Der Burger war köstlich, ich war begeistert, aber die Pommes waren etwas ganz Besonderes, absolut fantastisch, und die Musik im Restaurant war großartig, um unsere Müdigkeit zu lindern.

2 smashburger bestellt. 1 Smash erhalten der zweite keine Ahnung was das war. Beide Burger komplett kalt. Curry Fries heiß. Burger waren nicht frisch zubereitet. Lieferadresse ist 4 min vom Laden entfernt. So vergrault ihr euch selber die Kunden. War meine letzte Bestellung bei euch 👍

Frisch, leicht, gut, der Preis ist für Belin nicht zu hoch.

Sehr gutes Essen. Bestes Preis leistungsverhältnis. Ein Burger mit Pommes kostet pro Person 12€ was im Vergleich zu McDonald’s völlig normal ist. Die Burger sind jedoch deutlich besser als bei McDonald’s und man kann es nicht miteinander vergleichen. Insgesamt eine sehr schöne und interessante Erfahrung. Nur zu empfehlen auch für Touristen sehr geeignet.

Ich habe anderthalb Stunden auf meine Bestellung gewartet, und dann wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass das Restaurant die Bestellung storniert hat. Das ist sehr enttäuschend und inakzeptabel.

Ich habe hier großartige Erfahrungen gemacht, ich bin wirklich beeindruckt vom Personal und der Qualität des Essens, unbedingt besuchen! 🤗

Das Essen war wirklich lecker. Ich fand den Preis für Pommes, ein Getränk und einen Hamburger etwas hoch, aber es gab reichlich Pommes, der Hamburger war saftig und die Lage ist super. Meine Bestellung wurde außerdem recht schnell serviert und die Bedienung war freundlich; ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder.

Der beste burger, den ich in meinem Leben gegessen habe. Perfekte buns, perfektes pattie, zum Rand hin knusprig. Alles zerfließt mit dem Käse im Mund zu einem göttlichen burger Nektar. Einfach fantastisch.

Wir haben uns einen Single Smash und einen Double Smash BBQ Burger liefern lassen. Das Burger-Patty war trocken, die Soße spärlich und irgendetwas darin schmeckte altbacken, denn mein Freund und ich wurden sofort krank, nachdem wir davon gegessen hatten. Ich hatte große Erwartungen an diesen Laden und hoffe nun, dass das Essen vor Ort besser ist.

Nie wieder ! Bestellung nicht angekommen da der Fahrer angeblich hier war und auffinden konnte zum 2. mal! Keiner geht ans Telefon Oder sonstiges nach mehreren Anrufen

Wie kann es sein, dass der Fahrer über 30 min mit meinem Essen rumfährt bevor ich dann als letztes meine Bestellung bekomme ? Burger schön kalt und 70 min gewartet. Das ist echt sehr sehr schwach. Werde wohl nie wieder bei euch bestellen, schade.

Ich habe Essen über Lieferando bestellt. Es war irgendwie über eine Stunde unterwegs und kam extrem spät und eiskalt an – wirklich ungenießbar. Niemand geht ans Telefon, geschweige denn meldet sich jemand, um die Verspätung anzukündigen. Ich kann nicht einmal sagen, ob das Essen gut war, da ich es ja nicht essen konnte. Nutzt diesen Lieferdienst hier auf keinen Fall!

Great service! Got here right before closing and instead of being annoyed at us, they gave us a bunch of extra stuff that I guess was leftover.

Recieved our delivery, the burger was nasty (smellt like the meat had almost turned), the chicken strips were like cardboard, cold and tasted like they had been cooked 8 hours beforehand. The oil in the fryers needed changing 2 days ago also... just, bad

Ordered and paid for food online, received nothing but it was marked as delivered, and no one answered the phone. At least the refund through Lieferando was hassle-free. NEVER AGAIN!!! Because of these people, I went to bed angry and hungry after a 10-hour shift.

A small but excellent shop right near Warschauer Straße. A friend found it online. The food was delicious, and we didn't have to wait long. I'd happily come back again.

Ordered via Lieferando. Burger was cold. Curly fries were even colder and didn't taste fresh. They forgot the extra jalapeños. They couldn't be reached by phone. Not recommended – there are more reliable burger restaurants (even on weekends)!

If I had to describe my meal here with a movie title, it would be "The Neverending Story." And no—not because the portions were huge or incredibly delicious. But because the food had an endless lingering effect on my digestive system. It tasted okay, but my body apparently decided to process it as often and thoroughly as possible. I don't need to do that again.

Disgusting, I feel sick. The fries were raw inside, the burger meat already smelled rancid, and the chicken was raw inside and burnt on the outside from old oil. I threw away a third of it! Disgusting, a health hazard.

I've rarely experienced such an unreliable burger restaurant. I've had two disappointing experiences where ingredients were on the burger that I explicitly asked to leave out, and instead, they simply omitted a different ingredient. You think to yourself: That must be a really unfortunate coincidence. Burger Vision Warschauer Str. proved me wrong on my third visit. The same thing happened again. Very unreliable and frustrating. I'd rather spend my money elsewhere.

Unfortunately, I received the wrong burger. I was in the branch... I ordered/paid for a Double Smash to go (plus tip)... and unfortunately only received a single burger.

I ordered online, so I can't comment on the service or atmosphere. But the burgers were bad. The bun was soggy and the whole thing was tasteless. I felt like throwing up after eating them to get rid of the feeling of fullness.

