waited an hour before they simply canceled my order. I came from the late shift and was looking forward to something warm and hearty. Last time I waited 2h30 and had to call the driver back. It was definitely the last online order from this store. Edit: my money of €27.69 was refunded, even cheekier the tip of €4 was NOT refunded. Why, there was no service provided so there was no tip!

My Favorite Smashburgers in Berlin! Perfectly smashed crisp patty resting between two heavenly soft and slightly sweet potato-bun halves. My recommendation is the Chilli Cheese Smash, but all the burgers are great. Fries always crisp and fresh. The staff is also very nice and friendly, even recognised me on my second or third visit. I will be back for more!

I've eaten Bürger in many cities and the Bürger tasted cheese after the sauce was finished and the meat had hardly any flavor. The delivery service is a complete disaster if you order then they deliver to your door as it should be, no tip.

I was on Warschauer Straße and Hauptstraße. The burgers are among the best in Berlin. On Warschauer Strasse, both the meat and the bread were served hot.

Very solid smash burger, meat partly crsipsy on the edges. The buns tasted exceptional. Really fluffy and buttery. But I was missing something. Maybe the meat needs to be seasoned better or maybe other sauces. In any case, it didn't taste good. But maybe I was just unlucky.

Food Knline ordered and was canceled 2 minutes before the expected delivery time. Just waited 30 minutes for free. Bie again you disrespectful ones!

I had the chilli cheese burger and it was just a taste explosion in my mouth. The burger is juicy and the fries were very well fried. Overall I rate the food a 10/10. The staff were incredibly friendly. I would recommend it to everyone!

They once had the vision of a good Burger. They never even came close.

There are two stars for the food, but I would expect more for a €9-10.50 burger per piece. In the other finals from the chain you can only get them here, they are like children's portions. The fries were salty and soggy. When you eat on site you expect that there will be cups, cups or straws. On request it means there is no such thing as an unfriendly manner. Then I think your other branch has it. We don't have a comb, don't give it, don't drink like that. For service as explained here. That was the greeting: “What do you want?” How long have we been seeing each other? That's where it started with the cup, straw, don't drink like that. The employee at the checkout was personable and friendly. I understand that I can't really speak German, but there were also ladies who could speak German. You can't say anything about the ambience, small benches with beer, just not for families. Here are the linings to pull over yourself

Burger very tasty, fries unfortunately a bit weak and lukewarm + drink was forgotten in the menu. Overall OK but could be better!

I ordered a burger that came with mozzarella sticks, but when they gave it to me, the sticks were missing. I went to talk to the staff and they told me it didn't come with that but the menu screen said something different. I insisted and they kept telling me it didn't include that until a guy reluctantly told me the screen was bad and he gave me some cold sticks that were ready quite a while ago, so they didn't apologize or try to fix the problem. Other than that, I found two or three small chewy pieces in the meat, and the potatoes were salty. Maybe it was a bad day, or maybe I was expecting too much, but I wasn't satisfied.

Otherwise always satisfied 😃 The last order didn't taste good and we didn't feel so good afterwards...

I wasn't a fan of Burger Vision, but now with the Smashburger... Very cool! These buns are just really nice and slippery and the burger turns into a mass. The sauce!!!! Age! The sauce! is madness. The ambience has improved significantly, but it still doesn't really appeal to me and the employees certainly make an effort, but friendly is something different now. But they prepare the burger really well and it always tastes the way it should. Thank you!

Even though the Lieferando app says that the order was delivered, nothing ever arrived. I then had to contact Lieferando customer service to get a refund. Unfortunately, very annoying and a reason why I now avoid the store.

