The food was delicious, but we had to wait over an hour for it (it should have only taken 20-40 minutes). Because of this, the food was almost cold. They don't answer the phone either. Despite the delicious food, I wouldn't recommend it if you're very hungry. If you're willing to wait over an hour for your food, I would order from here.

I think Burger Vision is one of the best smash burger joints in Berlin. I usually order from them and am always satisfied. The food arrives warm and looks good. About the food: What I like about their burgers are the crispy and juicy patties, as well as the brioche bun with their burger sauce. I recommend the classic cheeseburger or the BBQ burger with onion rings. The fries are sometimes soft upon delivery, but they still retain a crunch and are seasoned well. It's a 50/50 affair, depending on the weather. However, a major disadvantage when ordering from here is that you have to wait either under an hour or three hours. I always order through Lieferando and get the status, updates, and delivery route of my order that way. The problem here is that Lieferando repeatedly states that the order will take 20-35 minutes, but this does happen. Only if it takes longer is it not updated, and you end up with the wrong time. I've also had cases where the recording or preparation stretched to 2 hours. It's a burger, fast food! I really can't understand how it can take 2 hours. Even if you try to call them to check the rights, they're always busy or unavailable. I've called more than 20 times at different times, but never received an answer. I would really recommend that if you want to eat their Smashburgers and fries, you go to the restaurant. If you want to order Smashburgers for delivery, go somewhere else. The food (usually) doesn't make up for the long wait. 3 stars for the ambiance, because judging by the pictures, it looks like a typical Smashburger place, so nothing special. Conclusion: Great food, terrible delivery.

For under €10, you can quickly get a good burger and curly fries here. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and seem to enjoy their work. I only had to wait maybe 10 minutes, and I already had my really warm and delicious dinner in my hand. I'll definitely be back🫶🏻

Both burgers were great! Both the normal and the vegan one. The special cheese sauce is simply awesome...dunk the burger in it and gorge! One portion of fries is enough for three people. Service was extremely polite and really fast. As you can read, we were surprised and thrilled!

I came to Berlin for the weekend and we really wanted to eat at Burger Vision. Since our hotel was nearby, it was a good idea. The lady at the checkout was able to give us good advice and the fillet strips she recommended to us were really great! You could see that everyone is good at what they do. Prices top! Gladly again:)

I love this shop! The food is great and the staff are super nice. I can especially recommend the chilli cheese fries!!! GO THERE!!! The shop is clean, the quality of the burgers is really great!, and requests are catered for. My Lieferando orders always arrived quickly and in good condition! If you don't try it, it's your own fault :)

The worst service really with 5 orders on different days 3 times 3 hours waited 2 days the food came 90 minutes later still okay but without the whole order and when you call they never know anything about your order even though you give all the details no one should go eat there or support that

Cold, incomplete, rude behavior on the phone

Fraudulent company. I ordered via Lieferando. After 2 hours I called where my food was. The employee on the phone said it was a mistake on their part and the food was still with them Business. If I was still hungry, he said I should come around!?! He said I was no longer there and he should cancel it, which he said yes. Called again after 2 weeks because I still haven't received a refund. Employee said he would cancel it again. Called again after more than a week because still nothing arrived. Was simply pushed away. Employees on site don't care at all and seem cheeky on the phone. Even though I paid in advance and got nothing!

Totally overwhelmed and everything is very chaotic, they do 50% on everything and don't get anything done. Even if it's the drivers' fault, I ordered at 2 p.m. when I was at work. I had to reorder 4 times because it didn't arrive 3 times and the 4th time it was almost 8 p.m. and then I get the message that my food is still in the branch. I called Lieferando about everything, there was no other way to help except cancel. It's a real shame that I never had any problems with ordering, but at this tourist spot, it's no wonder that when they throw in a burger for €4, it's clear that everyone orders eggheads.

You can't even get such a stingy burger at McDonalds... Small burger and a patty as thin as paper after they hit it with a meat mallet so many times until it looked like a holey, thin potato pancake. The staff walks around with broken clothes like they're in the ghetto, seems unprofessional and is unfriendly. A chain that is only designed for deliveries, because when you eat there, the benches are arranged so that you sit about 20cm in front of the wall and look at a color design that looks as cheap as a child's room with flashy pink and yellow was also designed by a toddler. I would rather go to McDonalds than to such an overpriced, stingy and unprofessional place. I'll never go there again...

Order arrived incomplete, burger was soggy, fried chicken was completely fried. I can't say anything about the fries because they weren't delivered. I would have preferred to order from Rembrandt Burger around the corner, they have never disappointed.

I don't normally write reviews but now I just have to share it: I've ordered a few times before, so far everything was fine, but today after ordering from Lieferando at 1:25 p.m. I only received the food at 3:45 p.m. (yes, almost 2.5 hours later ). I called beforehand and asked what the status was, and was told that the food was already on the way (this was not confirmed at Lieferando) and almost 40 minutes later the food arrived completely cold and mushy. We were told on the phone that there was nothing we could do, we could write to Lieferando Support. You don't want to expect something like that and I will definitely never order from here again.

Ordered food today, 4 burgers arrived, we ordered 5, 2 of which were menus. More than half of it was missing, order value 76€, called, said what was missing, called again after 40 minutes, driver will come in 15-20 minutes, the driver is now 8:36 p.m., 40 minutes later, still not there. Food was already cold when we first arrived. That is bottomless impudence!!!! Actually, something like that doesn't even deserve a single star...

The inside of the place smells very unpleasant of toilet and oil. Outside area very dirty. The smashburger itself is really not recommended, it tastes like OIL. Completely disgusting! No taste like you're drinking fried fat. The branch is not recommended. Once and never again

I called the employee and pointed out that I had an allergy to jalapeno, please without jalapeno. I also wrote to Lieferando twice and they still made it up and simply hung up when I called.

The food was ordered via Lieferando. Original wait time was supposed to be one hour. The delivery time was repeatedly pushed back. After waiting two hours, we were told to wait another two hours. Then canceled.

Ordered something to eat around 11:15 p.m. because Lieferando doesn't show opening times. Delivery time was set to 0:30. At 12:10, an hour of waiting time later, my order was canceled and I haven't gotten the money back yet.

Overall an okay burger, eatable. The smashed patty was extremely thin, more like minced meat than a patty, and definitely too much sauce that overpowers the taste of the ingredients. In the general the cheeseburger was also too sweet, but I think with a few modification it can be improved easily!

I'm a regular customer... But that will change from now on, I ordered twice and the order doesn't even arrive. There is no call, no apology or anything, they just wait until the timer runs out and then cancel your order. I then called the store and no one answered twice, of course why. I can only recommend not ordering from them, bad service, 0% customer loyalty, they just want your money and nothing more. Conclusion for the money you spend you can go to a nice restaurant and even get nice butlers at the same time.

After ordering online, they waited an hour before they simply canceled my order. I came from the late shift and was looking forward to something warm and hearty. Last time I waited 2h30 and had to call the driver back. It was definitely the last online order from this store. Edit: my money of €27.69 was refunded, even cheekier the tip of €4 was NOT refunded. Why, there was no service provided so there was no tip!