I've tried burgers all over the world. This was the best ever, didn't expect that.

I'm going to hold back on the review, but I have to say, this place is insanely rude. I've been waiting at home for 1.5 hours and nothing has been delivered yet, and it's been saying "Almost there" for the last hour. I don't understand how they can have such a terrible service. You're better off eating or ordering from Torstraße.

The burger in the picture was really good, the problem is that I get a different burger at every Burger Vision location. The quality varies from very good to abysmal.

This used to be by far one of the best smashburger places in Berlin, but unfortunately, that's completely changed. Where I used to give it 5 stars, it now only deserves 1. These days, you have to wait over two hours for an order, even when the restaurant or delivery service is barely busy. The food always arrives cold, and the quality has drastically declined in recent months. The taste is nowhere near what it used to be. It's a real shame, because I used to be a huge fan. In its current state, I unfortunately can no longer recommend the place.

Our delivery was mixed up. I paid €40 for two burgers and fries. When you try to call the place, they don't answer. What the hell is going on? The food was cold, and we waited almost two hours for it to arrive. The best part is that this isn't the first time; it's the third time now. Absolutely terrible, I wouldn't recommend it.

Very disappointing! The quality is quite poor these days compared to before. I'd also advise against ordering from Lieferando. The food often arrives cold. And in my last order, nothing was delivered at all. When I called, the employee simply told me "that he couldn't do anything because the delivery drivers weren't from the restaurant. Besides, they're closing the restaurant now. That's it." The end result was that I had to contact Lieferando support to get my money back.

Food was left outside on top of the mailbox; no one rang the doorbell or called. I only found out about it through Lifarando support. It's absolutely outrageous to leave food on a mailbox in this cold weather instead of ringing the doorbell! There was even personal information on the bag; I'm speechless. There was neither an apology nor a refund. They said it was our own fault because we hadn't thought to go outside and find our food ourselves. 😂😂😂

If you order here, you'll have to search for your food outside in the cold because the drivers can neither ring the doorbell nor call you - even though the name and phone number are on the receipt attached to the bag :)

We ate here today because we noticed the place while we were preparing. The ambiance wasn't great; it's not very spacious. It's also self-service, so I can't comment on the service. However, the food was excellent. I had the chili cheeseburger with fries and a drink for €10. The fries were still hot and crispy after I finished my burger. The restroom was clean. Highly recommended!

This isn't the first time I've ordered there and not received my food. When I called, an employee answered who barely spoke German and simply explained that no order had been received. I had even given him the order number. Instead of receiving help, I was treated disrespectfully, the call was simply ended – and I still haven't received my money back.

Something's wrong with the delivery structure, even though it's delivered directly via Lieferando. The food is super delicious, perfectly grilled, prepared, and packaged every time. It somehow still arrives hot, despite the unfortunately endless delays. I don't understand.

Never seen it before. Very nice concept. Their burgers are more natural (raw) than the famous brands. The burger, service and employees: all was great. Burgers are prepared in an open kitchen, gives maximum trust in the products. Only 2 tips for them: - onion rings were the only not fresh things and looked strange on the raw burger. Please use real onions cooked next to the burger. - chips had to much salt. Maybe let the client add salt because not everyone like salt or much salt Cannot wait to visit them again

They cheat you during online delivery. They send burnt and stale food. I ordered a burger and chilli cheese nuggets but the burger came soggy and nuggets were dry and no cheese in it. Sad part is that you cannot claim anything in online delivery ad Ubereats don’t believe in customers.

First of all, Burger Vision. The food itself actually always tasted good, so we ordered from there every now and then. The driver leisurely drove up and down half the street, not looking for food, but wasting time. He stopped leisurely in front of the apartment door, got off, and simply pushed his bike back and forth for over five minutes while talking on the phone. Only when I called out the window did he show he was caught and laughed!!!! He pointed at me and then at the order to see if it was mine. I said yes, and he said goodbye, quite calmly, on the phone, and went into slow motion :) He was then gracious enough to bring up the order, but the food was ice-cold and inedible. We got stomach aches from the cold burgers; after reheating them, they were soggy, and this is the second time this has happened. So, all for nothing, almost €25 for hunger and frustration. The driver took over an hour for a 13-minute drive before ordering. We ordered from Wahrschauerstrasse. After waiting for over two hours, we were only faced with a four-minute wait, before the delivery was canceled. This is absolutely not discriminatory, but since the delivery people are predominantly from India, communication has become very difficult. Whoever hires and trains these people urgently needs to change the system. This complacency and audacity are hard to beat. It's a real shame. I hope something changes in this regard. We'll be cooking at home or going directly to the branch for a long time to come.

Doesn't answer the phone. Two orders were placed through Google Play, but there was an error on Lieferando. Non-cancellable, so they can call the number to find out whether it was a mistake or not.

I placed an order at 19:40, yet the order was delivered at around 21:40. - almost 2 hours later. Moreover, both the food and its packaging arrived wet, soaked, humid and cold. Whilst waiting for the order I called around 10 times to the venue, yet absolutely any representant picked any of my calls, which is absolutely unacceptable.

I've ordered burger meals here several times. They taste good, and the fries are crispy, just the way I like them. Overall, I recommend them. I just had to wait at least five minutes to pick them up, even though Lieferando said they were ready for pickup. Delivery also takes a long time, even though I live only a 2-3 minute walk away.