Unfortunately I was very, very disappointed today... I ordered a double smash burger without pickles to take away...after waiting about 10 minutes it was served to me on a tray...after I had it packed up and got home. When I took the first bite I noticed that the top patty was already too burnt (which was probably because it was mashed too much). Besides, the burger was with cucumbers... I never really write reviews, but I gave €16 + tip and the burger just wasn't good enough for that. Before the renovation, your shop was actually my favorite burger joint in the district. And I got a burger almost every week. I'm also willing to revise this rating because I know you can do much, much better. I know I can get awesome burgers from you. That's why I'll come again. We had food delivered to the hotel. Faster than stated on Lieferando. The food is a culinary delight! If we vacation here again. We will order here again immediately. And the employee who brought us our food was incredibly friendly.

I ordered at 11 p.m. and called and no one answered. After an hour and a half my order was canceled. And no one answered until the store officially closed. I really don't think it's correct.

I wanted to go into the store, an employee stood in the door smoking, looked at me and rudely said it was closed to the public. In the evening I saw by chance that I could order there to be picked up. The chicken burger is solid and tastes very good. Unfortunately the burger was overloaded with sauce. Less would be appropriate here so that the chicken can take center stage.

I ordered through Liferando, the order was accepted, but 10 minutes before arrival the order was canceled.

We ordered food there today and took a 2 for 1 deal. Well, everything was okay and tasty. But I find the prices outrageous for the size. It's a shame actually. But we won't eat there again.

Today was my first time in this little snack bar. The employee was very unfriendly and rude. I didn't see any other customers there, and there were a lot of suppliers waiting inside and outside. I can't say anything about the taste because the smell wasn't tasty. So I didn't buy anything and left the store.

BurgerVision in Neukölln was the height of gastronomic horror today. The burger tasted like someone forgot to season the main ingredients. My drinks were squandered and when I asked about it I was told it was my fault. Despite clear indications of our size, we were moved like pieces of furniture. The crowning glory was the pleasure of eating the failed burger standing up – a real torture for the palate.

Delicious smashburgers that deserve the name, crispy crust, fresh soft bun & delicious fries. Full marks for that, the friendliness of the staff leaves a lot to be desired and the store doesn't really seem inviting.

Chicken burger was bad taste , it was made from chicken legs which give bad taste for the berger and was not well fried ,it should be chicken breast. Smached berger was also too much fat , 70% fat and 30% meat .

Waren hier zum Mittagessen & haben uns das Tages Angebot geholt, mit Cheeseburger, Pommes & Cola. Für uns gab es jeweils einen Cheeseburger & scheinbar ist ein Smashed Burger im Tages Angebot nicht Verfügbar oder ich wurde falsch verstanden aber es gab im Endeffekt 2 normale Cheeseburger. Der erste Bissen war wirklich gut & sofort kam der leckere Geschmack vom Fleisch zum Vorschein. Das Fleisch hat uns wirklich super gut gefallen, die Mitte des Burgers fand ich persönlich zu voll beladen mit Soße & belag & das Brot war trocken und etwas komisch. Meine Freundin empfand dies nicht so & fand den Burger lecker. Der Rand Bereich und alles um die Mitte herum fand ich wirklich sehr Lecker. Pommes fanden wir beide Persönlich etwas zu wenig gesalzen, waren aber Geschmacklich gut & interessant da wir so eine Art Pommes selten so gegessen hatten bzw ich finde die sind anders als man es meistens kennt. Gegend ist etwas komisch aber es ist okay & man kann es nicht ändern, ist ja auch nur unsere persönliche Meinung. Insgesamt kann ich ich es jedem empfehlen hier mal Essen zu gehen weil an sich fand ich es insgesamt sehr lecker und gut. Ob es an Goldies dran kommt weiss ich nicht, finde ich beides aber lecker & Burger Vision ist auf jeden Fall auch relativ weit oben auf meiner Liste :-)

Mein Lieblingsburgerladen. Finde das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis echt gut (vor allem zum Mittagsmenü) und die Mitarbeiter sind allesamt nett. Bestellungen würde ich persönlich nicht empfehlen, weil zu Stoßzeiten das Essen gerne mal kälter ankommt. Im Restaurant war das Essen aber bisher immer 10/10
