I would prefer not to give a star. Disappointing... If you think to yourself: hmm... you could try it - don't do it... It's better to go somewhere else.

We had a burger at BURGER me and it was a total disappointment. I've never eaten such a bad burger in my life. In addition, the service was miserable - no napkins, no smile. The food was also cold.

Soggy fries with burgers that were absolutely not worth the money. I won't even start with the staff. They looked like they had only been working there for 2 minutes.

The staff is very friendly, but the vegan burger didn't taste good because it unfortunately had a very sandy aftertaste. There was also rubbish from the previous guest on our table.

Tell me, what kind of drivers do you actually have, straight from the direction of Borssum to the city, first drive close to the 30th zone and then overtake in the bus lane, if someone does that again, something is going on! 👿😈

The food is great but the service and communication are completely terrible. I can't recommend anyone to come here because, as I said, the communication is completely rubbish. The people are difficult to understand and you only get half of what you ordered. I had a menu with a burger, fries, drink and ketchup, but you could forget that. There was no ketchup drink with my fries. I only got a drink when I asked The burger was also the wrong one. NOT RECOMMENDABLE!!!!

So what kind of store is this??? Incomprehensible! The prices for absolute diarrhea! Fries mushy and lukewarm. Burgers small and way too expensive. And the prices!!!! People don't go there!! Not even to try! You will be deducted 100%! You don't want to see the misery!

Every second order you can call and complain about. Burgers are incorrectly topped and fries are delivered raw. Received a replacement a couple of times and got my entire money back once. I think that says it all.

Snail in the food! Today, to my dismay, I found a small slug on my burger. Absolutely disgusting. The money was given back as “compensation”. I didn't want a new snail burger...

Food is good but the delivery service never comes up the stairs. With my severe knee injury, it is difficult to climb down the stairs only to find a 16, 17 year old boy who would be able to climb the two floors. Every other company does this. Unfortunately, I will never have to order here again.

Danger! The store owner is acting strangely and seems to be avoiding people participating in the "stamp card" promotion. However, there is a stamp card promotion at Burgerme Zentral: Order 10 burgers, get a free burger on your next order. Please always ask for the stamp (for each citizen ordered and NOT for each order, i.e. you could get more stamps if you have several burgers in one order!, it is written on the stamp card)

I had to order over the phone for over 10 minutes because the employees couldn't handle it. Driver couldn't change money. Another way to earn tips. Paid €65 for 2 adults and a child, unfortunately the food was cold and mushy. Since I come from the catering industry, I'm sure the bread wasn't fresh.

Hello dear team, I'm at a loss. But let's start with the positive: Burgerme only uses fresh and sometimes only good products. You can taste it and we were very pleased. The driver was very friendly. The salads and drinks were in a separate bag. The citizens in the warming bag. So it's perfect. :) About the Big Angus Hollandaise Burger: The bun was very soft, not toasted?? The patty had a lot of gristle. Unfortunately the hollandaise was forgotten. I wouldn't complain if only one of them was wrong, but unfortunately for almost 12 euros it was very disappointing because the citizen itself had little toppings. It's a shame, maybe it will work better next time. You can do better. Best regards

I ordered there yesterday with my wife. I was a little confused when I got the message “delivered” but the food still wasn’t there half an hour later. When it arrived it was cold. The fries were wobbly, soggy and clumped together. Unfortunately, this was the third complete disaster and we will never order there again! Really bad for the prices!

I also wanted to give my opinion about this store, since you don't get an answer to the problem. My friend and I wanted to order two menus with one voucher. Theoretically, there should have been around €28 left on the voucher, but we were only shown €3. When we asked, they simply said that we had already ordered once in September, but neither of us were at home or near the "restaurant". When we asked further questions why this was the case, we only received "we'll get in touch." At least 3 weeks have passed since then. It's a shame, but we will avoid this store in the future. Two otherwise quite satisfied customers lost. Would be careful if you want to get vouchers.

Small shop with manageable seating. The burgers could be a little hotter then it would be perfect. Fries were very tasty.

Burgerme hat aktuell die besten veganen und vegetarischen Burger auf dem Markt! Da kommt so schnell nichts ran. Ganz klare Empfehlung

Wir haben liefern lassen. Wir waren zufrieden. Die Lieferung kam innerhalb 20 Minuten. Die Burger und Pommes waren sehr lecker.

Bester Burger weit und breit. Wer da noch zu Mc's und Co geht ist selber Schuld. Die Auswahl ist groß, super leckt und macht lange satt.

Sehr schnelle und freundliche Bedienung, die Snack Boxen kann man hier echt nur empfehlen. Weiter so.

Fantastisch haben gerade unsere Lieferung bekommen 3x den Ranch Bacon Burger für je 5€ und einmal mit Angus Patty plus 2 x pommes Wer da noch zu mcccccese fährt wegen ein paar Euro ist selber schuld Danke für die leckeren Burger ;)

Moin heute das erste mal bestellt und liefern lassen die Burger und Nuggets waren Top. Die Pommes könnten knuspriger und heiß sen, bißchen Salz fehlte auch. Die Fritz Cola mega, wir bestellen nochmal oder kommen vorbei.

Hier haben wir schon mehrmals bestellt und waren immer zufrieden. Schnelle Lieferung, gute Burger und Beilagen.

Allgemein ein sehr gutes Erlebnis. Burger waren wirklich ne solide 8/10 und frisch. Pommes waren genau auf den Punkt und die Soßen sind auch gut. Service ist noch etwas ausbaufähig er war aber bemüht, extra wünsche berücksichtigt. Wie kommen gerne wieder ☺️

Essen bestellt zum Abholen - Gerade zu Haus angekommen bekommen wir einen Anruf "uns wurde das falsche Essen mit gegeben. Also nochmal hin unser Essen abholen - zur entschuldigung gab es einen 3 Euro Gutschein! Zu Hause angekommen - in die Tüte geguckt Dips / Soßen fehlen - also bitte wenn man schon das falsche Essen mit gibt sollte man doch bei der korrektur mehr als penibel drauf achten das alles drin ist. Schade sehr nachgelassen der Laden

Die Lieferung war super schnell bei mir Zuhause. Besser als die Konkurrenz mit dem auffälligen Buchstaben. Das Essen war noch richtig "heiß". Bin wirklich begeistert.

Spontan bei einem Stadtbummel in Emden gesehen und hereingeschaut. Ein super, sauberes Geschäft für den kleinen Hunger. Nettes Personal erlebt und super geschmeckt.

Wartezeit für ein paar Kleinigkeiten. Essen ist nicht grade preiswert. Personal läßt den Gästen wissen das sie keine Lust auf ihrem Job haben. Sonst ist das essen voll ok.

Ist halt ne Kette mit wenig Platz im Laden, Wartezeit war mit 35 min recht lang. Aber die burger waren richtig gut, die süßkartoffelpommes waren sehr schlapp....für die Burger gibt's absolute Empfehlung, die holen wir wieder

Waren hier im Urlaub und uns Abends mal ein Burger gegönnt. Im Laden war nichts los, Essens Zubereitung ging richtig schnell. Am wohnmobil angekommen war es halt noch warm dadurch das wir zu Fuß gelaufen sind. War völlig in Ordnung Pommes waren gut und die süßkartoffelpommes waren auch gut und lecker. Der Bacon Egg war wohl gewöhnungsbedürftig zumindest die Soße der Rest war richtig gut. Ich hatte den Fresh Veggie der war richtig richtig lecker da kann ich nichts anderes sagen.

Burger sind lecker aber die Pommes sind ihr Geld nicht wert. Ab Januar sollen diese dünnen Teile dann 3,69€ kosten? Das ist schon unverschämt. Auf alle Burger kommt auch ein Aufschlag von 1€. Dabei sind die Burger jetzt schon teuer genug.

Unser Essen war heute nach 2 Stunden dann auch endlich da und nicht wie auf der Seite angekündigt in 25min. Und leider war die Wartezeit nicht die einzige Enttäuschung. Der Crispy Chicken war keineswegs knusprig, der Salat stellenweise braun und der ganze Burger war total aufgeweicht und matschig. Die Süßkartoffelpommes sehr sehr dunkel und ungenießbar. Generell war das Essen kalt bzgw maximal lau warm. Für das Geld echt ne Schande.
